本次八年級(jí)英語月考從試卷上看考察知識(shí)面較廣，題型較豐富，靈活運(yùn)用程度接近中考。題出得比較好，聯(lián)系學(xué)生實(shí)際生活，緊扣課本，突出對學(xué)生語言運(yùn)用能力的考察，但對我們的學(xué)生來說但學(xué)生答得不好，及格人數(shù)偏少和同行差距較大，高分不多，平均分較差。例如：

1、詞匯應(yīng)用上不僅要掌握單詞的詞性、還要注意單詞的各種變化、固定搭配，如果考慮得不到位就會(huì)造成失分。由此可見，只能簡單的讀讀背背英語詞匯句子，而不能靈活運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)，是很難學(xué)好英語的，也不可能考出理想的成績。選擇題失分原因?qū)W生對知識(shí)點(diǎn)的掌握不準(zhǔn)確不扎實(shí)，再加上審題不仔細(xì)，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生自己認(rèn)為會(huì)得題沒有拿分；

這次語文的月考，比第一次月考考得好。我上高一（10）和（12）兩個(gè)班，在第一月考中，兩個(gè)班加起來只有1個(gè)人及格，我當(dāng)時(shí)就很郁悶，有點(diǎn)懷疑自己的教學(xué)能力，課下也在反思自己這個(gè)月以來的實(shí)際教學(xué)，從自己的身上去尋找原因，改變滿堂灌的教法，多啟發(fā)學(xué)生思考。我也大量的做高考題，研究一下出題的方向以及每種題型的難易程度，以便幫助學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)。此外，我還去聽其他老師的課，學(xué)習(xí)他們的教學(xué)方法，并結(jié)合本班的實(shí)際情況來進(jìn)行教學(xué)。果然，在第二次月考中，所教的兩個(gè)班的學(xué)生，及格人數(shù)有第一次月考的1人上升到14人，80分以上的同學(xué)兩個(gè)班加起來超過35人，只要再加把勁，好好輔導(dǎo)一下，有望在下一次月考中能考及格。目前班上學(xué)生語文成績反映出的情況是散文閱讀及詩歌賞析、作文的立意等，在這三個(gè)部分丟的分比較多，那么接下來我將重點(diǎn)從作文入手，幫助學(xué)生把作文提高到一個(gè)層次，方法就是布置作文下去，再收上來批閱，從學(xué)生的作文中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，然后及時(shí)的糾正。此外也指導(dǎo)學(xué)生多閱讀名著，積累經(jīng)典的語言，并且把寫得好的優(yōu)秀作文念給學(xué)生聽，讓他們知道好作文的結(jié)構(gòu)是如何安排的，開頭和結(jié)尾又是怎樣寫的，等等。

再來談?wù)勗娋淠瑢懞驼n內(nèi)文言文理解情況，這兩部分扣分不是很大，這與平時(shí)嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生是分不開的。默寫部分都能得滿分，學(xué)習(xí)不好的學(xué)生也能填出三句來，而文言文第一個(gè)題目就是考實(shí)詞，“今行而無信”中的“信”作何理解?應(yīng)該理解為“信物”，而不是“相信”的意思。像這個(gè)題在上課的時(shí)候，我是重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)的，尤其是在講一詞多義的時(shí)候，專門列出來講解的。當(dāng)然了，也是有一部分不愛學(xué)的學(xué)生，隨便老師怎樣講，他沒有興趣去學(xué)，筆記也不記，當(dāng)然了考試是可以而知的。我上這兩個(gè)班級(jí)基礎(chǔ)不是很好的，我們當(dāng)老師要多和學(xué)生溝通，多給其信心，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生好好學(xué)習(xí)，把學(xué)生的心思引到學(xué)習(xí)上來。

總體來說，我對這次語文考試還是很滿意的，在今后的教學(xué)中，我還是會(huì)和以前一樣多備課、聽課，豐富自己的知識(shí)面，多進(jìn)行閱讀和寫作訓(xùn)練，相信在我的努力下，學(xué)生會(huì)取得更加優(yōu)秀的成績。
