在場(chǎng)的各位同學(xué)，首先恭喜你們有如此的積極性來聽這場(chǎng)演講，因?yàn)槲蚁嘈?，這次的演講會(huì)改變你的大學(xué)生涯，從而改變你的一生。

大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)有幾大難點(diǎn)：你們一定會(huì)想到，大學(xué)生畢竟是學(xué)生啊，哪來的錢創(chuàng)業(yè)啊。富二代畢竟是少數(shù)，我們沒有那么多的錢。但我們其實(shí)不需要太多的錢去創(chuàng)業(yè)。據(jù)我的了解，大學(xué)生每個(gè)月花費(fèi)的生活費(fèi)平均水平在800元左右，這個(gè)你可以問你們的師兄師姐。一個(gè)學(xué)期下來也就是3000多，其實(shí)這幾千塊錢已經(jīng)夠你進(jìn)行一次大膽的創(chuàng)業(yè)。我不能保證其他創(chuàng)業(yè)者啟動(dòng)資金是多少，但我能告訴你們，我們的錢絕不超過3000。成功你便能徹底擺脫平庸的生活，失敗沒關(guān)系，你還年輕，你輸?shù)钠?。我是在大三剛開始的時(shí)候決定創(chuàng)業(yè)的，其實(shí)那個(gè)時(shí)候我很后悔，后悔當(dāng)初在大一的時(shí)候沒有下定決心。其實(shí)在你們從大一到大二甚至到畢業(yè)的過程中，你們失去的不僅僅是時(shí)間，更是一種選擇。剛進(jìn)大一的時(shí)候你們能創(chuàng)業(yè)，你們能認(rèn)真上學(xué)，準(zhǔn)備畢業(yè)后找個(gè)好工作，你們甚至想著考研考博，當(dāng)然不排除一些混大學(xué)文憑的人。但過了一兩個(gè)月，終于發(fā)現(xiàn)，原來以前努力學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)付的考試居然只用一個(gè)月甚至兩三個(gè)星期就能拿到很好的成績(jī)，你們開始懈怠了。終于發(fā)現(xiàn)原來考研什么的，只用在大三的時(shí)候開始準(zhǔn)備就OK了，你們頹廢了。你們游戲，你們戀愛，創(chuàng)業(yè)的人卻先你們一步為自己的人生做出了努力。這不是我亂說，事實(shí)就是這么回事，不相信的話過兩個(gè)月再看看就知道了。渾渾噩噩到了大三，終于有一小部分呢人開始緊張了，考研的人要開始準(zhǔn)備了，而另一部分的人呢，沒有以前創(chuàng)業(yè)的經(jīng)歷，沒有考研的目標(biāo)，選擇畢業(yè)后直接工作唄，那我告訴你，畢業(yè)后你的工資會(huì)低到讓你崩潰的程度?？纯茨切┐蚬ぷ校瑒e想著你們是本科生就高人一等，我在大二的時(shí)候采訪過幾個(gè)企業(yè)的老總，他們都認(rèn)為，本科生和技校生或者是普通的打工仔沒什么區(qū)別。工作中真正運(yùn)用到的技術(shù)和知識(shí)在大學(xué)里面可能只學(xué)到了一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，真正的學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)是在工作中，而不是在學(xué)校里。不懂的員工，干他個(gè)一年，不就什么都懂了？主要的還是態(tài)度和能力。然而往往本科生態(tài)度不如技校生。你們出來吃工資的話頂天了也就3000一個(gè)月，夠花嗎？杭州這里你一個(gè)月房租多少你知道嗎。。。。你消費(fèi)一個(gè)月。。剩下來也就毛毛1000塊。這還是建立在最高工資上，據(jù)我了解，大學(xué)生平均工資。。但我告訴你，當(dāng)初創(chuàng)業(yè)的人如果成功現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)開著車，坐著辦公室數(shù)錢了，就算失敗，有了這份經(jīng)歷，對(duì)你各個(gè)方面的能力都是極大的鍛煉，而恰恰企業(yè)里面要的就是你這種能力。交際的能力，籌劃的能力，吃苦的能力等等等等。

我認(rèn)為，錢分為兩種：一種是固定的，不可增長且只能消耗的。另一種是可以發(fā)展的，能夠生錢的錢。在場(chǎng)的絕大多是僅僅只是擁有了前一種。而在我看來，第一種恰恰是在不知不覺中毒害你們的毒藥。讓你們完全不了解生活的壓力，完全沉浸在飄飄然的生活狀態(tài)中。這是致命的。

第二篇：劉超2015總結(jié)

工作總結(jié)

通過在2013年7月到至今，這大概兩年的學(xué)習(xí)和工作，我對(duì)我所從事的工作有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)和看法，現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下：

一、會(huì)計(jì)部門作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心機(jī)構(gòu)，對(duì)其從業(yè)人員，有很高的素質(zhì)求，要具備良好的人際交往能力。對(duì)下要收集會(huì)計(jì)信息，對(duì)上要匯報(bào)會(huì)計(jì)信息，對(duì)要相互配合整理會(huì)計(jì)信息，對(duì)外要與社會(huì)公眾和政府部門搞好關(guān)系。我很榮幸成為慶鈴集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)部的一員，擔(dān)當(dāng)起如此重要職責(zé)。

