第一篇：船員結(jié)構(gòu)

一、船員組織結(jié)構(gòu)

船員組織結(jié)構(gòu)的形式隨船舶科技進(jìn)步而演化。

目前，一艘有甲板部、輪機(jī)部和事務(wù)部，客船還有客運(yùn)部等。一般貨船船員組織結(jié)構(gòu)如圖所示，隨著船舶自動(dòng)化程度的迅速提高，無(wú)人值班機(jī)艙和一人駕駛臺(tái)的快速發(fā)展，STCW公約提出功能發(fā)證，船員可跨部門(mén)從事其適任證書(shū)許可的職能。表現(xiàn)為一職能多人和-人多職能，可根據(jù)情況需要靈活地組織值班?；诼毮芘鋯T的船員的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，打破了部門(mén)的界限，共享人力資源，能隨時(shí)調(diào)集足夠的技術(shù)力量解決某職能的問(wèn)題，職能配員使船員總?cè)藬?shù)得到較大幅度的減少

二、各級(jí)船員的主要職責(zé)

(1)、船長(zhǎng)

船長(zhǎng)是船舶領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，船長(zhǎng)對(duì)船東(船公司)負(fù)責(zé)，是船舶安全生產(chǎn)、航行指揮、行政管理、技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)和涉外工作的負(fù)責(zé)人。船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守有關(guān)國(guó)家法規(guī)和規(guī)章，國(guó)際公約和條例，以及地區(qū)性規(guī)定，尤其是國(guó)際海上防污染公約及各國(guó)有關(guān)防污染的規(guī)定，嚴(yán)格貫徹執(zhí)行船東(船公司)對(duì)船員的各項(xiàng)行政管理制度，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)船員嚴(yán)格履行崗位職責(zé)．保持船舶適航、適貨和設(shè)備的良好技術(shù)狀態(tài)，確保船舶的安全生產(chǎn)。

船長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)審批大副編制的貨物配載計(jì)劃，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行乘員定額和載重線規(guī)定，不得超載。在裝卸危險(xiǎn)品、重大件或貴重物品時(shí)，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)親自監(jiān)督；負(fù)責(zé)審批各部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人制定的運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)和維修保養(yǎng)方面的航次工作計(jì)劃；負(fù)責(zé)組織全體船員制定和落實(shí)防火、防爆、防海盜、防偷渡、防走私等各項(xiàng)防范措施；負(fù)責(zé)審核并簽署應(yīng)變部署表，定期主持救生、消防等各種演習(xí)；負(fù)責(zé)審閱并簽署航海日志．監(jiān)督航海日志、輪機(jī)日志和電臺(tái)日志的正確記載負(fù)責(zé)保管船舶公章、重要文件、船舶證書(shū)、船員證書(shū)等．證書(shū)到期前應(yīng)及時(shí)申請(qǐng)檢驗(yàn)或更換。

開(kāi)航前，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)通知各部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人做好開(kāi)航前的準(zhǔn)備工作。督促二副備齊并改妥所需海圖和其他航海圖書(shū)資料，審定安全經(jīng)濟(jì)的計(jì)劃航線；制定并落實(shí)航次計(jì)劃，備足航次所需的燃料、備件、物料、淡水、伙食等；檢查備齊各種船舶證書(shū)、船員證件、運(yùn)輸單證以及港口文件．辦妥離港手續(xù)。

航行中．船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)督促各部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人認(rèn)真落實(shí)航行計(jì)劃及相關(guān)措施，及早布置和落實(shí)防暴風(fēng)、防臺(tái)風(fēng)、防凍、防碰撞以及霧航等安全生產(chǎn)措施。在船舶進(jìn)出港口、靠離、移泊、通過(guò)狹水道或船舶密集海域、航近冰區(qū)、礁區(qū)以及遇惡劣天氣、能見(jiàn)度不良或遇到法定的其他情況時(shí)，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)上駕駛臺(tái)親自指揮或指導(dǎo)。即使有引航員引領(lǐng)時(shí)，船長(zhǎng)仍負(fù)有安全責(zé)任。夜間航行時(shí)，應(yīng)將有關(guān)航行指示和安全注意事項(xiàng)明確記入“船長(zhǎng)夜航命令簿”。

在停泊期間，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)布置值班注意事項(xiàng)，并督促檢查值班情況。

