本學(xué)期是我擔(dān)任五年級二班的英語教學(xué)工作。在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)中，我深深地感到教小學(xué)英語之難之累。正因為如此，我嚴(yán)格遵從教學(xué)的五個環(huán)節(jié)，課前認真?zhèn)湔n，做到既備教材又備學(xué)生，因材施教，努力實施課堂改革，積極探索小學(xué)英語快樂課堂；在備課中,我認真研究教材，力求準(zhǔn)確把握重點，難點，并注重參閱各種資料，制定符合學(xué)生認知規(guī)律的教學(xué)方法及教學(xué)形式。注意弱化難點強調(diào)重點。教前教后都做認真反思，不斷歸納總結(jié)以提高教學(xué)水平。

一、認真?zhèn)湔n、面向全體授課

在教學(xué)中，認真?zhèn)湔n，認真閱讀各種教科參考書，認真編寫好教案制定好教學(xué)計劃，根據(jù)學(xué)生的實際學(xué)習(xí)情況和向其他教師取得的經(jīng)驗，不斷地加以改善修改；在傳授學(xué)生知識時，不厭其煩，耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生，還耐心地輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)遺漏知識；在傳授學(xué)生知識的同時，并對他們進行思想教育，教育優(yōu)生幫助后進生。

二、在課堂教學(xué)中 第一、在課堂上，認真授課，運用實物教具、簡筆畫，情景教學(xué)、手勢語言等方法來啟發(fā)、教育學(xué)生。教學(xué)生做游戲、唱英語歌等來激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。鼓勵學(xué)生大膽質(zhì)疑，注重師生互動、生生互動的教學(xué)，充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。學(xué)生有疑難和不懂讀的地方，我總是不厭其煩地講解、分析、帶讀，力爭讓他們學(xué)了就懂，懂了會用。

第二、我給每一個學(xué)生起英語名字。經(jīng)過一個學(xué)年的訓(xùn)練，每個人都能說出自己的英文名字，有的學(xué)生甚至能說出其他人的英文名字。在課堂上用英文名字來點名，叫學(xué)生回答問題。

第三、用英語組織課堂教學(xué)。課堂教學(xué)用語盡管大部分相同，我注意不斷適量增加新用語，逐步擴大用語量，使學(xué)生保持興趣，經(jīng)歷挑戰(zhàn)，從而日積月累，在不知不覺中得到提高。力求自己的語音、語調(diào)、語言規(guī)范和準(zhǔn)確，并根據(jù)不同年級的學(xué)生我就調(diào)整語速的快慢。

第四、在批改作業(yè)方面。學(xué)生的作業(yè)總是按時及時地批改，并詳細地做好批注，對普遍性錯誤，在全班重復(fù)講解、分析。針對個別學(xué)生的作業(yè)還采取面批方法，一一地分析講解、幫助學(xué)生解決疑難習(xí)題，提高了教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

第五、在聽力方面。為提高學(xué)生的聽力水平，常讓學(xué)生聽英語歌曲及英語會話的錄音磁帶，還讓學(xué)生表演對話，背書。

三、英語活動

積極配合英語組參與校內(nèi)外舉辦的英語活動，利用業(yè)余時間輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加了“全國小學(xué)生英語風(fēng)采大賽”、“英語讀書讀報知識競賽”等?？傊粚W(xué)期以來，本人勤勤墾墾地做好各項教學(xué)工作，孜孜不倦地傳授給學(xué)生各種英語會話知識，努力開發(fā)快樂課堂，取得了一定的成效，學(xué)生的成績也有了提高。誠然, 在教學(xué)工作中，自身尚有不足之處，還需繼續(xù)努力提高自身的能力。寄望于下一學(xué)為提高我校學(xué)生的整體水平，營造校園的文化氣氛，促進我校素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展作更大的努力。
