為培養(yǎng)合格的漢語教師，促進漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，孔子學院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設立孔子學院獎學金，委托孔子學院、獨立設置的孔子課堂、海外部分漢語考試考點（以下簡稱推薦機構(gòu)）推薦優(yōu)秀學生和在職漢語教師到中國大學（以下簡稱接收院校）學習。

一、資助對象 1.非中國籍人士。2.身心健康，品學兼優(yōu)。

3.有志于從事漢語教育、教學及漢語國際推廣相關工作。

4.年齡為16-35周歲（統(tǒng)一以2018年9月1日計）。在職漢語教師放寬至45周歲，本科獎學金申請者一般不超過25周歲。

二、獎學金類別及申請條件 1.漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士

2018年9月入學，資助期限為2年。

具有大學本科學歷。漢語考試成績達到HSK（五級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。提供畢業(yè)后擬任教機構(gòu)工作協(xié)議或相關證明者優(yōu)先。2.漢語國際教育本科

2018年9月入學，資助期限為4年。

具有高中學歷。漢語考試成績達到HSK（四級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。3.一學年研修生

2018年9月入學，資助期限為11個月。不錄取在華留學生。(1)漢語國際教育

漢語考試成績達到HSK（三級）270分，具有HSKK成績。

具有HSK成績。由孔子學院組團進行報名，并事先聯(lián)系接收院校確定在華學習計劃，提前報總部審批，每團10-15人。(3)孔子學院專項四周生

三、辦理流程

2018年3月1日起，申請者可登錄孔子學院獎學金網(wǎng)站申請孔子學院獎學金。

登錄孔子學院獎學金網(wǎng)站，查詢推薦機構(gòu)與接收院校；在線提交申請材料，關注申請進程、審核意見

“孔子學院獎學金”由孔子學院總部設立，旨在鼓勵世界各國學生、漢語教師來華學習和研究漢語言文化。

一、頒發(fā)對象

1、各國孔子學院（課堂）的優(yōu)秀學員；

2、在海外從事或計劃從事漢語教學者；

3、參加孔子學院總部主辦的各類漢語考試且成績優(yōu)異者；

4、“漢語橋”世界大、中學生中文比賽優(yōu)秀參賽選手；

5、國外有關高校漢語學習者；

6、符合孔子學院總部特定協(xié)議規(guī)定條件的人士。申請人須為非中國籍公民，身體健康。

二、獎學金類別及相應申請資格要求

1、進修獎學金

獎學金期限一般分為四周、一學期和一學年。申請人原則上應具備一定漢語基礎，年齡一般不超過55周歲。

2、學位獎學金

申請人應參加過漢語水平考試（HSK）并獲得3級以上漢語水平證書。

學士學位獎學金：期限4-5學年。申請人應具有相當于中國高級中學畢業(yè)的學歷，通過中國大學入學考試或經(jīng)推薦被中國大學免試錄取，年齡一般不超過35周歲。

碩士學位獎學金：期限2-3學年。申請人應具有學士學位或相當學歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

博士學位獎學金：期限3-4學年。申請人應具有碩士學位或相當學歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

三、獎學金內(nèi)容、標準

1、提供注冊費、學費、基本教材費、住宿費

2、按月發(fā)給獎學金生活費，標準為：

a． 進修生：1400元

b． 學士學位生：1400元

c． 碩士學位生：1700元

d． 博士學位生：2000元

3、發(fā)給一次性安置費，標準為：

a.在華學習時間滿一學年（含）的:1500元

b.在華學習時間在一學期（含）以上但不滿一學年的： 1000元。

4、提供來華留學生綜合保險：為在華獎學金生所投付的綜合醫(yī)療保險。主要用于學生因大病住院或發(fā)生人身意外傷害所支付的費用。

四、申請途徑

申請人應向如下獎學金招生單位提交申請文件：

1、駐各國的中國使、領館教育（文化）處（組）

2、各國孔子學院

3、孔子學院總部設在海外的各類漢語考試考點

4、孔子學院總部指定的其他機構(gòu)

五、申請材料

申請人須按如下要求向獎學金招生單位提交相關材料（均為一式兩份）：

1、《孔子學院獎學金申請表》，需使用中文或英文完整填寫或打印。此表可從國家漢辦網(wǎng)站和網(wǎng)絡孔子學院網(wǎng)站下載，下載地址：http:// ；

