      一、精心設(shè)計(jì)教案,創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。后進(jìn)生由于基礎(chǔ)差,很多時(shí)候都聽(tīng)不懂,對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生懼怕抵觸的心理。如果這時(shí)我們還用一些枯燥乏味、陳舊的方式教學(xué),只會(huì)使這群孩子更加厭學(xué),甚至?xí)U(kuò)大“后進(jìn)生”的隊(duì)伍。因此,在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中,我總是精心設(shè)計(jì)每節(jié)課,利用多種教學(xué)手段,把教學(xué)內(nèi)容安排在學(xué)生所熟悉的情景中,利用形式多樣的游戲進(jìn)行操練鞏固。讓所有的學(xué)生在教中樂(lè),樂(lè)中學(xué),學(xué)中玩。在無(wú)形之中掌握當(dāng)天的內(nèi)容。

      二、狠抓細(xì)節(jié),“強(qiáng)迫”后進(jìn)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。許多學(xué)生成為“后進(jìn)生”不是智力不夠而是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不好。大多數(shù)優(yōu)等生都有很好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。所以平時(shí)我非常注重“后進(jìn)生”學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。比如有的學(xué)生上課不認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講,總喜歡做小動(dòng)作。我就悄悄跟他達(dá)成協(xié)議,如果他表現(xiàn)好我就會(huì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)他小紅花,表示對(duì)他的贊賞,如果他表現(xiàn)不好我就會(huì)看看他然后很大聲的講課以示提醒。還比如有的“后進(jìn)生”總不按時(shí)完成作業(yè),我就讓他和周圍的同學(xué)進(jìn)行比賽,誰(shuí)最先認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)誰(shuí)就可以在評(píng)定表上加紅花。一學(xué)期下來(lái)有20朵的我將有獎(jiǎng)品,作為鼓勵(lì)。還有的“后進(jìn)生”不喜歡背單詞和讀書,我就“強(qiáng)迫”他們背和讀?,F(xiàn)在的孩子都很有思想,一般都比較愛(ài)面子的。為了不讓自己丟面子有時(shí)會(huì)“無(wú)奈”地去做一些事情。利用這點(diǎn),我就把一些“后進(jìn)生”分成幾組,每天一上課就輪流到黑板上帶讀單詞,那些孩子為了自己的“面子”在課后總是積極的讀單詞和背單詞,生怕出錯(cuò),一時(shí)不敢放松。通過(guò)等等這些做法逐漸“強(qiáng)迫”他們養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

      三 給后進(jìn)生“加餐”,豐富的營(yíng)養(yǎng)使他們不斷成長(zhǎng)。所謂的“加餐”就是在課后給學(xué)生進(jìn)行額外的輔導(dǎo)。要輔導(dǎo)首先要明確對(duì)象,明確告訴他們輔導(dǎo)中要完成的任務(wù),明確他們的學(xué)習(xí)責(zé)任,對(duì)他們?nèi)骊P(guān)心,全程關(guān)注。其次輔導(dǎo)要有明確的方法。很多學(xué)生之所以成為“后進(jìn)生”很大程度上是思想不夠重視。所以教師要堅(jiān)持思想上引導(dǎo),情感上護(hù)導(dǎo),心理上疏導(dǎo),知識(shí)上輔導(dǎo),方法上指導(dǎo)等方法有機(jī)結(jié)合,漸漸改善他們的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,培養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,減輕他們的學(xué)習(xí)壓力。

