      2014年11月25日上午第二節(jié)課,我在高二10班上了一節(jié)英文詩(shī)歌鑒賞課。本節(jié)課是專(zhuān)門(mén)為來(lái)我校訪問(wèn)的六位韓國(guó)學(xué)生而上的。本節(jié)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是人教版高二英語(yǔ)選修六 Unit 2的 Reading and Discussing。教學(xué)目標(biāo)是通過(guò)本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí),幫助學(xué)生理解英文詩(shī)歌,提高學(xué)生的英文詩(shī)歌鑒賞能力。教學(xué)重點(diǎn)就是在理解英文詩(shī)歌 I’ve Saved The Summer 的基礎(chǔ)上,提高學(xué)生的英文詩(shī)歌欣賞水平。教學(xué)難點(diǎn)在于理解英文詩(shī)歌并要求學(xué)生自己嘗試寫(xiě)英文詩(shī)歌。

      本節(jié)課的教學(xué)步驟:

      第一,導(dǎo)入部分先介紹詩(shī)歌作者,美國(guó)詩(shī)人Rod Mukuen ,然后播放配樂(lè)詩(shī)朗誦 I’ve Saved The Summer ,要求學(xué)生聽(tīng)詩(shī)歌的節(jié)奏和韻律,找出其中押韻的單詞。

      第二,請(qǐng)4位學(xué)生(男女各兩位)分別朗讀這首詩(shī),而后全體學(xué)生齊聲朗讀詩(shī)歌。

      第三,討論部分,請(qǐng)學(xué)生展開(kāi)小組討論。

      在日常教學(xué)中,我們通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生感興趣的話題和形式,激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,引起他們的共鳴,讓他們有話可說(shuō),積極參與課堂活動(dòng)。

      我個(gè)人認(rèn)為本節(jié)課在教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)上有創(chuàng)新,沒(méi)有把它作為傳統(tǒng)的閱讀課來(lái)上。整堂課有效地借助了多媒體,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極參與。全班同學(xué)參與小組討論,男生女生交替朗誦詩(shī)歌,積極展示自己的詩(shī)歌作品,有的學(xué)生充分展現(xiàn)個(gè)人魅力演唱英文歌曲。作為教師的我也當(dāng)場(chǎng)演唱了一首英文歌曲Jingle Bells.本節(jié)課教學(xué)過(guò)程安排合理,教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)突出,教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)緊湊,過(guò)渡自然。I’ve Saved the Summer 是父母寫(xiě)給成年兒女的,詩(shī)中表達(dá)了父母對(duì)兒女無(wú)私的無(wú)條件的愛(ài)。我借此機(jī)會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想品德教育,贊揚(yáng)父母無(wú)私的愛(ài),同時(shí)教育學(xué)生不忘父母養(yǎng)育之恩,要回報(bào)父母的愛(ài)。本節(jié)課受到六位韓國(guó)學(xué)生和翻譯的贊揚(yáng),用他們的話來(lái)說(shuō)是“This class is of high quality.”

      另外,我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的潛力是無(wú)極限的。學(xué)生上了前一課英文詩(shī)歌的幾種形式后,自己嘗試寫(xiě)清單詩(shī)和五行詩(shī),不少學(xué)生寫(xiě)的非常優(yōu)美。尤其是王清芳、孫素琴、熊佳薇這幾位同學(xué),簡(jiǎn)直難以置信幾天前他們對(duì)英文詩(shī)歌還是一無(wú)所知。由此我想:只要我們教師鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神,采用有利于他們發(fā)揮主體作用的教學(xué)思路與方法,就能激發(fā)學(xué)生更大的學(xué)習(xí)熱情和潛力。本節(jié)課的課件基本上是本人設(shè)計(jì)制作的,由于本人課件制作水平不高,花了很多時(shí)間來(lái)完成,其中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)是請(qǐng)楊春老師幫忙完成的。由此可見(jiàn),我們這個(gè)年齡階段的老師要掌握好現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),根據(jù)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的特點(diǎn)和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的要求,精心設(shè)計(jì)制作多媒體課件,科學(xué)合理地運(yùn)用多媒體。