2、護照照片頁復印件；

3、申請陳述。包含申請人漢語學習背景、來華學習計劃及目標等，不少于200字，用中文或英文打印并附申請人簽名。申請攻讀碩士、博士學位者請詳述來華學習和研究計劃（可另附紙）；

4、漢語水平證明?？蔀闈h語水平證書及成績單、或其他漢語學習和教育證明；

5、學歷證明和成績單（須由所在學校教務單位直接出具并加蓋公章）；申請學習本科專業(yè)者，須提供經(jīng)過公證的高中會考成績單。中英文以外文本需附經(jīng)公證的中文或英文的譯文；申請攻讀碩士、博士學位者，須提交兩名教授或副教授的推薦信，用中文或英文書寫；

6、年齡不滿18歲的申請人，需提交監(jiān)護人保證書及應急聯(lián)系方式；

7、《外國人體格檢查記錄》。此表格由中國衛(wèi)生檢疫部門統(tǒng)一印制，僅限于來華學習時間超過6個月者，須用英文填寫。缺項、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查記錄》無效。

上述申請材料由各招生單位于2009年5月31日前送抵孔子學院總部?？鬃訉W院總部暫不受理個人申請。

六、學習院校選擇

申請孔子學院獎學金來華學習，可從孔子學院總部認可的普通高等學校和中學中選擇三所志愿學校。相關學校名單請登錄國家漢辦/孔子學院網(wǎng)站查詢。查詢地址：http://。

孔子學院總部鼓勵申請人提前自行聯(lián)系學校，如申請人已獲得學校邀請信，請在申請材料中附上。

七、錄取

1、孔子學院總部將對獎學金申請人的申請材料進行審核，并有權(quán)對申請人所選擇的學校和學習時限進行適當?shù)恼{(diào)整。經(jīng)孔子學院總部審核合格的申請材料將轉(zhuǎn)送有關學校，由學校決定是否錄取。

2、已就讀于孔子學院總部認可的中國普通高等學校和中學的申請人，由所在學校推薦，經(jīng)孔子學院總部批準后可獲得孔子學院獎學金資格。

3、孔子學院總部在2009年6月底前將獎學金錄取結(jié)果通知獎學金生招生單位。

八、報到

獎學金獲得者須按錄取學校規(guī)定的時間到指定接收單位報到。無法按期報到者，獎學金資格原則上不予保留。

“Confucius Institute Scholarship” is established by Confucius Institute Headquarters, with a goal of encouraging students and teachers worldwide, who are studying and/or teaching Chinese as a second language, to study Chinese language and culture in China.Eligibility

1.Outstanding students from Confucius Institutes(Classrooms)worldwide;

2.Foreign teachers who are teaching or planning to teach Chinese as a second language;

3.Students who received distinguished grade from the Chinese Examination series held by Confucius Institute Headquarters;

4.Outstanding Contestants in “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition;

5.Students studying Chinese as a second language in overseas universities or colleges;

6.Applicants who meet the requirements of other of Confucius Institute Headquarters’ agreements.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.Categories and Specific Criteria

1．Scholarships for Short-term Study

Applicants must submit application materials to the recruiting institutions according to the following requirement(in duplicate)：

1.Completed “Application Form for Confucius Institute Scholarship”，filled and printed, both in Chinese and English.The form can be downloaded fromthe Hanban website and/or the Confucius Institute Online at http:// ；

2.A Photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it;

3.Personal statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, etc.The statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and signed by the applicant.Detail research and study plan(additional paper can be attached)are required for students applying formaster’s or doctorate degree；

4.Certificates of Chinese Proficiency, could be Chinese Proficiency Certificates and

transcripts, or other certificates of Chinese language learning and/or education;

5.Diploma and transcripts(issued directly by the educational administration office of the school/university, and with a school cache）；Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide notarized copy of senior high school transcripts.Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;Applicants for Master’s or Doctorate Degree are required to submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associated professors;

6.Applications under the age of 18 should submit letters of approval and provide emergent contact of their legal guardians;

附錄1.孔子學院獎學金資助內(nèi)容及標準

孔子學院獎學金資助內(nèi)容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。

1．學費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌用于獎學金生的培養(yǎng)與管理，開展文化活動，組織參加漢語考試。學費不包含教材費和旅游景點門票。

2．住宿費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)獎學金生申請、接收院校批準，選擇校外住宿者，由學校按月或季度發(fā)放住宿費，標準為700元人民幣/月。3．生活費由接收院校按月發(fā)放。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

獎學金生按接收院校錄取通知書規(guī)定的時間入學報到，否則取消獎學金資格。當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊者，當月發(fā)放全額生活費；15日以后注冊者，當月發(fā)放半月生活費。

