7、回到社里后,地陪應(yīng)將處理結(jié)果及時(shí)報(bào)告有關(guān)部門和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并寫出書面報(bào)告。

1、首先搞清楚,這是故意行為還是由于缺乏了解而致

在導(dǎo)游資格證的考試中,現(xiàn)場導(dǎo)游考試在幾門考試中的通過率最低,近兩年如果旅游局不在最后酌情加分的話,現(xiàn)場導(dǎo)游的考試通過率通常不會(huì)超過20%。其實(shí)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試說難也難,難在它畢竟如何改革或如何規(guī)范統(tǒng)一考官的意識,它畢竟也還是一門主觀性較大的科目。但如果你掌握一些規(guī)律,了解其中的奧妙,再加上自己的勤學(xué)苦練,它不會(huì)像你想象的那么神秘和困難的?,F(xiàn)就為即將參加現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試的的朋友介紹一些考試的基本情況并提一些建議。
一、考試順序
每位考生的考號是按姓名的拼音順序排列的。在現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試前,旅游局會(huì)根據(jù)你的考號安排你具體在哪一天參加現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試。到那一天時(shí),你并不一定按考號順序考試,因?yàn)橛衅渌忌谀阆鹊交蚝蟮交虿粊韰⒓涌荚嚒,F(xiàn)場導(dǎo)游考試中文組通常有六至八個(gè)考場,每個(gè)考場有兩名考官。你會(huì)被分到哪一個(gè)考場要看當(dāng)時(shí)工作人員如何分配。
二、著裝與儀表
現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試是一門主觀性較大的考試,無庸置疑的是考官對你的印象會(huì)在很大程度上影響你的成績。而你的著裝與儀表是讓考官產(chǎn)生良好的第一印象的關(guān)鍵,因此一定要注意。
1、著裝
建議男生最好穿休閑裝或西裝,但休閑裝一定不能太隨便和前衛(wèi),通常牛仔褲、T恤衫、襯衫、夾克、皮鞋、旅游鞋是可以被大多數(shù)考官接受的。如果你選擇穿西裝,那么西裝一定要合身。女生千萬別穿超短裙、低胸或高腰襯衫、太過暴露的服裝和過于正式的禮服??傊瑹o論男生或女生,你選擇的服裝一定要最能與你的氣質(zhì)相配,能襯托出你的蓬勃朝氣或穩(wěn)重大方的氣質(zhì)就好。
但要注意幾點(diǎn),一是不要穿著過于單薄。通常市局現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試安排在10月底,省局考試安排在11月上旬,那時(shí)的氣候已涼,室內(nèi)甚至有點(diǎn)兒冷,如果你穿的太單薄,會(huì)讓你更緊張,甚至打顫,而且也許會(huì)讓考官覺得你有些許寒磣。二是如果你不是少數(shù)民族,最好不要穿民族服裝。通??脊贂?huì)覺得刻意穿民族服裝的考生文化功底不扎實(shí)。這倒不是考官歧視少數(shù)民族,而是以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是穿民族服裝的漢族考生因?yàn)槲幕瘻?zhǔn)備不足,想用服裝打動(dòng)考官,但其實(shí)這是事與愿違,起了適得其反的效果。
2、儀表
在考場外時(shí),盡量放松自己,不要太緊張,進(jìn)入考場后更應(yīng)沉著大方。先和考官簡短問好,然后抽題并得到可以開始講解的示意后,退后兩步就可以開始你的講解。講解時(shí),眼睛不要死盯一個(gè)地方,也不可盯著一位考官,最好面帶自然的微笑;手勢不能太僵硬或過于固定,切忌別因?yàn)榫o張而一個(gè)勁兒的搓手掌或揪扯衣角;不要一講錯(cuò)就吐舌頭??傊?,你需要最大限度的放松自己而不至過度緊張。
三、語言
現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試中,你的語言是留給考官較先也是至關(guān)重要印象的環(huán)節(jié)??脊僮钕扔休^深感觸的的就是你的語言。
1、語音
對于普通話導(dǎo)游的考生,如果你的普通話方言音太重,建議你從現(xiàn)在開始趕快進(jìn)行有針對性的強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練。如果你是昆明人,需特別注意的發(fā)音是前鼻音與后鼻音,i 和ü,n和l。如果你是從大理、麗江、思茅、版納、紅河州來的考生,你要分清卷舌音和非卷舌音,例如:“是”和“寺”。你如果是外?。ㄌ貏e是南方)來的考生,也要有針對性的糾正你的相應(yīng)方言音。雖然有的考官的普通話還不如你標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但你要清楚每位考官的的耳朵卻比你標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的多。
2、語體
