沙龍會流程有哪些？

1、設立吸引顧客的沙龍主題

依顧客感愛好的話題設立沙龍主題，將同仁堂化妝品的市場計劃轉化為解決顧客題目的辦法作為設立沙龍主題的依據(jù)，沙龍的內容和目地更明確。讓同仁堂的化妝品的產(chǎn)品和服務創(chuàng)造流行，領導流行和表現(xiàn)流行，通過流行情報設立沙龍的主題，可吸引追求新奇的人們的關注。

2、明確相關職員的職責 活動主持人---要求普通話、演講技巧好，著淡雅的職業(yè)妝，可穿著輕松、時尚和個性的衣飾，并盡量配合沙龍的主題，但切忌穿著暴露、性感和牛仔類的服裝。美容示范者---要求示范技巧嫻熟，并與主持者有配合經(jīng)驗。示范演示者要化好淡雅的職業(yè)妝，長發(fā)者將頭發(fā)整潔的束在腦后，指甲油限于透明色，身著院內同一制服，佩攜同一胸卡。接待職員---可由院內前臺接待員擔任接待、簽到、禮物簽收等工作;由若干名美容師擔任領顧客進席、活動期間的服務和活動后跟進等工作。具體人數(shù)視實際情況而定。經(jīng)驗分享者---安排顧客現(xiàn)身說法并適當?shù)慕o予特別的小禮物，比較有說服力，輕易引起聽者的共叫，而分享人本身也會由于能夠參與而更加自信，產(chǎn)生回屬感和榮譽感。

3、邀約顧客

可根據(jù)不同的沙龍主題，至少提前三天有目地的向顧客發(fā)出正式的邀請。

也可就同一主題，根據(jù)顧客檔案把顧客分成不同層次，分批邀約，這樣顧客之間就不會產(chǎn)生太大的消費差距和對比。

可采用寄信、打電話和當面通知的方法，但要留意以下要點： 1)邀約顧客

步驟一：打招呼先容自己(當面邀約時可省略)。

步驟二：說明目的，推薦好處和利益(技巧：從說明目的到推薦好處始終保持神秘感)。

2)當對方作出承諾后，在沙龍舉辦的前一天進行電話確認和跟

進。

4、物品預備

根據(jù)確認參加的人數(shù)，提前擺放好足夠的座位，電腦、投影儀、宣傳彩頁，效果更好。了解顧客檔案里每個顧客的具體購買記錄和個人情況，知己知彼，才能百戰(zhàn)不殆。預備來賓簽到本，記錄參加的顧客、嘉賓實際人數(shù)、姓名和電話，便于日后的跟進和總結?？膳砂l(fā)的相關宣傳資料，加深顧客對此次沙龍的印象。示范和銷售產(chǎn)品與工具要與沙龍的主題相配合。

5、營造氣氛和環(huán)境

張貼活動主題橫幅及廣告海報。把公司的簡介、圖片做成剪報。把以往的活動的留影精選張貼。

主題產(chǎn)品的專題陳列。播放適當?shù)囊魳?，可調節(jié)沙龍的氣氛，幫助顧客加深對沙龍主題的理解。

預備一些茶水招待來賓。

預備一個抽獎箱，一些簡單的小題目，對會場的氣氛有很好的調節(jié)作用

Smiling, Qi Huangyang said, “Your Majesty didn't ask me my personal opinions o Xie Hu.You simply asked me who I thought would be competent for the position.Therefore I

recommended Xie Hu.the king followed Qi's advice and made Xie Hu magistrate of Nanyang county.And sure enough, Xie Hu administered the county very well and won respect from local people and his colleagues.Some days later, the king again asked Qi Huangyang for his opinions.This time, the king was trying to find a suitable candidate for a court judge position.Qi Huangyiang recommended Qi Wu for the job.Once again, the king was surprised again by the recommendation because Qi Wu was the son of Qi Huangyang.The king asked: ”Who do you recommend your son? Aren't you afraid people will gossip?“

Qi Huangyang replied, ”Your Majesty, you asked me who was the most capable person for the position of a judge, and I think Qi Wu is.“