獎學金生在學期間（不含寒暑假）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天者，停發(fā)離華期間生活費。

獎學金生因個人原因休學、退學或受接收院校紀律處分者，停發(fā)自休學、退學或接到處分通知之日起的生活費。

畢（結(jié)）業(yè)生的生活費發(fā)放至學校確定的畢（結(jié)）業(yè)日期后的半個月。4．綜合醫(yī)療保險費參照中國教育部來華留學有關規(guī)定執(zhí)行，由接收院校統(tǒng)一購買。四周研修生標準為160元人民幣/人，一學期研修生為400元人民幣/人，一學年以上標準為800元人民幣/年/人。附錄2.孔子學院獎學金申請材料清單

一、與所有申請者有關的證明材料 1．護照照片頁掃描件。

為支持孔子學院建設，促進漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，培養(yǎng)合格的漢語教師和漢語人才，孔子學院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設立獎學金，資助外國學生、學者和漢語教師到中國有關大學（以下統(tǒng)稱“接收院校”）學習。

In order to support development of Confucius Institutes, facilitate Chinese language promotion and Chinese cultural transmission in the world, cultivate qualified Chinese language teachers and talented students of Chinese language, Confucius Institute Headquarters(Hanban)(hereinafter referred to as Hanban)launches the “Confucius Institute Scholarships” program for providing sponsorship to students, scholars and Chinese language teachers of other countries for pursuing a study in relevant universities in China(hereinafter referred to as “host institutions”).一、招生類別及申請條件

2.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL Students This category provides a sponsorship for 3 academic years.Applicant should provide the employment agreement from a designated Confucius Institute or a prospective working institution.Applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 60 in HSKK Test(Beginner Level).3.漢語國際教育本科 資助期限為4學年。申請者須為具有高中以上學歷，漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK中級40分。

3.Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(BTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4 academic years.Applicant should hold a high school diploma or above, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).4.一學年研修生 資助期限為11個月。面向孔子學院（課堂）學員，海外本土漢語教師、中文專業(yè)學生、HSK考試成績優(yōu)秀者，不招收在華留學生。漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK初級60分，或者不低于BCT（A）180分、BCT（口語）180分。

4.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study Students

This category provides a sponsorship for 11 months.Application is open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, overseas Chinese language teachers, Chinese language major students and excellent performers in HSK test.International students who are now studying in China are not eligible for the scholarship.Applicant should have a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and 60 in HSKK test(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should hold a minimum score of 180 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 180 BCT(Speaking).5.一學期研修生 資助期限為5個月。申請者無來華留學經(jīng)歷，漢語水平不低于HSK二級120分、HSKK初級40分，或者不低于BCT（A）100分、BCT（口語）120分。

5.Scholarship for One-Semester Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 5 months.Applicant should have no prior experience of studying in China, but have a minimum score of 120 in HSK Test(Level 2), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should have a minimum score of 100 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 120 in BCT(Speaking).6.四周研修生

資助期限為四周，以研修漢語為主。面向孔子學院（課堂）學員、HSK/BCT優(yōu)秀考生和《孔子學院》期刊讀者俱樂部優(yōu)秀會員。申請者須提交HSK或BCT成績報告，無來華留學經(jīng)歷。

6.Scholarship for Four-Week Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4-week study which is mainly focusing on Chinese language.Application is mainly open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, excellent performers in HSK test, and outstanding club members of Confucius Institute Magazine.Applicant should submit a HSK or BCT score report, and have no prior experience of studying in China.已獲2016“孔子學院獎學金證書”的漢語橋獲獎者，憑證書獎項注冊辦理入學手續(xù)。

“Chinese Bridge”(Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students)Winners who have been awarded the 2016 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” can apply for admission according to the scholarship specified in the certificate.二、學習專業(yè)、接收院校和入學時間

II.Majors, Host Institutions & Admission 本委托150所中國大學培養(yǎng)孔子學院獎學金生，學習專業(yè)有漢語國際教育、漢語言文學、中國歷史、中國哲學，中醫(yī)，中國音樂、中國舞蹈等。申請者可登錄獎學金網(wǎng)站（http://cis.chinese.cn）申請表中查詢有關學校。

This year, 150 Chinese universities are entrusted as the host institutions of the scholarships which provide various subjects including Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, Chinese Philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Music, Chinese Dance, etc.For more detailed information of the host institutions, please find the Application Form on the Confucius Institute Scholarships Website(http://cis.chinese.cn).漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、一學年研修+漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、漢語國際教育本科、一學年研修生、一學期研修生均可選擇在2016年9月1日或2017年3月1日入學。

