本學(xué)期，我將結(jié)合學(xué)校工作計劃和學(xué)校教學(xué)工作計劃的要求，規(guī)范常規(guī)教學(xué)，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，努力形成自己的教學(xué)特色。

一、總體思路

以努力提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量為目標，以抓好教學(xué)常規(guī)工作，提高英語合格率為重點，采用任務(wù)型教學(xué)法，注重“學(xué)困生”的教育補差工作，形成良好的教學(xué)風(fēng)氣。

二、工作目標

1、加強基礎(chǔ)知識的教學(xué)和基本技能的訓(xùn)練，結(jié)合素質(zhì)教育和課改要求，在夯實基礎(chǔ)的前提下，逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)科技能水平。

2、開展多種形式的課堂教學(xué)活動，在研究教學(xué)方法上下工夫，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。鉆研新課標，提高教學(xué)水平，真正做到教學(xué)相長，努力達到學(xué)校規(guī)定的教學(xué)指標

四、教材簡要分析

人教英語八年級（下冊），全書共有十個單元。本教材各單元話題靈活，貼近生活實際。本冊書將學(xué)習(xí)的一些語法知識點有：一般將來時、過去進行時、現(xiàn)在完成時、賓語從句、時間狀語從句、形容詞和副詞的比較級和最高級等。同時每個單元后都提供了一篇閱讀文章，用以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的閱讀能力，擴大學(xué)生的閱讀量。

五、教學(xué)基本任務(wù)和要求

按新課程下的課標，師生共同學(xué)習(xí)八年級英語教材。作為教師在教學(xué)過程中要尊重學(xué)生，使學(xué)生樹立自尊自信，形成健康的心理，樹立全球意識。通過本學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生能做到吃的透、掌握牢，使學(xué)生有運用所學(xué)知識分析問題、解決問題的能力。使學(xué)生有向上的、積極的心理狀態(tài)。

六、學(xué)生基本情況分析： 本屆八年級學(xué)生的英語基礎(chǔ)方面還很薄弱，經(jīng)過上學(xué)期的不懈努力，學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識得到了加強，學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度也有所好轉(zhuǎn)。但是學(xué)生整體的惰性還是很強，自覺性很差。我所教的八年級家庭情況一般，家長很少管教孩子。學(xué)生智力因素相差較大，非智力因素差別也很大，造成學(xué)生兩極分化嚴重。有些學(xué)生思想滑坡，心理脆弱，抗挫折能力較差。因此，在今后的工作中應(yīng)加強以上的工作，達到逐步感化他們

另外，學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度,學(xué)習(xí)策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如：很多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的，沒有真正認識到學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的在于交流；有些同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏小組合作意識；大多數(shù)同學(xué)沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)沒有計劃性和策略性；不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語言規(guī)律，不注意知識的鞏固和積累。

七、教學(xué)方法設(shè)計與具體措施：

1、每天背誦課文中的對話。目的：要求學(xué)生背誦并默寫，培養(yǎng)語感。

2、每天記生詞，常用句子和習(xí)語。實施：利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查，保證效果并堅持下去。

3、認真貫徹晨讀制度：規(guī)定晨讀內(nèi)容，加強監(jiān)督，保證晨讀效果。

4、實施“任務(wù)型”的教學(xué)途徑，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合語言運用能力。

5、在教學(xué)中根據(jù)目標并結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容，創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計貼近學(xué)生實際的教學(xué)活動，吸引和組織他們積極參與。學(xué)生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語，完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。

一、教材分析

本教學(xué)設(shè)計方案內(nèi)容屬于義務(wù)教育課程標準實驗教科書北京仁愛教育出版社八年級上冊Unit 8 Our Clothes Topic 1的第一學(xué)時。本單元主要是通過學(xué)習(xí)各種衣服的英語、衣服的材料，以及句型：so...that...引導(dǎo)的是結(jié)果狀語從句。這節(jié)課要掌握的是：結(jié)構(gòu)“so + 形容詞/副詞+ that 從句”。學(xué)會用這個結(jié)構(gòu)造句，如：The cake was so delicious that the boy eat a lot of it.教學(xué)目標 1.知識結(jié)構(gòu): a)To learn the new words of clothes.b)To talk and read about those new words.c)To practice listening, speaking, reading.d)To think about our clothes and learn the structures :“so ? that?”.2.目標語言: 1)What are these clothes in English? 六、教學(xué)反思

在兩年的教學(xué)活動中，我覺得最大的困難就是如何使教學(xué)活動在一種輕松，民主的氣氛下進行。而我的這一教學(xué)設(shè)計是一節(jié)公開課，上課前做的準備是相當充裕的，所以這節(jié)課師生互動、學(xué)生樂學(xué)的效果還是比較明顯的。

1、教學(xué)導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)，包括唱歌、情景電話、學(xué)生提建議的導(dǎo)入，學(xué)生配合得好，進行得很順利。授課用時6-7分鐘。

2、把這節(jié)課的重點設(shè)計為走catwalk的形式和趣味相結(jié)合的游戲，配以簡單動作，利于學(xué)生記憶知識，激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣和活躍課堂氣氛。我認為要比上課前唱首英語歌單為活躍氣氛要好。

3、做課件時，各環(huán)節(jié)的銜接過渡，制作、美化，整理圖片等，長達好幾天，心思、時間用得比較多。如果按仁愛英語光盤上的模板授課，就輕松的多，但是我沒有這樣子做，我想這就是我上英語課的原則：從自己帶的學(xué)生的實際出發(fā)。

4、學(xué)生的catwalk表演放得不開，沒有及時進行鼓勵他們大膽嘗試，這一點對學(xué)生積極性的培養(yǎng)不足，以后要注意對學(xué)生興趣、積極性的培養(yǎng)！

5、上完這節(jié)課之后，我覺得鼓勵成績偏下的學(xué)生積極參與很有必要！在師生互動的環(huán)節(jié)中，成績不怎么好、但又外向的那部分學(xué)生幫了我很大一個忙，本來他們并不熱衷于英語課堂的內(nèi)容，但教師的鼓勵令他們也參與其中了！
