本課綜合聽說讀寫四個方面,以三個環(huán)環(huán)相扣,循序漸進(jìn)的任務(wù)展開知識學(xué)習(xí).首先以一首優(yōu)美的歌曲“Dreaming my dream”引入,將學(xué)生自然帶入語言環(huán)境,并初步感受到本課的主要話題是談?wù)撟约旱睦硐?,由此引出本課第一個任務(wù),學(xué)生聽一段課本中的短文,了解她是如何構(gòu)想將來的,并為第二個任務(wù)做了鋪墊。有了理想之后,更重要的是要為實(shí)現(xiàn)理想付出努力。因此,第二個任務(wù)接踵而來,學(xué)生閱讀短文,了解她將如何實(shí)現(xiàn)理想,這個任務(wù)承上啟下,它引出本課的中心任務(wù):即幫助自己的同學(xué)實(shí)現(xiàn)理想。最后,從個人夢想過渡到民族夢想,我們已經(jīng)爭取到2008奧運(yùn)會的申辦,那么,我們將要怎么做,為奧運(yùn)會貢獻(xiàn)自己的一份力量呢,該任務(wù)既是拓展,又是鞏固。二.課后反思:
本課在設(shè)計(jì)上聽說結(jié)合,相得益彰。首先給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造了一個語言環(huán)境,讓學(xué)生自然融入,然后,緩緩導(dǎo)入階梯狀任務(wù)鏈,循序漸進(jìn),難度不斷加大,但坡度平緩,鋪墊充分且扎實(shí),因此學(xué)生在完成最后的中心任務(wù)時亦不覺吃力,整堂課學(xué)生活動充分,教師的引導(dǎo)點(diǎn)到為止,給學(xué)生較大的空間發(fā)揮和創(chuàng)造。另外,教師在幾個任務(wù)之間的點(diǎn)評也很及時到位,給學(xué)生非常清晰的范例和指示,利于學(xué)生明確任務(wù)的方向。

本課時的教學(xué)全程分成六個階段,各個階段的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)如下:
1a.這個部分是復(fù)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)新的詞匯。目標(biāo)是讓學(xué)生懂得表達(dá)一些有關(guān)職業(yè)的詞匯,這部分
將結(jié)合圖片與單詞進(jìn)行詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)。
1b.這個部分聽力練習(xí),目的是讓學(xué)生懂得想從事某種職業(yè)應(yīng)該如何做到,及如何用英語表
達(dá)。這個部分放兩遍聽力,首先對一些新詞匯進(jìn)行解釋,提醒學(xué)生抓住關(guān)鍵詞找出答案。1c.這部分是分組活動,目的是讓學(xué)生在對前面詞匯的認(rèn)識及聽力部分的掌握后進(jìn)行說的練
習(xí),要求學(xué)生仿照model conversation,即:—what are you going to be when you grow up? 回
答時用,—I am going to be a/an teacher/doctor/artist...How are you going to do that? I’m going
to study math hard.然后用第三人稱操練,即: What is he going to be when heup?
He’s going to be an engineer.How is he going to do that? He’s going to study math hard..鑒于學(xué)生職業(yè)類的詞匯比較缺乏和陌生,這時老師展示一些名人圖片或熟悉的圖片并
配有詞匯,讓學(xué)生同桌之間進(jìn)行對話練習(xí),以達(dá)到在聽的基礎(chǔ)上練習(xí)說的目的!并且學(xué)生之
間有了互動,活躍了課堂的氣氛!
