附錄1.孔子學院獎學金資助內容及標準

孔子學院獎學金按資助內容分為全額獎學金和部分獎學金。全額獎學金包括學費、住宿費、生活費（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫(yī)療保險費；部分獎學金包括：學費、住宿費和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。

1.學費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌用于獎學金生培養(yǎng)與管理，開展文化活動，其中年度學費（一學期研修生的學期學費）包含一次漢語水平考試（HSK）和一次漢語水平口語考試（HSKK）費用，供研修生結業(yè)前，以及學歷生年度評審及畢業(yè)前參加上述兩項考試使用。學費不包含教材費和旅游景點門票。

2.住宿費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)獎學金生本人申請、接收院校批準，也可選擇校外住宿。選擇校外住宿者，由學校按月或按季度發(fā)放住宿費，標準為：700元人民幣/月/人。

3.生活費由接收院校按月發(fā)放給全額獎學金生。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

3.1 獎學金生按學校每學期規(guī)定報到日期到校注冊學籍，否則取消獎學金資格。

3.2當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊者，該月發(fā)放全月生活費；十五日以后注冊者，該月發(fā)放半月生活費；畢（結）業(yè)的生活費發(fā)放至學校確定的畢（結）業(yè)日期之后的半個月；

3.3 在學期間（不含寒暑假）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天者，停發(fā)非在華期間生活費； 3.4 因個人原因休學、退學或受學校紀律處分者，接收院校應停發(fā)自休學、退學或接到處分通知之日起的生活費。

4.綜合醫(yī)療保險參照中國教育部來華留學有關規(guī)定執(zhí)行，由接收院校統(tǒng)一購買。四周研修生標準為100元人民幣/人，一學期研修生為400元人民幣/人，一學年以上有關學生標準為800元人民幣/人/年。

5.每學期新生、老生注冊報到表，取消獎學金資格、停發(fā)獎學金生活費的處理報告，新生購買獎學金生保險證明等材料，應在開學后30日內報漢辦考試與獎學金處備案。

“孔子學院獎學金”由孔子學院總部設立，旨在鼓勵世界各國學生、漢語教師來華學習和研究漢語言文化。

一、頒發(fā)對象

1、各國孔子學院（課堂）的優(yōu)秀學員；

2、在海外從事或計劃從事漢語教學者；

3、參加孔子學院總部主辦的各類漢語考試且成績優(yōu)異者；

4、“漢語橋”世界大、中學生中文比賽優(yōu)秀參賽選手；

5、國外有關高校漢語學習者；

6、符合孔子學院總部特定協(xié)議規(guī)定條件的人士。申請人須為非中國籍公民，身體健康。

二、獎學金類別及相應申請資格要求

1、進修獎學金

獎學金期限一般分為四周、一學期和一學年。申請人原則上應具備一定漢語基礎，年齡一般不超過55周歲。

2、學位獎學金

申請人應參加過漢語水平考試（HSK）并獲得3級以上漢語水平證書。

學士學位獎學金：期限4-5學年。申請人應具有相當于中國高級中學畢業(yè)的學歷，通過中國大學入學考試或經(jīng)推薦被中國大學免試錄取，年齡一般不超過35周歲。

碩士學位獎學金：期限2-3學年。申請人應具有學士學位或相當學歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

博士學位獎學金：期限3-4學年。申請人應具有碩士學位或相當學歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

三、獎學金內容、標準

1、提供注冊費、學費、基本教材費、住宿費

2、按月發(fā)給獎學金生活費，標準為：

a． 進修生：1400元

b． 學士學位生：1400元

c． 碩士學位生：1700元

d． 博士學位生：2000元

3、發(fā)給一次性安置費，標準為：

a.在華學習時間滿一學年（含）的:1500元

b.在華學習時間在一學期（含）以上但不滿一學年的： 1000元。

4、提供來華留學生綜合保險：為在華獎學金生所投付的綜合醫(yī)療保險。主要用于學生因大病住院或發(fā)生人身意外傷害所支付的費用。

四、申請途徑

申請人應向如下獎學金招生單位提交申請文件：

1、駐各國的中國使、領館教育（文化）處（組）

2、各國孔子學院

3、孔子學院總部設在海外的各類漢語考試考點

4、孔子學院總部指定的其他機構

五、申請材料

申請人須按如下要求向獎學金招生單位提交相關材料（均為一式兩份）：

1、《孔子學院獎學金申請表》，需使用中文或英文完整填寫或打印。此表可從國家漢辦網(wǎng)站和網(wǎng)絡孔子學院網(wǎng)站下載，下載地址：http:// ；