在船舶發(fā)生海損事故時(shí)，應(yīng)按規(guī)定發(fā)出扼要的海事聲明或海事報(bào)告，連同航海日志摘要在船舶抵達(dá)第一港口時(shí)送交有關(guān)部門(mén)簽證，并按需要申請(qǐng)檢驗(yàn)。

船舶發(fā)生危及在船人員和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的事故時(shí)，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)及時(shí)組織船員和其他在船人員盡力施救。在船舶沉沒(méi)不可避免的情況下，船長(zhǎng)可以做出棄船決定，但應(yīng)盡可能報(bào)經(jīng)船舶所有人同意。在棄船時(shí)，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)當(dāng)最后離船，并盡可能攜帶國(guó)旗、航海日志和其它重要文件。

在緊急情況下．船長(zhǎng)為保障水上人命與財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全和保護(hù)水域環(huán)境，可獨(dú)立作出判斷和決策。船長(zhǎng)在不嚴(yán)重危及本船和船上人員安全的情況下，應(yīng)當(dāng)盡力救助水上人命。

船舶發(fā)生水上交通事故或水域污染事故，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)采取一切措施盡力防止損失擴(kuò)大，并撰寫(xiě)水上交通事故報(bào)告書(shū)或水域污染事故報(bào)告書(shū)。

在修船時(shí)，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)認(rèn)真審批各部門(mén)修理計(jì)劃，檢查進(jìn)廠前的準(zhǔn)備工作，做好防火、防爆、防工傷等工作。修理過(guò)程中．經(jīng)常檢查工程的質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度，嚴(yán)格監(jiān)修和驗(yàn)收，保質(zhì)保量地按期完成修船任務(wù)。

(2)、政委

政委是船舶領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一．受上級(jí)黨委和行政雙重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，負(fù)責(zé)船員的思想政治工作和精神文明建設(shè)，并兼管部分行政管理工作；作為船舶黨支部書(shū)記還負(fù)責(zé)船舶的黨務(wù)工作。

(3)、大副

大副是船長(zhǎng)的主要助手，是甲板部的負(fù)責(zé)人。在船長(zhǎng)、政委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，主持甲板部的日常工作。除航行值班外，主管貨物的配載、裝卸、交接和運(yùn)輸管理以及甲板部的維修保養(yǎng)工作。

大副負(fù)責(zé)編制甲板部的維修保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，組織甲板部人員做好維修保養(yǎng)工作；負(fù)責(zé)督促做好甲板部的備件、物料、工具和勞保用品的請(qǐng)領(lǐng)、驗(yàn)收、保管、使用等工作；負(fù)責(zé)每日檢查淡水艙、壓載水艙和污水溝(阱)的測(cè)量記錄并記入航海日志；負(fù)責(zé)安排淡水艙、壓載水艙的注入、排出或移注工作．以及管理淡水的補(bǔ)充；負(fù)責(zé)按規(guī)定審閱和簽署航海日志，負(fù)責(zé)保管航海日志和有關(guān)圖紙、技術(shù)資料和業(yè)務(wù)文件；負(fù)責(zé)督促三副和水手長(zhǎng)做好救生、消防、堵漏設(shè)備和各種應(yīng)變器材的養(yǎng)護(hù)工作。

大副全面負(fù)責(zé)貨物裝卸。在保證貨物和船舶安全的前提下，充分利用船舶的裝載能力，合理配載，不得超載；計(jì)算并保持良好的穩(wěn)性和適宜的吃水差，布置有關(guān)人員監(jiān)督裝卸，防止發(fā)生貨損貨差；在裝卸危險(xiǎn)品、重大件或貴重物品時(shí)，應(yīng)指定水手長(zhǎng)檢查裝卸設(shè)備和綁扎、加固等情況，并親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)裝監(jiān)卸。

開(kāi)航前，大副負(fù)責(zé)檢查各種貨物單證是否齊全、甲板部船員是否到船，以及淡水儲(chǔ)備量、封艙、活動(dòng)物件綁扎固定等情況，并會(huì)同輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)、電機(jī)員試舵，確認(rèn)良好并記入航海日志。

