關于舞蹈教育普及青少年階段教育可行性的相關調(diào)查
摘要:舞蹈教育是素質(zhì)教育的一個重要組成部分,也是全面貫徹落實德育、美育、體育的重要過程。本文通過總結數(shù)據(jù),采集信息,數(shù)據(jù)分析等方式探索素質(zhì)教育背景下青少年舞蹈教育的現(xiàn)狀,運用信息技術探究青少年舞蹈教育普及到青少年整體階段教育的可行性和必要性。

當今教育加速發(fā)展,并且政府國家重視的程度也在逐年增加,“素質(zhì)教育”、“五育并舉”等詞的使用頻率也在不斷提高,人們越來越注重藝術教育在青少年階段的普及和學習但至今仍有部分家長對于藝術教育有所偏見,認為學習藝術沒有出路,而藝術教育體系下的舞蹈教育卻不如繪畫,唱歌等其他藝術形式的載體發(fā)展好。據(jù)相關研究表明,舞蹈教育是藝術教育的重要組成部分,是實施素質(zhì)教育的有效載體,是培養(yǎng)學生們創(chuàng)新精神和實踐水平的重要途徑,同時也有助于學生綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)孩子自信、開朗、堅毅的性格以及良好的氣質(zhì),塑造形體,增強孩子們在學習和表演方面的能力,提高膽量,促進智力的發(fā)展,加強自我修養(yǎng),學會與團隊的和諧相處。舞蹈是一種以人體動作為“語言”的藝術形式,舞蹈藝術是一個國家、一個民族文化的組成部分,又是技藝性很強的表演藝術。
舞蹈教育確實對青少年的成長很重要,并且也在逐年提高被提及的頻率,但和其他類型的藝術形式相比,舞蹈教育是近幾年逐漸才被重視起來的。根據(jù)文獻相關記錄可以發(fā)現(xiàn),自1999年起才陸續(xù)有人提出舞蹈教育在素質(zhì)教育中的重要性,對比同期唱歌,繪畫的有關研究晚了2-4年。因為相比于其他類型的藝術類型,美術,唱歌,播音主持等有更加快速的速成班,而舞蹈需要長時間的積累,是需要身體力行地去體驗。在藝考各類專業(yè)中,美術類專業(yè)、音樂類專業(yè)、表演類專業(yè)等相比于舞蹈專業(yè)門檻較低,且知名院校相對豐富,就業(yè)端出路相對更廣,所以受到更多考生地青睞。即使是在舞蹈教育與美術教育、音樂教育并列為素質(zhì)教育三巨頭的情況之下。就相關數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2019年美術類,音樂和表演類統(tǒng)考報名人數(shù)達87.3萬人,較2018年增加12.7萬人,占同年藝考報名人數(shù)的64.1%。

李嵐清副總理曾說“多年來忽視藝術教育的結果使我們付出了很高的代價,其后果可能影響到今后于年”。早在2002年教育部就已經(jīng)頒布了《學校藝術教育工作規(guī)程》,并圍繞《條例》制定有關實施細則和配套文件,使學校藝術教育工作走上科學化、規(guī)范化、制度化的管理軌道。國家教委加大了對藝術教育科學研究的力度,已充分認識到教育科學研究是推進教育改革發(fā)展的“第一生產(chǎn)力”。舞蹈教育作為其中一項,理應被接受并被廣泛普及,但在當今的情狀下,舞蹈教育并沒有真正被家長學習甚至老師重視,因為有種種客觀因素的阻礙和思想觀念上的限制,就導致舞蹈教育是否能在青少年階段的普及這一問題仍是值得被探索和解決的,具有現(xiàn)實意義和價值。
一、社會背景
近年來,國家政策由升學時的直接加分向納入綜合素質(zhì)評價體系的方式轉變。自2013年以來,國家關于進一步推進在校學生藝術素質(zhì)測評、加強學校美育工作、支持和鼓勵民辦教育等政策相繼出臺,強調(diào)美育和藝術教育應在課內(nèi)教育中占據(jù)一定比重。在中國文學藝術界聯(lián)合會第十一次全國代表大會、中國作家協(xié)會第十次全國代表大會開幕式上,習近平總書記強調(diào):“繁榮發(fā)展社會主義文藝、建設社會主義文化強國,需要在黨的領導下,廣泛團結凝聚愛國奉獻的文藝工作者,培養(yǎng)造就一大批德才兼?zhèn)涞奈膶W家、藝術家?!庇纱丝梢姡乃嚭退囆g的發(fā)展是建設社會主義文化強國的必然要求,也是我們青少年階段必須落實和普及藝術教育的要求。
針對地方發(fā)展和重視程度的差異,各個地方性綜合素質(zhì)評價體系逐步建立,明確可作為學校招生的依據(jù)。教育部提出“到2020年左右,要初步形成基于初中學業(yè)水平考試成績、結合綜合素質(zhì)評價的高中階段學??荚囌猩浫∧J健?。