      四 關(guān)注優(yōu)等生,成為班上領(lǐng)軍。優(yōu)等生是班上中差生學(xué)習(xí)的表率,前進(jìn)動(dòng)力和目標(biāo)。這些優(yōu)等生有時(shí)也會(huì)自滿,因?yàn)檎n堂上講授的知識(shí)他們一般都是很輕松、容易就吸收掌握了。對(duì)這些學(xué)生“吃不飽”的現(xiàn)象,也不能輕視,否則會(huì)使他們盲目自大,進(jìn)而喪失積極的思維和強(qiáng)烈的求知欲望。我就在上課的時(shí)候,適當(dāng)增加一些有難度的內(nèi)容。對(duì)待這部分智力因素突出的學(xué)生還讓他們做些閱讀性強(qiáng),推理性強(qiáng)的練習(xí),在練習(xí)或檢測(cè)中增加信息量。同時(shí)開(kāi)展內(nèi)容廣泛、形式多樣的英語(yǔ)課外活動(dòng)。課后輔導(dǎo)他們參加學(xué)校及校外組織的各項(xiàng)英語(yǔ)比賽活動(dòng)。他們也取得了較好成績(jī),進(jìn)一步增加了他們的興趣。蘇霍姆林斯基說(shuō)過(guò):“興趣的源泉在于運(yùn)用?!蓖ㄟ^(guò)這些活動(dòng)可以讓學(xué)生把所學(xué)知識(shí)運(yùn)用于實(shí)際,使學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)了自我,取得了不同程度的成就感,更增添了學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣和樂(lè)趣,變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”,進(jìn)而長(zhǎng)久保持其對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。在一學(xué)期的時(shí)間里,雖然我們?nèi)〉昧艘欢ǖ某煽?jī),但我們也還存在著一些問(wèn)題,如教育、教學(xué)方法、手段還有些粗糙,還有待改進(jìn)。但我們相信只要學(xué)校的支持、老師的配合,我們“培優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)差”工作一定能越做越好的。

      三、學(xué)情分析

      本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任七年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作并擔(dān)任英語(yǔ)科組長(zhǎng),這一屆的學(xué)生中,學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力水平不一,大部分學(xué)生雖然在小學(xué)接觸過(guò)英語(yǔ),但應(yīng)用能力十分薄弱,特別是聽(tīng)力題,大部分學(xué)生聽(tīng)起來(lái)都很吃力。面對(duì)學(xué)生掌握英語(yǔ)的程度不一,我將采用高效課堂模式,分層教學(xué)與整體教學(xué)相結(jié)合的方式完成教學(xué)任務(wù),努力提高他們的英語(yǔ)水平。另外,有些學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識(shí)方面還存在諸多需要進(jìn)一步解決的問(wèn)題。例如:個(gè)別學(xué)生不明確學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的;有些同學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)好英語(yǔ)缺乏自信,不敢用英語(yǔ)表達(dá);缺乏小組合作意識(shí);一些學(xué)生沒(méi)養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)沒(méi)有計(jì)劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語(yǔ)言規(guī)律,不注意知識(shí)的鞏固和積累。所以,現(xiàn)階段最重要的是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣和積極性,幫助他們?cè)鰪?qiáng)信心,克服困難。除了從思想上給予引導(dǎo)之外,更重要的是在教學(xué)上,有針對(duì)性、目的性、有系統(tǒng)、有計(jì)劃地上好課。

      四、教材分析

      本書共12個(gè)單元,其中包括3個(gè)預(yù)備單元和9個(gè)正式單元。本書在之前教材的基礎(chǔ)上有所變動(dòng),對(duì)Self-check部分刪除,新增加了音標(biāo)部分,另外對(duì)教材重新進(jìn)行了整合。每個(gè)單元都列出明確的語(yǔ)言目標(biāo)、主要的功能項(xiàng)目和語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A和B兩部分。A部分是基本的語(yǔ)言內(nèi)容,B部分是知識(shí)的擴(kuò)展和綜合的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用。

      五、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)

      本書教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)在于根據(jù)學(xué)生已有的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和認(rèn)知規(guī)律導(dǎo)入新的教學(xué)內(nèi)容;運(yùn)用每單元的知識(shí)點(diǎn)在課堂上組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行結(jié)對(duì)和小組練習(xí);組織學(xué)生在課堂上運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)完成各類任務(wù) 及對(duì)學(xué)生完成任務(wù)的情況作出評(píng)價(jià)等。六.具體工作

