      本學期我擔任六年級英語教學,經(jīng)過一學期的學習,大多數(shù)學生都對英語學習產(chǎn)生了興趣,而強化他們的學習興趣是這學期的工作之重。做好教學準備,提高課堂效率。教學中,備課是一個必不可少,十分重要的環(huán)節(jié),備學生,又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好,會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和積極性。一堂準備充分的課,會令學生和老師都受益不淺備課充分,能調(diào)動學生的積極性,上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力,因為學生在課堂上的一舉一動都會直接影響課堂教學。因此上課一定要設(shè)法令學生投入,不讓其分心,這就很講究方法了。

      2、采用多種方法,活躍課堂教學氣氛。要想小學英語課堂教最大限度地引起學生的學習興趣,讓學生感受到運用所學語言成功地達到某種目的后的愉快。只有通過游戲活動來表現(xiàn)情景,讓教學情境化。大多數(shù)小學生都喜歡課堂教學游戲,游戲會令他們動起來給學習帶來快樂,是機械的句型操練起來也變得生動、活潑、有趣味。游戲活動的使用能使抽象語言內(nèi)容變成一種具體、形象的情景,具有直觀性、趣味性和競爭性等特點,能有效地激發(fā)他們學習的積極性。

      3、更新教學觀念,全面實施素質(zhì)教育。英語教學方法也要有所改變,這就要求進一步優(yōu)化教學方法的組合。課堂上教師采用什么教學方法,學生就往往采用相應的學習方法,它直接影響著的學生的學習效果。為此,教師在課堂教學上應努力以靈活多樣的教學方法,精心設(shè)計教學過程中的各個環(huán)節(jié),圍繞學生能力素質(zhì)的發(fā)展進行教學。可采用“知識技能,學習能力,學習態(tài)度”來做為確定學習狀態(tài)的特征變量,從而為促進學習能力素質(zhì)的全面發(fā)展服務(wù)。

      存在的不足:

      1、技巧性組織英語課堂教學

      本學期教學中,上課時發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學走神、做小動作、低頭或看其它書籍等,有時我在想,英語對有些學生來說怎么就那么難學,甚至排斥,是英語不好學?我想還是我本人的問題,對于課堂上的這些問題,我還沒有找到一個解決的方法,怎樣做教師既可以順利完成教學任務(wù),增加英語教學的真實性,又可以起到提醒學生的作用?

      2、適當?shù)脑u價

      對學生而言,各種評價很重要。適當?shù)脑u價可以使學生認識自我,樹立自信。同時也有助于他們反思及調(diào)整自己的學習過程,本學期,在教學過程中教學評價這方面還有待于本人的進一步研究。

      不管怎么說,本學期的英語教學工作完成還是不錯,雖然還有很多不足之處,我想這些不足,將是今后英語教學工作中的動力和努力方向,相信通過自己的不斷努力和提高,我的英語教學工作一定會邁向一個新臺階。
