由于多種原因,學(xué)生個(gè)體存在著很多這樣或那樣的差異,比如智低、能力的高低、社會(huì)交際能力的強(qiáng)弱等,都使學(xué)生在各個(gè)方面存在著各自的優(yōu)勢和缺點(diǎn)因此我們教師就要去幫助那些優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生更優(yōu)秀、那些學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生克服困難迎頭趕上。為此我制定了本學(xué)期學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)計(jì)劃:
一、學(xué)情分析:
我班中心小學(xué)六年級(jí)(2)班。全班共有學(xué)生43人,其中男生 27 人,女生 16人。我班學(xué)生大至可分為兩大部分。一部分學(xué)生對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)有上進(jìn)心;有些學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度還不夠端正;學(xué)習(xí)自覺性不夠,上課注意力不集中;不能及時(shí)完成作業(yè)等;還有個(gè)別學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握不夠扎實(shí),學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)有很大困難。所以在新的學(xué)期里,在端正學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的同時(shí),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)他們的各種學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)的能力,針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,本學(xué)期的工作重點(diǎn)是抓好學(xué)習(xí)上有困難的學(xué)生的教學(xué)。在教學(xué)中,面向全體學(xué)生,創(chuàng)設(shè)愉快地教學(xué)情境,激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,進(jìn)入最佳的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)態(tài)。
二、輔導(dǎo)措施:
(一)學(xué)優(yōu)生:(主要有:張鑫,張白云,李濟(jì)洪,巖龍,楊忠思,周關(guān)然陳程8位同學(xué))
1、鼓勵(lì)優(yōu)秀生的自主學(xué)習(xí)。優(yōu)秀生的基礎(chǔ)較好,思維活躍,在課堂上表現(xiàn)
出較高的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,積極舉手發(fā)言,積極與其他學(xué)生配合,他們遇到的問題和困難,有時(shí)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些錯(cuò)誤。要經(jīng)常給予鼓勵(lì)和肯定。培養(yǎng)他們大膽實(shí)踐,不怕出錯(cuò),增強(qiáng)信心。
2、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生質(zhì)疑。要求優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生在質(zhì)疑的同時(shí),能大膽地對(duì)問題提出不同的見解,不但培養(yǎng)他們發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的能力,而且也培養(yǎng)他們的創(chuàng)新能力。因此積極引導(dǎo)學(xué)生分析整理提出的問題,從而學(xué)會(huì)或引導(dǎo)學(xué)生提出重難點(diǎn)問題,提出創(chuàng)造性問題。組織成績好的學(xué)生在課外開展提高性的自學(xué)小組,讓學(xué)生互相討論,互相啟發(fā),適當(dāng)作一些指導(dǎo)。
3、在教學(xué)中滲透課外的知識(shí)。成績好的學(xué)生,有一定的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)習(xí)能力,不滿足于課內(nèi)識(shí),對(duì)掌握課外的知識(shí)表現(xiàn)出極大的興趣和積極性。根據(jù)他們這一特點(diǎn),教學(xué)時(shí)適當(dāng)插入相關(guān)的課識(shí),并與課內(nèi)知識(shí)融會(huì)貫通。使他們?cè)谑炀氄莆照n內(nèi)知識(shí)的同時(shí),擴(kuò)大知識(shí)面。盡量滿足優(yōu)秀生的求知欲望。
4、在課堂上創(chuàng)造一個(gè)讓學(xué)生積極思維的氣氛。設(shè)置一些有深度的問題,讓學(xué)生在討論中探究,鼓勵(lì)優(yōu)秀生解答難題。此時(shí),采用分小組競賽的形式,安排優(yōu)秀生做組長,發(fā)揮他們的作用。
(二)、中等生:(主要有:袁慶,匡浩天,王發(fā)鳳,李?yuàn)W秋,唐靜茹,曾浩,白明順,李黑崩等)
利用課余時(shí)間,“因材施教、對(duì)癥下藥”,根據(jù)學(xué)生的素質(zhì)采取相應(yīng)的方法輔導(dǎo)。具體方法如下:
1、課上中等生板演,優(yōu)等生訂正。
2、安排座位時(shí)堅(jiān)持“好差同桌”結(jié)為學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)子。即“兵教兵”。
