教學(xué)目的：通過對比，了解各種英漢證書、證明的文體格式和語言特點(diǎn)。

教學(xué)重點(diǎn)：英漢證書、證明的格式和語言表達(dá)之異同及其翻譯方法

教學(xué)方式：講解、比較法、分析法、多媒體 計(jì)劃課時(shí)：3課時(shí)

一般證明書（certificate）是單位或有關(guān)人士對其管轄范圍內(nèi)或了解范圍內(nèi)的人或事情的真實(shí)情況所開具的證明信件。在翻譯過程中, 不僅要遵循“忠實(shí)、通順”的原則，還要考慮兩種語言所通用的規(guī)范格式和習(xí)慣的語言表達(dá)方式。

第三篇：翻譯證書

現(xiàn)在市面上有三張證書：A，北外和聯(lián)合國同聲傳譯處聯(lián)合舉辦的，受訓(xùn)完畢派往聯(lián)合國工作。因?yàn)殡y度頗大，受訓(xùn)人員通常比較少?；驹诒蓖庑?nèi)選拔，具有公務(wù)員性質(zhì) B，人事部的翻譯資格證書，全國通用，分為口譯和筆譯兩種。難度分別為3級，2級，1級。1級證書不公開考試，也帶有某種內(nèi)部評定的性質(zhì)，且市面上只有3級和2級的學(xué)習(xí)資料。C，上?？谧g資格證書考試。該證書在三張證書中最先推廣，比較好地適應(yīng)了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，在華東地區(qū)尤其是長三角地區(qū)影響力最大。

考慮到杭州的情況和大學(xué)生畢業(yè)就業(yè)之需，提供參考觀點(diǎn)如下：

第一，北外的證書和人事部一級證書不需要去追逐，任何努力在可以預(yù)見的未來都是沒有結(jié)果的，因此這樣的努力也是不必要的。

第二，上海口譯證書考試和人事部證書考試的難度關(guān)系：上海中級口譯證書考試比人事部的3級證書簡單些，上海高級口譯證書介于人事部的3級證書和2級證書之間。第三，考慮到絕大部分學(xué)員的英語能力，建議學(xué)員從上海的口譯證書開始學(xué)起。一來起步不是太難，學(xué)習(xí)過程中不會太受打擊。二來只要將上海高級口譯證書考試拿下，那么通過自己的能力就可以較輕松地攻克人事部的2級證書。這樣并不等于說上?？谧g證書考試難度不大。根據(jù)我的主考經(jīng)驗(yàn)和以往數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，上?？谧g證書考試(筆試+口試)總體通過率均不超過12%。筆試階段中級口譯的通過率大概為40%，高級口譯的通過率不到30%。但到了口試階段，通過率更加悲壯----約為30%。因此這張證書的含金量相當(dāng)?shù)母撸婕暗闹R面和信息量也相當(dāng)?shù)膹V，是就業(yè)競爭中超越諸多英語證書的利器。

要想很好的攻克上海口譯證書，需要從如下幾點(diǎn)認(rèn)真做起：

第一，確定發(fā)展道路。如果考生有意向沖擊口譯或者翻譯能力，并且依靠該能力贏得競爭優(yōu)勢，那么按照如下做法會比較省時(shí)，高效。中級口譯筆試—〉中級口譯口試—〉高級口譯—〉高級口譯口試---〉人事部2級。在這個過程中，需要注意幾點(diǎn)：A，高級口譯不能包括中級口譯。雖然當(dāng)年本人直接越過中級口譯獲得了高級口譯證書。但事后看來，中級口譯所涉及的東西是高級口譯不具備的。中級口譯涉及的面比較微觀實(shí)用，高級口譯涉及的面抽象玄乎。B，中級口譯筆試結(jié)束后只需要沖擊口試一次，不管通過與否都無所謂。需要立刻調(diào)整狀態(tài)沖擊高級口譯，而在高級口譯階段，則需要想盡任何辦法通過口試，此處沒有后退的余地。C,高級口譯通過之后，參看人事部的3級資料，同時(shí)不要松懈對高級口譯知識點(diǎn)的理解和鞏固。這個過程大概需要一年，有了這一年的鞏固，憑借高級口譯的證書和能力，市面上已經(jīng)鮮有競爭對手，同時(shí)大小會議都能從容應(yīng)付。D，在經(jīng)過一年的鞏固和提高之后，可以沖擊人事部的2級證書，不管是筆譯證書還是口譯證書。這個時(shí)候不需要參加任何課程，自己可以比較輕松的攻克。因?yàn)榈搅诉@個階段，考生實(shí)際上已經(jīng)有了2級證書的能力，所缺乏的就是2級的證書。