      本模塊以Music Born in America為話題,介紹了美國(guó)的本土音樂(lè),這節(jié)課是本模塊的閱讀與寫(xiě)作訓(xùn)練課Reading and Writing。第一部分通過(guò)閱讀文章,回答三個(gè)開(kāi)放性的問(wèn)題,使學(xué)生開(kāi)始思考音樂(lè)與學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)系,為后面的寫(xiě)作做好了鋪墊。第二部分要求學(xué)生根據(jù)所提供的問(wèn)題,寫(xiě)一篇關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的文章。

      文化意識(shí)與情感目標(biāo):了解音樂(lè)在人們生活中的影響,學(xué)會(huì)客觀、辯

      證地看問(wèn)題。

      中小組之間密切配合,因此合作在這里是必不可少的。

      邦均中學(xué)的學(xué)生英語(yǔ)底子薄弱,知識(shí)和能力亟待提高,所以我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)目標(biāo)首先是定位于讓學(xué)生記住生詞、短語(yǔ)、句型,然后在閱讀的過(guò)程中分析和理解,并嘗試用英文寫(xiě)作。對(duì)于大部分學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),英語(yǔ)還是相當(dāng)難的一個(gè)學(xué)科,所以在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣極其重要,所以在課堂設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)我注意提高課堂的趣味性、實(shí)用性。VI.教學(xué)方法

      “授之以魚(yú),不如授之以漁?!?As an English teacher, our task is not to teacher students English but to teach students how to learn English.學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主人,They are learning English not from teachers but with teachers.在教學(xué)中,我采用新課標(biāo)中的任務(wù)型教學(xué)法,教會(huì)學(xué)生閱讀和寫(xiě)作的方法;在教師指導(dǎo)及學(xué)案引領(lǐng)下,以學(xué)生自主閱讀、自主發(fā)展為主線;讓學(xué)生在教師引領(lǐng)、同學(xué)互助下品位語(yǔ)言之美,養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)策略。

      VII.教學(xué)過(guò)程

      1.Lead-in

      愛(ài)因斯坦有句名言:“興趣是最好的老師。”哲學(xué)上講內(nèi)因是根本,外因要通過(guò)內(nèi)因才能起作用。所以說(shuō),要讓學(xué)生學(xué)好英語(yǔ),首先就要讓他們愛(ài)上英語(yǔ)。興趣對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)有著神奇的內(nèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)作用,能變無(wú)效為有效,化低效為高效。在這里首先給學(xué)生展示兩組圖片,師生互動(dòng),討論問(wèn)題What kinds of music do you know? Show us some examples!引起他們的頭腦風(fēng)暴,聯(lián)想與音樂(lè)有關(guān)的知識(shí),引出classical music.教師繼續(xù)激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,播放一曲音樂(lè),讓學(xué)生們真實(shí)感受到音樂(lè)的感染力,通過(guò)問(wèn)題How do you feel after you hear the music? 讓學(xué)生嘗試說(shuō)出自己的看法,引出話題Do you think classical music helps you study?進(jìn)入到52頁(yè)課文的閱讀,讓學(xué)生自己去發(fā)掘文章作者的觀點(diǎn)。

      2.Fast reading

      通過(guò)閱讀文章,回答三個(gè)開(kāi)放性的問(wèn)題,訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生快速閱讀和在有限時(shí)間內(nèi)搜索信息的能力。這一部分的題目很簡(jiǎn)單,學(xué)生有話可說(shuō),也增強(qiáng)了他們的自信心,并使學(xué)生開(kāi)始思考音樂(lè)與學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)系,為后面的寫(xiě)作做好了鋪墊。

      3.Discussing

      這一部分提供了七個(gè)討論題,與上面的閱讀密切相關(guān),圍繞著音樂(lè)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的影響而設(shè)計(jì)的。再次環(huán)節(jié)中,學(xué)生們通過(guò)小組討論的形式,互相交流看法,積極探討,積累了大量的寫(xiě)作信息,包括單詞、短語(yǔ)、句型和常用句型。學(xué)生們?cè)诤献鲗W(xué)習(xí)中,既發(fā)揮了好學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)好的長(zhǎng)處,又為那些作文無(wú)話可寫(xiě)的同學(xué)掃清了障礙。有人展示有人收獲,各得其所,形成了愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛。