Admission for students of MTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL, BTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study, and one-Semester Study is either on September 1st, 2016 or March 1st, 2017.四周研修生課程安排在2016年7月15日至8月14日，或2016年12月15日至2017年1月14日。需單獨開班，一般10人以上，可另外安排學習時間，孔子學院（課堂）須提前3個月提出申請。

III.Scholarship Coverage, Criteria and Academic Assessment 孔子學院獎學金全額資助內(nèi)容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.學費由學校統(tǒng)籌用于獎學金生培養(yǎng)與管理，組織獎學金生參加漢語水平測試（HSK/HSKK），開展文化活動。

Tuition fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions to provide teaching, management, Chinese language proficiency tests(HSK/HSKK), and cultural and social activities for scholarship holders.住宿費由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)學校批準，選擇校外住宿的，可按月或季度獲得學校發(fā)放的住宿費，標準為：700元人民幣/月/人。

Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions which should provide scholarship holders with free dormitory rooms(usually double rooms).For those who live off campus with the permission of host institutions are entitled to accommodation allowance from host institutions on by month or by quarter.The allowance criteria are RMB700 per person on monthly basis.生活費由接收院校按月發(fā)給。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士生3000元人民幣/月。接收院校按每學期注冊學籍，當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊的，發(fā)給全月生活費；十五日以后報到的，發(fā)給半月生活費；畢業(yè)生的生活費發(fā)至學校確定的畢業(yè)之日以后半個月；獎學金生在學期間（正常假期外）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天，停發(fā)離華期間生活費；因個人原因休學、退學的，停發(fā)生活費。

Living allowance is granted by the host institutions on monthly basis.The allowance criteria per person are: ? BTCSOL, One-Academic-Year Study, One-Semester Study: RMB2,500 per month ? MTCSOL: RMB3,000 per month Enrollment status is based on semesters of host institutions.Students who are enrolled before the 15th(or on the 15th)of the admission month, are entitled to the full allowance of that month.Students, who are enrolled after the 15th of that month, are only entitled to half of the allowance.The living allowance for the month of graduation will be granted half a month later upon confirming the graduation status by host institutions.During the study, for any students who is absent from China of personal reasons for more than 15 days(excluding legal holidays), the allowance will be suspended during absence.Allowance will be terminated in case of schooling suspension or dropping out for personal reasons.綜合醫(yī)療保險費。由學校參照中國教育部來華留學有關規(guī)定統(tǒng)一購買，標準為800元人民幣/人/年。

Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the host institutions in accordance to relevant regulations on international students stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.The insurance fee per person is RMB800 per year.所有學歷生須參加評審，學習成績和漢語水平測試達到優(yōu)秀者可在第二學年繼續(xù)享受全額獎學金，達到良好者 獲得部分獎學金，其余停發(fā)獎學金。部分獎學金資助內(nèi)容是：學費、住宿費和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。一學年和一學期研修生結(jié)業(yè)前參加一次漢語水平測試。漢語測試報名費均由學校報銷。

The degree scholarship program applicants(Category 1, 2, 3)are subject to annual academic performance review.Only those who achieve outstanding records in academic and Chinese language proficiency are entitled to a full scholarship for the following year;those who achieve average academic records are entitled to partial scholarships;the others will not be entitled to scholarship any longer.Partial scholarships consist of tuition fee, accommodation fee and comprehensive medical insurance.The One-Academic-Year Study and One-Semester Study programmers is required to attend Chinese language proficiency test before graduation.Test fee is reimbursed by host institutions.四、招生流程

Scholarship recruitment is open all year round on a trial basis.For applicants, recommending institutions and host institutions, please find admission procedures and scholarship recruitment results on the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn).1.申請者登錄獎學金網(wǎng)站，注冊、填寫《孔子學院獎學金申請表》并附上有關證明材料電子掃描件。

1.For application, please log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn)to register, complete the Confucius Institute Scholarships Application Form online, and upload the scanned copies of relevant supporting documents.2.漢辦委托各國孔子學院（獨立設置的孔子課堂），有關海外漢語考試考點，中國駐外使（領）館教育、文化處（組），接收院校作為推薦機構(gòu)，擇優(yōu)選拔本地申請者，審核申請材料，并與接收院校聯(lián)系，收取并轉(zhuǎn)交獎學金生入學材料。