      其一,我必須認(rèn)真細(xì)致的鉆研課程,一步步切實(shí)做到“研”課。首先,我必須認(rèn)真貫徹學(xué)校布置的提前一周備課任務(wù),結(jié)合學(xué)校新課改要求,把握課程的重難點(diǎn),在教材上認(rèn)真圈點(diǎn)勾畫,初步思考設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)步驟與環(huán)節(jié),預(yù)設(shè)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題與困惑,自我實(shí)現(xiàn)初步備課;其次,我會(huì)利用每周一次的組內(nèi)教研活動(dòng)與課下的閑暇時(shí)間,與大家主動(dòng)交流探討新課的教授方法,對(duì)于有疑問(wèn)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)主動(dòng)提問(wèn)求教,及時(shí)化解疑難;另外,值得一提的是,在每節(jié)課前,我都會(huì)再次修改導(dǎo)學(xué)案,在初次備課的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)學(xué)生最近期的學(xué)習(xí)水平,仔細(xì)斟酌教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì),尤其是各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)時(shí)間的分配。最后一步,也是不容忽視的一步就是在每次課下,我會(huì)在第一時(shí)間反思本節(jié)課的教學(xué)效果,總結(jié)成敗的原因,并及時(shí)記錄。

      其二,我要積極聽(tīng)課、評(píng)課。我要抱著虛心學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度,積極地參加聽(tīng)課,在聽(tīng)課過(guò)程中對(duì)照自我,獲得提升。同時(shí)加強(qiáng)不同年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教師間的相互聽(tīng)課,向新老教師學(xué)習(xí),以取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,提高教師的教學(xué)水平。聽(tīng)課時(shí)作好詳實(shí)筆記,并在課后交換意見(jiàn),以相互學(xué)習(xí),共同進(jìn)步。

      其三,做好課后輔導(dǎo)工作,七年級(jí)學(xué)生愛(ài)動(dòng)、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在學(xué)習(xí)上不能按時(shí)完成作業(yè),有的學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè),針對(duì)這種問(wèn)題,就要抓好學(xué)生的思想教育,并使這一工作慣徹到 對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)中去,還要做好對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的輔導(dǎo)和幫助工作,尤其在后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化上,對(duì)后進(jìn)生努力做到從友善開(kāi)始。做好優(yōu)生的輔導(dǎo)工作,并對(duì)后進(jìn)生及時(shí)做好扶差工作,以提高合格率。盡量地去了解學(xué)生的心理特征。另外,有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生很膽小,在學(xué)習(xí)不愿意開(kāi)口。針對(duì)這種情況,要盡量去了解每一個(gè)學(xué)生,摸準(zhǔn)他們的心理脾氣,在教學(xué)中尊重他們,關(guān)心體貼他們,及時(shí)鼓勵(lì)他們。對(duì)那些雙差生,應(yīng)滿懷熱情地關(guān)心愛(ài)護(hù)他們,決不嫌棄、歧視,而是不厭其煩地說(shuō)理教育。從贊美著手,所以,和差生交談時(shí),對(duì)他的處境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。在學(xué)習(xí)中盡量降低對(duì)他們的要求,盡力鼓勵(lì)他們,盡量地捕捉他們的閃光點(diǎn),從思想上點(diǎn)燃他們進(jìn)取的火花。

      另外,作為一名老師,我必須不斷給自己充電,充實(shí)自我。積極進(jìn)讀教學(xué)專著,并寫心得體會(huì)。能夠抓住機(jī)會(huì)積極參加教學(xué)評(píng)優(yōu)活動(dòng),多落實(shí)課改方案。同時(shí)作為英語(yǔ)教師堅(jiān)持養(yǎng)成聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)新聞,看英語(yǔ)節(jié)目,閱讀英語(yǔ)報(bào)紙和雜志的習(xí)慣,以不斷提高自己的英語(yǔ)水平,適應(yīng)新時(shí)期對(duì)英語(yǔ)教師的要求。