      4.Collection

      這一部分將學(xué)生們討論的成果進(jìn)行了展示,使同學(xué)們體驗(yàn)了成功的樂(lè)趣。與此同時(shí),教師對(duì)收集上來(lái)的信息進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)和補(bǔ)充。并針對(duì)學(xué)生習(xí)作文章結(jié)構(gòu)不明確缺乏層次感的弱項(xiàng)加以解釋說(shuō)明,使學(xué)生更明確了好作文的要求,從而提高寫(xiě)作質(zhì)量。

      5.writing

      通過(guò)以上的活動(dòng),學(xué)生們頭腦中已經(jīng)輸入了相關(guān)的寫(xiě)作信息,此部分正是鍛煉他們將信息輸出的能力,即用英語(yǔ)正確表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)。

      6.成果展示

      將學(xué)生的習(xí)作抽樣當(dāng)堂點(diǎn)評(píng),讓每一位學(xué)生都體驗(yàn)一次批作文的樂(lè)趣,區(qū)分好壞,取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。讓學(xué)生在批評(píng)與自我批評(píng)中學(xué)會(huì)正確面對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)中的成功與失敗,培養(yǎng)他們堅(jiān)持不懈的品質(zhì)。

      之后,教師進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)與說(shuō)明,并提供兩篇正反兩種觀點(diǎn)的范文供學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)參考,并提出改進(jìn)與提高寫(xiě)作的建議,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生課下自主學(xué)習(xí),以達(dá)到“授之以漁”的目的。

      7.homework

      以?xún)山M圖片來(lái)引起學(xué)生的興趣,讓他們?cè)谂d趣的驅(qū)使下運(yùn)用合作學(xué)習(xí)法自主完成閱讀與寫(xiě)作的教學(xué)任務(wù)。結(jié)合本節(jié)課的訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容,利用課本中提供的Reading Practice一篇介紹香港本土音樂(lè)的說(shuō)明文,要求學(xué)生通過(guò)閱讀文章,學(xué)會(huì)概括段落大意,并回答幾個(gè)與文章細(xì)節(jié)有關(guān)的問(wèn)題,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)文章理解的能力。學(xué)習(xí)并提取其中的寫(xiě)作素材,用英語(yǔ)介紹一位自己喜歡的歌手,進(jìn)一步鍛煉學(xué)生在閱讀中輸入在寫(xiě)作中輸出的能力從而達(dá)到我們的教學(xué)目的。

      面對(duì)這一學(xué)期英語(yǔ)課的課堂表現(xiàn)情況,鞏固練習(xí)情況,課后作業(yè)完成情況,我認(rèn)為還有許多教學(xué)內(nèi)容需要精確,教學(xué)方法需要改進(jìn),課后反思需要完善。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,反思是否關(guān)注每一個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展,關(guān)注學(xué)生的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、增強(qiáng)課程內(nèi)容與生活的聯(lián)系,注重學(xué)生情感、態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀的形成,滿足學(xué)生不同的地理學(xué)習(xí)需要,轉(zhuǎn)變課堂教學(xué)模式,注重學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程和學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合。同時(shí),我也充分考慮到普通高中教育的基礎(chǔ)性這一特征,因此在教學(xué)過(guò)程中我們也注重了學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的落實(shí),盡量使每一個(gè)學(xué)生掌握地理學(xué)科最基本和最核心的知識(shí),為進(jìn)一步提升奠定基礎(chǔ)。為了在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)有一個(gè)較大的進(jìn)步,我進(jìn)行了如下反思:

      一、反思學(xué)生的基本情況。

      一開(kāi)始我覺(jué)得他們能考進(jìn)高中,說(shuō)明他們的學(xué)習(xí)狀況還是可以的,我對(duì)他們比較放心的。于是我對(duì)他們的要求就嘗試了側(cè)重自主學(xué)習(xí),強(qiáng)調(diào)英語(yǔ)的預(yù)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí),指導(dǎo)他們自己整理《筆記本》和《糾錯(cuò)本》。我將班級(jí)同學(xué)編成六個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)小組,由六位組長(zhǎng)分管,負(fù)責(zé)檢查學(xué)生的預(yù)習(xí)鞏固情況。學(xué)生積極性還是比較高的。然而經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的上課,我發(fā)現(xiàn),他們的自覺(jué)性和自學(xué)能力和我的預(yù)想相差太大,很多靠自己自覺(jué)完成的整理和鞏固均未很好去做。有許多同學(xué)一次聽(tīng)寫(xiě)不合格,是需要再次重新聽(tīng)寫(xiě)的。背誦課文自覺(jué)的同學(xué)就更不多了,大多都要再三催促才會(huì)勉強(qiáng)去組長(zhǎng)那里背。于是我加強(qiáng)了評(píng)分制度,規(guī)定有些學(xué)生必須來(lái)我這邊背。但是依然覺(jué)得措施力度不夠大。即使是上課反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)過(guò)的語(yǔ)言點(diǎn),練習(xí)中一模一樣做過(guò)的題目,講評(píng)訂正過(guò)依然錯(cuò)誤率極高。這就說(shuō)明了學(xué)生的上課效率和效果極差,課后沒(méi)有及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)鞏固,沒(méi)弄明白的題目沒(méi)有問(wèn)。

