3.4.4 球閥 rotary valve，spherical valve
閥體呈球狀，全開時(shí)活門與壓力鋼管形成一個(gè)直通流道的主閥［圖12（d）］。
3.4.5 盤形閥 mushroom valve，hollow-cone valve，howell-Bunger valve 活門呈盤形，一般用作排水的閥門［圖12（e）］。
3.4.6 針形閥 needle valve 活門呈錐狀的進(jìn)水閥門或卸載閥門［圖12（f）］。
3.4.7 旁通閥 by-pass valve
在開啟主閥前，用來平衡主閥前后水壓的閥門。

為驗(yàn)證保證事項(xiàng)或證實(shí)部件達(dá)到合同規(guī)定或有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，且有買方參加進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)。
7.1.4 裝配試驗(yàn) assembly test
為測定各部尺寸、密封性能和檢查動(dòng)作情況等的試驗(yàn)。
7.1.5 模型試驗(yàn) model test
為判斷原型的性能，對其模型進(jìn)行各種特性測試的試驗(yàn)。

確認(rèn)原型在各種負(fù)載下沒有異常的振動(dòng)、漏油、漏水、噪聲、軸承溫升以及其他現(xiàn)象，直至可以連續(xù)正常運(yùn)行的試驗(yàn)。
7.1.11 甩負(fù)荷試驗(yàn) load rejection test
檢驗(yàn)機(jī)組甩負(fù)荷時(shí)，機(jī)組及其調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)作是否正常，暫態(tài)壓力變化和轉(zhuǎn)速變化是否符合規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)。
7.1.12 耐壓試驗(yàn) pressure test
為確定承受水壓或油壓的承壓件能否承受所規(guī)定壓力而進(jìn)行的加壓試驗(yàn)。
7.1.13 效率試驗(yàn) efficiency test
通過模型或原型測量在不同工況下的流量、功率和效率間的相互關(guān)系試驗(yàn)。
7.1.14 空化試驗(yàn) cavitation test
確定空化發(fā)生的界限或研究空化引起特性變化的試驗(yàn)。
7.1.15 壓力脈動(dòng)試驗(yàn) pressure fluctuation test
在規(guī)定工況和電站空化系數(shù)（或規(guī)定空化系數(shù)）的條件下，在規(guī)定部位測量壓力脈動(dòng)大小和頻率的試驗(yàn)。
7.1.16 補(bǔ)氣試驗(yàn) air admission test
在模型或原型上向某一區(qū)域補(bǔ)進(jìn)空氣或壓縮空氣的試驗(yàn)。
7.1.17 水輪機(jī)功率試驗(yàn) turbine output test
在測出發(fā)電機(jī)輸出功率和效率后，由此推算得到水輪機(jī)輸出功率的試驗(yàn)。7.2 運(yùn)行工況