在過去五年來,高考對藝術生的招考比率一直在提升,目前已超過10%,對藝術特長生的加分政策逐步培育了市場對藝術教育的需求。與此同時,我國舞蹈市場適齡人口基礎大,2019年我國3-18歲的舞蹈教育適齡人口約2.6億人。盡管受新生人口增長率下降影響,預計到2025年仍將有2.52億適齡人口。

“舞蹈教育是美育中具有較為獨特的美感價值的藝術形式表現(xiàn),對青少年的成長和教育具有多方面的影響,所以要加強青少年素質(zhì)教育中舞蹈教育的比重。舞蹈教育有利于青少年道德品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),有利于青少年智力的發(fā)展,有利于青少年氣質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),有利于青少年審美情趣的培養(yǎng),有利于青少年人格的完善”[1]
新一代家長教育意識提高,更加注重寓教于樂,提升孩子興趣的培養(yǎng)方式。家長對孩子能力培養(yǎng)的訴求直接影響素質(zhì)教育培訓市場的賽道熱度,藝術教育排在家長選報素質(zhì)教育項目的最前列,占比65%。
同時,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展推動消費結構不斷優(yōu)化,消費升級持續(xù)拉動藝術教育需求。目前,我國少兒藝術培訓的市場格局上,美術培訓和音樂培訓占據(jù)前二,市場份額均突破30%,舞蹈培訓排名第三,僅有占20%左右。

從少兒藝術培訓的數(shù)據(jù)來看,家長是重視孩子們藝術教育的培養(yǎng)和訓練,但是一到12、3歲以后,孩子接受藝術教育的人數(shù)比重直線下降。大多是由于學業(yè)緊張,課余時間較少,或是因為報名補習班而沒有額外的時間去接受藝術課程的教授。

二、調(diào)查對象與方法
(一)調(diào)查對象
本研究選取具有代表意義的三個青少年年齡階層的同學們(分別為12歲之前、12-18歲、18-22歲)以及有對應年齡階段孩子的家長們。孩子們在成年之前,大多數(shù)的孩子沒有正確的自我判斷力,很多決定都是父母家長幫忙做出的。所以家長也在本次調(diào)查對象的范圍內(nèi),而三個年齡階段則是分別有針對性地對應了幼兒園時期,中小學時期以及大學時期三個較為有代表性的階段。分階段進行調(diào)查分析,能夠使得數(shù)據(jù)更加準確、真實、有效。
(二)調(diào)查方法
本次調(diào)查選擇了具有代表意義的三個青少年年齡階層的同學們(分別為12歲之前、12-18歲、18-22歲)以及有對應年齡階段孩子的家長們作為調(diào)查對象。從2021年10月初,開始著手調(diào)查工作,經(jīng)過資料調(diào)查、制定方案、實施方案、分析數(shù)據(jù)、總結成果等最終完成整個調(diào)查分析研究工作。在資料收集方面,除了調(diào)查整體藝術教育的社會發(fā)展趨勢和當代發(fā)展背景傾向外,我還采用了問卷調(diào)查法(受疫情影響,問卷主要在社交空間中發(fā)放,共發(fā)放528份,收回525份,有效問卷515份,問卷有效率約達98%)、結構化訪談以及觀察法等等。在整理和總結資料分析方面,我對資料進行了審核、整理、歸納、并用專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件SPSS進行了相應的量化分析。
三、調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對比和分析
(一)對于孩子的調(diào)查結果(340份)
在發(fā)放的340份問卷中,我們對于青少年對舞蹈教育的看法做出了如下統(tǒng)計:

在收取到家長的調(diào)查結果中,家長對于安排孩子學習舞蹈的觀點有如下情況:

