視聽說實訓感想

這一周的視聽說實訓。老師分別從 “視，聽，說”三個方面進行訓練，意圖加深我們進行英語操作的實際感受。

實訓的最初，老師給我們安排了這一周的實訓內(nèi)容。先開始是看一段英語短視頻，來后通過小組合作來給視頻配音，然后自己在英語趣配音上選擇一個自己喜歡的視頻進行配音。最后通過小組合作，表演一個英語話劇。期間，老師還讓我們做很多有趣的小游戲，將幾個單個的單詞用英文編程一個故事，讀一篇英語文章讓自己的搭檔聽寫，來后敘述處故事。都是比較有趣的游戲。

通過老師的游戲，配音和團隊合作的話劇，充分的鍛煉到了我的英語表達能力，也讓我了解到，學英語還是要說，只有說出來，英語口語才會提高。老師的這些訓練讓我受益匪淺，感謝老師。

第二篇：英語語音室視聽說實訓小結(jié)

本下學期，王老師依然帶領(lǐng)我們進行了英語語音室視聽說的實訓。在這一學期的時間里，我對英語仍舊是感觸頗深。

記得上半學期英語實訓剛開始時，王老師首先給我們介紹了了本次實訓的目的和內(nèi)容，以及我們會從中學習到什么實用的知識，我們都懷著迫切的心情，躍躍欲試。從王老師的講解中我們知道語音室實訓是以學前英語為大的框架，圍繞基礎(chǔ)英語的“聽，說，讀，寫，譯”。實訓分別從“視，聽，說”三個方面進行訓練，意圖加深我們進行英語操作的實際感受，同時也為我們本下半學期將要進行的B級考試打下一定的基礎(chǔ)。明確了實訓的目的后，我們的心中都有了共同目標，每上課時，王老師都讓我們做一些熱身練習，包括詞性變換題，語法題和介詞填空的練習題，題型緊緊圍繞B級考試的真題擬定，對我們的英語基礎(chǔ)知識進行了一次復習和小測驗。再下來就是閱讀練習，和B級考試題型相同，既要求我們對文章所表達的內(nèi)容進行高度的概括，還要理清下文之間的關(guān)系，更準確的從文章中找到有用的信息以完成后面的練習題。在做題前老師為我們補充了一些重要的英語詞匯，如果能更好的掌握這些詞匯，將對我們的英語考試會有巨大的幫助。在之后做閱讀題的時候，我明顯感覺到了我們對英語的詞匯量的缺乏，積累的英語的詞匯太少，做題閱讀速度也大打折扣。改錯題也是比較令我們苦惱的題型，這道題的正確率很難提高。但這種題型要考查的并不著重于英語語法，而是一些常用的口頭交際中容易出現(xiàn)的錯誤和固定搭配的考察，看得出來這也是對我們閱讀量的一種變相考核方式。所以實訓的重中之重之一是聽力的練習，與我們平時聽的英語聽力不同的是這是在日常工作環(huán)境中的英語聽力，就像我前面說的那樣，對英語的詞匯以及熟悉程度要求較高，尤其是英式英語聽起來有點別扭，但我們知道在B級考試中聽力占了很大的比重，所以必須加強這方面的訓練，最好的辦法就是多聽，多做真題。實訓就是從每天的學習和感悟中結(jié)束的。

實訓中，王老師每次都檢查了前日發(fā)下來的模擬試題完成情況。由于語速較快，以及之前提到的英式英語的關(guān)系，我一次聽下來并沒有能夠順利完成課后的練習題，方法只有一個，那就是只有反反復復地聽?？偟目磥恚曨l聽力的難度并不是很大，關(guān)鍵是耳急手快，把聽見的信息記錄下來。例如聽力填空這種題，可以把聽到的信息點用關(guān)鍵詞的形 式記錄下來，或用幾個字母把一兩個關(guān)鍵詞記錄下來，只要自己能看懂就行，最后在把沒完成的句子補充完整，沒寫完的詞寫完。聽力的訓練貴在堅持，不是一朝一夕就能提高的，關(guān)鍵在于堅持，看來這學期的B級考試，最重要的就是盡快提高我自己的聽力能力。

語音室的實訓也是很有意思的，王老師還經(jīng)常給我們觀賞一些精彩視頻和欣賞一些好聽的英語歌曲。每次我都帶著好奇心，靜靜的觀看一些視頻，從視頻中我們也學到了很多東西，團隊協(xié)作能力，交流溝通能力，和領(lǐng)導能力等等，也從音樂的欣賞中，消除了每天學英語的煩躁感?？谡Z表達也是實訓的一個重要內(nèi)容?？谡Z表達，首先，要選好一個主題，選擇好主題后，就開始根據(jù)自己所學的知識加上了一些自己的看法，寫出一篇演講稿。

在這一學期的英語視聽說的實訓中，自己學到了很多以前沒有學習到的東西。雖然我相信我的英語水平不可能就這一學期時間就有了極大的提高，但我確實認識到了自身還存在的不足和缺點，也同樣發(fā)現(xiàn)到了屬于自己的閃光點，這都讓我堅實了學習英語的信心，也使我有信心去迎接接下來的英語的B級考試。

