口語交際就是交際雙方為了特定的目的，運(yùn)用口頭語言和適當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_(dá)方式進(jìn)行思想情感的交流。目前，我們正面臨著一場新的科學(xué)技術(shù)革命，這場革命正迅速地改變著人們的生活方式。人們的社交活動日益頻繁——企業(yè)的公關(guān)、談判，商品的展示、推銷，國家的政壇、外交，學(xué)術(shù)的探討、交流……很難想象，一個不會聽、不會說、不會交際的人，在這樣的社會里，怎么能夠生存下去呢？作為我們六年級的同學(xué)，要具有日常口語交際的基本能力，在各種交際活動中，學(xué)會傾聽、表達(dá)與交流，初步學(xué)會文明地進(jìn)行人際溝通和社會交往，發(fā)展合作精神。

[重難點(diǎn)示導(dǎo)]

聽得悅耳，說得順口，品得出味兒是學(xué)習(xí)語言的最終目的，也是口語交際的最終目的。學(xué)會傾聽、表達(dá)與交流是口語交際的主要任務(wù)，我們必須掌握觀察、傾聽、表達(dá)與交流的方法： 注意觀察。觀察是學(xué)會口語交際的第一步，觀察一件事，首先，對最能體現(xiàn)事情特點(diǎn)的地方，自己感觸最深的地方要注意觀察；其次，在做這件事的過程中遇到了什么矛盾，大家是怎么做的要注意觀察；另外，在事情中自己有不清楚、不明白、不熟悉、不理解的地方要注意觀察。觀察一個人，重點(diǎn)觀察他的動作和神態(tài)。如 “現(xiàn)場目擊報告”中，我們只有注意觀察這起交通事故的詳細(xì)情況才能在向警察報告時說得清楚、說得明白。

悉心傾聽。在觀察的基礎(chǔ)上我們要善做“傾聽者”，只有聽清楚、聽明白，才能提高“說”的質(zhì)量。我們要知道“聽什么”、“為什么聽”，更重要的是知道“怎樣聽”。聽他人說話要認(rèn)真耐心，能抓住要點(diǎn)，并能簡要轉(zhuǎn)述。我們還要透過說話者的語氣、語調(diào)、重音、表情，體會“話語”

背后隱含的意思。如 “簡易灑水壺的發(fā)明”中，聽老師介紹史律同學(xué)發(fā)明簡易灑水壺的經(jīng)過時，要悉心傾聽，抓住要點(diǎn)，這樣在向同學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)述時才能說清楚、說完整。

組織表達(dá)。我們要站在聽者的角度，設(shè)想自己怎樣說能讓聽者聽懂，迅速打動聽者。我們要緊扣主題來“說”。觀點(diǎn)的提出要鮮明，然后再想一想從哪幾個方面展開，再想想如何組織這一段話，這樣說出來的一段話，才會條理清晰、通順流暢。表達(dá)時要有條理，語氣、語調(diào)要適當(dāng)。樂于參與討論，敢于發(fā)表自己的意見，在交際中要注意語言美，抵制不文明的語言。如 “小小即興演講會”、“暢想未來”、“電影觀后感”等都需要我們圍繞一個主題精心組織語言進(jìn)行表達(dá)。

領(lǐng)悟交際。與人交流要尊重、理解對方，“說”的目的最終還是為了達(dá)到人與人和諧交流，傳遞信息，表達(dá)感情。會聽、會說不一定能使交談?wù)咧g的溝通順利的進(jìn)行下去，我們還需要一定的交際技巧。比如，如何在交際的最初幾分鐘迅速打動對方？面對尷尬局面如何處理？我們還要利用交際中的面部表情、體態(tài)動作等來強(qiáng)化交際效果，學(xué)會根據(jù)交際對象、交際場合、交際語境的不同，稍做準(zhǔn)備，做簡單的發(fā)言，適時調(diào)整自己，提高應(yīng)變能力。如 “小小辯論會”、“學(xué)采訪”中，我們要根據(jù)對方辯友或被采訪者的情況積極做出應(yīng)對。

下面我們以“暢想未來”為例，我們首先要確定自己一個感興趣的話題，通過暢想某個方面的未來表達(dá)自己的情感；接著要展開想象，愛怎么想就怎么想，大膽地暢想未來，并把自己想象的內(nèi)容組織成重點(diǎn)突出、條理清楚的一段話，努力用語言去打動他人。最后在和他人交流時，表情要豐富，情感要真摯，加上適當(dāng)?shù)捏w態(tài)動作，讓聽者產(chǎn)生共鳴，受到感染。這是一位六年級同學(xué)的講稿：

同學(xué)們都很熱愛自己的家鄉(xiāng)。家鄉(xiāng)有迷人的風(fēng)光，有令人向往的名勝古跡，有珍奇的動、植物，有豐富的物產(chǎn)資源，有與眾不同的民俗民風(fēng)，有引人入勝的民間傳說……如果有客人到你的家鄉(xiāng)參觀訪問，你打算怎樣當(dāng)導(dǎo)游，介紹自己的家鄉(xiāng)呢？介紹時不要面面俱到，要組織好語言，有一定條理。