四、存在問題和原因分析
現(xiàn)代舞蹈教育未能普及到青少年階段教育的主要原因,不僅僅存在于教育對象和家長方面,舞蹈教育教學方式本身也存在一定的問題,總結來說主要有以下三個方面[2]:
(一)教學方式有待創(chuàng)新
目前,青少年舞蹈教育方式大多受到時間、空間等因素的限制,不利于教學效率和教學質(zhì)量的提升;同時,大班額教學模式也不利于學生對舞蹈的深入理解,難以充分調(diào)動學生的學習熱情,達不到預期學習效果。
(二)教育內(nèi)容更新緩慢
舞蹈中包含著眾多的知識內(nèi)容,要選擇真正適合青少年學習的內(nèi)容,需要教師對舞蹈知識有更全面的掌握和更深入的理解。教學過程中,教師需一直更新教學內(nèi)容,引導學生理解舞蹈語言的內(nèi)在美,進而掌握舞蹈訓練的技巧。在實際教學中,很多教師只注重對那些基礎而淺層知識的傳授,對舞蹈教育內(nèi)容的更新較為緩慢。
(三)教育目標模糊
青少年舞蹈教育中存在目標指引缺失問題,影響了學生身心全面發(fā)展。青少年的舞蹈能力、肢體協(xié)調(diào)能力等存在著明顯差異,教育教學方法應因人而異,并且需要有明確的教育目標作指引。實際教學中,有些教師教育目標模糊,導致學生出現(xiàn)動作不協(xié)調(diào)、節(jié)奏感差等問題。會打擊青少年舞蹈學習的自信心,降低對舞蹈學習的興趣。
五、解決方案及對策
在總結出舞蹈教育現(xiàn)存的眾多問題后,我比照相關問題的發(fā)生原因,并且依據(jù)現(xiàn)階段的社會背景狀況以及藝術教育的現(xiàn)狀,針對舞蹈教育存在的問題做出了以下應對的方案和對策。
(一)運用信息技術進行更加全方位的教學
隨著科學技術的快速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術是能夠提供更為豐富的教育資源。運用信息技術進行創(chuàng)新式教學,這種創(chuàng)新式的方式更容易激發(fā)學生的學習熱情,使舞蹈教學擺脫時間和空間的限制,提高學生們舞蹈學習效率和質(zhì)量。如:教師運用微課視頻或者錄像的方式進行生動、形象且全方位的示范,學生們可以根據(jù)自己的需求隨時隨地觀看教學視頻,使得學生對于舞蹈動作的技巧有更加清晰的理解和認識。
(二)適當拓展舞蹈教學內(nèi)容
舞蹈教學不僅要為學生傳授基本的舞蹈動作,而且還要幫助學生養(yǎng)成良好的舞蹈訓練習慣,使其理解舞蹈動作與舞蹈語言的聯(lián)系,進而掌握豐富、有效的舞蹈訓練技巧。因此,教師需要不斷更新教學內(nèi)容,幫助學生更直觀地體會舞蹈學習帶來的快樂。教師應將舞蹈文化和音樂充分結合,在教學中借助多媒體平臺為學生播放視頻、音頻等教學資源,使學生感受舞蹈的魅力。教師還可以引導學生仔細觀察日常生活中的細節(jié),以此提升學生的舞蹈素養(yǎng)。通過拓展舞蹈教學內(nèi)容,強化學生的舞蹈學習體驗,有效實現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育的目的。
(三)開展多元化的藝術實踐活動
在素質(zhì)教育大背景下,青少年舞蹈教育的目標是為了提升其綜合素養(yǎng)。教師應開展多元化的藝術實踐活動,讓學生在欣賞舞蹈、表演舞蹈的過程中深切體會舞蹈藝術的魅力,促進青少年身心健康發(fā)展??啥ㄆ陂_展各種形式的舞蹈藝術活動及演出,使學生在實踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的不足與優(yōu)勢,從而確保后續(xù)的舞蹈教育目標更具針對性和實效性。此外,在藝術實踐活動中,將理論知識轉化為舞蹈能力,可有效提升學生的舞蹈鑒賞力和表演能力。
(四)突出青少年的主體地位
為使學生得到更全面的發(fā)展,教師需要貫徹“以生為本”教育理念,突出學生的主體地位,結合不同學生的實際情況設計教學目標、教學內(nèi)容、教學計劃。依據(jù)循序漸進、由淺入深的教育原則,教師帶領學生深入感受舞蹈藝術的魅力,并從舞蹈能力選擇、舞蹈考核標準、舞蹈學習評價等方面入手,建立更為完善的教學體系,確保每一名學生都能接受到符合自身實際情況的舞蹈教育,以此增強舞蹈學習自信心。
六、結論
在素質(zhì)教育背景下,我們需要針對青少年舞蹈教育改革與發(fā)展中存在的問題,不斷優(yōu)化完善舞蹈教育模式,積極探索舞蹈教育與素質(zhì)教育有機融合的策略與方法,最大限度地發(fā)揮舞蹈教育的功能優(yōu)勢,促進青少年身心全面健康發(fā)展。其中,舞蹈教育對于青少年的心理健康的作用尤其突出,這也是將舞蹈教育普及青少年階段教育的另一重點。與傳統(tǒng)的心理治療相比,舞蹈有著其獨特之處,強調(diào)情緒和身體的相互連接性,以及創(chuàng)造力能夠促進心理的健康。在身體層次上,舞蹈幫助人們加強肢體的協(xié)調(diào)能力,提高身體素質(zhì);在情感層次上,舞蹈幫助人們變得更愉悅和自信,并且賦予人治療方法與工具宣泄通過語言所不能或不足夠表達的各種情緒,如憤怒,失望等;在精神層次上,舞蹈能提高人的認知能力,動力和記憶力。當傳統(tǒng)的心里質(zhì)量難以用語言方式接近和治療病人時,舞蹈無疑是一種更好的選擇,不僅和傳統(tǒng)心理治療是相輔相成,且?guī)椭藗兂浞终{(diào)動自身的潛力。
舞蹈教育可以幫助以下方面:
(1)情感調(diào)理:幫助學生調(diào)節(jié)情感, 進而建立自覺、自信、與自主能力;
(2)行為引領:引導學生建立行為上的自發(fā)與自控能力,并建立有益于健康生活的行為習慣;
(3)關系建立: 幫助學生增強自我容受力和溝通能力,與客觀的人事建立積極有效的關系;
(4)健全心智,幫助修補個人成長時期所缺失的心智發(fā)育需要,治療糾正成長過程中的創(chuàng)傷或障礙;幫助個人建立與年齡相應的自我形象、行為類型。