2008--2009學年第2學期，我承擔了商務(wù)英語專業(yè)三個班的《英語聽說技能實訓》的教授任務(wù),實訓時間共4周,具體實訓安排為:

商務(wù)英語07-1: 周二下午(1-11周)

商務(wù)英語07-3: 周三下午(1-11周)

本門課程為高等職業(yè)教育的一個有機組成部分，是高職高專學生的一門重要的專業(yè)技能實訓課, 是以英語語言知識與應(yīng)用技能、學習策略和跨文化交際為主要內(nèi)容，以外語教學理論為指導并集多種教學模式和教學手段為一體的教學體系。

實訓任務(wù)為結(jié)合真實、典型和實用的聽力材料，對學生進行各種聽力技能的系統(tǒng)訓練，培養(yǎng)學生的快速反應(yīng)、準確辨別、分析推理、歸納總結(jié)、信息處理及記錄和記憶等聽力理解能力，為培養(yǎng)學生全面的英語交際能力奠定良好的聽力基礎(chǔ)；結(jié)合聽力教材內(nèi)容，展開口語練習，逐步培養(yǎng)和提高學生用英語進行口頭交際的能力，讓學生了解英美等國家的文化背景和生活習俗。

具體實訓內(nèi)容包括英文對白訓練, 英文短劇表演, 自編對話, 面試模擬,聽力集訓,影視賞析及觀后感討論等.這些活動不僅提高了學生說英語的興趣,使課堂教學和學習不再枯燥.而且使學生能夠?qū)⒄莆盏闹R應(yīng)用起來,給了他們一個模擬現(xiàn)實的環(huán)境.,提高了其用英語表達的積極性,也給了他們展示自己的舞臺.此外,在實訓過程中,結(jié)合實訓內(nèi)容及專業(yè)特點,介紹了不同國家在外貿(mào)活動

中由于文化差異所表現(xiàn)出的特點,引導學生課下對相關(guān)現(xiàn)象進行調(diào)查,積累.這次實訓教學使我積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗，同時一些不足之處.如有的學生對實訓認識深度不夠,重視程度不夠;實訓場地如果為具體需要用到實訓內(nèi)容的場所將更好;實訓教師在接受實訓任務(wù)前,應(yīng)該接受實際的實訓訓練;實訓內(nèi)容應(yīng)該有連續(xù)性,如可以借鑒前幾屆的實訓經(jīng)驗,以便使本門實訓課程更好地發(fā)揮作用.

一、實訓內(nèi)容及過程

在本學期最后兩周的時間內(nèi)，英語系組織了商英本兩個班的實訓，旨在提高同學們對商務(wù)英語進一步的認識與提高。實訓的任務(wù)是對我們未來商務(wù)英語的掌握是十分必要的，有用的。在第一天的實訓過程中，老師給我們發(fā)了商務(wù)英語聽力測試題，在做題的過程中，更好的理解并運用了商務(wù)英語聽說能力，選擇題讓我們做起來得心應(yīng)手，正確率很高，可是填空題就不那么好運了，在填空題的做題過程中，除了要聽懂段落的大致意思之外，我們還要挑揀合適的詞匯填到空格里，這一過程對我來說是有些困難的，不過在聽過了幾次之后還是可以解決的。在做題的過程中，我也可以很好的運用商務(wù)英語的聽說能力，這是一件十分有益于提高商務(wù)英語聽說能力的事情。第二天的實訓考試并沒有像第一天那樣讓我們自己做題，而是給了我們商務(wù)英語聽力中級的聽力題，相對來說比第一天困難些，不過商務(wù)英語中級聽力給我們一個很好的鍛煉聽力的機會，幾乎整節(jié)課都沒有休息，不過自己對于商務(wù)英語中級聽力有了進一步的理解與認識。接下來的三天實訓，老師們都是以商務(wù)英語聽說能力為鍛煉基礎(chǔ)，讓我們在鍛煉聽力的同時也對商務(wù)英語相關(guān)的詞匯有了更深的了解與掌握。在第二周的實訓中，老師主要鍛煉的大家實踐能力，這一周的實訓主要是老師給同學們出題，同學們在現(xiàn)場即興發(fā)揮，做一個dialogue或者是mini presentation。即興的演講更好的鍛煉了同學們的商務(wù)英語應(yīng)變能力，這幾天的實訓內(nèi)容包括面試過程，分組討論，等等一系列的商務(wù)英語有關(guān)能力，讓我們的商務(wù)英語聽說能力得到更好的鍛煉和提高。