大風(fēng)浪侵襲前．大副應(yīng)督促水手長(zhǎng)和木匠檢查船上易移動(dòng)物件并予以綁固，并親自檢查艙口的水密性和牢固情況，督促有關(guān)人員關(guān)閉貨艙通風(fēng)口和外側(cè)水密門(mén)窗以及疏通甲板排水孔道。

進(jìn)出港口、靠離移泊和拋起錨時(shí)，大副在船首負(fù)責(zé)了望，并按船長(zhǎng)要求指揮船員進(jìn)行纜繩、錨等作業(yè)的安全操作。

修船時(shí)，大副負(fù)責(zé)匯總和編制甲板部的修船計(jì)劃，制定并落實(shí)各項(xiàng)安全措施，組織好監(jiān)修、驗(yàn)收和自修工作，掌握修理進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量，保質(zhì)保量按期完成該部門(mén)的修船任務(wù)。

航行值班時(shí)間：04：00-08：00；16：00-20：00。

(4)、二副

二副在船長(zhǎng)、大副的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下履行航行和停泊所規(guī)定的值班職責(zé)，并主管駕駛臺(tái)設(shè)備，包括各種無(wú)線電航海儀器、氣象儀器、操舵儀、天文鐘和船鐘、羅經(jīng)、國(guó)旗、號(hào)旗、號(hào)燈、號(hào)型、海圖及其他航海圖書(shū)資料。

航前，二副應(yīng)按船長(zhǎng)指示備妥所需旗號(hào)、海圖及有關(guān)航海資料并改正到使用之日，設(shè)計(jì)并畫(huà)好好計(jì)劃航線，報(bào)船長(zhǎng)審批。

航行中，每天填寫(xiě)正午報(bào)告；每個(gè)航次結(jié)束后及時(shí)填報(bào)航次報(bào)告。

進(jìn)出港口、靠離移泊時(shí)，二副在船尾按船長(zhǎng)的指示指揮船員進(jìn)行纜繩等作業(yè)的安全操作。

航行值班時(shí)間：00：00-04：00；12：00-16：00。

(5)、三副

三副在船長(zhǎng)、大副的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下履行航行和停泊所規(guī)定的值班職責(zé)，并主管救生、消防設(shè)備。

開(kāi)航前，三副應(yīng)編妥船舶應(yīng)變部署表和船員應(yīng)變卡，并經(jīng)大副審核，船長(zhǎng)和政委批準(zhǔn)后公布執(zhí)行。

進(jìn)出港口、靠離移泊和拋起錨時(shí)，三副在駕駛臺(tái)協(xié)助了望，傳達(dá)和執(zhí)行船長(zhǎng)命令，并操縱車(chē)鐘．記錄車(chē)鐘和船舶的主要?jiǎng)討B(tài)和情況。

航行值班時(shí)間：08：00-12：00；20：00-24：00。

(6)、無(wú)線電電子員或操作員

在船長(zhǎng)、政委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，按時(shí)值班，正確使用各種無(wú)線電通信設(shè)備．做好維修保養(yǎng)工作，認(rèn)真完成船長(zhǎng)和政委下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)通信任務(wù)，并做好記錄。

(7)、水手長(zhǎng)

水手長(zhǎng)在大副領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下．組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)木匠和水手開(kāi)展工作。

負(fù)責(zé)編制水手航行、停泊及了望輪值表；

按大副指示安排水手進(jìn)行船體和甲板部設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)、起落吊桿、開(kāi)關(guān)艙、綁扎貨物、清艙洗艙以及裝卸和靠離泊的準(zhǔn)備工作等；

管理甲板部物料、屬具、綁扎器材和勞保用品，做好請(qǐng)領(lǐng)、驗(yàn)收和發(fā)放等工作。

(8)、木匠

木匠在大副和水手長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)木工及有關(guān)工作。負(fù)責(zé)請(qǐng)領(lǐng)、保管木工工具和物料；負(fù)責(zé)定期檢查舷窗、水密門(mén)、導(dǎo)纜孔滾筒和救生艇吊柱等設(shè)備，并適時(shí)加油活絡(luò)；負(fù)責(zé)每天至少兩次測(cè)量談水艙、壓載水艙、污水溝(井)并作好記錄；負(fù)責(zé)按大副或值班駕駛員指示聯(lián)系機(jī)艙灌注、移注、排出壓載水或排出貨艙污水；負(fù)責(zé)操縱起錨機(jī)及其外部的清潔保養(yǎng)。(９)、一級(jí)水手