教法的選擇: 在本課中我們可以采用以下幾種教法:(1)播放名人演說的視頻,把學(xué)生帶
入學(xué)習(xí)英語的氛圍,同時學(xué)生會受到情感上的教育。(2)展示圖片與詞匯結(jié)合。既讓學(xué)生把
實(shí)物與生詞相結(jié)合來記單詞,又激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和熱情。(3)聽錄音。聽音是英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要方法,也是課堂教學(xué)的重要步驟。在聽中可以感知,可以根據(jù)聽來達(dá)到說的目的。(4)
學(xué)生進(jìn)行情對景話練習(xí)。
采用的學(xué)法有:(1)聽力要有技巧地聽,如:注意觀察題目及表格上的設(shè)計(jì),抓住關(guān)鍵詞等。(2)大膽地開口說英語。有的學(xué)生因?yàn)樾愿?,面子或者學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度上的問題而不想或不敢開口說英語。(3)反復(fù)練習(xí),重在模仿。練習(xí)包括聽,說,讀和寫,這四個過程重在模仿,然后才能成為自己的東西。
教學(xué)步驟:
Step 1.Lead in:觀看馬丁·路德·金的演講I have a dream《我有一個夢想》,觀看大約二分鐘,以此把學(xué)生帶入一個為自己的將來樹立理想的氛圍中,提高他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣!然后再向?qū)W生簡單介紹馬丁·路德·金的經(jīng)歷,主要是1964年他發(fā)表了一個著名的演講I have a dream 《我有一個夢想》,迫使美國國會在1964年通過《民權(quán)法案》宣布種族隔離和歧視政策為非法政策。
Step2.New words: 出示一些照片,展示新詞匯,并通過記憶大比拼,記住新詞匯和復(fù)習(xí)舊詞匯
Step3.Presentation :what are you going to be when you grow up? 回答時用,—I am going to be a/an teacher/doctor/artist...How are you going to do that? I’m going to study math hard…..然后用第三人稱操練,即: What is he going to be when he grows up? He’s going to be an engineer/ teacher/doctor/artist...How is he going to do that? He’s going to study math hard..通過配合動畫,學(xué)生們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣才會調(diào)動起來!
廖良:Step3.首先向?qū)W生展示這個課時的重點(diǎn)詞匯:Engineer工程師Computer programmer程序設(shè)計(jì)師Airline pilot飛行員。并問學(xué)生這些職業(yè)的人是怎么樣子的呢?然后引出1a部分六個職業(yè)computer programmer,basketball player, airline pilot ,engineer teacher actor,并結(jié)合電腦上學(xué)生所熟悉的名人圖片或職業(yè)圖片進(jìn)行辨認(rèn),加深對重點(diǎn)詞匯的理解!
韋香龍:Step4.1b部分(聽力)。通過前面三步的學(xué)習(xí)與認(rèn)識,學(xué)生已經(jīng)對于部分職業(yè)有所了解,這時再從聽力上加以強(qiáng)化,并進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)所知的職業(yè)。
聽力放兩遍,第一遍讓學(xué)生初步聽出大概內(nèi)容;第二遍是由老師先對一些可能學(xué)生不熟悉的詞匯進(jìn)行解釋,然后指導(dǎo)學(xué)生聽聽力要學(xué)會抓住關(guān)鍵詞。最后核對答案。
陳曉青:Step5.Pairwork(分組討論)。首先由老師指導(dǎo)詢問別人將來長大后打算做什么,即:—what are you going to be when you grow up? 回答時用,—I am going to be a/an
teacher/doctor/artist....鑒于學(xué)生職業(yè)類的詞匯比較缺乏和陌生,這時老師展示一些名人圖片或熟悉的圖片并配有詞匯,讓學(xué)生同桌之間進(jìn)行對話練習(xí),以達(dá)到在聽的基礎(chǔ)上練習(xí)說的目的!并且學(xué)生之間有了互動,活躍了課堂的氣氛!
廖海蘭:Step6.學(xué)生在step5時對一些職業(yè)已經(jīng)比較熟悉,這時老師再選其中幾幅圖,并對學(xué)生進(jìn)行提問:—If you want to be a /an writer/scientist/actor/singer, how are you going to do that? 學(xué)生這時一般都知道(至少知道用中文)回答:努力學(xué)習(xí),即:study hard.這時老師再進(jìn)行積極引導(dǎo),以達(dá)到擴(kuò)展學(xué)生思維的目的!最后經(jīng)過答語引出將來打算做某事的重點(diǎn)句型:—I am going to+動詞原形+sth.林小妹:Step7.2a,2b部分(聽力)。首先讓學(xué)生認(rèn)真觀察屏幕上的圖片,知道三幅圖中的三類職業(yè)的表達(dá),提醒學(xué)生聽錄音時注意圖中主人公的夢想是什么?然后看2b方框中,告訴學(xué)生what,where,how,when 分別表示:是什么,地點(diǎn),方式和時間。要讓學(xué)生注意抓住這幾個疑問副詞作為關(guān)鍵詞,以此找出答案!
聽力放兩遍,第一遍除了抓住主人公的夢想之外,還要讓學(xué)生大概了解
what,where,how,when等出現(xiàn)在聽力的哪個位置,為第二遍確認(rèn)答案做好鋪墊!第二遍確定答案!如果學(xué)生在第二遍還沒找出答案,這時有必要再放一次錄音,使學(xué)生對這部分聽力有一個更清晰的認(rèn)識!
