強(qiáng)化四個(gè)保證

破解第一難事

——湘潭天易示范區(qū)推進(jìn)拆遷安置工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)材料

（2010年10月）

湘潭天易示范區(qū)作為國(guó)家長(zhǎng)株潭城市群“兩型社會(huì)”建設(shè)五大先行示范區(qū)之一，自今年7月份新班子、新機(jī)構(gòu)到位后，將征地拆遷工作作為抓項(xiàng)目、促發(fā)展的頭等大事，把維護(hù)拆遷群眾的利益放在首要位置，真正做到文明拆遷不壓制群眾，誠(chéng)信拆遷不愚弄群眾，依法拆遷不傷害群眾，征拆工作取得了前所未有的突破。近三個(gè)月來，示范區(qū)共啟動(dòng)拆遷項(xiàng)目13個(gè)，拆遷騰地到位房屋169戶，安置到位162戶。在拆遷過程中，沒有發(fā)生一起群體性事件和安全責(zé)任事故，征拆群眾由5月份兩次集訪北京，轉(zhuǎn)變到送感謝錦旗到示范區(qū)管委會(huì)。

征地拆遷工作民生關(guān)注度、政治關(guān)注度和社會(huì)關(guān)注度都非常高。在實(shí)踐中，我們深刻體會(huì)到，面對(duì)拆遷工作這件天下第一難事，只要堅(jiān)持踐行以民為本，真正做到思想認(rèn)識(shí)到位，資金調(diào)度到位，工作落實(shí)到位，安置保障到位，“難題”就會(huì)迎刃而解。我們的具體作法是：

一、立足發(fā)展為民，保證思想到位

征拆工作的指導(dǎo)思想和理念，直接決定了工作成效的好壞。一些地方的開發(fā)建設(shè)，總是把天平向自己一方傾斜，使征拆對(duì)象感覺利益受損，產(chǎn)生對(duì)抗心理，進(jìn)而演變成征拆難。為化解這一難題，湘潭天易示范區(qū)走出思想誤區(qū)，把征拆對(duì)象作為園區(qū)發(fā)展的建設(shè) 1 者、發(fā)展成果的共享者來看待，牢固樹立依法拆遷、陽(yáng)光拆遷、文明拆遷、和諧拆遷的思想理念，為征拆工作指引了方向。

1、樹立民本拆遷的理念。征地拆遷 “進(jìn)民戶、訪民情、交民友、解民難”，以心換心、以理服人，以情動(dòng)人，做到文明行動(dòng)、友情操作。

2、樹立陽(yáng)光拆遷的理念。在拆遷工作中，全面推行陽(yáng)光操作，公開拆遷法規(guī)政策、補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、補(bǔ)償數(shù)額，把拆遷工作置于社會(huì)監(jiān)督之下，使征拆工作“見得陽(yáng)光、曬得太陽(yáng)”，消除拆遷戶的疑慮。

3、樹立依法拆遷的理念。在拆遷工作全過程，注重實(shí)事求是，依法運(yùn)作。特別是在補(bǔ)償數(shù)量、安置面積等方面，均按實(shí)物量調(diào)查勘測(cè)確定數(shù)據(jù)，核發(fā)補(bǔ)償，以事實(shí)為依據(jù)；在政策運(yùn)用、拆遷程序、拆違控違等方面，嚴(yán)格依法依規(guī)操作，以法律為準(zhǔn)繩。

4、樹立和諧拆遷的理念。充分考慮拆遷戶的各類訴求，真心維護(hù)拆遷戶的合法利益，妥善解決被征地群眾生產(chǎn)、生活中的具體問題，做細(xì)工作，搞好服務(wù)，“征”出良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍，“拆”出和諧的發(fā)展環(huán)境。

二、立足讓利于民，保證資金到位

資金問題是制約征地拆遷進(jìn)程的主要瓶頸。在具體工作中，我們堅(jiān)持“資金調(diào)度以征地拆遷為先，讓利于民”，確保了征拆安置資金的及時(shí)足額到位。

1、資金安排重點(diǎn)傾斜。在資金調(diào)度上集中財(cái)力，重點(diǎn)傾斜，優(yōu)先安排，為項(xiàng)目征拆提供有力的資金保障。今年7月—10月，在短短三個(gè)多月內(nèi)，示范區(qū)撥付拆遷補(bǔ)償費(fèi)1億余元，確保了各個(gè)征拆項(xiàng)目的快速推進(jìn)。

2、資金發(fā)放直接支付。為切實(shí)加強(qiáng)征地補(bǔ)償安置費(fèi)的兌付和管理，我們減少資金撥付環(huán)節(jié)，在拆遷戶簽訂協(xié)議、核對(duì)無誤后，根據(jù)征地補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采取統(tǒng)一發(fā)放存折形式，直接送到群眾手上，有效防止“跑”、“漏”現(xiàn)象。

3、資金使用加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo)。一些拆遷戶在獲得數(shù)十萬的征拆補(bǔ)償款后，聚眾賭博、大肆揮霍，有可能產(chǎn)生新的社會(huì)問題。為此，我們有針對(duì)性地開展理財(cái)教育培訓(xùn)，幫助和引導(dǎo)拆遷農(nóng)民合理規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，科學(xué)、有效理財(cái)。目前我們已邀請(qǐng)縣內(nèi)各銀行專家開展理財(cái)培訓(xùn)3次，參訓(xùn)拆遷農(nóng)民達(dá)220余人次。

三、立足取信于民，保證工作到位

實(shí)踐證明，在征地拆遷工作中，單純依靠行政力量和法制手段是行不通的。我們認(rèn)識(shí)到，要取信于民，得到群眾的理解、支持和配合，就必須真正為民眾著想，就必須創(chuàng)新工作機(jī)制和工作方法，就必須認(rèn)真對(duì)待并妥善處理征拆矛盾和問題。

1、在工作機(jī)制上，實(shí)行“三聯(lián)”。以示范區(qū)管委會(huì)成立的50多人的專門征拆隊(duì)伍為主，充分發(fā)揮易俗河鎮(zhèn)黨委、政府以及相關(guān)村支兩委貼近群眾、了解群眾、善做群眾工作的優(yōu)勢(shì)，將行政力量、法制手段和基層參與、社會(huì)動(dòng)員有機(jī)結(jié)合，建立了“示范區(qū)管委會(huì)—鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)—村組”三方合作聯(lián)動(dòng)的征拆管理模式，形成了一支善打硬仗、善做工作的征拆“鐵軍”。示范區(qū)征地拆遷隊(duì)伍“三聯(lián)”模式的推行，為廣大拆遷戶掌握政策、表達(dá)訴求開辟了更為直接的通道，也為村民參與和支持示范區(qū)建設(shè)建立了堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的組織堡壘。

2、在工作方法上，堅(jiān)持“三講”。始終把政策性、法制性和 3 原則性融入高度的人文關(guān)懷之中，做到依法拆遷與友情操作有機(jī)結(jié)合，切實(shí)增強(qiáng)管委會(huì)的親和力、公信力。一是講政治。即樹立高度的政治責(zé)任感，維護(hù)社會(huì)大局穩(wěn)定，確保征拆安置新政策平穩(wěn)過渡；二是講正氣。秉公辦事，不徇私情，不懼壓力，杜絕拆遷安置工作中的“人情戶”和“關(guān)系戶”，真正做到公平、公正；三是講奉獻(xiàn)。從管委會(huì)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到每一位征拆工作人員，發(fā)揚(yáng)甘于吃苦，樂于奉獻(xiàn)的精神，踐行了“走進(jìn)每家每戶，踏破一雙鞋底，磨破一張嘴皮”的作風(fēng)，深入村組，與拆遷戶面對(duì)面交流，傾聽和關(guān)心群眾呼聲，切實(shí)做好政策宣傳和思想工作。通過不分早與晚、不分節(jié)假日的走村串戶，把工作做細(xì)作實(shí)，天易大道Ⅰ標(biāo)段以前久拆不下的41棟房屋，在新班子到位后三個(gè)月內(nèi)全部拆除到位；天易大道Ⅱ、Ⅲ標(biāo)段自開展征拆起，僅用25天時(shí)間就簽訂完了所有的土地征收和房屋拆遷協(xié)議；金霞美墅項(xiàng)目5年久拆不下的一戶，也通過示范區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多次上門做工作，盡力解決其實(shí)際困難，從而主動(dòng)拆遷到位。

3、在處理問題上，堅(jiān)持“三不”。征地拆遷中的矛盾和問題如果處理不好，不僅是一個(gè)農(nóng)民家庭之憂，同時(shí)也是整個(gè)示范區(qū)之患。為此，示范區(qū)將“三不”作為處理征拆問題不可突破的底線：首先是不損害群眾利益。堅(jiān)持以人為本，始終將拆遷戶的合法利益、合理訴求擺在首位。如易俗河鎮(zhèn)鳳形山社區(qū)部分拆遷戶認(rèn)為補(bǔ)償費(fèi)太低而不愿意接受征拆，示范區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶領(lǐng)拆遷工作人員，多次上門溝通交流，幫他們算清經(jīng)濟(jì)帳和環(huán)境帳，并鄭重承諾充分考慮拆遷戶的補(bǔ)償利益。六位拆遷戶最終被工作人員的誠(chéng)摯所感動(dòng)，心平氣和地簽訂了協(xié)議，并主動(dòng)配合8月30日的拆遷行動(dòng)。隨后，他們 4 將一面繡著“陽(yáng)光拆遷，和諧拆遷，文明拆遷”的錦旗送到湘潭天易示范區(qū)管委會(huì)。其次是不出現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)差錯(cuò)。加強(qiáng)征拆隊(duì)伍業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)錘煉，做到“心中有進(jìn)度、時(shí)刻有責(zé)任”。多次組織征拆大隊(duì)工作人員進(jìn)行拆遷丈量登記、繪圖、計(jì)價(jià)補(bǔ)償現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演習(xí)，提升業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，確保在實(shí)際工作中少出錯(cuò)、不出錯(cuò)。如湘江國(guó)際項(xiàng)目第一批21戶拆遷戶，由于補(bǔ)償費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、基礎(chǔ)超深、過渡費(fèi)發(fā)放等問題，曾多次引發(fā)上訪事件。新班子接手后，重新研究對(duì)策，開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查、調(diào)查走訪，多次與社區(qū)及拆遷戶共商，最終確定了出了讓拆遷戶滿意的合理方案。第三是不遺留新的問題。認(rèn)真對(duì)待拆遷戶的每一件來信來訪，全力排查和化解每一件矛盾糾紛，確保不留下任何新的隱患。自示范區(qū)新班子成立至今，已召開村、組干部和分戶會(huì)議20多次，接待處理征拆信訪案件60多宗，在確保征拆工作順利推進(jìn)的同時(shí)，有力維護(hù)了社會(huì)大局穩(wěn)定。