在講解中多用口頭語,少用書面語。如果你書面語用得太多,讓考官的感覺就是生搬硬套、死記硬背,對知識的運(yùn)用不夠靈活。例如,應(yīng)把“千米”改成“公里”,“真可謂??”改為“(所以,)可以說??”,等等。
3、語速
講解的語速不宜過快,過快的語速會(huì)給考官有壓迫感和緊張感,同時(shí)也可能會(huì)讓你吐字不清,讓人聽不清楚。但過慢的語速也不行,這樣不僅會(huì)在短時(shí)間內(nèi)不能完成講解(通常每人的講解時(shí)間是在6至8分鐘),而且還給人以內(nèi)容不熟、語言組織能力不強(qiáng)的印象。
四、講解內(nèi)容
你的講解材料可以事先準(zhǔn)備好,也可以臨場發(fā)揮。
你若是提前準(zhǔn)備好了導(dǎo)游辭并準(zhǔn)備背誦下來,那么建議你的導(dǎo)游辭不要照抄一本書。盯著一枝花采蜜的蜜蜂采不到好蜜。試想,再搞笑的相聲聽兩三遍就會(huì)厭煩,更何況每位考官對目前市場上出售的的有關(guān)導(dǎo)游辭的書籍非常熟悉,甚至還是作者,而且在考試期間每天都要聽幾十遍和你相同的導(dǎo)游辭,可想有多么乏味。你最好多參考幾本書,用自己的語言把它們糅合組織起來創(chuàng)造成自己的導(dǎo)游辭,這樣的工作現(xiàn)在就應(yīng)該著手做了。
你如果要臨場發(fā)揮,一定要熟悉景點(diǎn),把相關(guān)知識按一定的空間順序組織起來。你可以忽略不太重要的點(diǎn),但切勿顛三倒四。
另外要注意的是在講解中,如果你忘記了下一個(gè)點(diǎn),你索性就把它跳過去接著講后面的,千萬不要在原地停留,支吾不語。通常如果你漏掉的點(diǎn)是不重要的話,考官不會(huì)察覺,既使是很重要,考官通常會(huì)在提問的過程中提醒你,你只要能回答出來就可以了。
再有一點(diǎn)就是你的講解材料不宜事無巨細(xì)的通通講到。這樣的材料過長,你既不好記憶也會(huì)耽擱你的講解時(shí)間,更重要的是體現(xiàn)出你的材料組織能力不強(qiáng)——詳略不當(dāng),并且你把所有常規(guī)的東西都講完了,考官提問時(shí)問你什么呢?只能找些更難的問題問你,這樣你豈不是畫蛇添足,自己搬石頭砸自己腳嗎?
五、回答提問
其實(shí)這一環(huán)節(jié)是決定性的環(huán)節(jié)。有許多考生講解很流暢,但就因?yàn)榛卮饐栴}不好,被考官認(rèn)為基礎(chǔ)知識不扎實(shí)、知識面太窄,而最終未過關(guān)。對于這一點(diǎn)我也沒有什么訣竅要說,全要靠各位平時(shí)的知識積累和臨考的運(yùn)氣。針對提問這一塊,旅游局要求每位考官所提問題盡量客觀并有參考依據(jù),所以近兩年大多數(shù)考官的絕大多數(shù)提問都還是規(guī)范的。但不同的考官有不同的專長,所以每位考官的問題各不相同,側(cè)重點(diǎn)也不同。但對于考生來說,宗教知識在很多景點(diǎn)中是相通相同的,所以應(yīng)該要強(qiáng)化宗教知識的學(xué)習(xí)。
六、其他應(yīng)注意的問題
1、切勿送禮品給考官,哪怕是一條表示敬意的哈達(dá)。出現(xiàn)這樣的情況,你都有賄賂的嫌疑,既使你講解的再好也不可能得高分,如果你講解一般,那就肯定沒戲了。
2、無論在講解中或提問時(shí),如果考官糾正你的錯(cuò)誤,無論考官所言正確與否或與你的記憶有多大出入,都不要反駁考官,只要保持微笑的表情和虛心的態(tài)度就可以了。
3、回答提問時(shí),如果你絲毫沒把握,坦言不知道比胡說八道要好得多。如果你有些不確定的話,可以說“好象是??”,但別反問考官“是不是??”。
4、如果兩位考官都不是你所在院校的老師,你就不用介紹你來自哪個(gè)院校。
5、不要抽了題就提出要求換題。你要知道你提出這樣的要求也是白提,這幾年考場里是絕不允許換題的。你提出這樣的要求,考官在腦子里已經(jīng)給你不及格了。你既使是準(zhǔn)備的不好,也冷靜下來硬著頭皮試著講,如果講不好,那你命該如此;倘若你還講的一般,難說還能踢個(gè)擦邊球而險(xiǎn)過。
6、如果考官詢問你考筆試的情況,說明你處于可過可不過的境地,我想你該知道怎樣回答了。
7、沒考好就沒考好,回去好好禱告。只是千萬別在臨出考場門時(shí),為自己找理由借口,更別哀哭求情。這樣的行為會(huì)令考官反感,你的分?jǐn)?shù)會(huì)更低。
8、你最好準(zhǔn)備每一個(gè)景點(diǎn),別懷僥幸心理偷懶只準(zhǔn)備其中的部分景點(diǎn),你的手氣不是天天都能摸彩票中獎(jiǎng)的。別指望考官面前的考簽位置順序不變換,也別指望誰幫你在考簽上做標(biāo)記。這兩年,考官見過許多比你聰明的考生,所以也普遍“進(jìn)化”了,類似的防范工作做得很嚴(yán)密。
以上要點(diǎn)切記切記??!相信你如果用功苦練,再記住以上要點(diǎn),你的現(xiàn)導(dǎo)考試是不會(huì)有問題了。既使發(fā)揮不理想,以上的要點(diǎn)也會(huì)幫你多掙點(diǎn)兒印象分,只要你能爭取考在55分以上,最后獲通過應(yīng)該還會(huì)有很大希望的。(考官會(huì)根據(jù)當(dāng)天的通過率酌情給55分至60分的部份考生拉及格;在所有考試結(jié)束后,旅游局通常也會(huì)根據(jù)通過率情況再為這一分?jǐn)?shù)段的考生酌情加分。