楊瑪麗:Step8.2c部分。Pairwork(分組活動)。這一部分是對2b聽力的鞏固,根據(jù)這部分的例句,讓學(xué)生分別對How和when進(jìn)行對話練習(xí)。然后選出一兩組同學(xué)到講臺上示范對話!以聽力材料做對話練習(xí),對提高學(xué)生說的能力有很大的幫助!
周燕:Step9.Summary(總結(jié))。為學(xué)生總結(jié)這個課時主要是學(xué)了以下重要的句型:

課改浪潮滾滾襲來,教學(xué)研討蔚然成風(fēng)。本人抱著“取人之長,補(bǔ)己之短”的心態(tài),到四中學(xué)習(xí)了一堂課,毋庸置疑,受益匪淺,感觸頗多。請?jiān)试S本人針對這堂課發(fā)表拙見。
總體來說,這次課堂教學(xué)實(shí)施比較成功,達(dá)到了公開教學(xué)應(yīng)有的效果。從詢問職業(yè)開始,然后通過幻燈片展示各種職業(yè)類型,一直到談?wù)摾硐?,整個過程如行云流水,連貫自然。遵循了面向全體學(xué)生、倡導(dǎo)體驗(yàn)參與、開發(fā)課程資源等課標(biāo)理念,初步培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的交際策
略、資源策略等意識。教學(xué)任務(wù)基本完成,各層次的學(xué)生均有所得。此外,英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍寬松、民主、濃厚,師生情感交融極為成功。
一、課堂優(yōu)點(diǎn)
1.采用多媒體教學(xué),形象直觀、省時高效。放映關(guān)于各種職業(yè)的幻燈片,能激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,減少學(xué)生對母語的依賴。將新授的語言內(nèi)容制作成演示文稿,相比在黑板上板書省時不少,而且高效。
2.本節(jié)課從學(xué)生熟悉的句型入手,引出關(guān)于職業(yè)的單詞,如professional,computer,programmer等,然后放映幻燈片展示新的職業(yè)類型,如engineer,pilot等,最后談?wù)摾硐耄海祝瑁幔?are you going to be? 并進(jìn)一步討論:How are you going to do that?這樣的教學(xué)流程既科學(xué)合理、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)有序,又符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知規(guī)律。
3.從舊知識的復(fù)習(xí)到新知識的呈現(xiàn),過渡自然,富有邏輯性。教師設(shè)問:What do you do?What does she/he do?自然引出關(guān)于職業(yè)的單詞,進(jìn)而學(xué)習(xí)新的職業(yè)類型。這樣的銜接很巧妙、很自然。4.生詞的呈現(xiàn)與記憶很直觀,且多樣化。開展了“Do you have quick eyes?”“Can you remember well?”“中英文互譯”等教學(xué)活動。5.教師在教學(xué)過程中基本起到了引導(dǎo)者、指揮者的作用,能夠立足于學(xué)生的學(xué),充分調(diào)動其主動性、積極性。呈現(xiàn)完“What are you going to be when you grow up?How are you going to do that?”后,隨即提供Tina等人的信息并要求對話操練,起到了很好的鞏固效果。

二、美中不足
1.教學(xué)重點(diǎn)不夠突出,主次不分明。重點(diǎn)是學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)于職業(yè)的生詞,還是掌握句型“What are you going to be when you grow up?How are you going to do that?”從教學(xué)現(xiàn)象來看無法判斷。2.學(xué)生語言輸入后未能進(jìn)行充分有效的輸出,使語言停留在知識狀態(tài)而沒有轉(zhuǎn)化為能力。
3.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的空間與時間均不足,教學(xué)尚未充分體現(xiàn)教為主導(dǎo)、學(xué)為主體的思想。
4.聽、說、讀、寫四會的基本原則沒有很好地遵循,且忽視了“寫”的技能培養(yǎng)。
5.時間分配不夠合理,花在生詞教學(xué)上的時間幾乎等同于句型學(xué)習(xí)的時間。
三、個人建議
1.在直觀呈現(xiàn)生詞后,應(yīng)讓學(xué)生通過大量的對話操練來鞏固和掌握它們。因?yàn)閱卧~是死的,只有在語境中才能活過來。皮之不存,毛將焉附!
