The Seven-day holidays has been canceled since 2008.Before 2008, we have a seven-day holidays when the Worker’s Day and the National Day.Because the holiday is so long many people come to go to a place to have a seven-day trip.But when the holiday has been canceled, people only can get a short trip, many people stay at home to spend time in surfing the internet, watching TV or just sleeping all day.A lot of people lose the chances to go out to take a fresh breath, go hiking and go home to get together with their parents.So some people want to restore the system.But the other think that during the seven-day holidays there are too many people go to trip, and it gives the transportation much pressure, so many workers who work for the railway administration have to give up the holiday to work and work.And too many people staying at the station hall is dangerous too.It takes the police offices much pressure in keeping order.In my opinion, the seven-day holidays should not be canceled.People in our country are used to having a long break during a year.The three-day holidays can’t give the workers enough time to get relaxed, clam down, go out, exercise, spend time with their family and to have some extra time to do their own things even be in a daze.After a long-time work, we have to stop to have a break.All in all, everyone needs the holidays.

研究生應(yīng)不應(yīng)該學(xué)英語(yǔ)
語(yǔ)言的本質(zhì)是信息載體,其外在作用表現(xiàn)為通過(guò)語(yǔ)言表達(dá)來(lái)進(jìn)行信息交換。研究生的根本任務(wù)是發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)和表達(dá)自身領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的信息,即信息創(chuàng)新工作??茖W(xué)研究表明,信息創(chuàng)新工作的成效和信息工作者所掌握的信息量正相關(guān)。研究生所從事的工作需要研究生具有更強(qiáng)大的語(yǔ)言能力,以獲得更大的信息量以輔助其研究任務(wù)。從這個(gè)意義上說(shuō),研究生應(yīng)當(dāng)盡可能的掌握多種語(yǔ)言,以獲取作全面的信息量。
然而事實(shí)上不能如此。每個(gè)人的精力有限,信息量只是信息創(chuàng)新工作的一個(gè)基本的條件,完成信息創(chuàng)新仍舊需要研究者花費(fèi)更多時(shí)間來(lái)整理這些信息,以從中發(fā)現(xiàn)線索。對(duì)信息創(chuàng)新工作來(lái)說(shuō),發(fā)現(xiàn)信息線索的能力要比獲取已有信息的能力重要的多。每種語(yǔ)言所包含的信息量非常多,有時(shí)候掌握一種語(yǔ)言已經(jīng)能讓信息工作者很好的完成信息創(chuàng)新工作。例如歐美國(guó)家的研究生教育就沒(méi)有硬性規(guī)定學(xué)生必須掌握多種語(yǔ)言,但他們的研究成果同樣顯著。
由此,我認(rèn)為研究生教育對(duì)于英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)可以依據(jù)研究生的研究重點(diǎn)而有所不同。對(duì)于人文社會(huì)科學(xué)類研究生,他們的側(cè)重點(diǎn)在于本土文化,則可以選修英語(yǔ)課作為研究輔助。而對(duì)于理工科類研究生,由于本國(guó)的技術(shù)能力和國(guó)際存在差異,其研究創(chuàng)新必然要向國(guó)際看齊,所以英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)作為他們學(xué)習(xí)的必修科目。
The essence of language is the information carrier, whose external role is exchanging information through the language performance.The basic task of the graduate students is found and sums up and expresses information in the fields of themselves, namely, is information innovation work.A scientific research shows that, the effect of information innovation work is positively correlated with the quantity of information mastered by information workers.At work, Graduate students are engaged in more powerful language ability, to get more information to help the research task.In this sense, the graduate students shall master as more as possible kinds of languages, in order to get comprehensive information.However, the fact cannot be so.Everyone's energy is limited.The quantity of information is only one basic conditions of information innovation work.Researchers need spend more time to sort out this information to complete information innovation and to find the clues.For information innovation work, the ability to finding information clues is more important than the ability to getting information.Each language contains much information, sometimes information workers can already do information innovation work well by mastering one language.Such as the occident countries are no hard-and-fast rules that graduate students must master a variety of languages, meanwhile the results of their study is the same significant.Thus, I think graduate student education for English learning should be vary according to the focus of the research of graduate students.For humanities and social sciences class graduate students, the research emphasis are local culture, so they can take English study as a research assistant.And for science and engineering class graduate student, because of their counties technical capacity exist difference to international, its research innovation must look to international, so English learning should be a compulsory subject for them.