一級(jí)水手在值班駕駛員和水手長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，履行值班職責(zé)或參加維修保養(yǎng)工作。

值班時(shí)，一級(jí)水手應(yīng)切實(shí)執(zhí)行值班制度的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定。開(kāi)航前做好檢查航行燈、備罷所需旗號(hào)等準(zhǔn)備工作，航行中按要求正確操舵，協(xié)助駕駛員了望，并負(fù)責(zé)駕駛臺(tái)的清潔及有關(guān)設(shè)備的養(yǎng)護(hù)工作。

不參加輪值時(shí)，在水手長(zhǎng)的安排下，履行二級(jí)水手的職責(zé)。(10)、二級(jí)水手

二級(jí)水手在水手長(zhǎng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，參加系泊帶纜．收放舷梯、安全網(wǎng)和引航員梯、清潔和維修保養(yǎng)，起落吊桿和開(kāi)關(guān)艙，清艙洗艙，看艙理貨，綁扎貸物，拆裝檢查裝卸屬具，插編繩結(jié)、收放救生艇(筏)，消防、救生、堵漏、了頭，以及大副、水手長(zhǎng)安排的其他工作。(11)、輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)

輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)在船長(zhǎng)、政委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，是全船機(jī)械、動(dòng)力、電氣(無(wú)線電通信和甲板部使用的無(wú)線電儀器除外)設(shè)備的技術(shù)總負(fù)責(zé)人。負(fù)責(zé)制定并落實(shí)各種機(jī)電設(shè)備的操作規(guī)程、保養(yǎng)檢修計(jì)劃和值班制度；負(fù)責(zé)組織制定輪機(jī)部修船計(jì)劃、編制修理單和預(yù)防檢修計(jì)劃，組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)修船并驗(yàn)收；負(fù)責(zé)各種油料、物料、備件的申請(qǐng)、造冊(cè)保管和合理使用；負(fù)責(zé)保管機(jī)艙設(shè)備的證書(shū)、圖紙資料和技術(shù)文件；負(fù)責(zé)審問(wèn)和簽署輪機(jī)日志。在發(fā)生緊急事故時(shí)，輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)指揮機(jī)艙人員進(jìn)行搶修和搶救工作。(12)、大管輪

大管輪是輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)的主要助手，在輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)輪機(jī)部人員進(jìn)行機(jī)電設(shè)備管理、操作和檢修工作，教育所屬船員嚴(yán)格遵守工作制度、操作規(guī)章和勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律，保證輪機(jī)部各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度的正確執(zhí)行。

大管輪負(fù)責(zé)管理主機(jī)、軸系及為主機(jī)直接服務(wù)的輔機(jī)，并負(fù)責(zé)管理舵機(jī)、冷藏機(jī)，以及輪機(jī)部有關(guān)安全的設(shè)備(如應(yīng)急艙底閥、燃油應(yīng)急開(kāi)關(guān)等)；負(fù)責(zé)輪機(jī)部通用物料及本人主管機(jī)械設(shè)備的備件、潤(rùn)滑油的申領(lǐng)、驗(yàn)收和使用；負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)、爐、泵艙的清潔工作。在開(kāi)航前試車(chē)時(shí)，大管輪必須在場(chǎng)。

航行值班時(shí)間與大副相同。(13)、二管輪

二管輪在輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)和大管輪的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)管理發(fā)電原動(dòng)機(jī)及為它服務(wù)的機(jī)械設(shè)備、機(jī)艙內(nèi)部分輔機(jī)和輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)指定的其他設(shè)備；負(fù)責(zé)加裝燃油(駁油)，并進(jìn)行燃油的測(cè)量、統(tǒng)計(jì)和記錄工作。

航行值班時(shí)間與二副相同。(14)、三管輪

三管輪在輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)和大管輪的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)管理甲板機(jī)械、泵間、救生艇、應(yīng)急救火泵、空調(diào)機(jī)、副鍋爐及其附屬設(shè)備和機(jī)艙內(nèi)部分輔機(jī)等，以及輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)指定的其他輔機(jī)和設(shè)備。對(duì)于不設(shè)電機(jī)員的船舶，三管輪負(fù)責(zé)管理全船電氣設(shè)備。