3、課堂練習(xí)分成三個(gè)層次:第一層“必做題”—基礎(chǔ)題,第二層:“選做題”—中等題,第三層“思考題”--拓廣題。滿足不同層次學(xué)生的需要。
5、每周進(jìn)行簡單測評(píng),了解學(xué)生情況,建立學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)檔案。
(三)、潛能生:(主要有:巖養(yǎng),楊耀袁,楊春偉,湯躍明,姚穎,巖公,玉香,周燕,劉彩,李燦等15位同學(xué))
1、課外輔導(dǎo)。一有時(shí)間就叫他們,了解他們課堂知識(shí)掌握的怎么樣。
2、發(fā)揮優(yōu)生的優(yōu)勢,利用“一幫一”幫助他們?cè)趯W(xué)校里,介紹方法讓潛能生懂得怎樣學(xué),激起他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。安排特殊座位,以優(yōu)帶差。
3、課堂上創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)讓潛能生多表現(xiàn),讓他們多動(dòng)腦,動(dòng)口,動(dòng)手,體驗(yàn)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)不僅僅是在進(jìn)行簡單的字詞句段,使他們愛上數(shù)學(xué)。
4、對(duì)潛能生實(shí)施多做多練措施;讓他們牢固掌握基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。、采用激勵(lì)機(jī)制,對(duì)學(xué)困生的每一點(diǎn)進(jìn)步都給予肯定,并鼓勵(lì)其繼續(xù)進(jìn)取讓他們體驗(yàn)成功感。
5、充分了解潛能生現(xiàn)行學(xué)習(xí)情況,教給正確學(xué)習(xí)方法,使他們朝正確方向
發(fā)展;改善他們學(xué)習(xí)情況,提高學(xué)習(xí)成績;對(duì)他們可以適當(dāng)放寬一些學(xué)習(xí)要求:
如在該卷時(shí),放寬學(xué)困生的扣分要求,提高他們的成績;作業(yè)要求也可以分層,盡量簡單好做。
6、成立一個(gè)潛能生小班,推選組長之類的“干部”,進(jìn)行組內(nèi)比賽,形成良好的競爭意識(shí),促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)的有效發(fā)展。讓學(xué)生在心里建立要學(xué)習(xí)的意識(shí)。
7、及時(shí)與家長聯(lián)系,協(xié)助解決潛能生的學(xué)習(xí)問題。
8、利用整理課、課后輔導(dǎo)等時(shí)間,對(duì)潛能生進(jìn)行個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)。
9、定期做好家訪,及進(jìn)了解學(xué)困生的學(xué)習(xí)和思想狀況,努力形成學(xué)校、家庭教育的合力,切中時(shí)機(jī),“傳情報(bào)”、“送喜報(bào)”促進(jìn)潛能生的轉(zhuǎn)化。
三、需要注意的問題:
1、必須優(yōu)化備課,功在課前,效在課上,成果鞏固在課后輔導(dǎo)。盡可能“耗費(fèi)最少的必要時(shí)間和必要的精力”。
2、不歧視學(xué)習(xí)有困難的學(xué)生,不縱容優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生,一視同仁。
3、經(jīng)常與家長聯(lián)系,相互了解學(xué)生在家與在校的一些情況,共同促進(jìn)學(xué)生的作業(yè)情況,培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,樹立對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的信心。
4、根據(jù)優(yōu)差生的實(shí)際情況制定學(xué)習(xí)方案。

名詞專項(xiàng)講解
A)、名詞的數(shù)
我們知道名詞可以分為可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞,而不可數(shù)名詞它沒有復(fù)數(shù)形式,但可數(shù)名詞卻有單數(shù)和復(fù)數(shù)之分,復(fù)數(shù)的構(gòu)成如下:
一)在后面加s。如:fathers,books,Americans,Germans,apples,bananas
二)x,sh,ch,s,tch后加es。如:boxes,glasses,watches,wishes,faxes
三)以輔音字母加y結(jié)尾的變y為i再加es 如:baby-babies,family-families,duty-duties,comedy-comedies,documentary-documentaries,story-stories
以元音字母加y結(jié)尾的直接加s。如:day-days,boy-boys,toy-toys,key-keys,ways
四)以o結(jié)尾加s(外來詞)。如:radios,photos,但如是輔音加o的加es:如: tomatoes西紅柿,potatoes馬鈴薯
五)以f或fe結(jié)尾的變f為v再加es(s)。如:knife-knives,wife-wives,half-halves,shelf-shelves,leaf-leaves,yourself-yourselves
六)單復(fù)數(shù)相同(不變的)有:fish,sheep,deer鹿子,Chinese,Japanese
七)一般只有復(fù)數(shù),沒有單數(shù)的有:people,pants,shorts,shoes,glasses,gloves,clothes,socks
八)單詞形式不變,既可以是單數(shù)也可以是復(fù)數(shù)的有:police警察局,警察,class班,同學(xué),family家,家庭成員