四、立足懷情于民，保證安置到位

在城市化進(jìn)程中，廣大失地農(nóng)民作出了貢獻(xiàn)，甚至犧牲了利益，必須在安置方面充分考慮和維護(hù)其合法權(quán)益，給予更多更大的支持和傾斜。為此，示范區(qū)不把補(bǔ)償當(dāng)做“了斷”，不把安置限于居住，積極探索和實(shí)踐多樣化、實(shí)用化、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)化的補(bǔ)償安置方式，自覺擔(dān)當(dāng)和履行“懷情于民”的社會(huì)責(zé)任。一是直接補(bǔ)償安置。拆遷戶能夠自行解決住房問題的，在雙方簽訂協(xié)議、核對(duì)無誤后，根據(jù)征地補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一次性給付補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。二是組織集中安置。在貨幣補(bǔ)償安置基礎(chǔ)上，創(chuàng)造性地推行優(yōu)價(jià)購(gòu)地自建房的安置政策，即對(duì)于要求自建住房的拆遷按戶，可到指定的安置區(qū)內(nèi)購(gòu)買一定面積的優(yōu)價(jià)土 5 地，按規(guī)劃要求統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行自建，從而使拆遷戶獲得更多得利、更大實(shí)惠：首先在土地價(jià)格和建房手續(xù)辦理費(fèi)用上給予特殊優(yōu)待，其次是滿足了“有天有地”的傳統(tǒng)居住觀念，并具備更大的投資潛力。同時(shí)，我們采取貨幣補(bǔ)償、現(xiàn)房、集體土地上的留地等安置模式，為拆遷戶提供了更大的自主選擇空間。目前，我們運(yùn)用優(yōu)價(jià)購(gòu)地自建房模式，已建成曉木糖、唐家坡、楊柳等安置區(qū)，正在興建飛羊、貴竹、飛鴿等三個(gè)新安置區(qū)，并先后引導(dǎo)200多戶拆遷戶選好了安置地進(jìn)行建設(shè)。三是完善社會(huì)保障制度。示范區(qū)對(duì)拆遷戶實(shí)行最低生活保障制度，凡年滿55周歲的女性，年滿60周歲的男性，每月可享受100元生活保障費(fèi)；設(shè)立“湘潭添翼勵(lì)志基金”，積極開展扶貧助學(xué)工程。制定了《關(guān)于促進(jìn)被征地農(nóng)民就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的實(shí)施意見》，為失地農(nóng)民提供“五個(gè)一批”的就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)，即園區(qū)企業(yè)吸納一批、公益性崗位安排一批、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)消化一批、施工勞務(wù)使用一批、自主創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)一批。

征地拆遷安置是示范區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)過程中最關(guān)鍵、最艱苦、最繁重的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，這項(xiàng)工作的進(jìn)度和成效，影響著示范區(qū)的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定大局。下階段，我們將堅(jiān)持以人為本、傾斜百姓、文明和諧的惠民方針，最大限度地保障和維護(hù)廣大拆遷戶的合法權(quán)益，加快推進(jìn)示范區(qū)的率先發(fā)展、科學(xué)發(fā)展、和諧發(fā)展。

1/ Many Americans are familiar with The Little Prince, a wonderful book by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.This is a whimsical and fabulous book and works as a children‘s story as well as a thought-provoking adult fable.Far fewer are aware of Saint-Exupery‘s other writings, novels and short stories.法國(guó)作家安東尼·圣艾修伯里所寫的《小王子》是本很多美國(guó)人都很熟悉的極好的書。這本書表面上看來是童話故事，但世故的成人讀來也覺寓意深遠(yuǎn)。很少人知道，除了《小王子》，圣艾修伯里還創(chuàng)作過其他小說和短篇故事。

2/ Saint-Exupery was a fighter pilot who fought against the Nazis and was killed in action.Before World War II, he fought in the Spanish Civil War against the fascists.He wrote a fascinating story based on that experience entitled The Smile.It is this story which I‘d like to share with you now.It isn‘t clear whether or not he meant this to be autobiographical or fiction.I choose to believe it to be the former.圣艾修伯里是名飛行員，二次大戰(zhàn)對(duì)抗納粹時(shí)被擊落身亡，之前他也曾參加西班牙內(nèi)戰(zhàn)打擊法西斯分子。他根據(jù)這次經(jīng)驗(yàn)寫了一篇精彩的故事――《微笑》，現(xiàn)在要提的就是這篇作品。這是真實(shí)故事或是虛構(gòu)事情，沒人能下定論，但我寧可相信這是作者的親身體驗(yàn)。

3/ He said that he was captured by the enemy and thrown into a jail cell.He was sure that from the contemptuous looks and rough treatment he received from his jailers he would be executed the next day.From here, I‘ll tell the story as I remember it in my own words.故事的前段大意是作者被敵軍俘虜，關(guān)進(jìn)監(jiān)牢?？词乇O(jiān)獄的人一臉兇相，態(tài)度極為惡劣。他心想，明天絕對(duì)會(huì)被拖出去槍斃。以下是我記憶中的故事原文。

4/ ―I was sure that I was to be killed.I became terribly nervous and distraught.I fumbled in my pockets to see if there were any cigarettes, which had escaped their search.I found one and because of my shaking hands, I could barely get it to my lips.But I had no matches, they had taken those.―一想到自己明天就沒命了，不禁陷入極端的惶恐與不安。我翻遍了口袋，終于找到一支沒被他們搜走的香煙，但我的手緊張得不停發(fā)抖，連將煙送進(jìn)嘴里都成問題，而我的火柴也在搜身時(shí)被拿走了。

5/ ―I looked through the bars at my jailer.He did not make eye contact with me.After all, one does not make eye contact with a thing, a corpse.I called out to him ?Have you got a light?‘ He looked at me, shrugged and came over to light my cigarette.―我透過鐵欄望著外面的警衛(wèi)，他并沒有注意到我在看他，也許對(duì)他而言，我只是他看守的一樣?物品‘、一具?尸體‘。我叫了他一聲：?能跟你借個(gè)火嗎？‘他轉(zhuǎn)頭望著我，聳了聳肩，然后走了過來，點(diǎn)燃我的香煙

6/ ―As he came close and lit the match, his eyes inadvertently locked with mine.At that moment, I smiled.I don‘t know why I did that.Perhaps it was nervousness, perhaps it was because, when you get very close, one to another, it is very hard not to smile.In any case, I smiled.In that instant, it was as though a spark jumped across the gap between our two hearts, our two human souls.I know he didn‘t want to, but my smile leaped through the bars and generated a smile on his lips, too.He lit my cigarette but stayed near, looking at me directly in the eyes and continuing to smile.―當(dāng)他幫我點(diǎn)火時(shí)，他的眼光無意中與我的相接觸，這時(shí)我突然沖著他微笑。我不知道自己為何有這般反應(yīng)，也許是過于緊張，或者是當(dāng)你如此靠近另一個(gè)人，你很難不對(duì)他微笑。不管是何理由，我對(duì)他笑了。就在這一剎那，這抹微笑如同火花般，打破了我們心靈間的隔閡。受到了我的感染，他的嘴角不自覺地也現(xiàn)出了笑容，雖然我知道他原無此意。他點(diǎn)完火后并沒立刻離開，兩眼盯著我瞧，臉上仍帶著微笑。

7/ ―I kept smiling at him, now aware of him as a person and not just a jailer.And his looking at me seemed to have a new dimension, too.?Do you have kids?‘ he asked.―我也以笑容回應(yīng)，仿佛他是個(gè)朋友，而不是個(gè)守著我的警衛(wèi)。他看著我的眼神也少了當(dāng)初的那股兇氣，?你有小孩嗎？‘他開口問道。

8/ ― ?Yes, here, here.‘ I took out my wallet and nervously fumbled for the pictures of my family.He, too, took out the pictures of his family and began to talk about his plans and hopes for them.My eyes filled with tears.I said that I feared that I‘d never see my family again, never have the chance to see them grow up.Tears came to his eyes, too.―?有，你看?！夷贸隽似A，手忙腳亂地翻出了我的全家福照片。他也掏出了照片，并且開始講述他對(duì)家人的期望與計(jì)劃。這時(shí)我眼中充滿了淚水，我說我害怕再也見不到家人。我害怕沒機(jī)會(huì)看著孩子長(zhǎng)大。他聽了也流下兩行眼淚。

9/ Suddenly, without another word, he unlocked my cell and silently led me out.Out of the jail, quietly and by back routes, out of the town.There, at the edge of town, he released me.And without another word, he turned back toward the town.―突然間，他二話不說地打開了牢門，悄悄地帶我從后面的小路逃離了監(jiān)獄，出了小鎮(zhèn)，就在小鎮(zhèn)的邊上，他放了我，之后便轉(zhuǎn)身往回走，不曾留下一句話。10/ My life was saved by a smile.―一個(gè)微笑居然能救自己一條命?！?/p>