二、我負(fù)責(zé)改裝車成本核算工作，首先建立廂體、底盤和選裝件的明細(xì)賬。其次每次收到采購部的入庫單我都及時(shí)的登記入賬，收到車間領(lǐng)料單及時(shí)下賬，做好上裝廂體，社會(huì)廂體，底盤及選裝件的臺(tái)賬管理工作。再次每月到各個(gè)庫房進(jìn)行臺(tái)賬的核對(duì)，與庫管員對(duì)賬，達(dá)到賬賬相符；了解材料庫存量，做到賬物相符，為保證改裝車成本核算的準(zhǔn)確性提供可靠的基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。月末到銷售部與開票人員對(duì)賬，做到每一分錢都對(duì)到，協(xié)助銷售部開具二類底盤的增值稅專用發(fā)票。月末負(fù)責(zé)改裝車的成本核算，務(wù)必使成本核算更加精確和及時(shí)。

三、每月的中旬，我需要與各個(gè)子公司進(jìn)行往來對(duì)賬。首先，通知子公司對(duì)賬并做好各個(gè)子公司的往來調(diào)節(jié)表。其次對(duì)賬當(dāng)天和各個(gè)子公司對(duì)賬人進(jìn)行核對(duì)上月的往來賬并簽字。再次各子公司也需要與各子公司進(jìn)行往來賬的對(duì)賬并留一份給我。最后子公司全部對(duì)完，本人需要編制往來對(duì)賬調(diào)節(jié)余額表和往來清理表。這樣就可以掌握各子

公司之間的往來賬，為子公司的資金劃撥提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)，可以避免子公司出現(xiàn)流動(dòng)資金不足的情況，為公司經(jīng)營決策減少資金的壓力。

四、現(xiàn)作為車橋與機(jī)加兩家子公司聯(lián)系人期間，對(duì)每次子公司的請(qǐng)款單據(jù)的真實(shí)性與全面性，金額及數(shù)量的正確性，請(qǐng)款的合理性進(jìn)行認(rèn)真審核，以保證子公司資金劃撥的規(guī)范性，資金流動(dòng)的安全性。每月定期到聯(lián)系子公司去，掌握子公司成本情況，工作上有需要集團(tuán)公司解決的部分，及時(shí)溝通及時(shí)解決。

五、集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)部從14年7月開始向子公司調(diào)撥物資，我主要是負(fù)責(zé)物資的采購支付。首先建立物資采購的合同管理臺(tái)帳。其次審核采購部請(qǐng)款單，比如請(qǐng)款單上簽字是否齊全、金額大小寫是否規(guī)范、有無涂改現(xiàn)象，入庫單簽字是否齊全，發(fā)票金額是否與請(qǐng)款單金額一致、發(fā)票時(shí)間是不是自開票日超過180日等。再次，把入庫單后的每個(gè)產(chǎn)品輸入臺(tái)賬，檢查是否與臺(tái)賬一致，若有錯(cuò)誤給采購員說明并交由他們帶回修改。最后，檢查無誤的請(qǐng)款單交由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽字，后進(jìn)行付款或者開具銀行承兌匯票、商業(yè)承兌匯票。

在工作中我還有很多方面有待提高，要成為一名優(yōu)秀的財(cái)務(wù)人員，除了要具備嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、正直的工作作風(fēng)，保證財(cái)務(wù)信息的及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確，為決策提供有用信息，還需要具備分析、管理能力，通過財(cái)務(wù)信息發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題，以保證公司的健康發(fā)展。這要求財(cái)務(wù)人員能掌握全面的專業(yè)技能，在以后的工作中，我除了要做好本職工作，從身邊小事做起并持之以恒，熱愛自己本職工作能夠正確認(rèn)真對(duì)待每一項(xiàng)工作，工作投入，按時(shí)出勤，有效利用工作時(shí)間，堅(jiān)守崗位。還應(yīng)加強(qiáng)

對(duì)其他相關(guān)部門業(yè)務(wù)的了解，能夠知曉其他部門的業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)會(huì)在財(cái)務(wù)中如何反應(yīng)，需要財(cái)務(wù)人員做怎樣的支持，多向同事請(qǐng)教，了解他們的工作內(nèi)容，使自己的工作能和其他同事有效銜接并能為他們的工作帶來方便。我會(huì)在各位優(yōu)秀同事的熱心幫助下，多學(xué)知識(shí)，掌握更多的技能，與同事多交流，發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

工作總結(jié) 作為一名體育委員，我現(xiàn)將體育委員工作總結(jié)如下，敬請(qǐng)老師及同學(xué)對(duì)這份工作總結(jié)提出寶貴意見及建議。

在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的當(dāng)今社會(huì)，對(duì)于我們當(dāng)代大學(xué)生來說，首先考慮的就是學(xué)習(xí)，而忽略了體育鍛煉，因此影響了身體健康，同學(xué)們的身體素質(zhì)越來越差。最近的大學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)調(diào)查報(bào)告有力的說明了這一問題。因此國家在全國內(nèi)提出了要提高大學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)方面做了很多工作，比如在冬季的時(shí)候組織全國大學(xué)生冬季長跑！為了配合他們的工作，身為一個(gè)班的體育委員我感到責(zé)任重大。