2、護照照片頁復印件；

3、申請陳述。包含申請人漢語學習背景、來華學習計劃及目標等，不少于200字，用中文或英文打印并附申請人簽名。申請攻讀碩士、博士學位者請詳述來華學習和研究計劃（可另附紙）；

4、漢語水平證明。可為漢語水平證書及成績單、或其他漢語學習和教育證明；

5、學歷證明和成績單（須由所在學校教務單位直接出具并加蓋公章）；申請學習本科專業(yè)者，須提供經(jīng)過公證的高中會考成績單。中英文以外文本需附經(jīng)公證的中文或英文的譯文；申請攻讀碩士、博士學位者，須提交兩名教授或副教授的推薦信，用中文或英文書寫；

6、年齡不滿18歲的申請人，需提交監(jiān)護人保證書及應急聯(lián)系方式；

7、《外國人體格檢查記錄》。此表格由中國衛(wèi)生檢疫部門統(tǒng)一印制，僅限于來華學習時間超過6個月者，須用英文填寫。缺項、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查記錄》無效。

上述申請材料由各招生單位于2009年5月31日前送抵孔子學院總部?？鬃訉W院總部暫不受理個人申請。

六、學習院校選擇

申請孔子學院獎學金來華學習，可從孔子學院總部認可的普通高等學校和中學中選擇三所志愿學校。相關學校名單請登錄國家漢辦/孔子學院網(wǎng)站查詢。查詢地址：http://。

孔子學院總部鼓勵申請人提前自行聯(lián)系學校，如申請人已獲得學校邀請信，請在申請材料中附上。

七、錄取

1、孔子學院總部將對獎學金申請人的申請材料進行審核，并有權對申請人所選擇的學校和學習時限進行適當?shù)恼{整。經(jīng)孔子學院總部審核合格的申請材料將轉送有關學校，由學校決定是否錄取。

2、已就讀于孔子學院總部認可的中國普通高等學校和中學的申請人，由所在學校推薦，經(jīng)孔子學院總部批準后可獲得孔子學院獎學金資格。

3、孔子學院總部在2009年6月底前將獎學金錄取結果通知獎學金生招生單位。

八、報到

獎學金獲得者須按錄取學校規(guī)定的時間到指定接收單位報到。無法按期報到者，獎學金資格原則上不予保留。

“Confucius Institute Scholarship” is established by Confucius Institute Headquarters, with a goal of encouraging students and teachers worldwide, who are studying and/or teaching Chinese as a second language, to study Chinese language and culture in China.Eligibility

1.Outstanding students from Confucius Institutes(Classrooms)worldwide;

2.Foreign teachers who are teaching or planning to teach Chinese as a second language;

3.Students who received distinguished grade from the Chinese Examination series held by Confucius Institute Headquarters;

4.Outstanding Contestants in “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition;

5.Students studying Chinese as a second language in overseas universities or colleges;

6.Applicants who meet the requirements of other of Confucius Institute Headquarters’ agreements.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.Categories and Specific Criteria

1．Scholarships for Short-term Study

Duration for these scholarships is generally divided into 4 weeks, 1 semester and 1 academic year.Applicants are required to have a basic knowledge Chinese language level, and under the age of 55.2.Scholarships for Degrees

2.A Photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it;

3.Personal statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, etc.The statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and signed by the applicant.Detail research and study plan(additional paper can be attached)are required for students applying formaster’s or doctorate degree；

4.Certificates of Chinese Proficiency, could be Chinese Proficiency Certificates and

transcripts, or other certificates of Chinese language learning and/or education;