11/ Yes, the smile―the unaffected, unplanned, natural connection between people.I tell this story in my work because I‘d like people to consider that underneath all the layers we construct to protect ourselves, our dignity, our titles, our degrees, our status and our need to be seen in certain ways―underneath all that, remains the authentic, essential self.I‘m not afraid to call it the soul.I really believe that if that part of you and that part of me could recognize each other, we wouldn‘t be enemies.We couldn‘t have hate or envy or fear.I sadly conclude that all those other layers, which we so carefully construct through our lives, distance and insulate us from truly contacting others.Saint-Exupery‘s story speaks of that magic moment when two souls recognize each other.是的，微笑是人與人之間最自然真摯的溝通方式，我在我的作品中講這個(gè)故事，因?yàn)槲蚁Ｍ藗兡茏屑?xì)想想以下的事情：人常常為自己建立層層的保護(hù)膜，為了維護(hù)尊嚴(yán)、頭街、身分、形象等，而必須有所隱藏。我相信在這些掩飾下，每個(gè)人都有一個(gè)真實(shí)、不帶虛偽的靈魂。如果我們能用心靈去認(rèn)識(shí)彼此，世間不會(huì)有結(jié)怨成仇的憾事；恨意、妒嫉、恐懼也會(huì)不復(fù)存在?？上У氖侨诵⌒囊硪頌樽约核ㄔ斓谋Ｗo(hù)膜，卻阻隔了自己與他人真誠(chéng)相對(duì)的機(jī)會(huì)。圣艾修伯里的這則故事，讓我們見到了兩顆心靈相互交流的神奇時(shí)刻。

12/ I‘ve had just a few moments like that.Falling in love is one example.And looking at a baby.Why do we smile when we see a baby? Perhaps it‘s because we see someone without all the defensive layers, someone whose smile for us we know to be fully genuine and without guile.And that baby-soul inside us smiles wistfully in recognition.我也曾有過如此神奇的時(shí)刻，墜入情網(wǎng)是其中一刻，而看著嬰兒的臉是另外一例。為什么我們見到嬰孩會(huì)微笑？也許是因?yàn)槲覀冊(cè)谒麄兩砩弦姷讲辉O(shè)防的靈魂，還有他們純真無邪的笑容，更引起了我們內(nèi)心深處的共鳴。

Thief 小偷

He is waiting for the airline ticket counter when he first notices the young woman.She has glossy black hair pulled tightly into a knot at the back of her bead-the man imagines it loosed and cascading to the small of her back-and carries over she shoulder of her leather coat a heavy black purse.She wears black boots of soft leather.He struggles to see her face-she is ahead of him in line-but it is not until she has bought her ticket and turns to walk away that he realizes her beauty, which is pale and dark-eyed and full-mouthed, and which quickens his heart beat.She seems aware that he is staring at her and lowers her gaze abruptly.他第一次注意到那個(gè)年輕女人，是在他到航空公司售票處排隊(duì)買票的時(shí)候。她的烏黑發(fā)亮的一頭秀發(fā)在腦后緊緊地終成一個(gè)客。那人想象著那頭秀發(fā)披散開來瀑布般落在腰間的情形，只見那女人穿著皮外套的肩上挎著一個(gè)沉甸甸的黑色坤包，腳上穿著一雙黑色軟皮靴。他竭力想看到她的容貌，她就排在他的前面。但是，一直到她買好票走開，他才睹她的芳容：雪白的皮膚，馬里發(fā)亮的眼睛，豐滿的嘴唇。他心族搖蕩，狂跳不止。那年輕女人代乎察覺到他在注視著她，便突然垂下了眼睛。

The airline clerk interrupts.The man gives up looking at the woman—he thinks she may be about twenty-five—and buys a round-trip, coach class ticket to an eastern city.售票員一說話打斷了他的想象。他不再看那女人——他想她可能有25歲左右——然后買了一張到東部一個(gè)城市的二等往返機(jī)票。

His flight leaves in an hour.To kill time, the man steps into one of the airport cocktail bars and orders a scotch and water.While he sips it he watches the flow of travelers through the terminal-including a remarkable number, he thinks, of an unattached pretty women dressed in fashion magazine clothes-until he catches sight of the black-haired girl in the leather coat.She is standing near a Travelers Aid counter, deep in conversation with a second girl, a blond in a cloth coat trimmed with gray fur.He wants somehow to attract the brunette‘s attention, to invite her to have a drink with him before her own flight leaves for wherever she is traveling, but even though he believes for a moment she is looking his way he cannot catch her eye from out of the shadows of the bar.In another instant the two women separate;neither of their direction is toward him.He orders a second Scotch and water.飛機(jī)過1個(gè)小時(shí)才起飛。為了消磨時(shí)間，他走進(jìn)機(jī)場(chǎng)的一家雞尾酒吧，要了一杯兌水的蘇格蘭威士忌、他一邊慢慢地喝著酒，一邊望著大廳里川流不息的乘客——他想，其中有好多一定都是未婚的漂亮女人，她們穿的是時(shí)裝雜志上介紹的那種衣服——直到后來他又瞥見那個(gè)穿皮外套的黑發(fā)姑娘。她站在旅客服務(wù)臺(tái)旁邊，和另外一個(gè)姑娘眉飛色舞地聊著什么。另外那個(gè)姑娘金發(fā)碧眼，身穿一件鑲著灰色貓皮的布外套。不知怎么的，他想引起黑發(fā)姑娘的注意，想趁這個(gè)姑娘要乘的飛往什么地方去的班機(jī)還沒離開之前，請(qǐng)她喝上一杯。然而，盡管他認(rèn)為她向他這邊張望了一小會(huì)兒，但他在酒吧的陰暗處，吸引不了她的秋波。過了沒多大一會(huì)兒，這兩個(gè)女人就分手了，都沒有朝這個(gè)方向走來。他又要了一杯兌水的蘇格蘭威士忌。

When next he sees her, he is buying a magazine to read during the flight and becomes aware that someone is jostling him.At first he is startled that anyone would be so close as to touch him, but when he sees who it is he musters a smile.當(dāng)他再次看見她的時(shí)候，他正在買一本雜志，以便在飛機(jī)上看。突然，他覺得有人挨近了他。他先是吃了一驚，怎么會(huì)有人靠得這么近碰到他的身體呢？但等看清是誰之后，他的臉上浮起了微笑。

The man is at the counter with his magazine, but when he reaches into his back pocket for his wallet the pocket is empty.Where could I have lost it? he thinks.His mind begins enumerating the credit cards, the currency, the membership and identification cards;his stomach churns with something very like fear.The girl who was so near to me, he thinks-and all at once he understands that she has picked his pocked.他拿著雜志站在柜臺(tái)邊，但當(dāng)他將手伸進(jìn)后邊的口袋拿錢夾的時(shí)候，發(fā)現(xiàn)里邊什么也沒有了。他在心里想著：我可能是在什么地方把它弄丟的呢？他開始在腦海里清點(diǎn)裝在錢夾里的信用卡、鈔票、會(huì)員證、身份證等東西。一種酷似恐懼的感覺使他的胃部劇烈地痙攣起來。那個(gè)姑娘挨我那樣近，他想——他立馬明白了，是她偷了他的錢夾。

What is he to do? He still has his ticket, safely tucked inside his suitcoat—he reaches into the jacket to feel the envelope, to make sure.He can take the flight, call someone to pick him up at his destination-since he cannot even afford bus fare-conduct his business and fly home.But in the meantime he will have to do something about the lost credit cards-call home, have his wife get the numbers out of the top desk drawer, phone the card companies-so difficult a process, the whole thing suffocating.What shall he do?

怎么辦呢？飛機(jī)票還在，裝在上衣內(nèi)袋里是萬無一失的——他將手伸到衣服里面，摸了摸裝機(jī)票的紙袋，心才落了地。他可以乘這班飛機(jī)，到達(dá)目的地，叫人來接。他連坐公共汽車的錢都沒有了。完事之后，再乘飛機(jī)回家。但是，在此期間要對(duì)那些信用卡失竊采取措施——要打電話，讓妻子將放在寫字臺(tái)最上面抽屜里的信用卡號(hào)碼取出來，和一家家信用卡公司通電話——真是麻煩死了，要全部辦完，準(zhǔn)會(huì)要命。怎么辦呢？

First.Find a policeman, tell what has happened, describe the young woman, damn her, he thinks, for seeming to be attentive to him, to let herself stand so close to him, to blush prettily when he spoke-and all the time she wanted only to steal from him.And her blush was not shyness but the anxiety of being caught;that was most disturbing of all.Damn deceitful creatures.He will spare the policeman the details-just tell what she has down, what is in the wallet.He grits his teeth.He will probably never see his wallet again.首先找警察把事情經(jīng)過以及那年輕女人的模樣告訴他。這女人真可惡，好像對(duì)他很有意思，站得離他是那樣近，聽他說話時(shí)她的臉紅得是那樣?jì)趁膭?dòng)人——卻要挖空心思想偷他的東西。原來她臉紅不是因?yàn)楹π撸亲鲑\心虛。這是最惱人的。這該死的騙人的娘們。這些細(xì)節(jié)還是不給警察說好——單講她所做的事情、他的錢夾里有什么東西就行了。他咬牙切齒。很可能他再也見不到自己的錢夾了。

He is trying to decide if he should save time for talking to a guard near the X-ray machines when he is appalled-and elated-to see the black-haired girl.She is seated against a front window of the terminal, taxis and private cars moving sluggishly beyond her in the gathering darkness: she seems engrossed in a book.A seat beside her is empty, and the man occupies it.他正在考慮為了節(jié)省時(shí)間，就跟那個(gè)站在金屬探測(cè)器旁邊的保安員談一下。突然，他眼睛一亮，喜出望外——吃驚地看到了那個(gè)黑發(fā)女人（報(bào)紙上會(huì)說：―長(zhǎng)著一頭烏黑秀發(fā)的女賊?！┛孔诖髲d的前窗。在她身后漸濃的暮色中，出租車和私車在慢慢騰騰地移動(dòng)。她好像在全神貫注地看書。她旁邊的座位空著。于是，他坐了下來。

―Sure you do.‖

She sighs and puts the book aside.―is this all you characters think about—picking up girls like we were stray animals? What do you think I am?‖

她嘆了口氣，將書放在一邊。―你們這些人怎么光想這個(gè)。好像我們女孩子是迷路的小動(dòng)物，隨隨便便就能搞到手似的。你把我當(dāng)成什么人了？‖

―You lifted my wallet,‖ he says.He is pleased to have said ―lifted‖, thinking it sounds more wordly than stole or took or even ripped off.―你摸走了我的錢夾，‖他說。他很得意地說―摸走‖，他覺得這個(gè)字眼比―偷走‖、―盜走‖，甚至―掏走‖，聽上去更加貼切。

