一、我競(jìng)聘的條件:
我叫xxx,今年xx歲,大學(xué)本科文化,中共黨員,經(jīng)濟(jì)師,現(xiàn)任運(yùn)維中心主任。我20xx年畢業(yè)于湖北郵校載波專業(yè),畢業(yè)后先后從事過機(jī)務(wù)員、傳輸維護(hù)中心主任、農(nóng)話設(shè)備維護(hù)中心主任、設(shè)備管理員、運(yùn)維部副主任、運(yùn)維中心主任。

今天之所以走到講臺(tái)上,競(jìng)聘分公司副總經(jīng)理,我認(rèn)為我已經(jīng)具備了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這一崗位許多優(yōu)勢(shì)。我有能力,有信心,有決心把這個(gè)工作做好。我的優(yōu)勢(shì)主要有:
第一,思想進(jìn)步,政治覺悟高。
我從小接受了良好的傳統(tǒng)教育,培養(yǎng)造就了自己光明磊落、有正義感、樂于助人的品德。參加工作以來,使我形成了辦事講求原則,講黨性,恪守紀(jì)律,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)樸實(shí),團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的工作作風(fēng),能夠做到在思想上和行動(dòng)上與黨保持高度一致。
第二,熱愛電信事業(yè),具有豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
應(yīng)該說,我是一個(gè)電信戰(zhàn)線上的老兵了,我深深地?zé)釔壑宜鶑氖碌碾娦攀聵I(yè)。自20XX年從事電信事業(yè)以來,我從事過很多崗位,從機(jī)務(wù)員到傳輸維護(hù)中心主任,從農(nóng)話設(shè)備維護(hù)中心主任到設(shè)備管理員,從運(yùn)維部副主任到運(yùn)維中心主任。在每一個(gè)崗位上,都做出了突出的成績(jī),多次受到表揚(yáng)或嘉獎(jiǎng)??梢哉f,十二年的從業(yè)經(jīng)歷使我對(duì)電信的每項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)特別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行維護(hù)業(yè)務(wù)都了如指掌。在我作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)和前臺(tái)支撐三大職能任務(wù)的運(yùn)維中心負(fù)責(zé)人期間,四年累計(jì)完成資本性支出近4500萬元,完成了33000線交換機(jī)及接入網(wǎng)設(shè)備的新建與擴(kuò)容;完成了城區(qū)84個(gè)PHS基站全覆蓋的網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè);建成了通達(dá)孝感、大悟、安陸的架空及地埋光纜和多路由保護(hù)機(jī)制的SDH、DWDM的傳輸路由并高效完成了京漢廣96芯光纜的鋪設(shè)任務(wù);20XX年建成了覆蓋全縣的ADSL寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò),固定資產(chǎn)交付及時(shí)率和合格率達(dá)到100%,孝昌電話用戶從20XX年底的17000戶達(dá)到46000戶,用戶的發(fā)展年年創(chuàng)歷史新高,截止10月份便完成了10000多部的發(fā)展任務(wù),全縣網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源綜合利用率達(dá)到79%,在歷年的效能監(jiān)察評(píng)定中得到了市公司的肯定。我很自信,也很堅(jiān)信地認(rèn)為,十二年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),使我基本掌握了作為分公司副總經(jīng)理必備的業(yè)務(wù)技能,我一定能夠勝任這一職位!
