1、酒店英語中的一般疑問句：
①May I ??? 我可以??？用于自己想做什么的時候
May I know your name please?
May I have your checkout time?
以上句子的表達要比“What’s your name？/When will you check-out？”更正式，更禮貌
②Could you??? 您可以??？用于對客人提出請求的時候
Could you fill out the form, please?
Could you hold the line, please?
③Would you??? 您愿意??嗎？用于詢問客人的意愿
Would you like tea or coffee?
Would you mind(doing something)?

2、在服務英語中盡量避免使用俚語。因為俚語是地方性語言，未必所有人都可以聽的明白，而且給人一種不莊重的感覺，過于隨意。
例如不且：O.K.Yeah!
而用certainlyvery well!
如果要表示不同意對方的觀點，或者要拒絕對方，最好不要直接說：NO，而用“I’m afraid that??”
E.g.I’m afraid that we are fully book for next week.I’m afraid that we can’t hold your room without an advanced deposit.3、由于聽不懂客人的英語，可以禮貌的請對方再講多一次。
I beg your pardon? / Pardon me? / Sorry, I don’t understand.Could you please repeat that? 而不要假裝聽得懂。