Although the king was a bit hesitant about making Qi Wu the judge, he nevertheless gave him the position.As it turned out, Qi Wu was an upright and talented judge, who people GREatly respected.Qi Huangyang's actions were praised by Confucius who said, ”Qi Huangyang was right.He recommended people according to their abilities and talents, not because of personal sentiments，not because of fearing others' gossip.Therefore, people like Qi Huangyang are referred to as people “without selfish motives”.From Confucious' comment came the idiom “Unselfish”.Anyone who handles affairs fairly and impartially can be described as “Unselfish;Perfectly impartial”.大公無私

過了一些日子，平公又向祁黃羊征求意見。這回，晉王想找個合適的人選擔任朝廷法官?！逼铧S羊推薦了祁午。平公又奇怪起來了，因為祁午是祁黃羊的兒子。他問道：“你怎么推薦你的兒子，不怕別人講閑話嗎？”祁黃羊說：“陛下只問我誰最是合適的，我認為祁午是?！北M管晉王還有些猶豫，他還是派了祁午去做法官。事實證明，祁午是個正直，有才能的法官，很受人們的愛戴?？鬃勇犝f這兩件事，十分稱贊祁黃羊?？鬃诱f: “祁黃羊是對的。他推薦人，完全是以才能做標準，不因為個人偏見，便不推薦他；也不因為怕人議論，便不推薦。像黃祁羊這樣的人，才夠得上說”大公無私“啦！”

“大公無私”這個成語就是由孔子的評論而來的，用來形容那些公正無私處理事物的人。

父親節(jié)沙龍流程

一、14:00—14:30 簽到：簽到并播放暖場片（暖場片的制作）

1、人到齊之前播放筷子兄弟的《父親》短片，父女版《因為愛情》，人到齊以后播放制作的父親節(jié)電子相冊。

二、14:30—14:45小游戲環(huán)節(jié)：互換姓名卡

參與人數(shù)：集體參與

時間：5分鐘 場地：一樓舞蹈廳

道具：姓名卡

三、14:45—15:35(60分鐘)游戲、獻歌、吉他和鋼琴凳樂器給大家伴奏清唱（通過游戲來完成）14:45—14:55(10分鐘)主持人講話、獻歌：

14:55—15:35（40分鐘）

來賓載歌載舞，跟著樂器HAPPY

在此環(huán)節(jié)播放《不老的爸爸》等背景音樂 ① 為爸爸送上小禮物。② 愛要大聲說出來，可以借著這次機會，借著歌聲表達自己是心情。② 如果有愿意獻舞的可以和父親跳一支舞。③ 吉他老師、風琴手（外請）④

玩游戲，輸?shù)娜吮硌莨?jié)目，唱歌有吉他和鋼琴伴奏

⑤ 游戲開火車

用具：無

人數(shù)：兩人以上，多多益善 方法：在開始之前，每個人說出一個地名，代表自己。但是地點不能重復。游戲開始后，假設你來自北京，而另一個人來自上海，你就要說：“開呀開呀開火車，北京的火車就要開。”大家一起問：“往哪開？”你說：“上海開”。那代表上海的那個人就要馬上反應接著說：“上海的火車就要開?！比缓蟠蠹乙黄饐枺骸巴拈_？”再由這個人選擇另外的游戲對象，說：“往某某地方開?！比绻麑Ψ缴杂羞t疑，沒有反應過來就輸了。

興奮點：可以增進人與人的感情，而且可以利用讓他或她“開火車”的機會傳情達意、眉目傳情。

四、15:35—16:15 K歌發(fā)聲練習（40分鐘）

基本歌唱技巧的練習，時間可以根據(jù)參加的朋友的興致來定，已經(jīng)上過聽過第一次課的朋友可以先去K歌房唱歌。

16:15—17:00（45分鐘）K歌房指導和親子舞蹈指導

1、K歌房邊K歌邊指導

2、樓下親子舞蹈、主要教簡單的舞步。

六、17:00—17:20（20分鐘）抽獎

召集大家都回到一樓大廳抽獎儀式：抽獎箱的設計

抽獎的形式