―I beg your pardon?‖ the girl says.―你在說什么呀？‖那女孩說。

―I know you did—at the magazine counter.If you‘ll just give it back, we can forget the whole thing.If you don't, then I‘ll hand you over to the police.‖

She studies him, her face serious.―All right,‖ she says.She pulls the black bag onto her lap, reaches into it and draws out a wallet.她仔細(xì)打量著那人，神情非常嚴(yán)肅。―好吧，‖她說著，將她那只黑包拉到膝蓋上，手伸進(jìn)去，掏出了一只皮夾。

He takes it from her.―Wait a minute,‖ he says, ―This isn‘t mine.‖

他從她手里一把拿過來。―等一下，‖他說，―這不是我的?！?/p>

The girl runs, he bolts after her.It is like a scene in a movie—bystanders scattering, the girl zigzagging to avoid collisions, the sound of his own breathing reminding him how old he is—until he hears a woman‘s voice behind him:

那女孩撒腿就跑，他在后面窮追不舍，真像電影中的場(chǎng)面——周圍的人紛紛避開。那女孩飛快地左拐右轉(zhuǎn)，避免發(fā)生碰撞。他的喘息聲使他想起了自己的年紀(jì)——后來聽到一個(gè)女人的喊叫聲從背后傳來：

―Stop, thief!Stop that man!‖

Ahead of him the brunette disappears around a corner and in the same moment a young man in a marine uniform puts out a foot to trip him up.He falls hard, banging knee and elbow on the tile floor of the terminal, but manages to hang on to the wallet which is not his.前面，黑發(fā)女人已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)過拐角，不見了蹤影。與此同時(shí)，一個(gè)身穿海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊(duì)制服的年輕人伸腳一絆。那人猛地跌倒，膝蓋和胳膊肘都重重地砸在大廳的地板磚上，但他的手里仍緊緊地攥著那個(gè)不屬于他的皮夾。

The wallet is a woman‘s, fat with money and credit cards from places like Sak‘s and Peck & Peck and Lord & Taylor, and it belongs to the blonde in the fur-trimmed coat—the blonde he has earlier seen in conversation with the criminal brunette.She, too, is breathless, as is the police man with her.這只皮夾是一名婦女的，鼓鼓囊囊地裝著鈔票和像―薩克‖、―佩克與佩克‖、―洛德與泰勒‖這種公司的信用卡。皮夾的主人是那個(gè)穿皮毛鑲邊外套的金發(fā)女人——他早先看到在和那個(gè)作賊的黑發(fā)女人交談的金發(fā)女人。她也跑得氣喘吁吁，像那個(gè)和她一同趕來的警察一樣。

It occurs to the man that he cannot even prove his own identity to the policeman.他突然想到，他甚至無法向警察證實(shí)自己的身份。

Two weeks later—the embarrassment and rage have diminished, the family lawyer has been paid, the confusion in his household has receded-the wallet turns up without explanation in one morning‘s mail.It is intact, no money is missing, all the cards are in place.Though he is relieved, the man thinks that for the rest of his life he will feel guilty around policemen, and ashamed in the presence of women.時(shí)隔兩星期之后——他不再那樣尷尬和惱怒，家庭律師的報(bào)酬已經(jīng)支付，家里的**也已經(jīng)過去——他的錢夾在上午送來的郵件中意外地出現(xiàn)了，沒有附任何解釋。皮夾原封未動(dòng)，錢一點(diǎn)也沒少，所有的證卡都在。盡管松了口氣，但他覺得，在自己今后的人生旅途中，他在警察旁邊會(huì)感到內(nèi)疚，在女人們面前會(huì)感到羞愧難當(dāng)。

[1]Recently I gave a dinner party for some close friends.To add a touch of elegance to the evening, I brought out the good stuff--my white Royal Crown Derby china with the fine blue-and-gold border.When we were seated, one of the guests noticed the beat-up gravy boat I'd placed among the newer, better dinnerware.“Is it an heirloom?” she asked tactfully.[2] I admit the piece does look rather conspicuous.For one thing, it matches nothing else.It's also old and chipped.But that little gravy boat is much more than an heirloom to me.It is the one thing in this world I will never part with.[3] The story begins more than 50 years ago, when I was seven years old and we lived in a big house along the Ohio River in New Richmond, Ohio.All that separated the house from the river was the street and our wide front lawn.In anticipation of high water, the ground floor had been built seven feet above grade.[4] Late in December the heavy rains came, and the river climbed to the tops of its banks.When the water began to rise in a serious way, my parents made plans in case the river should invade our house.My mother decided she would pack our books and her fine china in a small den off the master bedroom.[5] The china was not nearly as good as it was old.Each piece had a gold rim and a band of roses.But the service had been her mother's and was precious to her.As she packed the china with great care, she said to me, “You must treasure the things that people you love have cherished.It keeps you in touch with them.”

12月下旬下起了大暴雨，河水漲到河沿上。河水剛開始猛漲時(shí)，我爸媽就作出了各種應(yīng)急方案，以防河水淹進(jìn)我們的房子。媽媽決定將我們所有的書籍以及她的精美瓷器搬出大臥室，放在樓上的小書齋里。

這些瓷器絲毫也顯不出年代久遠(yuǎn)的痕跡。每一件都繪有金邊和玫瑰花束。這套餐具是我外婆遺留下來的，對(duì)我媽來說十分珍貴。她一邊小心翼翼地把它們包好，一邊對(duì)我說：―你必須珍惜這些你所愛的人曾經(jīng)珍惜過的東西。這可以保持你同他們的聯(lián)系?！?/p>

[6] I didn't understand, since I'd never owned anything I cared all that much about.Still, planning for disaster held considerable fascination for me.[7] The plan was to move upstairs if the river reached the seventh of the steps that led to the front porch.We would keep a rowboat downstairs so we could get from room to room.The one thing we would not do was leave the house.My father, the town's only doctor, had to be where sick people could find him.[8] I checked on the river's rise several times a day and lived in a state of hopeful alarm that the water would climb all the way up to the house.It did not disappoint.The muddy water rose higher until, at last, the critical seventh step was reached.[9] We worked for days carrying things upstairs, until, late one afternoon, the water edged over the threshold and rushed into the house.I watched, amazed at how rapidly it rose.[10] After the water got about a foot deep inside the house, it was hard to sleep at night.The sound of the river moving about downstairs was frightening.Debris had broken windows, so every once in a while some floating battering ram--a log or perhaps a table--would bang into the walls and make a sound like a distant drum.我當(dāng)時(shí)并不懂得她的意思，因?yàn)槲覐奈磽碛羞^什么能令我如此珍愛的器皿。不過，為了防備遭受災(zāi)難而出謀劃策使我興趣盎然。

[11] Every day I sat on the landing and watched the river rise.Mother cooked simple meals in a spare bedroom she had turned into a makeshift kitchen.She was worried, I could tell, about what would happen to us.Father came and went in a small fishing boat.He was concerned about his patients and possible outbreaks of dysentery, pneumonia or typhoid.[12] Before long, the Red Cross began to pitch tents on high ground north of town.“We are staying right here,” my father said.[13] As the water continued to rise, I kept busy rowing through the house and looking at the furniture that had been too big to move upstairs.I liked to row around the great cozy couch, now almost submerged, and pretend it was an island in a lake.[14] One night very late I was awakened by a tearing noise, like timbers creaking.Then there was the rumbling sound of heavy things falling.I jumped out of bed and ran into the hallway.My parents were standing in the doorway to the den, where we had stored the books and my mother's beloved china.[15] The floor of the den had fallen through, and all the treasures we had tried to save were now on the first floor, under the stealthily rising river.My father lit our camp light, and we went to the landing to look.We could see nothing except the books bobbing like little rafts on the water.[16] Mother had been courageous, it seemed to me, through the ordeal of the flood.She was steady and calm, and kept things going in good order.But that night she sat on the top of the stairs with her head on her crossed arms and cried.I had never seen her like that, and there was a sound in her weeping that made me afraid.I wanted to help her, but I couldn't think of what I could possibly do.I just knew I had to figure out something.每天我都坐在樓梯平臺(tái)上，看著河水上漲。媽媽把樓上一間空余的臥室臨時(shí)當(dāng)作廚房，做一些簡(jiǎn)單的飯菜。我看得出來，她對(duì)我們將要面臨的困境深感憂慮。爸爸坐在一條小漁船上來來去去。他擔(dān)心的是他的病人以及可能突然蔓延開來的痢疾、肺炎和傷寒等諸多疾病。不久，紅十字會(huì)開始在小鎮(zhèn)北面的高地上架設(shè)帳篷。―我們就呆在家里，‖爸爸說。

在我看來，媽媽一直勇敢地經(jīng)受著這場(chǎng)洪水的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。她從容、鎮(zhèn)靜，把每一件事情都安排得有條不紊?？墒悄莻€(gè)晚上，她坐在樓梯口上抱頭痛哭。我以前從未見過她這般傷心，她的哭聲讓我感到有些害怕。我想幫她，卻又不知所措。我只知道我必須把什么事情弄清楚。[17] The next morning, after breakfast, I did a geography lesson and then Mother said I could go downstairs and play in the boat.I rowed once around the down-stairs, avoiding the mess of timbers in the hall where the terrible accident had occurred.The books had begun to sink.I stared down into the dark water and could see nothing.It was right then that I got the idea.[18] I made a hook from a wire coathanger and carefully fastened it to a weighted line.Then I let it sink and began to drag it slowly back and forth.I spent the next hour or so moving the boat and dragging my line--hoping to find pieces of my mother's lost treasure.But time after time the line came up empty.[19] As the water rose day after day, I continued trying to recover some remnant of my mother's broken china.Soon, however, the water inside had risen to the stairway landing.On the day water covered the gutters outside, my father decided we would have to seek shelter in the tents on the hill.A powerboat was to pick us up that afternoon.We would leave by the porch roof.[20] I spent the morning hurriedly securing things in my room.Then I got into my rowboat for the last time.I dragged my line through the water.Nothing.After some time I heard my parents calling, so I headed back toward the stairway.Just as I made the last turn, I snagged something.[21] Holding my breath, I slowly raised my catch to the surface.As the dark water drained from it, I could make out the bright roses and gold leaf design.It seemed dazzling to me.I had found the gravy boat from my mother's china service.My line had caught on a small chip in the lip.[22] My father called down to me again.“This is serious business,” he said.“Let's go.” So I stowed the treasure in my jacket and rowed as fast as I could to the stair landing.第二天上午吃過早餐，我做完地理功課，媽媽說我可以下樓到船上去玩了。我在樓下劃了一圈，繞開門廳頭天晚上掉下來的亂七八糟的木料。水面上的書籍已經(jīng)開始下沉。我盯著黑漆漆的水往下瞧，什么也看不見，就在這個(gè)時(shí)候我計(jì)上心來。我用金屬衣架做了一個(gè)鉤子，小心翼翼地把它系到一根加重的繩子上。接著我將它沉入水中，開始緩慢地來回拖動(dòng)。我花了大約一個(gè)小時(shí)，劃船，拖繩----希望能夠找到媽媽失去的那套珍貴的瓷器。但一次又一次，繩子拉上來，空無一物。