In the past five years, the admission rate for art students in the college entrance examination has been increasing, and it has now exceeded 10%.The policy of bonus points for art students has gradually cultivated the markets demand for art education.At the same time, my countrys dance market has a large population of school-age people.In 2019, there are about 260 million people of dance education in my country who are 3-18 years old.Although affected by the decline in the growth rate of the newborn population, it is estimated that there will be 252 million people of the right age by 2025.

2.Survey objects and methods
(1)Subjects of investigation
This study selected three representative classmates of adolescent age groups(before 12 years old, 12-18 years old, 18-22 years old)and parents with children of corresponding age groups.Before children reach adulthood, most children do not have correct self-judgment, and many decisions are made with the help of parents.Therefore, parents are also within the scope of this survey, and the three age stages correspond specifically to the three representative stages of kindergarten, elementary and middle school, and university.Phased investigation and analysis can make the data more accurate, true and effective.(2)Investigation method
This survey selected three representative classmates of adolescent age groups(before 12 years old, 12-18 years old, 18-22 years old)and parents with children of corresponding age groups as the survey objects.From the beginning of October 2021, the investigation work will be started, and the entire investigation, analysis and research work will be completed after data investigation, formulating plans, implementing plans, analyzing data, and summarizing results.In terms of data collection, in addition to investigating the overall social development trends and contemporary development background trends of art education, I also adopted a questionnaire survey method(affected by the epidemic, the questionnaires were mainly distributed in social spaces.A total of 528 copies were issued and 525 copies were recovered.There are 515 valid questionnaires, with an efficiency of about 98%), structured interviews, and observation methods.In terms of collating and summarizing data analysis, I reviewed, collated, summarized the data, and performed corresponding quantitative analysis with the professional data analysis software SPSS.3.Comparison and analysis of survey data

4.Existing problems and cause analysis
The main reason why modern dance education has not been popularized to adolescent education is not only in the education target and parents, but also in the dance education teaching method itself.In summary, there are mainly the following three aspects[2]:
(1)Teaching methods need to be innovated
At present, most of the youth dance education methods are restricted by time, space and other factors, which are not conducive to the improvement of teaching efficiency and teaching quality.At the same time, the large-class teaching model is also not conducive to students’ in-depth understanding of dance, and it is difficult to fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning.Can not achieve the expected learning effect.(2)Slow update of educational content
Dance contains a lot of knowledge content.To choose the content that is really suitable for young people to learn, teachers need to have a more comprehensive grasp and deeper understanding of dance knowledge.During the teaching process, teachers must always update the teaching content, guide students to understand the inner beauty of dance language, and then master the skills of dance training.In actual teaching, many teachers only pay attention to the teaching of basic and shallow knowledge, and the update of dance education content is relatively slow.(3)Blurred educational goals
The lack of goal guidance in youth dance education affects the overall physical and mental development of students.There are obvious differences in young peoples dance ability and physical coordination ability.Education and teaching methods should vary from person to person, and clear education goals are required for guidance.In actual teaching, some teachers educational goals are vague, causing students to have problems such as uncoordinated movements and poor sense of rhythm.It will dampen young people’s self-confidence in dance learning and reduce their interest in dance learning.5, solutions and countermeasures
After summarizing the many existing problems in dance education, I compared the causes of related problems, and based on the current social background and the status quo of art education, I made the following plans and countermeasures for the problems in dance education.(1)Use information technology for more comprehensive teaching
With the rapid development of science and technology, Internet information technology can provide richer educational resources.The use of information technology for innovative teaching, this innovative way is easier to stimulate students enthusiasm for learning, to get rid of the limitations of time and space in dance teaching, and to improve the efficiency and quality of dance learning for students.For example, teachers use micro-class videos or videos to demonstrate vividly, vividly and in an all-round way.Students can watch teaching videos anytime and anywhere according to their needs, so that students have a clearer understanding and understanding of dance techniques.(2)Appropriately expand the content of dance teaching
