      一、初涉課程

      在開始進(jìn)行文修副修的選課之前,便經(jīng)常聽說《助你成功心理學(xué)》是一門很好的課程。每回都是爆滿的情況。而我很幸運(yùn)的在第一次的校選中便選上了這門課,更幸運(yùn)的是,在這短短的半個(gè)學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)中,我收獲到了一生受之不盡的精神財(cái)富。

      我喜歡把人生的每個(gè)階段都當(dāng)成是一次限時(shí)賽,中小學(xué)時(shí)候的我們是一群人在指定的一條路上向著同一個(gè)終點(diǎn)在奔跑,不用去做過多的選擇。然而現(xiàn)在,我們站在同樣的起點(diǎn),卻沒有了指定的路徑,也沒有唯一的終點(diǎn),甚至我們可能連勝利的條件都無法猜透。

      于是,我們便面臨了各種選擇。

      當(dāng)我們每個(gè)人朝著自己所相信的未來去努力的時(shí)候,我們可能會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),再也不能如同從前一般一群人一起行走。也可能遇不到同樣夢(mèng)想和能夠理解自己夢(mèng)想的人,那么在追夢(mèng)的路上,我們只好獨(dú)自堅(jiān)持。有的時(shí)候會(huì)感到孤獨(dú)和不被認(rèn)可,有的時(shí)候會(huì)被絆倒摔跤,同樣也可能會(huì)在失落的時(shí)候得到一個(gè)溫暖的擁抱,在摔跤的時(shí)候被一雙厚實(shí)的大手扶起。面對(duì)這樣截然相反的情境,對(duì)于這樣年輕的我們,常常沒有辦法駕馭。

      學(xué)習(xí)了《助你成功的情緒智力培養(yǎng)》這一課的后,我在面對(duì)一些困難的時(shí)候能更加自如地去應(yīng)對(duì)。

      記得老師講到排解煩惱情緒時(shí)提到的,學(xué)會(huì)適應(yīng)最壞的情況中講述的三個(gè)步驟,教會(huì)我在面對(duì)挫折時(shí),首先要努力去認(rèn)清所處的情境,其次要敢于面對(duì)、接受它,最后全力以赴改變最壞的狀況。

      我們常常只走到了第一步,在看清自己所處的位置后,便感到畏懼,本能地想要逃避。

      我覺得躲避是人最原始的反應(yīng),就比如人的手在碰到滾燙的液體時(shí)會(huì)迅速縮回,抑或有東西向眼睛飛來時(shí),眼瞼也會(huì)馬上閉合。在這些自我保護(hù)的動(dòng)作里,躲避可以認(rèn)為是一個(gè)褒義詞。但是當(dāng)我們遇到困境時(shí),一味的躲避最終只會(huì)變成膽怯的逃避。

      而還有一類人,他們認(rèn)清了困境,也學(xué)著去面對(duì)和接受了。但是走到這一步,他們也停止了前進(jìn)。我們常會(huì)有某種惰性的心理,覺得困難擺在眼前,這就是一個(gè)事實(shí)。既然存在了,那就是合理的,又何苦要去追尋破解它的方法。

      但如果我們沒有辦法越過那個(gè)坎,不抬起腳邁出每一步,即使光明近在咫尺,人生也只能止步于此。

      二、關(guān)于過去的經(jīng)歷

      我是2009年被上師大錄取的,記得當(dāng)初收到上海師范大學(xué)錄取通知書的時(shí)候,我滿心歡喜地準(zhǔn)備迎接大學(xué)生活,卻在真正接觸到生物科學(xué)這門我并不太感興趣的學(xué)科后,在學(xué)習(xí)上開始變得有些抵觸。那時(shí)候的我嘗試著投入各種學(xué)生會(huì)、校園活動(dòng)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中,但是對(duì)于自己的人生規(guī)劃卻幾乎是一片空白,顯得很盲目。

      在大一下學(xué)期開學(xué)不久,被診出惡性淋巴瘤,之后休學(xué)一年,這一年對(duì)我的人生觀來說是一個(gè)很大的轉(zhuǎn)變,從中得到的一些體會(huì),似乎與盧老師所授的課程有某些契合點(diǎn),希望能夠在此分享。

      去年4月份中旬開始休學(xué),花了將近四個(gè)月的時(shí)間在進(jìn)行治療。

      在化療的那些日子中,經(jīng)常必須面對(duì)一些生理上的副反應(yīng),比如嘔吐、脫發(fā)等等。但是更為困難的應(yīng)該是一些心理上的副作用。有的藥物會(huì)讓人變得煩躁,夜里整夜整夜地清醒著,輾轉(zhuǎn)反側(cè)。