九)合成的復(fù)數(shù)一般只加主要名詞,多數(shù)為后一個(gè)單詞。如:action movie-action movies,pen pal-pen pals;但如果是由man或woman所組成的合成詞的復(fù)數(shù)則同時(shí)為復(fù)數(shù)。如:man doctor-men doctors,woman teacher-women teachers
十)有的單復(fù)數(shù)意思不同。如:fish魚 fishes魚的種類,paper紙 papers報(bào)紙,卷子,論文,work工作 works作品,工廠,glass玻璃 glasses玻璃杯,眼鏡,orange桔子水 oranges橙子,light光線 lights燈,people人 peoples民族,time時(shí)間 times時(shí)代,次數(shù),chicken 雞肉 chickens 小雞
十一)單個(gè)字母的復(fù)數(shù)可以有兩種形式直接加s或’s。如:Is(I’s),Ks(K’s)。但如是縮略詞則只加s。如:IDs,VCDs,SARs
十二)特殊形式的有:child-children,man-men,woman-women,foot-feet,mouse-mice,policeman-policemen,Englishman-Englishmen B)不可數(shù)名詞:
1.不可數(shù)名詞: 1).不能直接用數(shù)字表數(shù)量 2).不能直接加a或an 3).沒有復(fù)數(shù)形式 4).可用some、any、lots of、plenty of、much 修飾
5).可用“量詞短語”表示 2.不可數(shù)名詞的數(shù)量的表示方法:a / 數(shù)字+ 量詞 + of + 不可數(shù)名詞 : a piece of paper a cup of tea a glass of milk
C)名詞的格
當(dāng)我們要表示某人的什么東西或人時(shí),我們就要使用所有格形式。構(gòu)成如下:
一)單數(shù)在后面加’s。如:brother’s,Mike’s,teacher’s
二)復(fù)數(shù)以s結(jié)尾的直接在s后加’,如果不是之s結(jié)尾的與單數(shù)一樣處理。如:Teachers’ Day教師節(jié),classmates’;Children’s Day六一節(jié),Women’s Day三八節(jié)
三)由and并列的名詞所有時(shí),如果是共同所有同一人或物時(shí),只加最后一個(gè)’s,但分別擁有時(shí)卻分別按單數(shù)形式處理。如:Mike and Ben’s room邁克和本的房間(共住一間),Mike’s and Ben’s rooms邁克和本的房間(各自的房間)

本課除了學(xué)習(xí)詢問別人的職業(yè),還有一個(gè)重要的句型就師學(xué)習(xí)詢問別人的年齡.How old are you ?這個(gè)句型,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來,比較容易.大多數(shù)都能正確掌握.在展示這個(gè)句型之后,我又把后面的Fun house 部分的一個(gè)簡短又有一定趣味的小對(duì)話提到本課來學(xué)習(xí),進(jìn)一步練習(xí)了這個(gè)句型.第四、第五課時(shí)

本段對(duì)話的第一句It’s cold today, isn’t it?是個(gè)反意疑問句,是個(gè)難點(diǎn),學(xué)生掌握起來比較困難.不過,每單元的E部分對(duì)話是對(duì)本課對(duì)話的拓展與延伸,分布了一定的新詞,對(duì)于初學(xué)英語的小學(xué)生來說是有難度的.所以,在教授本部分對(duì)話的時(shí)候,只是對(duì)本對(duì)話的意思有一定的介紹即可,不對(duì)學(xué)生有很高的要求.在經(jīng)過一定的練習(xí)之后,大多數(shù)的學(xué)生都能正確的讀出對(duì)話.并了解其中含義.The Fifth Period

It’s?句型。教學(xué)中教師可以采用以舊帶新的方法,從單數(shù)句式引出復(fù)數(shù)句式,還可以通過單復(fù)數(shù)形式比較找出它們之間的區(qū)別。本單元主要出現(xiàn)了水果類單詞,除lemons, strawberries, grapes三種水果是第一次出現(xiàn)以外,其余八種均在Book3A第三單元中出現(xiàn)過。教師可通過句型Do you like ?? Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.的問答教授這三個(gè)新單詞,并適當(dāng)補(bǔ)充一些學(xué)生感興趣的水果單詞。本單元出現(xiàn)的是這些單詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式,涉及到詞形、讀音的變化,是教學(xué)中的難點(diǎn)。教師可以對(duì)名詞復(fù)數(shù)的詞形和讀音進(jìn)行歸類。
與本單元所出現(xiàn)的水果類單詞緊密結(jié)合的是在商店里購物的常用語Can I help you? How many kilos? These or those?等。在教學(xué)中教師要注意創(chuàng)設(shè)購物情景,讓學(xué)生熟練自如的運(yùn)用這些購物的基本用語。另外可以根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情況適當(dāng)補(bǔ)充一些其他購物用語或讓學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生課后去收集這類交際用語,以擴(kuò)充他們的知識(shí)面、鍛煉他們的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。