      二、了解學(xué)生真實(shí)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)水平。

      我試圖盡我自己最大的努力來(lái)了解學(xué)生。學(xué)生的兩極分化存在還是比較嚴(yán)重的,但我很有信心能幫助大家將英語(yǔ)成績(jī)?cè)偕弦粋€(gè)臺(tái)階。有同學(xué)提出單詞不會(huì)讀,我就從頭開(kāi)始幫他們一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)地將音標(biāo)補(bǔ)起來(lái)。平時(shí)上課時(shí)除了講述新課的內(nèi)容,還聯(lián)系了以前初中的知識(shí)要點(diǎn),做到知識(shí)的遷移和提升。在教學(xué)中我越來(lái)越發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生初中的知識(shí)很不理想,所以在第一次月考后,我又增加了一些新的方法。比如課后給基礎(chǔ)較弱的學(xué)生一些初中的復(fù)習(xí)資料,讓其復(fù)習(xí)鞏固;針對(duì)學(xué)有余力的同學(xué)給他們。然而,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況人不見(jiàn)好,有些覺(jué)得和我當(dāng)面談不妥,就采用了《談心本》的形式。以下是學(xué)生反映的情況:1,上課有些同學(xué)吃不飽,覺(jué)得太簡(jiǎn)單;而有些根本聽(tīng)不懂,覺(jué)得很難。2,上課的筆記是認(rèn)真記的,但是回去的復(fù)習(xí)鞏固工作就做得很差了。為了要聽(tīng)寫(xiě),才會(huì)去看一看。3,平時(shí)單詞的聽(tīng)寫(xiě)也都是臨時(shí)抱佛腳的,趁早上來(lái)看的。重聽(tīng)時(shí)才再去看一看。

      4、雖然我在課堂上一題題講評(píng)分析,但還是有很多同學(xué)依然是不知所云。因?yàn)橐郧奥湎碌恼媸翘嗔恕?,班級(jí)沒(méi)有學(xué)習(xí)特別尖的同學(xué)在班里帶頭,大家的學(xué)習(xí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),英語(yǔ)考試高分沒(méi)有,平均分就更低了。

      三、反思是否已轉(zhuǎn)變了自己的角色

      教師不能把知識(shí)傳授作為自己的主要任務(wù)和目的,把主要精力放在檢查學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握程度上,而應(yīng)成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的激發(fā)者、引導(dǎo)者、組織者和合作者。為此,在課堂教學(xué)中注意創(chuàng)設(shè)民主、平等、自由、和諧的教學(xué)氣氛,形成一個(gè)無(wú)拘無(wú)束的思維空間,讓學(xué)生處于一種輕松愉快的心理狀態(tài),來(lái)積極思維與想象。

      四、反思是否已學(xué)會(huì)欣賞學(xué)生

      為了每一個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展”是新課程的核心理念。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一理念,教師在尊重學(xué)生的同時(shí),還要學(xué)會(huì)贊賞每一位學(xué)生:(1)。贊賞每一位學(xué)生的獨(dú)特性、興趣、愛(ài)好、專(zhuān)長(zhǎng);(2)。贊賞每一位學(xué)生所取得的哪怕是極其微小的成績(jī);(3)。尤其要注意贊賞那些智力一般、成績(jī)一般、性格內(nèi)向、膽怯的學(xué)生。這樣做,會(huì)有不少驚喜的發(fā)現(xiàn)。