航行值班時(shí)間與三副相同。(15)、機(jī)工長(zhǎng)

機(jī)工長(zhǎng)應(yīng)具有管理、操作和檢修能力。在大管輪的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，機(jī)工長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)組織、安排機(jī)工值班以及機(jī)、爐、泵艙等處的清潔和日常維修保養(yǎng)工作。(16)、機(jī)工

機(jī)工在輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)、大管輪的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在機(jī)工長(zhǎng)的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和安排下，協(xié)助輪機(jī)員或獨(dú)立進(jìn)行機(jī)、電、鍋爐設(shè)備、管系、閥門(mén)等的檢修、保養(yǎng)和清潔工作，并按規(guī)定時(shí)間值班。（17）、管事

管事是事務(wù)部的負(fù)責(zé)人，是船長(zhǎng)和政委對(duì)外聯(lián)系的助手。在船長(zhǎng)、政委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)事務(wù)部人員工作；負(fù)責(zé)船員、旅客的生活服務(wù)；負(fù)責(zé)辦理聯(lián)檢、現(xiàn)金出納和船員工資等工作。(18)、大廚

廚在管事的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和分配廚房工作人員的工作，并協(xié)助管事采購(gòu)、儲(chǔ)備和保管糧食、副食品和餐膳用料，保證廚房及食品的清潔衛(wèi)生。(19)、廚工

廚工是大廚的助手。在大廚的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)爐灶、倉(cāng)庫(kù)和膳食等工作。(20)、船醫(yī)

船醫(yī)在船長(zhǎng)、政委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下。負(fù)責(zé)全船的醫(yī)療工作，并協(xié)同大副監(jiān)督船舶的清潔衛(wèi)生工作，保證全體船員、旅客的身體健康。沒(méi)有配備船醫(yī)時(shí)，船醫(yī)的工作由大副(外籍船有的由二副)兼任。(21)、服務(wù)員

服務(wù)員在管事的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)船員、旅客的服務(wù)工作。

行騙方法一：先穩(wěn)住再說(shuō)。

這種方法是先跟你說(shuō)，我們公司現(xiàn)在急需您這樣的人材。要派你上什么樣的船，船況很好！薪水很高！航線很好??！船上的生活條件好的不得了！！您趕快過(guò)來(lái)吧。你真的去了以后，到了他們中介公司，他們根本沒(méi)有船；他們會(huì)說(shuō)，那個(gè)船已經(jīng)有人了，要不我再給你安排別的船吧。一般人都會(huì)因?yàn)榇罄线h(yuǎn)的跑了一趟，又沒(méi)有人給報(bào)銷(xiāo)路費(fèi)而不甘心。只好聽(tīng)從他們蒼蠅的安排，在他們公司附近找個(gè)旅館住下，等他們?cè)俳o你聯(lián)系別的船。最后的結(jié)果肯定會(huì)是沒(méi)有令你滿意的船。上海隆卿公司就是這么個(gè)例子！

行騙方法二：胡說(shuō)八道。

蒼蠅從各種途徑上聯(lián)系一些高級(jí)海員都不愿意上的破船很容易，而要找船況、航線、船東管理水平、船東信用、工資水平都好船不容易，因?yàn)楹么恍枰兄薪楣編兔φ懈呒?jí)海員。這樣的好船，高級(jí)海員們服務(wù)過(guò)一次之后，肯定還會(huì)想方設(shè)法的再回去，或者給自己的朋友介紹。蒼蠅聯(lián)系到了破船之后，就要去聯(lián)系高級(jí)海員了，如果蒼蠅實(shí)話跟你說(shuō)船舶狀況，就會(huì)把高級(jí)海員給嚇跑，船齡快到了35年的祖宗船，大連威蘭德、上海申滿這樣的臭名昭著的公司，中東、南非這樣的嚇?biāo)廊说暮骄€。。誰(shuí)聽(tīng)了都要打寒顫。這樣條件的破船經(jīng)過(guò)蒼蠅播音員的嘴說(shuō)出來(lái)的會(huì)把79給說(shuō)成97，船東是臺(tái)灣、香港...，航線東南亞。多么誘人的條件，這種行騙方法結(jié)合行騙方法一，剛作自由高級(jí)海員的高級(jí)海員兄弟一般都會(huì)上當(dāng)。行騙方法三：掛羊頭，賣(mài)狗肉！