5.Diploma and transcripts(issued directly by the educational administration office of the school/university, and with a school cache）；Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide notarized copy of senior high school transcripts.Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;Applicants for Master’s or Doctorate Degree are required to submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associated professors;

2.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL Students This category provides a sponsorship for 3 academic years.Applicant should provide the employment agreement from a designated Confucius Institute or a prospective working institution.Applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 60 in HSKK Test(Beginner Level).3.漢語國際教育本科 資助期限為4學年。申請者須為具有高中以上學歷，漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK中級40分。

3.Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(BTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4 academic years.Applicant should hold a high school diploma or above, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).4.一學年研修生 資助期限為11個月。面向孔子學院（課堂）學員，海外本土漢語教師、中文專業(yè)學生、HSK考試成績優(yōu)秀者，不招收在華留學生。漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK初級60分，或者不低于BCT（A）180分、BCT（口語）180分。

4.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study Students

This category provides a sponsorship for 11 months.Application is open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, overseas Chinese language teachers, Chinese language major students and excellent performers in HSK test.International students who are now studying in China are not eligible for the scholarship.Applicant should have a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and 60 in HSKK test(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should hold a minimum score of 180 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 180 BCT(Speaking).5.一學期研修生 資助期限為5個月。申請者無來華留學經(jīng)歷，漢語水平不低于HSK二級120分、HSKK初級40分，或者不低于BCT（A）100分、BCT（口語）120分。

5.Scholarship for One-Semester Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 5 months.Applicant should have no prior experience of studying in China, but have a minimum score of 120 in HSK Test(Level 2), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should have a minimum score of 100 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 120 in BCT(Speaking).6.四周研修生

資助期限為四周，以研修漢語為主。面向孔子學院（課堂）學員、HSK/BCT優(yōu)秀考生和《孔子學院》期刊讀者俱樂部優(yōu)秀會員。申請者須提交HSK或BCT成績報告，無來華留學經(jīng)歷。

6.Scholarship for Four-Week Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4-week study which is mainly focusing on Chinese language.Application is mainly open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, excellent performers in HSK test, and outstanding club members of Confucius Institute Magazine.Applicant should submit a HSK or BCT score report, and have no prior experience of studying in China.已獲2016“孔子學院獎學金證書”的漢語橋獲獎者，憑證書獎項注冊辦理入學手續(xù)。

“Chinese Bridge”(Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students)Winners who have been awarded the 2016 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” can apply for admission according to the scholarship specified in the certificate.二、學習專業(yè)、接收院校和入學時間

II.Majors, Host Institutions & Admission 本委托150所中國大學培養(yǎng)孔子學院獎學金生，學習專業(yè)有漢語國際教育、漢語言文學、中國歷史、中國哲學，中醫(yī)，中國音樂、中國舞蹈等。申請者可登錄獎學金網(wǎng)站（http://cis.chinese.cn）申請表中查詢有關學校。

This year, 150 Chinese universities are entrusted as the host institutions of the scholarships which provide various subjects including Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, Chinese Philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Music, Chinese Dance, etc.For more detailed information of the host institutions, please find the Application Form on the Confucius Institute Scholarships Website(http://cis.chinese.cn).漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、一學年研修+漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、漢語國際教育本科、一學年研修生、一學期研修生均可選擇在2016年9月1日或2017年3月1日入學。

Admission for students of MTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL, BTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study, and one-Semester Study is either on September 1st, 2016 or March 1st, 2017.四周研修生課程安排在2016年7月15日至8月14日，或2016年12月15日至2017年1月14日。需單獨開班，一般10人以上，可另外安排學習時間，孔子學院（課堂）須提前3個月提出申請。

III.Scholarship Coverage, Criteria and Academic Assessment 孔子學院獎學金全額資助內容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.學費由學校統(tǒng)籌用于獎學金生培養(yǎng)與管理，組織獎學金生參加漢語水平測試（HSK/HSKK），開展文化活動。

Tuition fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions to provide teaching, management, Chinese language proficiency tests(HSK/HSKK), and cultural and social activities for scholarship holders.住宿費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)學校批準，選擇校外住宿的，可按月或季度獲得學校發(fā)放的住宿費，標準為：700元人民幣/月/人。

Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions which should provide scholarship holders with free dormitory rooms(usually double rooms).For those who live off campus with the permission of host institutions are entitled to accommodation allowance from host institutions on by month or by quarter.The allowance criteria are RMB700 per person on monthly basis.生活費由接收院校按月發(fā)給。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士生3000元人民幣/月。接收院校按每學期注冊學籍，當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊的，發(fā)給全月生活費；十五日以后報到的，發(fā)給半月生活費；畢業(yè)生的生活費發(fā)至學校確定的畢業(yè)之日以后半個月；獎學金生在學期間（正常假期外）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天，停發(fā)離華期間生活費；因個人原因休學、退學的，停發(fā)生活費。

Living allowance is granted by the host institutions on monthly basis.The allowance criteria per person are: ? BTCSOL, One-Academic-Year Study, One-Semester Study: RMB2,500 per month ? MTCSOL: RMB3,000 per month Enrollment status is based on semesters of host institutions.Students who are enrolled before the 15th(or on the 15th)of the admission month, are entitled to the full allowance of that month.Students, who are enrolled after the 15th of that month, are only entitled to half of the allowance.The living allowance for the month of graduation will be granted half a month later upon confirming the graduation status by host institutions.During the study, for any students who is absent from China of personal reasons for more than 15 days(excluding legal holidays), the allowance will be suspended during absence.Allowance will be terminated in case of schooling suspension or dropping out for personal reasons.綜合醫(yī)療保險費。由學校參照中國教育部來華留學有關規(guī)定統(tǒng)一購買，標準為800元人民幣/人/年。

Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the host institutions in accordance to relevant regulations on international students stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.The insurance fee per person is RMB800 per year.所有學歷生須參加評審，學習成績和漢語水平測試達到優(yōu)秀者可在第二學年繼續(xù)享受全額獎學金，達到良好者 獲得部分獎學金，其余停發(fā)獎學金。部分獎學金資助內容是：學費、住宿費和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。一學年和一學期研修生結業(yè)前參加一次漢語水平測試。漢語測試報名費均由學校報銷。

The degree scholarship program applicants(Category 1, 2, 3)are subject to annual academic performance review.Only those who achieve outstanding records in academic and Chinese language proficiency are entitled to a full scholarship for the following year;those who achieve average academic records are entitled to partial scholarships;the others will not be entitled to scholarship any longer.Partial scholarships consist of tuition fee, accommodation fee and comprehensive medical insurance.The One-Academic-Year Study and One-Semester Study programmers is required to attend Chinese language proficiency test before graduation.Test fee is reimbursed by host institutions.四、招生流程

Scholarship recruitment is open all year round on a trial basis.For applicants, recommending institutions and host institutions, please find admission procedures and scholarship recruitment results on the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn).1.申請者登錄獎學金網(wǎng)站，注冊、填寫《孔子學院獎學金申請表》并附上有關證明材料電子掃描件。

1.For application, please log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn)to register, complete the Confucius Institute Scholarships Application Form online, and upload the scanned copies of relevant supporting documents.2.漢辦委托各國孔子學院（獨立設置的孔子課堂），有關海外漢語考試考點，中國駐外使（領）館教育、文化處（組），接收院校作為推薦機構，擇優(yōu)選拔本地申請者，審核申請材料，并與接收院校聯(lián)系，收取并轉交獎學金生入學材料。

2.Entrusted by Hanban, Confucius Institutes(independent Confucius Classrooms)in different countries, overseas Chinese language testing centers, educational and cultural sections of Chinese embassy and consulate, and host institutions in China are working as recommending institutions to engage in the applicant selection, materials review, host institutions connection, and collecting and handing over applicants’ documents to host institutions.3.申請材料經(jīng)過漢辦獎學金處確認有效后，由接收院校審核入學資格，并向漢辦提交預錄取人選。

推薦機構和接收院校須核對申請者護照用名完整、國籍無誤、永久通信地址真實有效。以下證明材料如非中文或英文版本，需提供相應的公證文件。

Recommending institutions and host institutions should examine the completeness, validity and accuracy of applicant’s name, nationality and permanent address on the passport.If the following documents are not in Chinese or English version, notarization documents should be provided.一、與所有申請者有關的證明材料