2.句型“What are you going to be when you grow up?How are you going to do that?”的操練,應(yīng)分三個階段:控制→半控制→全開放。具體做法是:讓學(xué)生先練習(xí)演示文稿中的對話例子,然后根據(jù)所提供的信息編對話,最后發(fā)揮想象暢談自己的愿望與打算。3.生詞教學(xué)控制在15分鐘以內(nèi),拿出25分鐘的時間學(xué)習(xí)句型“What are you going to be when you growup?How are you going to do that?” 把教學(xué)重點(diǎn)放在這兩個句型上。
4.多一些自主,少一些灌輸。注重精講多練。附:教師素質(zhì)
1.儀表端莊大方,精神煥發(fā)。教態(tài)親切自然,富有 感染力。

一、反思教法
1、我盡力用英語去教英語,由于我平時注重多說,多練,所以這節(jié)課表達(dá)非常流利,聲音也響亮,給學(xué)生“大膽開口說英語”起到模范作用。
2、重難點(diǎn)處理:本節(jié)課通過聽力訓(xùn)練,兩人對話,小組調(diào)查等多種形式反復(fù)操練重點(diǎn)句型,鞏固所學(xué)知識,提高靈活運(yùn)用能力,通過操練中人稱的變化更好的領(lǐng)會語法。
3、任務(wù)型教學(xué)法課前布置任務(wù),要求學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)七年級(下)Unit 4中關(guān)于職業(yè)的詞匯,預(yù)先讀本課新詞,讓學(xué)生帶著任務(wù)有目的地上課,并在課堂學(xué)習(xí)中不斷獲得完成此任務(wù)所必須的知識、能力、技能等,為最終完成任務(wù)作全面的準(zhǔn)備。通過上課來看,學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)很到位,學(xué)過的單詞computer,science,reporter 等沒有讀錯的現(xiàn)象,對an actor,he,she 等使用也很好。
4、競賽教學(xué)法:根據(jù)初中生爭強(qiáng)好勝的性格特征,在課堂內(nèi)引進(jìn)小組競爭機(jī)制,提高團(tuán)體活動效率,加強(qiáng)團(tuán)體凝聚力,激發(fā)學(xué)生的求知欲和參與意識。所以我在復(fù)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)就進(jìn)行了單詞列舉比賽,并適時給予鼓勵,或表揚(yáng),這樣學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情極高。
二.反思學(xué)法
1、預(yù)習(xí)效果很好:學(xué)過的單詞computer,science,reporter 等沒有讀錯的現(xiàn)象,對an actor,he,she等使用也很好。
2、學(xué)生的游戲參與意識很高:在教學(xué)過程中我讓學(xué)生在“玩中學(xué),學(xué)中玩”,因?yàn)楹猛媸菍W(xué)生的天性,讓學(xué)生輕松學(xué)習(xí),體會學(xué)英語原來可以這么有趣,提高學(xué)習(xí)興趣與熱情。每次活動,很多有人舉手,積極參與。
3、合作學(xué)習(xí):積極參與2人或4人小組對話或活動,相互交流,互幫互助,合作完成任務(wù),培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,更好地掌握本課所學(xué)知識,整體來看,效果可以,但是個別學(xué)困生學(xué)習(xí)意識不強(qiáng),在練習(xí)過程中,要求聽不清,或練習(xí)只是做樣子,走過場,叫起來照著課本讀課文,這些需以后進(jìn)一步提高。
4.“為用而學(xué),用中學(xué),學(xué)了就用”:善于抓住用英語交際的機(jī)會,充分感知,聯(lián)系實(shí)際,積極體驗(yàn),大膽實(shí)踐。句型結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)入自然,學(xué)生順著話題練下去。
三.反思教學(xué)過程
Step1 Organization and duty report 有少部分學(xué)生有些緊張,問題沒聽清楚,答非所問的現(xiàn)象,不過此部分學(xué)生很快就進(jìn)入角色,很好的完成任務(wù)。

四、反思教材處理和其他
1、教材處理:A、充分利用教材資源,及時鞏固所學(xué)知識,如圖片的觀察和分析,1a詞匯的利用,1c句型結(jié)構(gòu)的掌握;、B教材編排順序的靈活調(diào)整,聽力放在了最后;C、加入了人稱的替換,增加了課容量,擴(kuò)展了語法;D、詞匯目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn),句型目標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)合理,語法的掌握也很好;E、學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫等能力有所提高;F、情感目標(biāo)點(diǎn)題,總結(jié)時說“良好的打算是成功的開始”讓學(xué)生為實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)而從現(xiàn)在開始好好學(xué)習(xí)英語。
總之, 這節(jié)課我處理得很好,得到了聽課的教師、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的好評。通過這次教學(xué),我深深地認(rèn)識到, 扎實(shí)的教學(xué)基本功,靈活的教學(xué)技巧可以極大地調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和積極性,有利于英語教學(xué)成績的提高!