比如大連威蘭德、上海申滿這樣的公司臭名昭著、如雷貫耳！如果他們打著自己的旗幟招高級(jí)海員，他們當(dāng)然只能喝西北風(fēng)了。他們就掛靠一個(gè)比較有名氣的公司，狐假虎威的蒙人！大連威蘭德掛靠的是大連中海；上海申滿掛靠的是上海華洋。不過(guò)允許這樣的蒼蠅公司掛靠的公司也不是什么好鳥(niǎo)。

二、上船以后

上船以后，船況航線等都包不住以后，蒼蠅會(huì)想盡一切辦法把你給留住，這時(shí)不要心疼一點(diǎn)路費(fèi)損失，也不要輕易把證書(shū)交給蒼蠅，更不要聽(tīng)信蒼蠅說(shuō)的給你補(bǔ)償、加薪等鬼話。要果斷行事！此時(shí)最忌諱優(yōu)柔寡斷！

行騙方法一：攜證要挾。

當(dāng)你到了接船港口以后，蒼蠅會(huì)以辦出境證明、辦理健康證、辦理巴牌等為借口要你的證書(shū)。上了船，當(dāng)你知道上當(dāng)以后，你要求回家，蒼蠅不會(huì)那么痛快的把證書(shū)還給你的。這時(shí)只要你稍微有點(diǎn)口軟，蒼蠅就會(huì)死叮不放，直到你同意給他們服務(wù)一個(gè)航次，一個(gè)月。。如果就是不松口，堅(jiān)決要回家，這時(shí)可能會(huì)招來(lái)一頓毒打?。ó?dāng)然不會(huì)在船上打給其它高級(jí)海員看，所以你離開(kāi)船之后要馬上打的逃離。）

行騙方法二：假加薪。

當(dāng)你口氣軟了以后，蒼蠅看到有轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)，他們會(huì)以加薪來(lái)誘惑你。一般這只會(huì)是口頭上的，將來(lái)你作完合同了他們又不會(huì)承認(rèn)他們的口頭承諾。

行騙方法三：幫你換證。

我們自由高級(jí)海員的證書(shū)都要我們自己去更換升級(jí)。升級(jí)需要資歷。我們高級(jí)海員很少有門(mén)路去搞假資歷，更少有門(mén)路認(rèn)識(shí)海事局的人。所以我們一般只有實(shí)實(shí)在在的去熬資歷。如果蒼蠅承諾給你做假資歷，給你提前六個(gè)月?lián)Q出證書(shū)。誰(shuí)的頭腦不會(huì)發(fā)熱？上海申滿最會(huì)使用

這一招。這些都是陷阱。千萬(wàn)不要相信。如果資歷差一兩個(gè)月海事局有時(shí)也會(huì)睜一只眼，閉一只眼。放行！不過(guò)資歷差六個(gè)多月，神仙也幫不了你。

行騙方法四：高額保證金、高額家匯。

以前保證金和家匯一般公司都會(huì)有，不過(guò)每月100美元就夠了?，F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)沒(méi)有保證金和家匯這種做法，除非你自己提出要求家匯。如果蒼蠅要求好幾百美元保證金，和不小數(shù)目的家匯時(shí)一定不可以答應(yīng)，尤其是中東、非洲這樣的幾個(gè)月才可以回國(guó)一次的航次。他們這是在為以后黑你作鋪墊。

三、下船

下船時(shí)一定要把應(yīng)該領(lǐng)走的薪水、勞務(wù)費(fèi)...都領(lǐng)走。不要聽(tīng)信蒼蠅說(shuō)的“我們公司是很正規(guī)的公司，我們公司每個(gè)月的某某日子財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算。你先回家，回家以后把你的路費(fèi)單子給我們公司寄過(guò)來(lái)。我們將來(lái)把你未結(jié)清的工資、勞務(wù)費(fèi)和路費(fèi)一次性打到你的帳號(hào)里?！?***!千萬(wàn)不要相信！看我慢慢給你分解！