第三,具有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、管理能力。
我善于與人溝通,具有較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力和嚴(yán)密的邏輯思維能力。我有多年基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位的鍛煉,?年的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位鍛煉了我協(xié)調(diào)、組織、溝通與管理能力。12年來,作為分公司的一員,無論是與本部門內(nèi)部的同志還是與中高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo),在工作配合與交往過程中,我想如果同志們降低一點(diǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的話,我與大家的合作還是比較愉快的。所以,就溝通組織協(xié)調(diào)管理能力而言,如果作為分公司副總經(jīng)理,我可能還算是一塊可造之材。
第四,具有扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí)。
我知道,做好分公司副總經(jīng)理,光靠認(rèn)真、熱情的態(tài)度是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,還需要具有扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí),只有這樣,才能在處理事上左右逢源、游刃有余。20XX年11月我參加了全省移動(dòng)通信培訓(xùn)45天,20XX年7月參加全省摩托羅拉公司美國為期1個(gè)月培訓(xùn)班。另外,我還報(bào)考了通信指揮學(xué)院通信工程專業(yè),并順利通過專、本的學(xué)習(xí)。利用業(yè)余時(shí)間我還充分利用上網(wǎng)的機(jī)會(huì)獲取關(guān)于下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展方向和電信新技術(shù)應(yīng)用知識(shí)。通過不間斷學(xué)習(xí),夯實(shí)了我的業(yè)務(wù)功底、增加了我的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),使我具備了系統(tǒng)分析問題、解決問題的能力。
第五,我熟悉掌握相關(guān)專業(yè)政策、規(guī)章、制度,善于根據(jù)市場(chǎng)變化做出科學(xué)決策。
工作中,我注意加強(qiáng)電信及網(wǎng)絡(luò)方面的法律、法規(guī)、政策的學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)自己所從事的行業(yè)的專業(yè)政策、規(guī)章、制度等有了較為深入的了解,使自己能夠根據(jù)市場(chǎng)的變化做出科學(xué)的決策。如今年月份,針對(duì)我局到局話務(wù)溢出較嚴(yán)重的情況,我們經(jīng)過認(rèn)真分析,并請(qǐng)求分公司網(wǎng)管中心的支持,掛表觀察,徹底解決了這一問題,受到好評(píng)。
第六,具有踏實(shí)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ髯黠L(fēng)。
自參加工作以來,我一直堅(jiān)持“今天能做的事絕不拖到明天,現(xiàn)在能辦的事絕不等到將來”,在業(yè)務(wù)處理、運(yùn)營(yíng)方案的制定等辦事過程中,從來沒有“反正上面還有領(lǐng)導(dǎo),反正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還要想,能敷衍就敷衍一下”的想法和做法,我歷來就是一定要把自己現(xiàn)有的本事用完,能使的勁使夠,再向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交差。因此,從工作作風(fēng)上來講,如果我作為分公司副總經(jīng)理,我將無愧于組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們的信任。
第七,我具有擔(dān)任副經(jīng)理的信心和決心。信心和決心是事業(yè)的保證,辦任何事情只要有信心和決心就沒有什么做不了的,沒有什么干不好的。十二年來,我兢兢業(yè)業(yè),勤勤懇懇,滿懷信心的工作,在各個(gè)方面都取得了一些成績(jī),深得公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的信任。但成績(jī)只能證明以往的努力和付出,并不代表以后,我是一個(gè)勇于接受挑戰(zhàn)的人,我愿意接受更大的挑戰(zhàn)和重任。所以,我有信心和決心當(dāng)好分公司副總經(jīng)理。
在這里,我也愿意坦誠地把自己已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到的不足之處匯報(bào)給大家。主要有兩點(diǎn):一是知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)上的不足仍然明顯。目前,我正在自學(xué)有關(guān)法律、寫作、財(cái)務(wù)方面的知識(shí),我想通過循序漸進(jìn)的努力,力爭(zhēng)成為對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)、財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、企業(yè)人事管理知識(shí)都有所知曉的綜合性管理人才。二是處理矛盾的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足。我將充分依靠老同志豐富的閱歷和經(jīng)驗(yàn),虛心求教,加以彌補(bǔ)。

二、工作設(shè)想:
如果通過此次競(jìng)聘,我能夠有幸分公司副總經(jīng)理,我將采取以下措施來開展工作:
第一,抓好網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)和管理。我認(rèn)為,電信公司作為一個(gè)企業(yè),追求經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化是其重要的一個(gè)目標(biāo)。而只有通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)工作,才可以達(dá)到這個(gè)目標(biāo)。在抓好網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)的同時(shí),切實(shí)協(xié)助經(jīng)理抓好管理。首先,抓好人的管理。人力資源是企業(yè)不斷向前發(fā)展的不竭動(dòng)力和源泉。我將對(duì)所管部門人員分工,做到人人有事做、事事有人做,獎(jiǎng)勤罰懶,提高員工的辦事效率。在工作中,堅(jiān)持“能者上,平者讓,庸者下”,力爭(zhēng)做到想干事的給機(jī)會(huì)、能干事的給崗位、做好事的給地位。其次,建立健全各種規(guī)章制度。不以規(guī)矩,不成方圓。做到以制度管人、以制度管事,而不是人管人,人管事。
第二,做好運(yùn)行維護(hù)工作。工作中我將堅(jiān)持“維護(hù)就是服務(wù)、維護(hù)就是經(jīng)營(yíng)、維護(hù)就是效益”的理念,主動(dòng)、高效地支撐市場(chǎng)發(fā)展。進(jìn)一步按照市運(yùn)維機(jī)制的改革步署,完成以維護(hù)和值守科學(xué)分離的新的維護(hù)體制創(chuàng)新和各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)流程重組改革,一切以滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展、響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)支撐為前提,統(tǒng)一思想、統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí)。真正做到后臺(tái)不對(duì)前臺(tái)說“NO”,下一個(gè)流程不對(duì)上一個(gè)流程說“NO”。
第三,積極做好省公司布置的三項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)工作:
1、做好本地網(wǎng)集中維護(hù)一是要配合市運(yùn)維把所有端局納入本地網(wǎng)網(wǎng)管監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。二是完善同有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程和健全和落實(shí)相關(guān)制度。三是加強(qiáng)各專業(yè)交流和培訓(xùn)的力度,使綜合性維護(hù)人才脫穎而出。
2、搞好網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源建設(shè)不僅是績(jī)效考核指標(biāo),更是企業(yè)決策的重要依據(jù)之一,它和市場(chǎng)的營(yíng)銷系統(tǒng)緊密相關(guān),這要求我們一是專人專崗負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)、嚴(yán)格進(jìn)度要求完成數(shù)據(jù)的清理、錄入、更新工作,二是要求各分局及市場(chǎng)各部門嚴(yán)格業(yè)務(wù)流程,保證營(yíng)業(yè)受理、工程新增、割接機(jī)線設(shè)備,實(shí)時(shí)反饋更新,并進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理。
3、做好舊機(jī)房整治工作。一是要對(duì)一些不符合安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的機(jī)房上報(bào)整改,二是要利用建設(shè)改造的機(jī)會(huì)對(duì)農(nóng)村支局進(jìn)行整改,三是力所能及的對(duì)一些漏雨、電源線雜亂的機(jī)房進(jìn)行整改。
第四,培養(yǎng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)骨干,形成后備人才梯隊(duì)。
我將根據(jù)目前公司人員的現(xiàn)狀,積極培養(yǎng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)骨干,形成后備人才梯隊(duì);同時(shí)通過以會(huì)代訓(xùn)、挖掘潛力等多種方式,努力使分管部門形成業(yè)務(wù)型、技術(shù)型、管理型、事務(wù)型人才比例協(xié)調(diào)的結(jié)構(gòu)。
第五,抓好企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。企業(yè)文化是一個(gè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中最基本的因素。所以我上任后,要協(xié)助總經(jīng)理抓好企業(yè)文化建設(shè),以增強(qiáng)員工對(duì)通訊事業(yè)的主人翁意識(shí),增強(qiáng)員工對(duì)企業(yè)的認(rèn)同感,提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

首先感謝公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我提供了這次向大家匯報(bào)工作、展示自我、挑戰(zhàn)自我的機(jī)會(huì)。下面我將自己的工作情況向大家做一匯報(bào),以便讓大家對(duì)我有一個(gè)更加全面的了解。在近幾年的工作中,我通過轉(zhuǎn)變思維觀念,創(chuàng)新工作方法,使各項(xiàng)工作都有了較好的開展。
第一,保持基本鏈、堅(jiān)持發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型業(yè)務(wù)在企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的近幾年中,我搶抓機(jī)遇、堅(jiān)定步伐、認(rèn)真貫徹省州、公司工作思路,注重工作的計(jì)劃性和前瞻性,發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,不斷增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的凝聚力、戰(zhàn)斗力,在任務(wù)目標(biāo)較重的工作中經(jīng)受鍛煉,增長(zhǎng)才干,不斷提高自身的理論素養(yǎng)和管理水平。