第二，端正好態(tài)度?？谧g證書考試是能力和實(shí)力的體現(xiàn)，沒有多少考試技巧可言。唯有扎實(shí)的功底方能助考生勝出。建議感興趣的學(xué)員首先要好好鞏固詞匯。鑒于口譯沒有專門的詞匯，學(xué)員只要能將六級詞匯好好掌握，那么問題就不大了。通常為了中級口譯順利過關(guān)，需要將六級詞匯掌握至少5遍。為了沖擊高級口譯，需要將六級詞匯掌握20遍以上。口譯考試不同于四六級以及考研。后者有很多的消極詞匯(passive vocabulary),即只要在考試時(shí)

認(rèn)得，不需要主動記憶和運(yùn)用。前者需要考生記住的任何一個單詞都能為你隨心所欲的使用，因此對于詞匯要相當(dāng)?shù)氖炀殹?/p>

第三，針對上海口譯證書考試，學(xué)員可以參考如下學(xué)習(xí)方法：重視四本書：聽力，口譯，筆譯，閱讀理解。

1，口語書的內(nèi)容可以自己參看，對于考試沒有多大的幫助。

2，聽力在筆試時(shí)占到90分，分值相當(dāng)大，不容忽視;并且聽力部分的兩個聽譯段落中有一個段落出自聽力教材。在鍛煉聽力的時(shí)候希望能夠做到如下幾點(diǎn)：A，如果聽不懂，那么參看后面的script,這樣再聽時(shí)則會發(fā)現(xiàn)原來聽不懂的東西就可以聽懂了，并且聽不懂的地方就是你的問題所在。這樣一本書聽下來，可以糾正很多的錯誤，做到真正的提高。B，建議在聽的時(shí)候準(zhǔn)備一“材”多用，首先將它視為聽力教材，在完成這個目的之后，好好的研究內(nèi)容。它是一套不錯的口語教材。當(dāng)然要做到這一點(diǎn)，必須在閱讀的時(shí)候從中英兩個方面來考慮，即，看著英文思考中文的意思。這樣一本書下來，不但積累了口語表達(dá)信息，也鍛煉了“譯”的能力。

3，重視口譯與筆譯的原因也很簡單。第一，分值。不管是中級還是高級，譯的成份都占到100分。其次，在口譯筆試中，尤其是高級口譯比試中，由于閱讀理解量大題難，大部分人在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)都看不完，做題時(shí)更不用說正確率了。所以這一塊的唯一解決方法就是想辦法爭取時(shí)間。這部分時(shí)間唯有從翻譯那里擠出來。如果一開始就重視翻譯和口譯，那么理想的話可以為閱讀理解多爭取一倍的時(shí)間。第二，在筆試完后大概一個月的樣子就可以知道是否有資格參加口試。如果到那個時(shí)候再準(zhǔn)備，那么已經(jīng)晚了。所以建議在筆試開始的時(shí)候就應(yīng)該看完筆譯，口譯的第一遍。在口試前的一個月內(nèi)再將這兩本書看完兩遍。第一遍看著文章推測譯文，第二遍看著譯文推測原文。第三遍和第一遍一樣。這樣三遍下來便可盡收考試要點(diǎn)，做到無招勝有招。當(dāng)然不是背下來，因?yàn)樗性囶}都是似曾相識，但又不是出自書本。

4，閱讀理解是大部分人比較忽視的一塊。但是由于口譯這個東西融入了太多的中國成份，那么久而久之，口譯學(xué)習(xí)者的語言感覺會被毒害。因此仔細(xì)閱讀《閱讀理解》這本書有助于定期解毒。同時(shí)閱讀理解提供的信息很多，值得收集。在閱讀這本書的時(shí)候不應(yīng)太快，按照自己的速度慢慢看。不要把它看作閱讀理解題目來做。重在欣賞和積累英語人士的優(yōu)美、地道表達(dá)。