行騙方法一：調(diào)虎離山。

快要下船了，到港后，第一件事是趕快查查家匯部分有沒(méi)有到帳。你休假時(shí)蒼蠅想盡一切辦法把你哄離船。當(dāng)然是太公釣魚(yú)。這時(shí)如果你相信他們的鬼話，什么錢(qián)都不要就離船那你就真的成了那條蠢魚(yú)了。正規(guī)公司都是在你下船時(shí)把你所有的收入都給你結(jié)算的清清楚楚。不會(huì)有拖延的。不要相信他們的理由和承諾！到手的錢(qián)才叫錢(qián)！

行騙方法二：肉包子打狗。

下船之后，他們還要求你把路費(fèi)單據(jù)寄給他們。這些都只是泡影。他們向船東報(bào)銷(xiāo)路費(fèi)了，可是錢(qián)進(jìn)入了他們自己的腰包。這些錢(qián)和保證金、家匯都成為了千年不賴(lài)，萬(wàn)年不還的死帳。行騙方法三：牽著鼻子走。

你回家以后，時(shí)間到了蒼蠅承諾把剩余的沒(méi)有結(jié)清的錢(qián)打到你帳戶里的時(shí)候了。你去銀行查，咦？沒(méi)有到？打個(gè)電話問(wèn)問(wèn)！理由一！OK，再等等！再查，還沒(méi)有到？打個(gè)電話再問(wèn)問(wèn)！理由二！OK!我相信你，再等等，再查還是沒(méi)有到？......我來(lái)說(shuō)句話吧！兄弟你不要再白忙活了。錢(qián)!他們不可能給你了。再找個(gè)信用好的，船況好的，航線好的船出海吧!

四、翻臉

當(dāng)你徹底看清蒼蠅的嘴臉以后你和他翻臉了，打官司，你有時(shí)間嗎？你要到蒼蠅所在的城市對(duì)嗎？你去了不怕他揍你嗎？路費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)誰(shuí)給你報(bào)銷(xiāo)？你有充足的證據(jù)嗎？勞動(dòng)官司有效期是三個(gè)月，過(guò)了嗎？你有很多的閑錢(qián)向衙門(mén)里扔嗎？沒(méi)有轍吧？干生氣，不行！我要罵罵他，解解氣！他們是什么人哪？他們的臉皮可以給航天飛機(jī)當(dāng)防護(hù)層。又被他們氣回來(lái)了。“罵我的人不只你一個(gè)人，小子！要搞我的人多著了，多大的JJ我沒(méi)有見(jiàn)過(guò)？我怕你一個(gè)小毛孩？”——武漢興盛洋吳女士名言！我吐！我吐哇、吐哇！吐習(xí)慣了就好了。

我再談?wù)勎仪舐氄液么囊恍┙?jīng)驗(yàn)！

好的船也很多，象有的公司自己有高級(jí)海員，正好趕上某段時(shí)間自己公司的高級(jí)海員都去考證；或者小公司發(fā)展壯大，以前都是小船，現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始買(mǎi)大船，一時(shí)沒(méi)有帶甲類(lèi)證書(shū)的高級(jí)海員；再還有公司沒(méi)有對(duì)公司的發(fā)展計(jì)劃好，以前只有幾個(gè)船，現(xiàn)在又開(kāi)始買(mǎi)船，以前沒(méi)有作好高級(jí)海員儲(chǔ)備；再還有一些國(guó)有大公司，自己公司的高級(jí)海員已經(jīng)剩余，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)把高級(jí)海員需求名額交給中介公司，然后收取中介公司的回扣....這些情況都給我們自由高級(jí)海員提供了很好的機(jī)會(huì)。

找船有以下幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

一、就近原則

最好是接船港或者是公司所在地離你家不遠(yuǎn)。如果是接船港離家近，上船前不要簽合同，等上了船以后看一下船況，看一下生活水平、待遇，和高級(jí)海員們聊聊，如果不滿意馬上回家。因?yàn)殡x家近，路費(fèi)寥寥無(wú)幾，不會(huì)心疼。更近一點(diǎn)，還在自己的勢(shì)力范圍之內(nèi)。如果蒼蠅敢先無(wú)賴(lài)，馬上找人揍他。如果是公司離家近，下船后，公司一般不會(huì)賴(lài)你的錢(qián)，一方面是我們高級(jí)海員可以經(jīng)常去要錢(qián)，二方面他們也會(huì)擔(dān)心你在地方有勢(shì)力，會(huì)找他們的麻煩。