      五、反思是否教會(huì)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的方法。

      教師需要教會(huì)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的方法,讓學(xué)生能夠在自主學(xué)習(xí)中獲得知識(shí),體驗(yàn)到自主學(xué)習(xí)的樂(lè)趣,有一定成就感,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。學(xué)生的本性向善,天生就有一種有所作為、被人賞識(shí)的需要,他們需要自我實(shí)現(xiàn),自我尊重;需要得到我們的支持;需要有對(duì)其他同學(xué)的生活產(chǎn)生影響的機(jī)會(huì);需要做有趣并且有挑戰(zhàn)性的'事情等等。

      六、反思是否激發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)

      在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新意識(shí),具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。涉及英語(yǔ)內(nèi)容與英美文化等方面的知識(shí),更能激起學(xué)生質(zhì)疑、想象和創(chuàng)造的欲望。因此,只要努力用科學(xué)的方法激發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí),就不僅能發(fā)展學(xué)生的地理才能,而且能養(yǎng)成學(xué)生勇于創(chuàng)新的品格。在激發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí),鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自信敢為的同時(shí),更要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生科學(xué)的環(huán)境觀、資源觀、人口觀和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀念。

      七、反思如何對(duì)待底子薄的或性格內(nèi)向的學(xué)生。

      降低他們的學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),當(dāng)他們?nèi)〉靡稽c(diǎn)小小的進(jìn)步,都要鼓勵(lì)他們,讓他們感到有成就感。差生上課時(shí)注意往往不夠集中,我就將教材化難為易,化多為少,精講多練,課堂上盡量創(chuàng)造愉快的氛圍。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕開(kāi)口,我盡量將難易適度的問(wèn)題去問(wèn)他們;叫他們到黑板上寫(xiě)有把握的句子;朗讀事先已讀過(guò)多遍的課文,當(dāng)差生回答正確時(shí)。我總是面常笑容地說(shuō):“very good”,他們往往因得到這兩個(gè)激動(dòng),這樣差生開(kāi)口的習(xí)慣慢慢的養(yǎng)成。一學(xué)期下來(lái),差生的參與意識(shí)大大地加強(qiáng),消除了畏懼心理,

      八、反思如何背單詞。

      學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言就是要開(kāi)口多說(shuō),多記,多背,只要功夫到家了,學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的困難就迎刃而解了。英語(yǔ)瑣碎的知識(shí)點(diǎn)太多,每天都有新的知識(shí)點(diǎn)增加,這就需要學(xué)生多記,多背。這往往是學(xué)生最頭疼的一件事。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ),主要是以單詞為主,如果連單詞都記不住,更何況句型聽(tīng)力。因此談?wù)勛约河洃泦卧~,句型的方法,僅供參考。

      1、根據(jù)發(fā)音脫口而出單詞,多朗讀,重復(fù)多次,背會(huì)的東西容易忘,應(yīng)隔三插五的再鞏固。

      2、背誦一個(gè)小對(duì)話,背會(huì)了用自己的話把它復(fù)述出來(lái),這樣增加學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的自信心。

      3、把記不住的單詞寫(xiě)在小紙片上,隨時(shí)都可以拿出來(lái)看看,長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持,一定有成效。

      九、反思如何對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行有效的評(píng)價(jià)。

      評(píng)價(jià)可以使學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)自我,樹(shù)立自信,有助于反思及調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)。對(duì)學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題過(guò)程中的表現(xiàn)及改進(jìn)的成績(jī),給予口頭評(píng)價(jià)、書(shū)面評(píng)價(jià)并鼓勵(lì)他們大膽的去說(shuō)。學(xué)生考完試后,讓學(xué)生自我反思,分析自己的成績(jī)和不足,明確今后努力的方向,爭(zhēng)取下次不再犯同樣的問(wèn)題。讓學(xué)生相互之間相互評(píng)價(jià),找出優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),互相促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)??傊?,要正確、深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)與理解現(xiàn)代地理教育的特征,突破舊的思維方式,逐步樹(shù)立正確的人才觀、教學(xué)觀、質(zhì)量觀等素質(zhì)教育新觀念,面向全體學(xué)生,為學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)做人、學(xué)會(huì)求知、學(xué)會(huì)勞動(dòng)、學(xué)會(huì)生活、學(xué)會(huì)審美打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),使學(xué)生在德智體等方面得到全面協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展。