      剛開始接受化療的時(shí)候,面對(duì)這些副反應(yīng),以及親人們流露出的各種遺憾與顧慮,原本以為足夠堅(jiān)強(qiáng)與樂觀的心卻一下子變得柔軟了。時(shí)常會(huì)流淚,會(huì)懷念很多見不到面的朋友,盡管每天要自己微笑,卻也抑制不住要去悲傷。

      常住的病房正好在急救室隔壁,因此晚上會(huì)經(jīng)常聽到不同人對(duì)著自己正在接受搶救的親人發(fā)出撕心裂肺的哭喊。當(dāng)那些原本和我們呼吸著相同的空氣,用溫情的眼神凝視著我們的親人一瞬間閉上了眼睛,再也無法呼喚我們的名字的時(shí)候,一下子便意識(shí)到一個(gè)人的生命是如此珍貴。我們不僅是在為自己活著,身上還擔(dān)著大大小小的責(zé)任。對(duì)親人的責(zé)任,對(duì)社會(huì)的責(zé)任。生命也是如此的脆弱,也許一不留神,我們便再也睜不開眼睛去看一看我們所熱愛的一切。

      于是我讓自己小小地放肆了一番,讓那些悲傷與惆悵盡情地流淌。直到去年8月中旬,結(jié)束了治療,收拾好心情,我回到家里休養(yǎng)。

      一面在家乖乖地按時(shí)吃飯睡覺做些簡(jiǎn)單的鍛煉,另一面開始認(rèn)真地思考起自己的未來。究竟我要的是怎樣的生活?我該為自己的目標(biāo)做些什么?最后我得出的結(jié)論是:重拾夢(mèng)想,積極爭(zhēng)取,調(diào)整心態(tài)。

      首先是關(guān)于重拾夢(mèng)想。我認(rèn)為每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該有自己的夢(mèng)想。夢(mèng)想可以認(rèn)為是一種目標(biāo)、理想,甚至是某種信仰。我們?cè)诿鎸?duì)紛繁的選擇中,如果沒有夢(mèng)想,便不知道該如何前進(jìn)。因此只會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩種狀況:一種是原地不動(dòng),一種是盲目亂撞。我想這兩周方式都不是最佳的生活狀態(tài)。而擁有了夢(mèng)想,我們便可以更加有效率的去生活。

      其次是積極爭(zhēng)取。當(dāng)我們確定了夢(mèng)想,為了讓它實(shí)現(xiàn),下一步當(dāng)然是付出行動(dòng)。積極爭(zhēng)取也是無可厚非的。記得盧老師說過,在我們每個(gè)人的身體里,都住著一個(gè)主觀的我和一個(gè)客觀的我。當(dāng)我們面對(duì)困難的時(shí)候,客觀的我通常會(huì)機(jī)械地去迎接。而主觀的我則是由自己的意志決定是選擇逃避、退縮或者是迎接、挑戰(zhàn)。如何做到讓主觀的我不去逃避和退縮呢?對(duì)于這個(gè)問題,我也有一點(diǎn)小體會(huì)。當(dāng)意志不夠堅(jiān)定的時(shí)候,我常常在心理不斷地暗示自己,不能退縮,我很棒,我要去積極爭(zhēng)取。甚至我會(huì)對(duì)著一面鏡子大聲地告訴自己,“加油,一定可以的,付出一次行動(dòng),我便多了一次機(jī)會(huì)?!蔽乙恢焙芸粗匦睦戆凳镜淖饔?,也一直相信,每一次真誠的自我對(duì)話,必將讓自己的行動(dòng)力和自信心提高一個(gè)階梯的。