河水日復(fù)一日地漲個(gè)不停，我繼續(xù)嘗試著去找回媽媽的哪怕是一些已經(jīng)破損的瓷器的殘片。可是不多時(shí)，樓下的河水已漲到了樓梯平臺(tái)上。河水淹上房外檐槽的那一天，爸爸決定，我們必須到山上的帳篷里尋求庇護(hù)了。當(dāng)天下午有一艘汽艇來接我們，我們將從前廊的屋頂上撤離。

我上午匆匆忙忙地將我房間里的東西捆牢。然后我跳上劃艇準(zhǔn)備作最后一次努力。我把繩子拖過水面。什么也沒有。過了一會(huì)兒，聽到爸媽在叫，我只好朝著樓梯的方向往回劃。就在我轉(zhuǎn)最后一個(gè)彎時(shí)，我鉤住了什么東西。

我屏住呼吸，慢慢地將打撈到的物品拉上水面。它剛一浮出黑色的河水，我就辨認(rèn)出鮮亮的玫瑰以及金色的花瓣圖案。我感到一陣暈眩。我竟然找到了媽媽那套瓷器中的這只船形肉鹵盤。我的繩子剛好掛住了這只瓷盤邊上的一個(gè)小缺口。

[23] The powerboat picked us up and headed to higher ground.It began to rain, and for the first time I was really afraid.The water might rise forever, might cover the whole valley, the trees, even the hills.[24] By the time we were settled in a Red Cross tent, we were worn out.Father had gone off to care for sick people, and Mother sat on my cot with her arm around my shoulder.She smiled at me, if you can call it that.Then I reached under my pillow and took out the gravy boat.[25] She looked at it, then at me.Then she took it in her hands and held it for a long time.She was very quiet, just sitting, gazing at the gravy boat.She seemed both close to me and also very far away, as though she was remembering.I don't know what she was thinking, but she pulled me into her arms and held me tight.[26] We lived in the tent for weeks, cold and often hungry.As the flood crested, an oil slick caught fire and burned our house down to the waterline.We never went back.Instead, we moved to a house near Cincinnati, far from the river.[27] By Easter we were settled in, and we celebrated that special Sunday with a feast.While Dad carved the lamb, Mother went into the kitchen and returned with the gravy boat.She held my gift for a moment as though it was something unspeakably precious.Then, smiling at me, she placed it gently on the table.I said to myself right then that nothing would ever happen to that gravy boat as long as I lived.[28] And nothing ever has.Now I use the gravy boat just as she had, taking it carefully from the shelf and filling it just as she did with dark, rich turkey gravy for family dinners and other special occasions.When guests ask about the curious old dish, I sometimes tell the story of how I fished it from the river in our house.[29] But beyond the events of the flood, the gravy boat is a treasure that connects me to the people and the places of my past.Mother tried to explain, and now I understand.It is not the object so much as the connection that I cherish.That little porcelain boat, chipped and worn with age, keeps me in touch--just as she said it would--with her life, her joy and her love.汽艇帶上我們往高地方向駛?cè)?。天又開始下雨，我第一次真正感到了害怕。河水也許會(huì)漲個(gè)沒完，淹沒整個(gè)山谷、樹林甚至山丘。

Two Loaves of Bread

兩條面包

[1]Miss Martha Meacham kept the little bakery on the corner(the one where you go up three steps, and the bell tinkles when you open the door).[2] Miss Martha was forty, her bankbook showed a credit of two thousand dollars, and she possessed two false teeth and a sympathetic heart.Many people have married whose chances to do so were much inferior to Miss Martha's.[3] Two or three times a week she received a customer in whom she began to take an interest.He was a middle-aged man wearing spectacles and a brown beard trimmed to a careful point.He spoke English with a strong German accent.His clothes were worn and darned in places, and wrinkled and baggy in others, but he looked neat and had very good manners.He always bought two loaves of stale bread--fresh bread was five cents a loaf and stale ones were two for five.Never did he call for anything but stale bread.[4] On one occasion, Miss Martha noticed a red and brown stain on his fingers and decided that he was a struggling artist.No doubt he lived in a garret, where he painted pictures and ate stale bread and thought of the good things to eat in Miss Martha's bakery.Her sympathetic heart beat faster at the picture.In order to test her theory as to his occupation, Miss Martha brought from her room one day a painting that she had purchased at a sale and set it conspicuously against the shelves behind the bread counter.It was a Venetian scene, with a perfectly splendid marble palazzo and a lady in a gondola trailing her hand in the water.No artist could fail to notice it.[5] Two days afterward the customer came in again, and he did notice the picture.“You haf here a fine bicture, madame.” [6]“Yes?” said Miss Martha, reveling in her own cunning white wrapping the stale loaves.“I do so admire art and paintings.., you think it is a good picture?” [7] “Der balance,” said the customer, “is not in good drawing.Der bairspective of it is not true.Goot morning, madame.” [8] He took the stale bread, bowed politely, and hurried out;Miss Martha carried the picture back to her room.How gentle and kindly his eyes shone behind his spectacles!To be able to judge perspective at a glance--and to live on stale bread!But Miss Martha realized that, unfortunate though it is, genius often has to struggle before it is recognized.[9] Following that incident, the gentle-mannered artist(for so she thought of him now)would chat for a while.He continued to order the stale bread never a cake, never a pie, never one of the other delicious pastries in the showcase.He was beginning to look thinner and very discouraged.Miss Martha became concerned;her sympathetic heart ached to add some delicacy to his meager purchase, but her courage failed.She did not dare affront him, for she understood the pride of artists.[10] Miss Martha * took to wearing her blue-dotted silk waist behind the counter.One day the customer came in as usual, laid his nickel on the showcase, and called for his stale loaves.While Miss Martha was reaching for them there was a great tooting and clanging, and a fire engine came lumbering past.(1)瑪莎·米查姆小姐的小餅屋就坐落在街角（就是那間你登上三級(jí)臺(tái)階，開門時(shí)聽到一陣悅耳清脆的鈴聲的小店）。

(4)有一次，瑪莎小姐注意到這人的手指上有紅棕色的彩漬，由此她斷定這人是位尚不出名的藝術(shù)家。他肯定住在一間小閣樓里，邊畫畫邊啃干面包，同時(shí)還想著瑪莎小姐餅屋里的種種美味。一想到這番情景，瑪莎小姐那顆富于憐憫的心不禁加快了跳動(dòng)。為了證實(shí)她對(duì)這人職業(yè)的猜測(cè)，一天瑪莎小姐從自己屋里把她在大減價(jià)時(shí)買的一幅畫拿了出來，掛在面包柜臺(tái)后面架子上最顯眼的地方。那是一幅威尼斯風(fēng)景畫，畫面上是金碧輝煌的大理石宮殿，還有一位從平底狹長(zhǎng)小船上伸手戲水的貴婦人。哪位藝術(shù)家都會(huì)注意到它的。(5)兩天后，那位顧客又來了，他確實(shí)注意到了那幅畫。―小姐，你這幅畫很漂亮?！?/p>

(6）―是嗎？‖瑪莎小姐答道，手里邊包著干面包，心里邊因自己的小聰明而感到得意，―我對(duì)藝術(shù)和繪畫太喜歡了……您認(rèn)為這是幅好畫？‖

(7)―布局和比例，‖那位顧客說，―不很協(xié)調(diào)。透視效果也不很逼真。再見，小姐?！?/p>

(8)他拿了干面包，朝瑪莎小姐很禮貌地一鞠躬，便匆匆離開了；瑪莎小姐把那幅畫又拿回自己的房間。呵，那副眼鏡后面的那雙眼睛顯得多么溫柔而和善??！只隨意一瞥就能判斷透視效果——而就是這樣一個(gè)人居然以干面包充饑！但瑪莎小姐又想到，盡管這是不幸的，但天才在被承認(rèn)之前往往都要經(jīng)過一番艱苦奮斗的。

(9)此后，這位舉止高雅的藝術(shù)家（她現(xiàn)在就是這樣認(rèn)為了）在每次買面包時(shí)都會(huì)和瑪莎小姐聊聊天。他依然要他的干面包----從不要蛋糕，不要餡餅，更不要櫥窗里其它可口的糕點(diǎn)。他漸漸地看上去越來越瘦，而且神情沮喪。這不由得令瑪莎小姐擔(dān)心起來；她那顆善良的心真想給那可憐的人加些美味食品，但她還是沒有勇氣。她不敢冒犯他，因?yàn)樗靼姿囆g(shù)家最珍視尊嚴(yán)。

(10)瑪莎小姐現(xiàn)在開始穿著那件藍(lán)點(diǎn)的真絲背心站柜臺(tái)了。一天，那位顧客一如往常地來了，把五美分硬幣往柜臺(tái)上一放要了兩條干面包。正當(dāng)瑪莎小姐拿面包時(shí)，門外突然響起警笛，一陣鏗鏗作響，隨后一輛消防車轟隆轟隆地開過。