二、多聽(tīng)多看

無(wú)論在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上看到有人罵某公司，或者是口頭上聽(tīng)到高級(jí)海員們議論什么公司不好。我們都要整理記錄下來(lái)。別人在這些公司吃過(guò)虧，我們就沒(méi)有必要再冒險(xiǎn)。對(duì)待高級(jí)海員們的牢騷、發(fā)泄，我們要采取寧可信其有的態(tài)度。有句話叫無(wú)風(fēng)不起浪！更何況據(jù)我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)這些被罵的公司100%不是什么好鳥(niǎo)！我曾經(jīng)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上看到過(guò)罵上海申滿的貼子，有一次上船，叫我上船的是上海華洋，我去了上海以后我才知道上海華洋把高級(jí)海員業(yè)務(wù)交給了上海申滿，上海申滿成了上海華洋名下的一個(gè)子公司。我當(dāng)時(shí)很矛盾。一方面我看到過(guò)罵申滿的貼子，一方面上海華洋是個(gè)很有名氣的大公司，這么大的公司應(yīng)該很正規(guī)，不會(huì)坑害我們高級(jí)海員。可是在我上船時(shí)就發(fā)現(xiàn)上當(dāng)，沒(méi)有辦法，證書(shū)落到他們手里了，要不回來(lái)了，給他們服務(wù)了四個(gè)月后，才得以下船回家。在這四個(gè)月里，他們的丑惡嘴臉我看的清清楚楚。上海申滿是個(gè)最垃圾的公司。真后悔當(dāng)時(shí)沒(méi)有對(duì)罵上海申滿的貼子采取寧可信其有的態(tài)度。

另外在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上我們看到的貼子，有很多的網(wǎng)民回貼是站在蒼蠅的立場(chǎng)上說(shuō)話。對(duì)這些貼你不必要理會(huì)。因?yàn)槲覀兏呒?jí)海員上網(wǎng)的時(shí)間很少。說(shuō)句話不容易，而且多數(shù)的網(wǎng)站都是以贏利為目的，只要蒼蠅給錢(qián)了，網(wǎng)站就把對(duì)蒼蠅不利的貼子給刪除了。而他們這些蒼蠅天天泡在網(wǎng)上，他們有很多的時(shí)間、精力去注冊(cè)很多的身份，編很多的故事來(lái)蒙蔽我們。所以蒼蠅比我們高級(jí)海員更有“輿論”優(yōu)勢(shì)。越是說(shuō)某個(gè)公司好的貼子越有假。因?yàn)槿绻羞@樣的好公司，高級(jí)海員們肯定會(huì)回頭去干，生怕別人搶了飯碗。怎么會(huì)把“肥水”告訴別人呢？

三、多觀察

上船看看船上的生活水平怎么樣？如果連生活設(shè)施都很簡(jiǎn)陋，床上的臥具都很破爛。這樣的船一定不要上，改善一下生活設(shè)施花不了多少錢(qián)。如果老板連這么點(diǎn)都不舍得花。他還怎么談人性化管理？這個(gè)公司肯定是唯利是圖的。貪心大了就肯定會(huì)黑我們高級(jí)海員。

四、多試探

上船前到了集合地時(shí)馬上要求報(bào)銷(xiāo)路費(fèi)。如果他就是不給報(bào)，或者搪塞，那么不要上，這說(shuō)明他們心虛，怕路費(fèi)報(bào)銷(xiāo)了，你上了船后不滿意，要離開(kāi)，他們白白的給你了路費(fèi)。

五、保持主動(dòng)權(quán)

除非時(shí)間緊，不要在上船之前把證書(shū)給他們，（辦理健康證、出境證明、外藉證書(shū)等等復(fù)印件足夠了），最好是在辦理出境前能上船看看，這其實(shí)不難！上船之前不要簽合同。如果他們催促你在上船之前簽合同、辦出境手續(xù)、交出證書(shū)那么這個(gè)船一般不是什么好船。

六、要果斷

上了船以后，發(fā)現(xiàn)船況、生活環(huán)境、口碑....等有任何一樣不滿意，馬上提包走人。不要和蒼蠅談判，尤其是談加薪最蠢?，F(xiàn)在新船很多，只要上網(wǎng)登記個(gè)信息，再等半個(gè)月的時(shí)間，總是能找到自己滿意的船的。