I.For all applicants 1.護照照片頁掃描件。未滿18周歲的申請者，須提交在華法定監(jiān)護人署名的委托證明文件。

1.A scanned copy of the passport photo page.Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China.2．HSK、HSKK或BCT、BCT（口語）成績報告。來華參加“漢語橋”復賽獲獎者可提供“漢語橋”獲獎證書和“孔子學院獎學金證書”。

二、與學歷生有關的證明材料

I.For degree scholarship program applicants 4.提供最高學歷證明（畢業(yè)預期證明）和在校學習成績單。

4.Certification of the highest education diploma(or proof of expected graduation), and an official transcript.5.漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士和“一學年研修+漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士”須提供兩名副教授以上職稱導師的推薦信；提供畢業(yè)后擬任教機構工作協(xié)議或相關證明者優(yōu)先被錄取。

5.Applicants of the Scholarship for MTCSOL Students and Scholarship for “1-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL” students are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors.Those who can provide an employment agreement or related documents with the designated teaching institution are preferred.三、接收院校如需要提供其他證明材料，將直接與申請者聯(lián)系溝通。

第四篇：衡量獎學金申請資助的標準

衡量獎學金申請資助的標準

“知已知彼，百戰(zhàn)不殆”，留學申請獎學金亦是如此。一個成功的申請者首先要了解自己的條

件，從而進入最合適的學校。條件差的人企求高標準學校的獎學金資助無異于單相思，然而條

件好的人進入差的學校，又錯過了他應享的成就。通常申請人應同時申請幾所不同層次的學

校，并要根據(jù)自己的個人實力，再有重點地著力申請其中的兩三所。

一、學習成績

申請人在國內的學習成績，無論是高中成績還是大學成績，采用兩種形式來表現(xiàn)，一種是GPA（Grade Point Average）即“平均成績點數(shù)”，另一種是“Rank”，即“畢業(yè)名次”。

這兩種形式是美國大多數(shù)學校采用的衡量申請人學業(yè)成就的標準，通過了解申請人以前的學習成績和學習名次來了解其學業(yè)潛力。

（一）平均成績點數(shù)－GPA 美國多數(shù)大學對申請人GPA都有最低規(guī)定，不夠最低GPA要求的不予考慮。GPA的計算方法是把各科成績按等級乘以學分再以總學分除之。

以百分制為例，90至100為A等＝4點，80至89為B等＝3點，70至79為C等＝2點，60至69為D等＝1點，小于60分為F等＝0點。例如某學生的五門課程的學分和成績?yōu)椋?A課程四學分，成績92（A），得點數(shù)4×4＝16 B課程三學分，成績80（B），得點數(shù)3×3＝9 C課程兩學分，成績98（A），得點數(shù)2×4＝8 D課程六學分，成績70（C），得點數(shù)6×2＝12 E課程三學分，成績89（B），得點數(shù)3×3＝9 以上五項成績GPA：

GPA＝[(4×4）＋（3×3）＋（2×4）＋（6×2）＋（3×3）]÷（4＋3＋2＋6＋3）＝3.00 在具體運用中，美國大學經(jīng)常采用總平均績點與最后兩年平均績點。總平均績點（OverallGPA）是將全部所修學科按上述方法計算出來的點數(shù)，最后兩年平均績點（GPA for the a last two years）即將最后兩年所修各科按上述方法計算出來的點數(shù)。在美國，90％的學校GPA計算方法是采取4.00制（4.00 scale）的，又有1％的學校會采取

5.00制，即A等成績?yōu)?,B等為4，C等為3，D等為2，F(xiàn)等為1，這些學校的最低入學標準也就

相應的提高了。中國學生在申請時，應按照自己原先學校采用的GPA制提供成績，同時注明采

用了哪一種的GPA制，對我國學生很不利的是中國大部分學校的評分都相當嚴，很多實際成績

很優(yōu)秀的學生把分數(shù)換算成GPA后卻還不夠3.0，在有些大學里班上前5名學生的總平均成

績都可能會在75分以下，這樣在申請美國大學時，GPA都要變成2.0，只能進一些三四流的學

校。為了消除這種不利，可以采用兩種方法：一是在成績單或是推薦信以及讀書計劃中說明這種GPA實際上是由于評分標準十分嚴格而導致的，二是在提供成績單的時候，列明這樣的成績在全班，或是全系所排的名次以及百分比。