[11] The kindly customer hurried to the door to look, as anyone will.Struck with sudden inspiration, Miss Martha seized the occasion so opportunely offered.On the bottom shelf behind the counter was a pound of fresh butter left by the dairyman minutes before.With a bread knife Miss Martha quickly made a deep slash in each of the stale loaves, inserted a generous quantity of butter, and pressed the loaves tight again.When the gentleman turned back to the counter, she was tying the paper around them as usual.[12] When he had gone, after an unusually pleasant little chat, Miss Martha smiled to herself.She was pleased with her daring and generous impulse, but her heart was fluttering in anxiety.Had she been to bold? Would he take offense? Surely he would not;there was no language of edibles, and butter was no emblem of unmaidenly forwardness.[13] For a long time that day her mind dwelt on the imagined scene when he should discover her little deception.Probably he would lay down his brushes and palette and stand by his easel with the picture he was painting--the perspective, of course, would be beyond criticism.Then he would prepare for his luncheon of dry bread and water;he would slice into the loaf--ah!Miss Martha blushed at the thought.Would he think of the hand that placed it there as he ate? Would he...[14] The front door bell jangled viciously, interrupting the delightful speculations.Miss Martha sighed and hurried to the front, because somebody was making a great deal of noise.Two men were standing before the showcase.One was a young man smoking a pipe(she had never seen him before), and the other was the kindly, poverty-stricken artist for whom her sympathetic heart had interceded only this morning.[15] He did not look or act like his usual self--his face was very red, his hat was on the back of his head, his hair was wildly rumpled.He clenched his fists tightly and shook them ferociously at Miss Martha.At Miss Martha![16] “Dummkopf!” he shouted with extreme loudness.He made a bass drum of Miss Martha's counter.“You haf shpoilt me,” he cried, his blue eyes blazing angrily behind his spectacles.“I vill tell you, you vas von meddingsome old cat!” [17] Miss Martha leaned weakly against the showcase, one hand on her best blue-dotted silk shirtwaist as the pipe-smoking stranger gripped the shouting customer by the collar.[18] “Come on, you've said enough.” He dragged the irate fellow to the door, and then he turned again to Miss Martha.[19] “Guess you ought to be told, ma'am-that's Blumberger.He's an architectural draftsman in the office where I work.He's been working hard for three months drawing a plan for a new city hall.He was going to enter it in a prize competition;he finished inking in the lines yesterday.You know, a draftsman always makes his drawing in pencil first, and when it's done he rubs out the pencil lines with stale bread crumbs.[20] ”Blumberger's been buying the bread here.Well, today--well, you know, ma'am, that butter isn't--well, Blumberger's plan isn't good for anything now.“ [21] Miss Martha Meacham went into the back room, took off the blue-dotted silk waist, and put on the old brown serge one;then she returned to sit before the counter.(11)那和善的顧客趕快跑到門口去看發(fā)生了什么事，正如其他人一樣。瑪莎小姐此時(shí)靈機(jī)一動(dòng)，及時(shí)地抓住了這個(gè)大賜良機(jī)。柜臺(tái)后的貨架底層放著送奶員幾分鐘前剛剛送到的一磅鮮黃油?，斏〗阊杆俚卦趦蓷l面包上分別深深地切了一刀，慷慨地加進(jìn)了好多黃油，然后再把面包壓實(shí)。當(dāng)那位紳士回到柜臺(tái)前時(shí)，她正如往常一樣在給面包打包。

今年的政府工作報(bào)告結(jié)合了我國(guó)的基本國(guó)情，實(shí)事求是地總結(jié)了2010年的工作，并提出了2011年的主要任務(wù)，提到的問題都是事關(guān)改革和發(fā)展大局的熱點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問題，提出的應(yīng)對(duì)措施可操作性很強(qiáng)，充分反映了全國(guó)人民的發(fā)展需求，說出了老百姓愛聽愛看的大實(shí)話，求真務(wù)實(shí)，催人奮進(jìn)。

對(duì)于我們大學(xué)生最關(guān)心和關(guān)注的問題，就是就業(yè)問題。在今年的政府工作報(bào)告當(dāng)中“就業(yè)” 這兩個(gè)字也是出現(xiàn)頻率最高的詞匯之一。xx總理在今年的政府工作報(bào)告關(guān)于就業(yè)的部分中提到，堅(jiān)持實(shí)施積極的就業(yè)政策，落實(shí)以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè)的方針，加強(qiáng)就業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)培訓(xùn)，鼓勵(lì)自謀職業(yè)和自主創(chuàng)業(yè)，支持創(chuàng)辦小型企業(yè)。長(zhǎng)久以來，青年創(chuàng)業(yè)一直是社

關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題。在本屆兩會(huì)上，代表、委員們紛紛就如何有效發(fā)揮、整合現(xiàn)有資源，為青年創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)造更好的外部環(huán)境與條件而建言獻(xiàn)策，青年企業(yè)家委員則把自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹給越來越多的有志于創(chuàng)業(yè)的青年。

通過對(duì)兩會(huì)精神的認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和深刻領(lǐng)悟。我認(rèn)為我們大學(xué)生要成為社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表，就要掌握先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)和管理方法。***同志曾經(jīng)說過：“科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力”。社會(huì)的發(fā)展要求我們掌握先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)力，對(duì)于我們來說也就以意味著現(xiàn)在我們必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。具體說來，我們現(xiàn)在在校必須努力學(xué)習(xí)好馬列專業(yè)知識(shí)，掌握扎實(shí)的基本理論，注重對(duì)自己的課程操作能力的培養(yǎng)，在平時(shí)加強(qiáng)科研能力的學(xué)習(xí)，運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)踐想結(jié)合，把自己培養(yǎng)成一名合格的大學(xué)生。

隨著金融危機(jī)的到來，原本積重難返的大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題變得更加嚴(yán)峻：一方面，近年全國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生人數(shù)劇增，這些應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生急需要就業(yè)；另一方面，許多用人單位削減甚至取消了校園招聘計(jì)劃，使人力資源供需出現(xiàn)

了嚴(yán)重的不均衡，畢業(yè)生就業(yè)面臨最冷“寒冬”。

那么在這么多嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì)下，我們大學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)呢？我認(rèn)為：

1.提升自身“硬件”與“軟件”。對(duì)于大學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展而言，自己唯一可控的就是自己的就業(yè)能力。外在環(huán)境的變化，使學(xué)生可以充分認(rèn)識(shí)到就業(yè)的艱難，進(jìn)而通過各種手段提升自身“內(nèi)功”，最終提升自己的就業(yè)能力。

2.改變舊有的擇業(yè)觀念，樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀。在這樣一個(gè)大環(huán)境下，學(xué)生可以拓寬自己的就業(yè)面，可以有更多的選擇

我相信每一個(gè)過來人也都經(jīng)歷過就業(yè)的困惑，有了政府和社會(huì)各界的共同努力，加上我們自身、用人單位觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變，每一個(gè)年輕的朋友都能找到一份屬于自己的心儀的職業(yè)。我堅(jiān)信在黨中央的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，我們的未來是美好的！

縱觀自1921年建黨以來黨所走過的路程，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)黨十分重視思想的建設(shè)，覺悟的提高。大到毛澤東思想的逐步確立，小到三大紀(jì)律八項(xiàng)注意；遠(yuǎn)到不拿群眾一分一線的作風(fēng)紀(jì)

律，近到對(duì)黨基本路線不斷修訂無不閃耀著思想建設(shè)的曲折路程。有時(shí)候會(huì)想，思想工作真的那么重要嗎？指導(dǎo)員、政委等職位在部隊(duì)中真的有很大作用嗎？通過對(duì)歷史的解讀，懵懵懂懂有些感觸。2月10日黨課上，我們學(xué)習(xí)了《中國(guó)***的綱領(lǐng)》一課，零碎的思考方有了清晰的脈絡(luò)。

黨的綱領(lǐng)規(guī)定了黨的奮斗目標(biāo)及實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的路線的方針政策，充分體現(xiàn)黨的性質(zhì)、宗旨，使命和責(zé)任。黨的綱領(lǐng)作為一面公開的樹立起來的氣質(zhì)，在宣傳黨的主張，統(tǒng)一全黨思想和發(fā)動(dòng)廣大群眾，建立廣泛的統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線，以及進(jìn)行國(guó)家建設(shè)各方面都發(fā)揮著重要作用。

是啊，遙想革命時(shí)期，黨由星星之火成燎原之勢(shì)，由被殘酷迫害到掌控全局，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)波瀾壯闊的抗日解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，何等的氣勢(shì)磅礴，振奮人心。而反觀***，又開始的獨(dú)裁統(tǒng)治，逐步逐步削弱，最終兵敗如山倒，失去民心。究其原因，***勝在一股精神氣，勝在思想的建設(shè)。得民心者得天下。正是因?yàn)辄h始終把人民利益放在第一位，始終把實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義和****作為最高綱領(lǐng)，才使得民心歸向，贏得廣大任命群眾的支持和擁護(hù)，才以摧枯拉朽之勢(shì)消滅了反動(dòng)統(tǒng)治。

團(tuán)結(jié)就是力量。正是因?yàn)辄h重視思想建設(shè)，注重思想覺悟提高，才使得黨組織內(nèi)部團(tuán)結(jié)一致，齊心協(xié)力為了共同的目標(biāo)披荊斬棘，克服重重阻力。思想的分歧在所難免，雖有張國(guó)燾的分裂組織，王明等的左傾錯(cuò)誤，但每一次，經(jīng)過不斷的修正改進(jìn)，黨逐漸走向成熟，更加團(tuán)結(jié)。而***內(nèi)部顯然矛盾重重。派系之間的明爭(zhēng)暗斗，互相猜忌，陽(yáng)奉陰違。作戰(zhàn)時(shí)輕者按兵不動(dòng)，座山觀虎；重者籌劃謀略，排除異己。作為最大的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，蔣介石用盡政治手段，黨同伐異，一心為四大家族謀私。難怪有評(píng)論稱：蔣介石窩里斗內(nèi)行，但與日本作戰(zhàn)不行。最終誰勝誰敗，確實(shí)是大勢(shì)所趨，早已注定的。

