第二篇：高一年級五月通訊稿

高一年級期中階段考試會議昨晚召開

本學期已過去一半，高一年級全體師生在這半個學期展現(xiàn)出了良好的精神風貌和昂揚的進取精神。在學校和年級的精心部署下，進行了階段性考試。

考前教導處經(jīng)過精心的準備，對學生進行考風考紀教育，召開了復習動員會。考試過程中，加強考風考紀的巡查力度，努力保證學生考出真實水平?？己蠼處焸兗皶r閱卷，及時將成績下發(fā)到班主任和任課教師手中。還利用校會對年級前二十名的學生進行了表彰。

昨晚，在階段性考試之后，全體任課教師召開了認真的期中考試分析會議。

會議由楊校長主持，陳校長也在百忙之中參加了會議，并作了重要講話。

會議上，王科長針對這次階段性考試以及本年級的具體情況作了非常詳細的總結和指導。她肯定了教師們半期來的辛勤工作，要求通過本次考試的分析，明確現(xiàn)狀和形勢，明確目標，找準增長點，抓準薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。會上王科長還詳細的分析了各科平均分、優(yōu)秀率、及格率，各科分數(shù)分段情況，各科名次分段情況，要求老師們找出差距，明確課堂教學的不足，進一步反思前一階段教學情況。年級組長周朝吉老師指出，這次月考大家要認真總結經(jīng)驗和教訓，努力提高教學效果，注重教學方法與效率問題，注意學生成績平衡，還指出工作中要加強責任心，號召所有老師都參與到班級管理當中。

在昨晚的會議上，陳寧星校長也對近期工作進行了總結，并對后期的工作進行了高屋建瓴的指導。

通過本次會義，教師們更進一步明確了目標，相信這必然會進一步推動學校的整體工作。

第三篇：高一年級第二次月考考試注意事項

高一年級第二次月考考試注意事項1、12月12日（星期三）上午課間操取消，三、四節(jié)課以鈴聲為準，下第四節(jié)課后班主任組織學生布置考場，本班以外的考場鑰匙找周龍江去領，教室按五列7、8、8、8、9順序擺放桌子，多媒體也要把桌子擺放開，桌子橫成行，豎成列，考號一律用膠條粘貼，前門口為1，一條龍排列，一律用膠條粘貼考號。桌凳不夠用的，在附近班級借，考完試后及時送還。安排好學生負責考場開關門和燈。特別注意上午第二場時無特殊情況把燈都關閉。

2、12月14日（星期五）考完試后學生回教室，將桌椅還原，將本班教室及所負責的考場打掃干凈，把所負責的考場鑰匙交給年級辦公室周龍江老師。

3、監(jiān)考教師提前20分鐘到教務處領取試卷，提前10分鐘發(fā)答題卡，提前5分鐘發(fā)試卷，檢查學生答題卡填涂情況，考號涂后四位，考試類型涂A，讓學生將所有信息填全、涂準，經(jīng)常有學生不涂考號，涂錯考號，不涂考試類型的，讀卡出現(xiàn)問題的場年級通報。監(jiān)考教師在監(jiān)考過程中要認真負責，不許做影響監(jiān)考的事情，年級發(fā)現(xiàn)后通報，最好坐在前面，兩眼直視學生?？荚嚱Y束后，按小號在上，大號在下的順序收答題卡、答題卷。依次收齊，缺考的也要將試卷、答題卡填好、涂好放在里面，不要漏收，錯收，經(jīng)清點后無誤將答題卡和答題卷及時送到教務處，在教務處密封。不允許學生打偏座、打瞌睡、說笑。有問題舉手，教師允許后再提問。

4、教師有事提前找好其他教師換監(jiān)場，換后通知年級。英語組楊占嶺老師準備好放聽力用的錄音機或音響。

5、班主任囑咐好學生考試期間按時到校，早晚進班時間不變。囑咐好學生如何涂答題卡，考號涂后四位，用2B鉛筆，考試類型涂A，答題時一定要規(guī)范，字要工整，卷面要清晰。嚴禁考試作弊，如若發(fā)現(xiàn)，家長領回家反省7天，且年級通報，給予記大過處分，班級量化考核扣5分?？荚嚻陂g學生不允許提前交卷，沒有急特殊情況不允許上廁所。第一場結束后班主任到年級看一下本班未到學生情況。未到學生及時與家長聯(lián)系。

6、考試期間各組抓緊時間認真閱卷，最好集中時間流水閱卷，判卷一定要嚴格，發(fā)現(xiàn)雷同卷上報到年級。登分時一定要注意認真、仔細，有的學生總分差十幾分，甚至二十幾分，不要在總分上失誤。登分前注意試卷的保密工作。12月16日（星期日）上午8點前務必交成績（發(fā)到年級郵箱）。