（二）畢業(yè)名次－RANK 有經(jīng)驗的美國學校招生和評定獎學金資助的人都十分清楚成績是一個相對的數(shù)字，并不能十分客

觀地說明一名學生的學術成就。因為每個學校的評分標準都不相同，即使在同一所學校，題目容

易便可能全班成績都在90分以上，題目難便會全班不及格。因此，美國學校更加重視考試名次 及百分比?？荚嚨拿卧谡f明時應提及全班或是全系的總人數(shù)“Rank 15th out of 272 in the Dept.of Politics”，百分比是將名次作為分子，總人數(shù)作為分母得出的百分比值?；蚴?/p>

將百分比分為2％以上（upper2%），5％以上（upper 5%）10％以上（upper10%）,30％ 以上(upper30%），50％以上（upper50%)，25％以上（upper25%）幾個等級，然后請導師注明申請人所居其中的哪種等級。

二、標準考試成績(Standard tests scores)由于中國國內的大學在教學水平上差別很大，不能單一通過在一個大學的成績分數(shù)和名次來斷定

學生的實際水平。因此美國大學會同時看重申請人標準考試成績的分數(shù)來作為評定獎學金的依

據(jù)。標準考試目前在大陸舉辦的有TOEFL（托?？荚嚕?、GRE（研究生成績測試）、GMAT（商業(yè)管理碩士入學考試）、LSAT（法律學校入學考試）、TSE（英語口語測試）五種。其中

TOEFL 考試與TSE考試僅為一種語言能力考試，它們僅作為一個基本要求，即只要達到了學

校在TOEFL或TSE分數(shù)上的最低要求，便對申請獎學金資助沒有再多的本質上的影響。但

GRE、GMAT或LSAT屬于能力測試，其分數(shù)反映的是考生學習能力與思維的高低和健全程度，所以影響獎學金資助的標準考試，也就是這三種能力測試。具體有關標準考試的內容與要求，我

們在“獎學金申請程序”一篇的“參加必要的考試”一部分有進一步說明。

三、工作經(jīng)驗

具有一定工作經(jīng)驗的申請人，比沒有工作經(jīng)驗的申請人要優(yōu)先一些。這種優(yōu)先的程度要根據(jù)申請

人所學的不同專業(yè)而定，例如工商行政管理專業(yè)，新聞專業(yè)，臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)，法律專業(yè)都十分 重視工作經(jīng)驗，有些名牌大學的商學院甚至不接收沒有工作經(jīng)驗的申請人。理工類的專業(yè)相對程

度小些，一般涉及一些在設計、研究與教學等方面的工作經(jīng)驗。如果申請助研金與助教金，具有

助教與助研的工作經(jīng)驗是很必要的。

四、所受的獎勵與榮譽

特別的榮譽是一名學生杰出表現(xiàn)的證據(jù)，除了校內的一些獎勵外，校外的社會榮譽，協(xié)會會員資格，市級以上學術競賽或活動的獎勵，學術雜志上論文的發(fā)表，這些證明都應與申請材料一同寄去，這樣的學生是各校所歡迎的。

五、學歷

申請美國大學研究生以上級別的獎學金資助，要比申請本科獎學金容易得多，如在國內已經(jīng)獲得

學士學位或碩士學位，申請美國的碩士或博士學位，這樣的申請人占有很大的優(yōu)勢。中國許多申

請人往往大學未畢業(yè)之前就著手準備出國申請，這樣可以在畢業(yè)后立即到美國繼續(xù)深造，這種情

況需向校方聲明在入學前可以提供學位與畢業(yè)證明，美國學校也給予受理。由于許多專業(yè)的博士研究人員在美國越來越少，美國學校采取了許多方法鼓勵申請博士。有許多學校都允許僅獲得學士學位的申請人直接申請博士，而不再一定要求提供碩士學位。而且申請博士獎學金資助會比申請研究生碩士的還要豐厚。決心在美國獲得博士學位的申請人可以在國內獲得學士學位之后直接申請博士，這樣反而更加容易獲得獎學金資助。