二、實訓體會

（一）對商務(wù)英語和本次實訓課的認識

商務(wù)英語作為現(xiàn)代國際化企業(yè)中最重要的交流工具，已經(jīng)成為人們工作學習不可缺少的技能，成為人們工作學習不可缺少的一項技術(shù)。同時，對許多人尤其是國際化企業(yè)員工來說，商務(wù)英語是其晉升的重要砝碼。商務(wù)英語的溝通技巧和水平已成為影響其工作機會，提職加薪以及事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。尤其是在中國，商務(wù)英語證書是一塊很好的敲門磚。在中國，商務(wù)英語證書被各類涉外企業(yè)用來作為招收職員時英語能力的證明；同時也是商務(wù)工作人員或英語學習者檢驗、提高自己英語水平的方式；對于即將進入職場的在校學生或已工作的青年來說，它是就業(yè)、求職的重要砝碼。所以，對我們商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的同學來說，取得這樣一個含金量大的證書是十分必要的。并且而在中國的市場更加深入地融入到國際經(jīng)濟社會之中時，國內(nèi)人才市場由于大批外資公司的登陸，對商務(wù)英語的人才的需求也愈來愈大。并且而在經(jīng)濟全球化日趨白熱化的今天，大批外資公司進駐中國市場，對商務(wù)英語的人才的需求也愈來愈大。這對我們商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的同學來說是一個很好的消息。因此商務(wù)英語擁有廣闊的就業(yè)前景。這對我們商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的同學來說是一個很好的消息。

然而商務(wù)英語專業(yè)不只是簡單地對學生的英文水平、能力的提高，這對我們商務(wù)英語聽說能力的要求是很嚴格的。它更多地是向?qū)W員傳授一種西方的商務(wù)管理、工作心理、如何和外國人打交道，如何和他們合作、工作的方式方法，以及他們的生活習慣等，從某種程度上說是包含在文化概念里的。因此，對于我們商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的同學來說，我們還有很長的路要走，很多的東西要去學習，因此，對于我們商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的同學來說，我們還有很長的路要走，很多的東西要去學習，而我們商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的實訓也緊扣這些方面對學生進行培訓。從中高級商務(wù)英語聽力入手，讓同學們更多的了解商務(wù)英語有關(guān)的知識，這對我們未來的學習和就業(yè)是十分必要的。英語的聽說能力作為企業(yè)之間的重要的交流工具，對許多人來說，是在商務(wù)能力的一個進步以及事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。做好商務(wù)英語的本職工作對我們商務(wù)英語聽說能力的要求是很嚴格的，也是工作人員檢驗、提高商務(wù)英語水平的方式；對于即將進入職場的我們來說，商務(wù)英語的聽說能力是十分必要的。如果我們能取得這樣一個含金量大的證書，對我們未來的工作前景是十分必要的。

商務(wù)英語不僅僅是英語，更加是對商務(wù)的理解與運用，我相信，只要我們努力學習商務(wù)英語知識，關(guān)注商務(wù)英語發(fā)展走勢，就能在未來的世界里擁有一份屬于自己的天地。

（二）如何提高商務(wù)英語聽說能力

作為一名商那個務(wù)英語專業(yè)的學生，商務(wù)英語聽說能力對我們來說至關(guān)重要，在我們經(jīng)歷了為兩周的實訓之后，我對于怎樣提高商務(wù)英語聽說能力又有了進一步的認識。

首先，我們要積累專業(yè)商務(wù)詞匯，只有在保證詞匯量的情況下，我們才能聽得清楚，說得明白。所以我們當務(wù)之急是要學習積累，在本專業(yè)之外還應(yīng)該拓展自己的知識層面，接觸新鮮事物，豐富自己的專業(yè)知識，盡量多積累掌握并熟練運用商務(wù)詞匯。

其次，我們要堅持每天去聽英語。有的時候，我們聽得多了，耳朵對英語就熟悉了，逐漸也就可以聽得懂了。說起練英語聽力，我認為，貴在堅持，而且要認真聽，用心聽。堅持每天多聽一些商務(wù)會話，不但有助于我們了解商務(wù)知識，還有助于提高我們的聽力說平。

最后，我們要勤于張嘴去說，當我們與他人交流，以后去外企面試的時候，擁有一口流利的英語總會給他人留下好的印象。

（三）課程設(shè)置建議

在為期兩周的實訓中，我對商務(wù)英語有了更深一個層次的了解，商務(wù)英語不僅僅是對于聽力的聯(lián)系與理解，而更是對商務(wù)英語的綜合應(yīng)變能力與整理和整合的能力。

我在實訓的過程中，既有收獲的喜悅，也有一些遺憾。也許是實訓日子短和我并非外貿(mào)專業(yè)的關(guān)系，對商務(wù)英語有些對話的認識僅僅停留在表面，只是在做題與回答的過程中度過，未能夠親身感受、具體處理一些商務(wù)英語有關(guān)的工作，所以未能領(lǐng)會其精髓。但時通過實習，加深了我對商務(wù)英語基本知識的理解，豐富了我的商務(wù)英語知識，使我對商務(wù)英語工作有了一定的感性和理性認識。認識到要做好商務(wù)英語相關(guān)的工作，既要注重商務(wù)英語理論知識的學習，更重要的是要把實踐與理論兩者緊密相結(jié)合。

通過為期兩周的實訓，我深感自己的不足，我會在以后的學習中更加努力，取長補短，需心求教。相信自己會在以后的學習中更加努力，表現(xiàn)更加出色！不管是在什么地方學習，都會努力！