      作為一名高中英語(yǔ)老師,隨著近年來(lái)新教材的變化,曾有一定的迷茫感,但同時(shí)也促使我用更多的時(shí)間去學(xué)習(xí)、研究新題型和高考,以便能夠更好地教授學(xué)生。下面粗略談?wù)劷虒W(xué)總結(jié)及反思:

      1、夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ),發(fā)展能力。

      帶完幾屆高中畢業(yè)班,我深深認(rèn)識(shí)到高中英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí),不是通過(guò)題海戰(zhàn)術(shù)再現(xiàn)知識(shí)的簡(jiǎn)單過(guò)程,而是教師通過(guò)教學(xué)和輔導(dǎo)的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)幫助全體學(xué)生分層次提高整體能力和水平的過(guò)程。總結(jié)近幾年高考題型特點(diǎn),可簡(jiǎn)單歸納為:知識(shí)覆蓋面廣,試題綜合性和靈活性強(qiáng),情景會(huì)話及交際英語(yǔ)比例逐年加大,強(qiáng)化語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用及能力要求。細(xì)察其測(cè)試目的,歷年高考題無(wú)不圍繞知識(shí)與能力兩大主題。然而,不少教師采用單一的復(fù)習(xí)模式,從初一到高二課本一冊(cè)一冊(cè)、甚至一課一課“過(guò)”。這種復(fù)習(xí)方式使學(xué)生原有的知識(shí)依然孤立地存在下去,無(wú)法建立起知識(shí)之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,造成明顯的知識(shí)斷層現(xiàn)象,知識(shí)的再現(xiàn)率極低。這樣就不可能順利地將所學(xué)知識(shí)融匯貫通,更不可能順利地轉(zhuǎn)化為能力。

      2、降低難度,回歸基礎(chǔ),強(qiáng)化專(zhuān)題訓(xùn)練。

      近年來(lái)高考英語(yǔ)逐漸側(cè)重于語(yǔ)言能力的考查,對(duì)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的直接考查相對(duì)地減少了。因此,在復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中,首先組織學(xué)生鞏固各項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),同時(shí)通過(guò)不斷的語(yǔ)言練習(xí),掌握一定的技巧。特別是進(jìn)入高三后半學(xué)期,高考臨近,要根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情況把握中檔、低檔題,這對(duì)學(xué)生取得高分是非常有利的。學(xué)生普遍都有這樣的感覺(jué):很多題目“一看就會(huì),一做就錯(cuò)”。造成這種現(xiàn)象的根本原因在于對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的掌握不牢固。這時(shí),復(fù)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)要放在查漏補(bǔ)缺上。將做過(guò)的試卷整理后,建立錯(cuò)題檔案,彌補(bǔ)知識(shí)漏洞,進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化記憶和訓(xùn)練。在此基礎(chǔ)上,再通過(guò)科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練,發(fā)展能力,將會(huì)收到了事半功倍的效果。

      3、狠抓教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)促進(jìn)備考。

      注意復(fù)習(xí)課的針對(duì)性。我們要把復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)放在學(xué)生的難點(diǎn)、弱點(diǎn)上以及常易出錯(cuò)或失誤的內(nèi)容方面上,努力做到有的放矢。課堂上堅(jiān)持精講多練,做到舉一反三、觸類(lèi)旁通。要改變以語(yǔ)法為中心的學(xué)習(xí)方式,逐步形成以語(yǔ)篇為中心的學(xué)習(xí)方式。因?yàn)橐哉Z(yǔ)法為中心的學(xué)習(xí)方式誤導(dǎo)學(xué)生死記規(guī)則,只重視機(jī)械推導(dǎo),從而忽視語(yǔ)境判斷和語(yǔ)篇分析,不利于學(xué)生能力的提高。以語(yǔ)篇為中心的學(xué)習(xí)方式可以引導(dǎo)和幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)掌握英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的特點(diǎn)和習(xí)慣,把學(xué)生接受、理解、運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的全過(guò)程始終與學(xué)習(xí)掌握語(yǔ)篇內(nèi)容緊密結(jié)合起來(lái)。這樣,教師才能幫助學(xué)生做到學(xué)得生動(dòng)活潑,運(yùn)用準(zhǔn)確自如,學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀和寫(xiě)的能力就一定會(huì)得到不同程度的提高。要始終堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)原則,復(fù)習(xí)課上我們注意加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的操練活動(dòng),讓學(xué)生多動(dòng)腦筋思考問(wèn)題,讓他們盡可能多地舉些例句,使他們能訓(xùn)練掌握語(yǔ)法的用法。