當(dāng)今社會(huì)是信息社會(huì),誰掌握的信息多就能處于不敗之地。我將把客戶收入工作抓起來,把我區(qū)的客戶全部列出來,建立一整套包括背景情況、家庭人員、個(gè)人愛好等的客戶信息庫,每個(gè)月都將收入進(jìn)行分析比較,同時(shí)對(duì)所有客戶進(jìn)行拜訪,用戶意見進(jìn)行整理。
第五,創(chuàng)新思維模式,努力開拓市場(chǎng)。
我將借助科學(xué)的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷手段,聚合公司的各種經(jīng)濟(jì)資源,把電信通訊的區(qū)域小市場(chǎng)拓展為大市場(chǎng)。我要在市場(chǎng)調(diào)查和分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,策劃出契合區(qū)域的產(chǎn)品和套餐服務(wù),喚起消費(fèi)者的購買愿望,把潛在的客戶轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)的客戶。同時(shí),我要“早準(zhǔn)備、快啟動(dòng)”,有計(jì)劃、有步驟地開展集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)和新業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷工作,全力完成各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。

大家好
首先,感謝市縣公司黨組和同志們給予我這次展示自我的機(jī)會(huì)和舞臺(tái)。我演講的題目是“做一名務(wù)實(shí)、創(chuàng)新的管理者”。
決定參加這次競(jìng)聘前,也曾度德量力,思慮再三。今天,我之所以參加這次競(jìng)聘演講,是因?yàn)橐环矫?,表明我?duì)上級(jí)組織推行競(jìng)聘上崗機(jī)制的擁護(hù)和信任;另一方面;通過這次演講,鍛煉自己的能力、展現(xiàn)自己的才華并借此機(jī)會(huì)和大家交流思想,同時(shí),準(zhǔn)備讓人評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)劣長(zhǎng)短,接收領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和大家對(duì)我的挑選。我相信,通過這次競(jìng)聘活動(dòng),必將使我分公司下一步的競(jìng)聘上崗機(jī)制呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)良好的開端。
首先,簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下自己的經(jīng)歷:本人現(xiàn)年歲,大專文化,20XX年參加工作,先后從事農(nóng)話機(jī)修、傳輸機(jī)務(wù)、移動(dòng)維護(hù)、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)、綜合管理等工作,擔(dān)任過傳輸班長(zhǎng)、支撐中心主任、大客戶中心主任、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)部主任、局長(zhǎng)助理、分公司副經(jīng)理等職務(wù)。多次被評(píng)為先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)者和優(yōu)秀個(gè)人,20XX年被評(píng)為市級(jí)21世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才。

一、我具有正直的人品、良好的修養(yǎng)以及完善的工作作風(fēng)。

三、比較熟悉各專業(yè)具體業(yè)務(wù)和具有一定的通信專業(yè)知識(shí)。
參加工作十余年來,由于黨的教育、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的培養(yǎng)、同志們的幫助及個(gè)人的努力,在從事電信技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)管理和綜合管理的過程中,不斷學(xué)習(xí),積累知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),增長(zhǎng)了才干,提高了水平。同時(shí),有了明確的政治方向,比較扎實(shí)的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),踏實(shí)奉獻(xiàn)的敬業(yè)精神以及較好的人際親和力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。
四、具有一定的文字綜合能力。
誠然人無完人,在肯定有利條件的同時(shí),我也清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到自己存在一些不足之處:如與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、大家交心、交流思想不夠。有時(shí)工作較為急躁,不夠細(xì)膩。不過我有信心,在以后為工作實(shí)踐中在同志們的幫助下不斷克服自身的不足。
積極參與競(jìng)聘上崗,對(duì)我來說是一次很好的學(xué)習(xí)、鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì),不管結(jié)果如何,我都會(huì)以一顆平常心對(duì)待,如果能當(dāng)選,那是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們對(duì)我的鼓勵(lì),我相信,正值年富力強(qiáng)的我,完全可以成為新崗位上盡職盡責(zé)的一員。下面,我談?wù)勆蠉徍蟮囊恍┰O(shè)想:
一、首先,作為副職,必須了解正職的主要工作思路和全公司的目標(biāo)。并注意擺正位置,做好配角、當(dāng)好參謀。副職的主要職責(zé),對(duì)公司的全面工作,要盡其所能,收集各種信息供領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參考,及時(shí)提供各種建議和主張,幫助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)順利作出決策。其次,要有統(tǒng)籌兼顧的思想,當(dāng)好協(xié)調(diào)人,使做出的決策能符合企業(yè)實(shí)際和大多數(shù)員工的意愿。在工作中我將尊重經(jīng)理的核心地位,多請(qǐng)示匯報(bào),多交心通氣。辯證的看待自己的長(zhǎng)處和短處、揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作,做到:盡職不越權(quán),幫忙不添亂,補(bǔ)臺(tái)不拆臺(tái)。
二、以務(wù)實(shí)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖黠L(fēng)開展工作。隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)的變化,技術(shù)的更新,我們一方面要堅(jiān)持原來有效的管理制度和業(yè)務(wù)流程,同時(shí),必須結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,不斷修正管理辦法和流程,使之適應(yīng)以客戶為中心的原則,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造最大的效益。
三、堅(jiān)持“發(fā)展是硬道理”,創(chuàng)新工作思路和方法。企業(yè)要壯大,必須靠發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)在變化,我們的工作思路和方法也要發(fā)展。如隨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,我們就要有辦法來不斷提升我們的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,首先要號(hào)召全員經(jīng)營(yíng),正確引導(dǎo)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),要求每位員工都要關(guān)心企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),既懂得自身的權(quán)利和義務(wù),又要懂得自身在企業(yè)中的責(zé)任和要求。其次要深化渠道建設(shè),適度調(diào)整,強(qiáng)調(diào)分工與協(xié)作的統(tǒng)一,充分發(fā)揮大、公、商渠道的營(yíng)銷作用,農(nóng)村統(tǒng)包渠道目前的方式承受競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的能力較為脆弱,必須調(diào)整思路后移入城區(qū)。同時(shí),注重細(xì)分用戶市場(chǎng),利用我們多業(yè)務(wù)的特點(diǎn),確實(shí)打好捆綁營(yíng)銷牌。企業(yè)的發(fā)展必須以良好的質(zhì)量為保證,我認(rèn)為要著重抓好兩個(gè)質(zhì)量,一是抓服務(wù)質(zhì)量,這要有配套的培訓(xùn)、約束、激勵(lì)機(jī)制引導(dǎo)員工變被動(dòng)的接受標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為主動(dòng)的執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并有提高。二是運(yùn)維質(zhì)量,首先要求后臺(tái)人員確實(shí)樹立為前臺(tái)服務(wù)的意識(shí),同時(shí)又要有約束、激勵(lì)制度來促使運(yùn)維人員不斷提高其技術(shù)水平,打破平均主義,不搞論資排輩,注重業(yè)績(jī)、貢獻(xiàn)和品行的評(píng)價(jià)。
四、天時(shí)不如地利,地利不如人和,家和萬事興。只有團(tuán)結(jié),工作才能形成合力。平時(shí)要遇事和大家商量,虛心真誠地聽取群眾意見,做好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和群眾,群眾和群眾之間的協(xié)調(diào)人,一碗水端平,努力營(yíng)造一個(gè)相互信任、相互幫助、相互理解的人際關(guān)系,和諧的工作環(huán)境。
五、上崗后要以服務(wù)為目的,吃苦在前,享樂在后,不能有任何私心雜念,公正廉明,做好表率作用。

哥德曾經(jīng)說過“人不光是靠他生來就擁有一切,而是靠他從學(xué)習(xí)中所得到的一切來早就自己”。要高效推進(jìn)公司的各項(xiàng)工作,一個(gè)很重要的前提就是要切實(shí)強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí),不斷拓展視野。下一步,作為公司的副總經(jīng)理,我講努力構(gòu)造公司內(nèi)部的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛,有針對(duì)性的抓好職工,尤其是中層干部的政治理論和業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí),在公司內(nèi)部樹立“學(xué)習(xí)就是工作,人珍妮學(xué)習(xí)和總結(jié),提升自身業(yè)務(wù)水平是一種覺悟,一種責(zé)任、一種境界、一種能力”的思想。要通過學(xué)習(xí),切實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變員工被動(dòng)工作,思想激情不高的局面。從“認(rèn)真工作討得累”的思想認(rèn)識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤拔夜ぷ鳎瑸楣?、更為自己”的思想認(rèn)識(shí)上。