2.Entrusted by Hanban, Confucius Institutes(independent Confucius Classrooms)in different countries, overseas Chinese language testing centers, educational and cultural sections of Chinese embassy and consulate, and host institutions in China are working as recommending institutions to engage in the applicant selection, materials review, host institutions connection, and collecting and handing over applicants’ documents to host institutions.3.申請材料經(jīng)過漢辦獎學金處確認有效后，由接收院校審核入學資格，并向漢辦提交預錄取人選。

3.Once application materials are verified by the Division of Scholarships of Hanban as valid, host institutions will then review the eligibility of applicants and submit the admission list to Hanban.4．漢辦對符合條件者進行綜合，擇優(yōu)錄取。評審結(jié)果一般在申請材料確認有效后45個工作日內(nèi)發(fā)布。

4.Hanban will conduct an overall assessment of all applications and admit applicants on the basis of competitive selection.Normally, the admission results will be announced within 45 working days after the application materials are confirmed as valid.5．接收院校與學生確認留學意向后，須在15個工作日內(nèi)將《錄取通知書》、《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202表）和獎學金證書復印件等寄達推薦機構(gòu)。

5.After confirming with the successful applicants, host institutions are required to post “Letter of Admission”, “Visa Application Form for Foreigners to Study in China"(JW202 Form), copy of the scholarship certificate and other relevant documents to the recommending institutions within 15 working days.五、免責聲明

V.Disclaimer 1．申請材料不完整或不符合招生條件的，概不受理。1.Incomplete or unqualified applications will not be processed.2.申請材料弄虛作假，或非本人填寫提交的，一經(jīng)查實，申請資格將被取消。

Application Documents for Confucius Institute Scholarships

推薦機構(gòu)和接收院校須核對申請者護照用名完整、國籍無誤、永久通信地址真實有效。以下證明材料如非中文或英文版本，需提供相應的公證文件。

Recommending institutions and host institutions should examine the completeness, validity and accuracy of applicant’s name, nationality and permanent address on the passport.If the following documents are not in Chinese or English version, notarization documents should be provided.一、與所有申請者有關的證明材料

I.For all applicants 1.護照照片頁掃描件。未滿18周歲的申請者，須提交在華法定監(jiān)護人署名的委托證明文件。

1.A scanned copy of the passport photo page.Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China.2．HSK、HSKK或BCT、BCT（口語）成績報告。來華參加“漢語橋”復賽獲獎者可提供“漢語橋”獲獎證書和“孔子學院獎學金證書”。

2.Score reports of the HSK, HSKK or BCT, BCT(Speaking).Winners of the finals of the “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competitions may submit the award certificate and the “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate”.3.推薦機構(gòu)負責人簽發(fā)的推薦信（客觀評價申請者并注明是否孔子學院學員或其它身份；在職漢語教師須附上就職機構(gòu)出具的在職證明和推薦信。）

3.Recommendation letter signed by the head of the recommending institutions(please provide objective comments on the applicant, including whether the applicant is a student of Confucius Institute or other identity.Chinese language teachers shall submit an employment verification letter and a reference letter provided by the institutes they work for.)

二、與學歷生有關的證明材料

I.For degree scholarship program applicants 4.提供最高學歷證明（畢業(yè)預期證明）和在校學習成績單。

4.Certification of the highest education diploma(or proof of expected graduation), and an official transcript.5.漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士和“一學年研修+漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士”須提供兩名副教授以上職稱導師的推薦信；提供畢業(yè)后擬任教機構(gòu)工作協(xié)議或相關證明者優(yōu)先被錄取。

5.Applicants of the Scholarship for MTCSOL Students and Scholarship for “1-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL” students are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors.Those who can provide an employment agreement or related documents with the designated teaching institution are preferred.三、接收院校如需要提供其他證明材料，將直接與申請者聯(lián)系溝通。

第五篇：孔子學院漢語志愿者演講稿

中國作為一個有著悠久歷史的文化大國，自古以來就以其獨特的文化魅力影響著全世界的文化發(fā)展。近代的封閉與落后雖然嚴重干擾了中國在世界的影響力，但如今隨著我國綜合國力的增強，中華文化也隨之重新登上了世界舞臺。當今世界，一個國家的綜合實力不僅僅體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟、科技與產(chǎn)能等“硬實力”上，更體現(xiàn)在文化輸出的“軟實力”上。一個國家的文化為全世界所了解和接受，這個國家才能算得上是真正意義上的大國。當今中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅猛，隨之而來的也有漢語熱的興起。在這個契機之下，漢語國際教育事業(yè)亟待發(fā)展。漢語教師志愿者作為奮斗在國際漢語教育事業(yè)一線的中堅力量，承載著推廣漢語和中華文化的重要使命。作為漢語教師志愿者的一員，我們更應該應國家之所需，抓住機遇，銳意進取，為向全世界推廣中國文化貢獻自己的一份力量，不辜負國家對我們的期望，并能夠在完成教學任務的同時實現(xiàn)自我的提升。

