初二年英語期中考試教學(xué)反思
一、期中質(zhì)量分析：本人從學(xué)生答卷情況入手，認(rèn)真地進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量分析。并從質(zhì)量分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)了這半年來教學(xué)的不足和學(xué)生存在的知識(shí)、能力的問題，主要體現(xiàn)在以下四個(gè)方面：
1、聽力能力方面：部分學(xué)生缺乏聽力題中應(yīng)有的答題技巧；近音詞辨析不清，忽視口語中的連讀和不完全爆破規(guī)則。如：將“bad聽成了 backache ”。
2、語法方面：語法知識(shí)不全面，造成綜合運(yùn)用能力和分析句子結(jié)構(gòu)能力差。
3、閱讀方面：對短文的整篇理解能力差，特別是歸納短文 的寓意和標(biāo)題的確立上。
4、寫作方面：表達(dá)句子的能力較差。而且小錯(cuò)誤很多，有的甚至用語文式的英語。
二、整改措施 ：
根據(jù)質(zhì)量分析中存在的問題，本人認(rèn)為在今后教學(xué)和復(fù)習(xí)中，應(yīng)在以下幾點(diǎn)予以重視和加強(qiáng)：（1）、在聽力訓(xùn)練上，仍要采用仁愛版的聽力訓(xùn)練材料，同時(shí)運(yùn)用南安卷為聽力考試材料。針對部分學(xué)生答題技巧預(yù)見性差，可采取“聽對話后，不提供問題，請學(xué)生自創(chuàng)問題和答案；之后，再現(xiàn)材料中問題和答案，讓學(xué)生自悟并培養(yǎng)答題技巧”的教學(xué)策略；同時(shí)，在聽短文時(shí)，可先明告學(xué)生以下短文中有幾處連讀和不完全爆破現(xiàn)象，注意聽，并相互交流；要?dú)w納同音詞和近音詞，反復(fù)誦讀，以提高詞匯的辨析能力。（2）、在語法教學(xué)中，要采用“張法”集中教學(xué)法，對語法進(jìn)行一次完整的梳理，并選擇一套練習(xí)對學(xué)生進(jìn)行考查，并對學(xué)生存在的問題、缺漏，記錄在案，在期中和期末復(fù)習(xí)中予以強(qiáng)化和綜合；由于大部分學(xué)生分析句子結(jié)構(gòu)能力差，在語法教學(xué)中，要加強(qiáng)“詞匯辨析、句子成分、句子類型及部分典型句型的歸納”等內(nèi)容的講授、鞏固和考查。（3）、在閱讀方面：隨著閱讀題分值和難度的加大，且學(xué)生對短文的整體理解能力差，在訓(xùn)練中，①要對部分短文進(jìn)行“英譯漢”訓(xùn)練；②要對個(gè)別長句和難句、中心句進(jìn)行分析；③要?jiǎng)澇龆涛闹行略~匯，先猜想，后建立“新詞庫”。（4）、在寫作方面：在寫作訓(xùn)練中，針對學(xué)生表達(dá)子句能力差，要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生從辨析英漢句子表達(dá)方式差異上，進(jìn)行長句變多個(gè)短簡單句和短句變長句的訓(xùn)練，以切實(shí)提高寫作水平。（5）、在身體心理方面：在教學(xué)中，要多關(guān)愛高強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練中的學(xué)生的身體健康，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生合理作息；多深入學(xué)生，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹立正確的人生觀和人才觀，重視學(xué)生的心理健康，適時(shí)進(jìn)行心理輔導(dǎo)，提高學(xué)生的應(yīng)試心理素質(zhì)。
（6）在今后的課堂教學(xué)中，要注重實(shí)效，向45分鐘要效益。
A．教師要從學(xué)生的實(shí)際出發(fā)，準(zhǔn)確把握學(xué)生現(xiàn)有的認(rèn)識(shí)水平和身心發(fā)展規(guī)律，著力于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的聽課習(xí)慣，使之勤于思考，樂于表達(dá)。
B．改變傳統(tǒng)的問答式，給學(xué)生充足的時(shí)間考慮，讓學(xué)生多讀讀，力爭通過自己的探索達(dá)到學(xué)習(xí)的目的。教師在課堂上要充分發(fā)揮自己的主導(dǎo)作用，進(jìn)行適時(shí)的點(diǎn)撥，給學(xué)生一些建設(shè)性的意見和建議，使他們學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)的方法。
C．教師要因材施教，針對不同的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)不同的教學(xué)思路，讓學(xué)生感到學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣及學(xué)習(xí)具有挑戰(zhàn)性，并有征服難題的信心。這點(diǎn)是針對這次兩班都出現(xiàn)個(gè)別A級(jí)或是小組長成績有退步的現(xiàn)象，今后要注意對優(yōu)生的能力題的鍛煉。
D.教師在常規(guī)課中要多采用多樣的教學(xué)手段，改變公開課熱熱鬧鬧，常規(guī)課冷冷清清的局面，還學(xué)生自由發(fā)展的空間。建立融洽、民主的師生交流渠道，經(jīng)常和學(xué)生一起反思學(xué)習(xí)過程和學(xué)習(xí)效果，互相鼓勵(lì)和幫助，做到教學(xué)相關(guān)。
E.教師除了要鉆研教材、研究方法，更要不斷的充實(shí)自我的學(xué)識(shí)，學(xué)高為師。（7）重視學(xué)生的積累習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。
A． 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生多讀讀多記記，促進(jìn)有效積累。教師根據(jù)學(xué)生具體情況，可以適當(dāng)加入詞匯的練習(xí)。
B． 激發(fā)學(xué)生自主參與，引導(dǎo)自主積累。（8）繼續(xù)做好兩個(gè)班的小組合作學(xué)習(xí)還有落實(shí)小組評(píng)價(jià)：利用小組合作和評(píng)價(jià)激勵(lì)各個(gè)層面的同學(xué)進(jìn)步。真正做好“兵教兵 ”，同時(shí)根據(jù)期中的情況，在今后教學(xué)中，不能忽視A級(jí)同學(xué)的雙基還有能力的提到。
