測(cè)試目標(biāo)和任務(wù)：

1、通過(guò)測(cè)試，了解學(xué)生本學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)效果，讓學(xué)生掌握本冊(cè)的單詞、句型、交際用語(yǔ)，了解用英語(yǔ)看病的語(yǔ)言、用英語(yǔ)打電話的方式以及問(wèn)路的方法。

2、在教師的引導(dǎo)下，逐漸重視英語(yǔ)交際的使用，學(xué)會(huì)探究式學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)，形成自主學(xué)習(xí)的方式。測(cè)試內(nèi)容：

一、談基本情況 面對(duì)新老師，學(xué)生往往帶有很大的好奇心，而最想知道的是：老師是個(gè)什么樣的人？他（她）會(huì)怎么教我們學(xué)英語(yǔ)呢？英語(yǔ)是怎么回事？他（她）和語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)老師有什么不同呢？我怎么學(xué)，他（她）才會(huì)喜歡我？

針對(duì)學(xué)生的普遍心理，精心設(shè)計(jì)教師自己的基本情況和教學(xué)個(gè)性介紹，說(shuō)幾句流利動(dòng)聽的英語(yǔ)，學(xué)生會(huì)羨慕，會(huì)產(chǎn)生學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的欲望，對(duì)教師產(chǎn)生信任感。在學(xué)生心里，誠(chéng)實(shí)、自信、嚴(yán)格、耐心、有責(zé)任心等品質(zhì)是一個(gè)好老師應(yīng)該有的。

二、談當(dāng)前形勢(shì)（高考、中考英語(yǔ)）

三、談如何學(xué)好英語(yǔ)

學(xué)好英語(yǔ)必須做到“ 五到 ”。

（一）、“ 心到。在課堂上應(yīng)聚精會(huì)神，大腦要始終處于積極狀態(tài)，思維要活躍、思路要開闊，心隨老師走，聽懂每一句話，抓住每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，理解每一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)。

（二）、“ 手到 ”。一定要做課堂筆記。常言說(shuō)，“ 好記性不如爛筆頭 ”。

（三）、“ 耳到 ”。在課堂上，要認(rèn)真聽老師說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)、重音、斷句等發(fā)音要領(lǐng)。

（四）、“ 眼到 ”。雙眼要觀察老師的動(dòng)作、口形、表情、板書、繪圖、教具展示等。

（五）、“ 口到 ”。學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言，不張嘴不動(dòng)口是學(xué)不好的。要充分利用早晨頭腦清醒的時(shí)間，大聲朗讀；課堂上要勇躍回答老師提問(wèn)、積極參與同學(xué)間討論和辯論，課下對(duì)不清楚的問(wèn)題及時(shí)提出，要克服害羞心理，不恥下問(wèn)。對(duì)學(xué)過(guò)的課文要多讀、勤讀、苦讀，可以跟錄音機(jī)讀，竭力模仿其語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)以糾正發(fā)音，一些課文最好能背得滾瓜爛熟。

（三）做作業(yè)時(shí)，要獨(dú)立完成，完成作業(yè)與獨(dú)立完成作業(yè)有著本質(zhì)的區(qū)別，只有獨(dú)立完成作業(yè)，才能把所學(xué)的知識(shí)化為己有。即使是抄寫單詞或課文，也大有講究：邊認(rèn)真抄寫，邊爭(zhēng)取掌握所抄內(nèi)容。你想，如果能這樣，你的學(xué)習(xí)效率就大大提高了。

（四）訂正作業(yè)時(shí)，一定要及時(shí)有效。

五、輕松課堂。

給學(xué)生來(lái)點(diǎn)藝術(shù)的熏陶，給學(xué)生放一首英文兒歌《apple round and apple red 》，學(xué)生隨著歡快的音樂(lè)，來(lái)到英語(yǔ)的世界，聽完歌曲，告訴學(xué)生唱英文歌時(shí)，輔音字母不唱出來(lái)，接著復(fù)習(xí)26個(gè)字母，告訴學(xué)生哪些是元音字母，哪些是輔音字母，讓學(xué)生在樂(lè)中學(xué)，在學(xué)中樂(lè)。接著對(duì)他們進(jìn)行紀(jì)律、作業(yè)等常規(guī)教育。更重要的是進(jìn)行分組，因?yàn)閷?duì)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平并不了解，接下來(lái)出幾道題進(jìn)行測(cè)試，根據(jù)成績(jī)選出組長(zhǎng)，同時(shí)可以盡快地認(rèn)識(shí)新學(xué)生。