謝謝主席。尊敬的評(píng)委,對(duì)方辯友及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾,大家晚上好。我方認(rèn)為高校不應(yīng)該取消行政級(jí)別。首先讓我們來(lái)明確所謂高校行政級(jí)別是指:在中國(guó)大陸,根據(jù)各高等學(xué)校的規(guī)模,辦學(xué)水平,以及在科研教育上的作用而有相應(yīng)的級(jí)別。在當(dāng)前級(jí)別盛行的客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)下,各高校設(shè)立行政級(jí)別對(duì)于高校而言無(wú)疑是利大于弊,而其存在的意義在于能夠促進(jìn)國(guó)家合理分配教育資源,方便高校與社會(huì)上其他單位進(jìn)行合作,便于學(xué)校內(nèi)部管理利于高校自身發(fā)展等諸多方面。
接下來(lái)我將從三個(gè)方面深入論述我方觀點(diǎn)。首先,高校行政級(jí)別的存在是歷史遺留問(wèn)題,由于在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下,經(jīng)費(fèi)、人員、設(shè)施等并不充足所以為了重點(diǎn)建設(shè)部分高校,并且全面推動(dòng)高校發(fā)展,行政級(jí)別則成為在特定時(shí)期下的最強(qiáng)有力的措施。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,行政級(jí)別的存在的確暴露出自身的一些弊端,但是我們必須承認(rèn)我國(guó)在生產(chǎn)力仍然急需發(fā)展的今天依然依靠行政級(jí)別對(duì)高校進(jìn)行不同程度的建設(shè),從而合理分配教育資源,以達(dá)到讓更多的人擁有接受高等教育的權(quán)力。因此行政級(jí)別的存在是中國(guó)高等教育統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展,全面建設(shè)的保障。
其次,我們要從現(xiàn)實(shí)角度去思考,當(dāng)前的社會(huì)是一個(gè)講地位講級(jí)別的社會(huì),社會(huì)地位的高低直接影響著個(gè)人、集體的發(fā)展。如果因?yàn)楦咝P姓?jí)別會(huì)帶來(lái)某些不利的影響而將其取消,試問(wèn)在當(dāng)期的社會(huì)中高校憑借什么在社會(huì)上與其擁有行政級(jí)別的單位進(jìn)行合作、交流?在“官本位”思想根深蒂固的大眾心里,搞笑又有多少分量?而且一旦取消行政級(jí)別,又將出現(xiàn)一種怎樣的制度來(lái)替代?誰(shuí)又敢保證新制度能徹底解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題?
再次,高校內(nèi)部的行政級(jí)別是對(duì)高校日常事務(wù)進(jìn)行管理的有效手段。高校是以培養(yǎng)人才,科學(xué)研究,服務(wù)社會(huì),學(xué)術(shù)交流等為目的的場(chǎng)所,高校應(yīng)以學(xué)術(shù)為主導(dǎo),行政起到服務(wù)于學(xué)術(shù)的輔助作用。面對(duì)高?!靶姓爆F(xiàn)象,絕大部分人將行政權(quán)力對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力的干涉歸罪于行政級(jí)別,認(rèn)為是行政級(jí)別致使行政權(quán)力濫用。其實(shí)不然,高校內(nèi)部行政級(jí)別的存在是為了方便對(duì)學(xué)校日常事務(wù)的管理,而非干擾學(xué)術(shù),這一現(xiàn)象的成因是由于人對(duì)于名利的追求已然超過(guò)對(duì)于知識(shí)的尊重,是由于人主觀思想意識(shí)及社會(huì)上的不良風(fēng)氣引起的,行政級(jí)別只是起到導(dǎo)火索的作用,而盲目的取消行政級(jí)別非但不能解決本質(zhì)問(wèn)題,還會(huì)影響當(dāng)前高校內(nèi)部的管理與正常教學(xué)。
我們今天在此討論是否應(yīng)取消高校行政級(jí)別,只是希望通過(guò)這樣的討論引起大家對(duì)于如何保障高校學(xué)術(shù)自由,更好的發(fā)揮其職能以及發(fā)展方向的思考,行政級(jí)別僅是這些問(wèn)題的表象,而建設(shè)一流的大學(xué)我們還有很長(zhǎng)的路要走,絕不是取消行政級(jí)別這樣簡(jiǎn)單。
綜上所述,我方堅(jiān)持認(rèn)為高校不應(yīng)該取消行政級(jí)別。