      最后是調(diào)整心態(tài)。這也是承接上面一點(diǎn),與第二點(diǎn)所提到的心理暗示有某些相似點(diǎn)。我覺得心理暗示實(shí)際上就是調(diào)整心態(tài)的一種方法。當(dāng)我們認(rèn)真審視了自己,以一個(gè)平和的心態(tài)去做事,不為一時(shí)的成就而忘乎所以,也不因?yàn)榉N種的失敗而意志萎靡,這樣才能有長(zhǎng)期的動(dòng)力去做一件可以提高自己,創(chuàng)造美好的事情。在遇到壞的處境或者有過一次并不完美的經(jīng)歷的時(shí)候,我會(huì)對(duì)自己說,“無論怎樣的經(jīng)歷,都是好的。”這句話是在我遇到困難和挫折的時(shí)候,無數(shù)次給予我力量的話。當(dāng)我以為一件事情糟糕透了的時(shí)候,除了后悔,我想我還可以做的便是吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。一個(gè)人一生中所有好的壞的經(jīng)歷在一個(gè)階段過去后再去回顧,會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)也沒有當(dāng)初想的那么糟糕了。甚至有時(shí)候會(huì)因禍得福。所以當(dāng)我遇到糟糕的事情的時(shí)候,會(huì)淡淡地對(duì)自己笑一笑,告訴自己,“都是好的?!苯又瓦x擇睡一覺,再開始另一個(gè)美好的日子。

      三、對(duì)盧老師的感謝

      在《助你成功心理學(xué)》的學(xué)習(xí)中,盧老師教會(huì)了我們很多提升IQ、EQ的方

      法。

      在談智力培養(yǎng)的課中,我印象最為深刻的話莫過于老師經(jīng)常說的:“那些趴在桌子上的同學(xué),你們要注意了,你們的智商很可能不能得到提升,甚至?xí)陆??!泵慨?dāng)聽到這句話的時(shí)候,我看到在座的很多同學(xué)都會(huì)善意地把身邊那些正在夢(mèng)中“享受午后好時(shí)光”的同學(xué)叫起來。

      同時(shí)老師還傳授給我們關(guān)于創(chuàng)造力訓(xùn)練的方法。

      對(duì)我來說最為受用的是“頭腦激蕩法”。

      在這個(gè)方法里,我學(xué)到的不僅僅是提高個(gè)人創(chuàng)造力,同時(shí)我認(rèn)為,這也可以算是一項(xiàng)提高團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作力的方法。

      在規(guī)則里,要求每個(gè)人都不能對(duì)別人的觀點(diǎn)做出評(píng)論,這就避免了產(chǎn)生沖突與口角的情況。同時(shí),通過別人對(duì)靈感的挖掘,也可能會(huì)激發(fā)自己自身的創(chuàng)造力。因此,如果是一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作項(xiàng)目,“頭腦激蕩法”在團(tuán)隊(duì)需要給出一個(gè)好的創(chuàng)意時(shí),便能起到很大的幫助作用。

      在最后一堂課,當(dāng)老師那句原本再平常不過的“下課”再次響起的時(shí)候,心中突然有些小小的感傷。盧老師是一位上課充滿激情,幽默,富有感染力的人?;叵脒@短暫的十周里,老師循循善誘地教會(huì)了我們多少為人處世的道理和方法,教會(huì)了我們學(xué)會(huì)生活,學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)。而我卻一時(shí)語塞,對(duì)于心中的這份感謝不知道如何去準(zhǔn)確地描述,也不知道如何去確切地表達(dá)。

      希望一句簡(jiǎn)單的“謝謝”,能夠寄托我滿滿的感謝。

      四、課堂的延續(xù)

      每個(gè)人在人生的旅途中,都需要一位或者幾位帶著我們成長(zhǎng)的人。我很幸運(yùn)的在每一個(gè)階段都能夠遇到這樣一位為我舉著火炬,帶我走出黑夜的人。

      在很小的時(shí)候,父母就教導(dǎo)我,對(duì)于每個(gè)在生命中寄予我們幫助的人,我們都應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)感恩。不僅是感恩,還需要把他們的這種精神放大,傳遞。

      盧老師所教會(huì)我們的東西,傳遞給我們的精神,同樣需要放大、傳遞。課堂的時(shí)光不可能無止盡地延續(xù)下去,那么在未來的生活中,我們便需要學(xué)著讓有限的時(shí)間里收獲的東西在生命中無盡地發(fā)揮作用。

      分享,便是一個(gè)很好的途徑。

      盡管很多人都說,這個(gè)社會(huì)充斥著各種各樣的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。人與人之間的隔閡越來越深。但是我依舊相信人性存在著十分美好的一面。

      希望的是,成為一位值得別人信賴的朋友,能夠與他人建立起和諧的共享空間。當(dāng)我們受人恩惠的時(shí)候,也不忘去幫助需要我們幫助的人。

      我一直認(rèn)為,只有相互協(xié)作,在互助中形成良性的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系才能更快地促進(jìn)每個(gè)人的自我提升,也才能使得社會(huì)更加健康地向前發(fā)展。

      因此,這也是在課堂之外,我所想要做的事情——把收獲的東西放大、傳遞。