思想具有巨大創(chuàng)造力。然而，統(tǒng)一思想的路程又是非常艱辛的。新的時(shí)期，國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)不是一個(gè)人的事，需要全國(guó)人民心往一處想，勁往一處使。因此，便應(yīng)該堅(jiān)定不移地堅(jiān)持黨在社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段的基本路線。當(dāng)我們中國(guó)十幾億人民的精神匯聚一起，當(dāng)我中華兒女同心同德，萬眾一心之時(shí)，中國(guó)必將會(huì)以富強(qiáng)，繁榮的嶄新姿態(tài)立于世界的東方，續(xù)寫歷史的輝煌與文明。

近段時(shí)間，中央、省委和地委相繼開展“創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)”活動(dòng)，這是黨中央根據(jù)當(dāng)前情況，在新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)的一項(xiàng)重要措施，同時(shí)也是鞏固和拓展全黨深入學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動(dòng)成果的重要舉措，也是在基層黨組織中廣泛開展并富有成效的一種活動(dòng)形式。

作為當(dāng)今時(shí)代的大學(xué)生，我們應(yīng)該深刻理會(huì)“創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)”的具體含義?！皠?chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)”活動(dòng)的建立，將利于我黨的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，促進(jìn)我國(guó)科學(xué)發(fā)展的早日實(shí)現(xiàn)。然而，一個(gè)國(guó)家要謀發(fā)展，強(qiáng)有力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是不可或缺的。對(duì)我們而言，中國(guó)***就是這樣一直發(fā)揮積極帶頭作用的集體。回首中國(guó)過去的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，從抗戰(zhàn)到新中國(guó)成立，從“大躍進(jìn)”的慘痛代價(jià)到改革開放的經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)興，從汶川大地震到北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的成功舉辦，從舟曲的悲傷到世博會(huì)的舉世矚目，我們不是沉迷于哀痛，感嘆著我國(guó)發(fā)展的不順，而是越挫越勇，愈來愈強(qiáng)盛，這都離不開中國(guó)***正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。從根本上講，都是先進(jìn)集體的帶頭作用，這都是優(yōu)秀團(tuán)隊(duì)的引導(dǎo)作用。

但是，先進(jìn)性不僅僅局限于優(yōu)秀的***的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用，即使大部分不是黨員的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的我們也應(yīng)該盡自己的責(zé)任，發(fā)揮積極作用，推動(dòng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。我個(gè)人認(rèn)為，發(fā)揮優(yōu)秀帶頭

敬愛的黨組織：

我很高興能被推薦去上黨課。經(jīng)過黨校培訓(xùn)，我在思想上對(duì)中國(guó)***有了比較全面系統(tǒng)地認(rèn)識(shí)，并在內(nèi)心樹立了****信念。同時(shí)，我也意識(shí)到入黨條件之多，要求之高，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己身上尚有許多缺點(diǎn)和不足，距一個(gè)真正的***員還有一定差距，但我相信通過自己的不斷努力，提高自身修養(yǎng)，能給自己創(chuàng)造入黨條件的。今后，我會(huì)以實(shí)際行動(dòng)來爭(zhēng)取早日加入中國(guó)***。

首先，我談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)期間對(duì)黨的進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)。在黨課的大課堂中，我們不僅從理論上領(lǐng)略到偉大的、神圣的中國(guó)***的魅力,而且在活生生的故事以及演講教員旁征博引之中觸及到黨的全心全意為人民鞠躬盡瘁的風(fēng)采。中國(guó)***，一個(gè)沉甸甸的名字。自１９２１年光榮誕生以來，中國(guó)***經(jīng)歷了左傾思潮的洗練，白色恐怖的絞殺，帝國(guó)主義的打擊，血跡斑斑；然而血跡并未使紅色的旌旗倒下，反而使之越發(fā)鮮紅欲滴。中國(guó)***以星星之火燎燃了廣闊草原，以小米加步槍驅(qū)逐了紅太陽(yáng)的鐵犁，以農(nóng)村的群眾**了

城市的紙老虎。因?yàn)橛辛酥袊?guó)***，中國(guó)人民站起來了。中國(guó)***，一個(gè)金燦燦的名字。自１９４９年建國(guó)以來，偉大的黨熬過了一窮二白的爛攤子境況，頂住了帝國(guó)主義和霸權(quán)主義的敵視和孤立，挺住了各種內(nèi)亂分子的舞弄云雨，最終使我國(guó)以矯健的步伐、高壯的姿態(tài)挺立于世界強(qiáng)國(guó)之林，東方的巨龍傲視群雄。因?yàn)橛辛?**，中國(guó)人民富起來了。中國(guó)***，一個(gè)響當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)拿謿v史的長(zhǎng)河滔滔不絕，前進(jìn)的車輪隆隆不止，中國(guó)***領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全國(guó)各民族將奏響新世紀(jì)的凱歌，響徹云霄，永不泯滅。因?yàn)橛辛酥袊?guó)***，中國(guó)人民騰飛起來了。在這轟轟烈烈的陣容面前，我能做些什么呢？我該做些什么呢？金無足赤。我們的人均國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值還遠(yuǎn)不足樂觀，我們的科技勢(shì)力與我國(guó)的地位仍不相稱。我能做的，是翻開手中的書本，走進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，去學(xué)習(xí)，去研究，去創(chuàng)造，去貢獻(xiàn)一份綿薄之力。人無完人。我們大學(xué)生在自身思想政治素養(yǎng)和道德修養(yǎng)方面存在欠缺。我該做的，是用馬克思主義世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀充實(shí)自己，提高自己，樹立為人民服務(wù)的思想，以求最終加入中國(guó)***，去承擔(dān)革命先烈

光榮而艱巨的歷史重任。

其次，使我認(rèn)識(shí)到了學(xué)習(xí)黨校學(xué)習(xí)是一種特殊的高水準(zhǔn)的學(xué)習(xí)，突出的是更多的政治理論學(xué)習(xí)和現(xiàn)實(shí)形勢(shì)教育,包括對(duì)近幾年來黨的創(chuàng)新理論的講解和世界政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事與國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)介紹比較分析,與我們平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)有所區(qū)別。在黨校這個(gè)“大熔爐”里，全體學(xué)員飽嘗

了一頓“理論大餐”，接受了一次“精神洗禮”，思想上“充”了“電”，行動(dòng)上“加”了“油”。短暫的黨校培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)是每個(gè)學(xué)員人生的“加油站”，必將對(duì)個(gè)人今后的工作產(chǎn)生積極而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。在個(gè)特殊的歷史時(shí)期，提高理論素養(yǎng)、加強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng)已是時(shí)代的要求。

1、提升理論素養(yǎng)。作為時(shí)代脊梁的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生必須要具備良好的理論素養(yǎng)，必須對(duì)馬克思主義中國(guó)化的最新成果和重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題有系統(tǒng)的了解和準(zhǔn)確的把握，熟悉和了解當(dāng)前國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的整體走向，必須對(duì)任何事物都具備自己的想法并升華為理論，就能進(jìn)行前瞻性、創(chuàng)新性的發(fā)展注入活力，培植后勁，這樣才能成為時(shí)代的希望。

敬愛的黨組織:

我們都聽說了黨校是桂子山上最好最神圣的課堂，在大學(xué)開學(xué)初我們都積極交了入黨申請(qǐng)書，都想早日進(jìn)入這個(gè)課堂學(xué)習(xí)，能使自己的思想得到進(jìn)一步的提高，是自己的思想向黨組織靠攏，爭(zhēng)取早日入黨。

當(dāng)然，談到入黨就會(huì)涉及到入黨動(dòng)機(jī)，我們都知道，入黨動(dòng)機(jī)就是一個(gè)人要求入黨的原因和目的，有些人是因?yàn)閷?duì)他的信仰與崇拜，她們從心里上擁護(hù)中國(guó)***的綱領(lǐng)、政策、方針。想通過學(xué)習(xí)提高自己的思想最終能為人民服務(wù)。而有些人呢，她們只是盲目的隨從，因?yàn)樯磉叺耐瑢W(xué)都入了黨或者成了預(yù)備黨員，然后就盲目的跟從，也想入黨，然而他們心里面關(guān)于入黨就沒有什么想法。還有些人對(duì)此表現(xiàn)的態(tài)度是無所謂，還有的人是為了以后大學(xué)畢業(yè)后容易就業(yè)，他們認(rèn)為“黨員”這個(gè)代稱能為他們以后的就業(yè)減少很多壓力，因?yàn)樵诖蠹业男哪恐悬h員是一個(gè)很神圣的稱謂，黨員總是為人民服務(wù)而從不抱怨，他們有很高的素質(zhì)，如果自己也有了這個(gè)稱謂，那么在找工作時(shí)是很有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的。還有的人認(rèn)為進(jìn)入黨校學(xué)習(xí)，入黨，都是對(duì)自己很好的鍛煉，這個(gè)動(dòng)機(jī)雖不能說錯(cuò)誤的，但是這個(gè)動(dòng)機(jī)確實(shí)是不存的，它從某個(gè)意義上來說也是不正確的，因?yàn)樗朦h的目的是為了提高自己，提高自己各方面的素質(zhì)，而黨的宗旨是為人民服務(wù)，從這個(gè)角度來說他的目的不是為了人民，而是為了自己。很顯然后面四種入黨動(dòng)機(jī)是不存的，是不正確的，這是很不可取的。

我們只有樹立了正確的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)，才能有持久不衰的動(dòng)力，刻苦學(xué)習(xí)馬克思主義理論，更加自覺地貫徹執(zhí)行黨的基本路線，把對(duì)****事業(yè)的忠誠(chéng)同執(zhí)行黨的基本路線統(tǒng)一起來，逐步培養(yǎng)為人民無私奉獻(xiàn)的人生價(jià)值觀始終朝著既定的目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。

那么作為入黨積極分子，我們?cè)撊绾味苏覀兊娜朦h動(dòng)機(jī)呢？我覺得我們應(yīng)該做到如下幾點(diǎn)：

第一，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)馬克思主義理論，努力樹立正確的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)。一個(gè)人入黨的動(dòng)機(jī)是不是正確，往往在于他對(duì)****事業(yè)和無產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的認(rèn)識(shí)正確不正確、深刻不深刻有直接關(guān)系。這是樹立正確入黨動(dòng)機(jī)的思想基礎(chǔ)。