對于志愿者來說，最重要的就是無私奉獻的精神，漢語教師志愿者同時兼?zhèn)浣處熀椭驹刚唠p重身份，無私奉獻的精神就更應該成為我們的行為準則?！爸驹刚摺彪m然是個舶來詞，但奉獻精神作為中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，從“三過家門而不入”的大禹到婦孺皆知的“雷鋒精神”，自古以來就有無數(shù)先賢矢志不渝地踐行著這樣的傳統(tǒng)美德，成為我們寶貴的精神財富。作為漢語教師志愿者，不僅要自己用實際行動踐行無私奉獻的傳統(tǒng)美德，也需要在教學過程中把這一傳統(tǒng)美德向全世界發(fā)揚光大。

其次，“三情三感”作為對于漢語教師志愿者的精神要求，也是我們必須了解和實踐的精神準則。“三情”是感情、熱情和激情。感情包括對事業(yè)的熱愛之情、對祖國的眷戀之情、對學生的關愛之情和對朋友同事的友愛之情等等。人是有感情的，失去了感情人就和行尸走肉沒有區(qū)別，其他的精神品質(zhì)也就更無從談起。而我們在赴蒙教學中，心中要時刻保持對于事業(yè)、祖國、學生和同事之間的感情紐帶，學會感恩，感激所擁有的一切。熱情是一把火，可以點亮黑暗，照亮他人。對工作充滿熱情是保障我們高效率、高質(zhì)量工作的基礎所在。對待工作、對待學生、對待同事，我們都需要充滿熱情，帶動周圍所有的人來參與到我們當中，共同為教學任務的順利完成而努力。缺乏熱情則像是一盆冷水，不僅冷了自己，也會寒了周圍人的心。非但難以完成教學任務，自己的人際關系和心理狀態(tài)也會遇到危機。激情是我們年輕人的優(yōu)勢，健康的身體和年輕人特有的精氣神使我們能夠充滿激情地完成工作，以飽滿的精神來迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)，在工作中找到快樂和成就。哪怕困難再多，只要憑借不畏艱辛的激情，微笑面對，泰然處之，這就是我們克服困難的法寶。相反地，沒有激情的人總是應付差事，千方百計地偷懶，其工作能力和效果可想而知。

“三感”是光榮感、責任感和使命感的概括。對于我們漢語教師志愿者來說，我們是事業(yè)為國家文化實力的發(fā)展做出了積極貢獻，是神圣而光榮的。因此我們需要認識到這一事業(yè)的偉大，從而更加積極地投身進去。在這種光榮感的激勵下，用熱情和激情來對待這項事業(yè)，從而更好地完成文化使者的使命。責任感是我們的立業(yè)之本，我們出國教授漢語和傳播中國文化，本身就是重大的責任。國家寄予我們希望，我們的責任重于泰山，必須要嚴格要求自己，不要辜負了這份期望。我們既然選擇了做漢語教師志愿者，那么就擔上了振興中華語言文化的社會責任和使命。在工作中要對國家負責，對事業(yè)負責，對學生負責。我國目前正處于文化發(fā)展的重要階段，而我們是弘揚中國文化的排頭兵。我們必須明白我們正在肩負著怎樣的歷史使命，而這一份使命對于國家來說又是何等的重要。這樣重要的使命督促著我們必須做好這一工作，不辱使命。

無私奉獻的精神和“三情三感”是我們漢語教師志愿者的基本精神準則，是指引我們更好地開展工作的精神向?qū)?。當然，由于志愿者所處的環(huán)境和時代背景發(fā)展，志愿者精神內(nèi)涵也會隨之發(fā)展進步。這就要求我們每一位志愿者都需要仔細思考并挖掘?qū)儆谧约旱膶τ趪H漢語教師志愿者精神的詮釋。在這樣精神力量的推動下，小到我們自己的身心發(fā)展，大到國家的文化推廣事業(yè)，都將迎來全新而又燦爛的明天。