六、家庭背景

雖然這一項內容對于申請獎學金資助并非是很重要的影響因素，但如果是高級知識分子家庭或是

教育科研人士家庭出身，應給予說明，這樣會對申請人有利。

第五篇：2018年孔子學院獎學金申請辦法

2018年孔子學院獎學金申請辦法

為培養(yǎng)合格的漢語教師，促進漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，孔子學院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設立孔子學院獎學金，委托孔子學院、獨立設置的孔子課堂、海外部分漢語考試考點（以下簡稱推薦機構）推薦優(yōu)秀學生和在職漢語教師到中國大學（以下簡稱接收院校）學習。

一、資助對象 1．非中國籍人士。2．身心健康，品學兼優(yōu)。

3．有志于從事漢語教育、教學及漢語國際推廣相關工作。

4．年齡為16-35周歲（統(tǒng)一以2018年9月1日計）。在職漢語教師放寬至45周歲。

二、獎學金類別及申請條件 1．漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士

2018年9月入學，資助期限為2年。

具有大學本科學歷。漢語考試成績達到HSK（五級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。提供畢業(yè)后擬任教機構工作協(xié)議或相關證明者優(yōu)先。

2．一學年研修生(漢語言文學課程)

2018年9月入學，資助期限為11個月。不錄取在華留學生。漢語考試成績達到HSK（四級）180分、HSKK（中級）60分。3．一學期研修生（漢語言文學課程）

2018年9月、2019年3月入學，資助期限為5個月。不錄取護照上有X1、X2簽證者。

漢語考試成績達到HSK（三級）210分，具有HSKK成績。

三、辦理流程

2018年3月1日起，申請者可登錄孔子學院獎學金網(wǎng)站（cis.chinese.cn）申請孔子學院獎學金。

登錄孔子學院獎學金網(wǎng)站，查詢推薦機構與接收院校；在線提交申請材料，關注申請進程、審核意見與獎學金評審結果；獎學金獲得者與接收院校確認辦理來華留學手續(xù)，在線打印獲獎證書；按接收院校錄取通知書規(guī)定的時間入學報到。

申請截止日期為：

1．6月20日（9月入學）。

2．12月20日（2019年3月入學）。

漢辦集中評審，擇優(yōu)資助，于入學前2個月完成獎學金評審工作，公布評審結果。

四、關于漢語橋獲獎者

在各類漢語橋比賽中獲得2018“孔子學院獎學金證書”者，登錄孔子學院獎學金網(wǎng)站，憑獎學金證書向目標接收院校提交申請材料。

附錄1.孔子學院獎學金資助內容及標準

孔子學院獎學金資助內容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。

1．學費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌用于獎學金生的培養(yǎng)與管理，開展文化活動，組織參加漢語考試。學費不包含教材費和旅游景點門票。

2．住宿費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)獎學金生申請、接收院校批準，選擇校外住宿者，由學校按月或季度發(fā)放住宿費，標準為700元人民幣/月。3．生活費由接收院校按月發(fā)放。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

獎學金生按接收院校錄取通知書規(guī)定的時間入學報到，否則取消獎學金資格。當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊者，當月發(fā)放全額生活費；15日以后注冊者，當月發(fā)放半月生活費。

獎學金生在學期間（不含寒暑假）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天者，停發(fā)離華期間生活費。

獎學金生因個人原因休學、退學或受接收院校紀律處分者，停發(fā)自休學、退學或接到處分通知之日起的生活費。

畢（結）業(yè)生的生活費發(fā)放至學校確定的畢（結）業(yè)日期后的半個月。4．綜合醫(yī)療保險費參照中國教育部來華留學有關規(guī)定執(zhí)行，由接收院校統(tǒng)一購買。四周研修生標準為160元人民幣/人，一學期研修生為400元人民幣/人，一學年以上標準為800元人民幣/年/人。附錄2.孔子學院獎學金申請材料清單