第二，通過實(shí)踐鍛煉，不斷端正入黨動(dòng)機(jī).馬克思主義認(rèn)識(shí)論告訴我們，人們的正確認(rèn)識(shí)，要經(jīng)過實(shí)踐認(rèn)識(shí)再實(shí)踐再認(rèn)識(shí)的過程，并不斷循環(huán)往復(fù)，才能獲得。這里最重要的是實(shí)踐。要求入黨的同志僅有入黨的迫切愿望還不夠，還必須見諸于行動(dòng)，在實(shí)踐中不斷用切身體驗(yàn)來深化對(duì)黨的認(rèn)識(shí)，從而進(jìn)一步端正自己的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)。

第三，用正確的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)克服不正確的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)。樹立起****的世界觀和人生觀，全心全意地為黨和人民勤奮工作，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)來端正入黨動(dòng)機(jī)。

自己的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)是什么，以及如何端正入黨動(dòng)機(jī)，什么是正確的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)，這些都是我們應(yīng)該一直思考的問題，只有時(shí)時(shí)刻刻的思考這些問題，我們才能夠逐步的端正我們的入黨

動(dòng)機(jī)，才能夠在以后入黨之后不會(huì)偏離自己當(dāng)初入黨的目的，能夠真正的做到為人民服務(wù)。

現(xiàn)在也有一些老黨員偏離自己當(dāng)初入黨的真正目的，他們認(rèn)為他們?cè)谀贻p的時(shí)候?yàn)榱巳嗣褡龀隽撕芏嘭暙I(xiàn)，現(xiàn)在也該是享受的時(shí)候了，就不再顧及人民的生活，不再把人民的利益放在第一位，開始了享樂生活，那究竟是什么使他們犯了錯(cuò)誤呢？那是因?yàn)樗麄儧]有把自己純正的入黨動(dòng)機(jī)堅(jiān)持到最后，這就說明端正入黨動(dòng)機(jī)應(yīng)該是種貫穿我們的一生，我們應(yīng)該時(shí)刻的考慮這個(gè)問題，用它來警告自己。我們應(yīng)該以一種崇拜和信仰的態(tài)度來對(duì)待入黨。以上是我對(duì)如何端正入黨動(dòng)機(jī)的一些看法。

敬愛的黨組織：

我是華東政法大學(xué)大一年級(jí)的一名預(yù)備黨員。臨近大一第一學(xué)期結(jié)束，作為一個(gè)新時(shí)代的大學(xué)生，我有許多的感想。大學(xué)真的是一個(gè)萬花筒，有各種各樣的人也有各種各樣的事，那怎么樣才能在大學(xué)中有自己清晰地定位而不至于迷失自己呢？我的想法是要做好自己。作為一名預(yù)備黨員，我深刻知道該以自己的力量去影響更多的人，起到帶頭作用，但在有近兩萬人的校園里這么說顯得不切實(shí)際，就算你有這個(gè)心思去讓這么多人聽你帶動(dòng)，別人也不見得會(huì)因?yàn)槟阌兴|動(dòng)。這樣一來，非但達(dá)不到原來的效果，可能還會(huì)起到反作用，那真是賠了夫人又折兵了。既然如此，何不做好自己，以自己的人格魅力去感化別人呢？在這個(gè)世界上，不是別人影響了你，就是你影響了別人。每個(gè)人都有自己的活動(dòng)區(qū)域，也有自己的思想空間。你的所作所為，所思所想，無時(shí)不刻不被他人所影響，他人也同樣如此。所以，不必刻意去宣傳什么，也不必刻意去做

些什么，只要能按照自己的生活方式正常地生活下去，該說的時(shí)候說，該做的時(shí)候做，不必做作，不必虛設(shè)，那么一切將歸于和諧。在你身邊的人會(huì)因?yàn)槟銓?duì)他們潛移默化的感化也逐漸開始做自己，然后由他們?cè)偃ビ绊懰麄兓顒?dòng)范圍的人，漸漸地就形成了一種關(guān)系網(wǎng)，說實(shí)話就是你的力量形成的一個(gè)網(wǎng)，形散而神聚，既具有思想的活躍性，又有實(shí)踐的可行性，這正是和諧社會(huì)所需要的。

那么怎么做好自己做出一個(gè)黨員的風(fēng)范呢？我想需要從以下幾個(gè)方面做起：不斷加強(qiáng)自己的政治理論學(xué)習(xí)，提高自己的政治覺悟、思想水平；經(jīng)常主動(dòng)向黨組織匯報(bào)自己的思想、學(xué)習(xí)、工作和有關(guān)的問題，主動(dòng)和入黨聯(lián)系人進(jìn)行交流，使自己更快的進(jìn)步，也使黨組織時(shí)刻了解自己的發(fā)展情況；在平時(shí)的工作中勤奮努力，積極進(jìn)步，不斷提高業(yè)務(wù)水平，努力鉆研專業(yè)知識(shí)；認(rèn)真貫徹黨員的義務(wù)，合理使用黨員的權(quán)利；努力學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)文化知識(shí)，掌握為人民服務(wù)的本領(lǐng)，進(jìn)入社會(huì)后能將自己的所學(xué)應(yīng)用到工作中，創(chuàng)造一定的效益。從另一方面來講，我們也應(yīng)在學(xué)習(xí)，生活的過程中，盡自己所能去向需要幫助的同學(xué)伸出一支援助之手，做到想同學(xué)所想，急同學(xué)所急，做一名貼近群眾的黨員。

攝影藝術(shù)心得體會(huì)

我是一個(gè)不懂?dāng)z影但卻是熱愛的攝影的人，能有機(jī)會(huì)選修這門課，我覺得很高興，通過課堂的學(xué)習(xí)，去了解一些專業(yè)的知識(shí)和攝影技巧。其實(shí)攝影是一門大學(xué)問，不光需要扎實(shí)的攝影功底，更需要對(duì)生活有感悟，需要一雙善于發(fā)現(xiàn)美的眼睛，是一種心靈與手指的結(jié)合，才能去捕獲到完美的畫面，并將之定格在膠片上。

隨著人們的生活水平不斷的提高，相機(jī)已成為人們生活水平中的不可缺少的必需品，因?yàn)樵絹碓蕉嗟娜讼矚g出去旅行，他們都希望將他們?nèi)ミ^的地方和美好的回憶用照片的形式記錄下來，所以對(duì)于每個(gè)人來說都希望了解攝影的一些基本知識(shí)，這樣能拍下一些好的照片來給與自己美好的回憶。

小時(shí)候我見到的照片都是黑白的，見過的相機(jī)也是膠片機(jī)，拍出來的效果不是那么明艷，但是一樣能記錄下美好的時(shí)刻，現(xiàn)在，生活中出現(xiàn)了數(shù)碼相機(jī)，他給予了我們這些不懂什么攝影的人提供了一個(gè)平臺(tái)，也給予了我們一個(gè)展示的機(jī)會(huì)，所以在今年的選修課中我選擇了攝影藝術(shù)這門課，因?yàn)樗俏乙院蟮纳钪行枰玫降臇|西，也是我喜歡的一門課。

現(xiàn)在生活中見到的相機(jī)要么是數(shù)碼要么單反的這樣的相機(jī)比較常見，不過現(xiàn)在的手機(jī)功能已經(jīng)多種多樣了，手機(jī)相機(jī)的分辨率也逐步很高了，這樣的話，我們只要隨身帶著一部手機(jī)，不需要再帶相機(jī)了，就能隨時(shí)隨地的拍下我們覺得喜歡的畫面。但是這對(duì)拍出具有很高水準(zhǔn)的照片還是很有差距的哦，只有使用那些專業(yè)的相機(jī)才能達(dá)到我們的要求，數(shù)碼相機(jī)的主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)有分辨率、存儲(chǔ)媒體和觀光度等。在介紹這些的同時(shí)，給我介紹了它的一些應(yīng)用的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，數(shù)碼相機(jī)可以將圖像數(shù)字化，操作簡(jiǎn)便，特別是能與計(jì)算機(jī)直接連接，而且在計(jì)算機(jī)上利用豐富且強(qiáng)大的圖像處理軟件對(duì)圖像做個(gè)種平面處理，得到更好的藝術(shù)效果因此數(shù)碼相機(jī)被廣泛的應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。由于數(shù)碼相機(jī)具有高數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，大容量?jī)?chǔ)存的和快捷方便的特點(diǎn)，因此在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。

在每一次群里交流中,同學(xué)們都會(huì)上傳一些他自己擇選好的照片來讓我們鑒賞，分析這幅作品拍出來的效果，傳達(dá)出什么樣的信息給我們，而且還會(huì)給我們介紹攝影師拍的角度和時(shí)機(jī)，這樣才會(huì)達(dá)到我們眼前的這樣的照片的藝術(shù)。一副好的作品不光需要攝影師具有敏銳的視覺，還需要他們堅(jiān)持不懈的努力。要拍攝一個(gè)美好的景物出來，是那么的不容易，絕對(duì)不像想象中的那么簡(jiǎn)單,他是需要不懈的探索和實(shí)驗(yàn)的總結(jié).對(duì)于我這一個(gè)攝影的初學(xué)者來說，在以后的攝影生活中，是需要培養(yǎng)耐心去觀察周圍的事物的，這樣才能更好的將拍攝出來的事物更加的形象生動(dòng)，這個(gè)學(xué)期我也學(xué)到了許多的攝影知識(shí)，讓我在以后的拍攝生活中給予我提供了許多的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，不像以前那么的盲目拍攝，至少我知道了自己拍攝這個(gè)東西是出于什么目的。通過一個(gè)學(xué)期的攝影課程的學(xué)習(xí)，讓我對(duì)攝影有了一個(gè)新的認(rèn)識(shí)、新的了解。并且可以讓我有去捕捉生活中的美。還可以提高我的攝影水平、提高攝影的基本功，還可以學(xué)會(huì)從多個(gè)角度分析每幅作品的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足，開拓視野，豐富了想象力、提高了自己的創(chuàng)造力，轉(zhuǎn)眼間這個(gè)學(xué)期即將過去了，希望能在以后的學(xué)習(xí)和生活中能夠拍到好的作品，同時(shí)以此來豐富自己的生活，記錄下生活的美！