      總之,英語(yǔ)教學(xué)和復(fù)習(xí)的全過(guò)程應(yīng)該是教師引導(dǎo)和幫助學(xué)生通過(guò)聽(tīng),說(shuō),讀,寫(xiě)四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)培養(yǎng)正確思維習(xí)慣,準(zhǔn)確運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)的過(guò)程。

      教學(xué)的有效性自然就成為教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)。但是,在日常的教學(xué)中,要提高課堂效率還真的不是一件容易的事。課堂高效離不開(kāi)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動(dòng)性。而在這方面,我覺(jué)得自己還要加強(qiáng)。英語(yǔ)有時(shí)候是挺無(wú)聊的,尤其是學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)法的時(shí)候,所以,教師要采取各種教學(xué)手法來(lái)吸引學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生參與其中,并且指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生才會(huì)有興趣。

      其中有一個(gè)例子,讓我深有感觸。在我任教的藝術(shù)班,學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平普遍比較低,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣也比較少,所以上課的時(shí)候總是覺(jué)得很沉悶,學(xué)生沒(méi)有動(dòng)力。有一次,我要一邊做語(yǔ)法練習(xí)一邊講評(píng)。本以為這會(huì)是一節(jié)很無(wú)聊的課,因?yàn)檎Z(yǔ)法更是他們的死穴。但沒(méi)想到,當(dāng)我要求一個(gè)學(xué)生回答一個(gè)問(wèn)題時(shí),學(xué)生的熱情居然很高漲。不管被提問(wèn)的還是沒(méi)有被提問(wèn)的,都很有精神,很活躍。我心里一陣高興,沒(méi)想到學(xué)生這么喜歡被提問(wèn)呢!平時(shí)由于覺(jué)得語(yǔ)法很難,都很少提問(wèn)他們,看來(lái)是沒(méi)有猜透學(xué)生的心思。但是,到了另外一個(gè)練習(xí)的時(shí)候,由于時(shí)間不多,快要下課了,我決定等學(xué)生都做完后,直接告訴他們答案。結(jié)果,學(xué)生剛剛被燃起的熱情“咻”的一下就無(wú)影無(wú)蹤了。我一直在后悔自己做錯(cuò)了選擇。

      因此,我覺(jué)得,既然學(xué)習(xí)的主體是學(xué)生,就應(yīng)該多讓學(xué)生參與到學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中,學(xué)生才會(huì)有學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。只不過(guò)時(shí)間上就要稍微寬松點(diǎn),才會(huì)有足夠的時(shí)間讓學(xué)生來(lái)發(fā)揮。

      已經(jīng)是高二了,但是很多時(shí)候,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)還是靠老師牽著鼻子走。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)缺乏自覺(jué)性。這種現(xiàn)象不管在尖子班還是普通班都一樣。具體表現(xiàn)在:當(dāng)老師沒(méi)有安排作業(yè)的時(shí)候,學(xué)生就無(wú)所事事,然后就講話或者開(kāi)小差;而有時(shí)候,即使有很多作業(yè),學(xué)生也會(huì)不自覺(jué)地走神,導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)的效率很低,作業(yè)沒(méi)能按時(shí)完成;更有甚者,一遇到節(jié)日的放假,往往作業(yè)就沒(méi)有辦法按時(shí)完成。在自習(xí)課等時(shí)間,只要老師不在,學(xué)生就會(huì)不夠?qū)P暮驼J(rèn)真。

      這些都是學(xué)生缺乏學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性的表現(xiàn),或者是他們的學(xué)生缺乏目標(biāo)性,基本上處于得過(guò)且過(guò)的階段,學(xué)習(xí)沒(méi)有計(jì)劃,人生沒(méi)有目標(biāo)。

      要改變這些現(xiàn)狀,不是一件容易的事,重點(diǎn)是學(xué)生的思想工作。這是比較長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的事情。所以,作為科任老師,我們能做的就是在平時(shí)多訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí),多把一些時(shí)間的主動(dòng)權(quán)交給學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生慢慢培養(yǎng)自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。這樣,既可以增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)能力,也能給老師減負(fù)。但是,具體怎樣訓(xùn)練學(xué)生呢?這就是我要學(xué)習(xí)和研究的東西。