至于口試部分，其實(shí)沒有多少好擔(dān)心的。出現(xiàn)一個考場16個考生不過的情況本來可以避免。關(guān)鍵是考生在筆試的時(shí)候就有投機(jī)的成份，沒有真正提高自己的英語能力。并且在口譯的時(shí)候有了太多無謂的心理壓力。通常能夠通過第一階段的考生沒有理由通不過第二階段。主要是自己嚇?biāo)雷约?，并且把過多的精力放到了口語表達(dá)上面。要想很好的處理這個問題，需要考生在第一階段時(shí)就端正態(tài)度，不要將口譯考試當(dāng)作一門有很多考試技巧的考試，而是要扎扎實(shí)實(shí)提高自己的英語能力。否則即使第一階段能夠通過，在第二階段也要栽跟頭。其次，平時(shí)練習(xí)口譯時(shí)要注意“筆記”和“聽”的比例。最好的狀態(tài)是將70%的精力放在聽上，30%的精力放在隨意筆記上。保證筆記的速度和磁帶朗讀速度一致，即篩選最重要的中心詞記錄。

第四，個人認(rèn)為口譯人人能做，不分專業(yè)和天賦。關(guān)鍵看功夫能不能花到家。在這個競爭越發(fā)激烈的社會上，和翻譯相關(guān)的行業(yè)依然保持了比較高的競爭力和工資水平;同時(shí)翻譯不是一個狹隘的概念，只要具備了高級口譯的扎實(shí)能力，那么任何考試輕松拿下;因此是值得有志青年努力追求。雖然在諸多的比試和選擇中，我們可能在某些環(huán)節(jié)處于劣勢，但是扎扎實(shí)實(shí)的高級口譯能力必將還你一個“英雄不問出處”。

全國外語翻譯證書考試的各個證書考試是各自獨(dú)立的。通過任何一個證書考試都可獲得相

應(yīng)的證書?？谧g和筆譯均采用A、B、C、D四級記分法，口譯各部分都在B（含B）以上為合格，除高級口譯外，通過錄音考試就可獲得證書，通過高級口譯錄音考試的考生還要參加面試，面試合格才能獲得證書。筆譯試卷中各部分都在B（含B）以上為合格?？荚嚭细窬涂色@得證書。

北京外國語大學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)組織編寫、出版和發(fā)行考試大綱、教材和輔導(dǎo)資料、附帶磁帶（尚未出版）

譯英。總考試時(shí)間為150分鐘，其中聽力部分為40分鐘，閱讀技能部分為50分鐘，英譯漢部分為30分鐘，漢譯英部分為30分鐘。四部分總考分（滿分）為250分。其中：聽力90分，閱讀60分，雙譯各50分。合格為150分。凡第一階段合格的考生方可參加第二階段口試。

第二階段口試共分兩部分：口語與口譯?？荚嚂r(shí)間為25分鐘左右。

日語口譯崗位資格證書：第一階段綜合筆試。分為四部分：第一部分聽力，40分鐘；第二部分日語閱讀技能，50分鐘；第三部分日譯漢，30分鐘；第四部分漢譯日，30分鐘。四部分共需時(shí)150分鐘，考分滿分為200分。合格120分。

第二階段口試，包括口語和口譯兩部分。考試時(shí)間20分鐘左右。

自05年起，二級、三級英語翻譯專業(yè)資格（水平）考試暫定每年舉行2次，考試日期原則定 考試時(shí)間 為5月份最后一周的周六、周日其他語種各級別考試每年舉行1次，為5月份最后的一周的周六、周日，與英語考試日期一致。

2004年考試日期為5月22日、23日，10月23日、24日（下試報(bào)名，高級筆譯和高級口譯考試只在每年５月進(jìn)行。）

人事部頒發(fā)的全國翻譯專業(yè)資格（水平）證書與職稱掛鉤為翻譯從業(yè)人員的應(yīng)聘和晉級提供了機(jī)會和保障，已被國家人事部列入了職業(yè)資格的序列。通過比較不難看出，無論從證書的有效范圍、考試等級劃分，還是考試的難度劃分來看，人事部全國翻譯專業(yè)資格（水平）考試都有絕對的優(yōu)勢。他作為國家長期推行的一項(xiàng)改革計(jì)劃，必將成為翻譯認(rèn)證考試的主流，并是翻譯從業(yè)人員獲取翻譯職業(yè)資格國家認(rèn)證的唯一途徑！
