      1。用故事的形式幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。

      我們都知道,故事對幼兒來說,具有莫大的吸引。我們可以利用幼兒對故事的興趣,將一些具有情節(jié)性的歌詞內(nèi)容編成小故事講給幼兒聽。例如“Five little ducks”就是這樣一首具有故事情節(jié)的歌曲,它講述了五只小鴨子出去玩,它們走得太遠(yuǎn),鴨媽媽著急了就用自己的聲音喚回自己的孩子,結(jié)果卻少了一只。剛開始對這首歌教授時(shí)孩子并不是很喜歡??墒钱?dāng)我改成英語故事時(shí),孩子聽得津津有味而且要求我反復(fù)講。自始至終我沒有用漢語講述但孩子完全能理解故事的意思。由此孩子便很快記憶了歌詞,充分了享受了唱歌的樂趣,達(dá)到了很好的效果。

      2。用畫面來幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。

      我們可以用畫面來幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。將歌詞內(nèi)容表現(xiàn)出來啟發(fā)幼兒通過畫面記憶歌詞,就像前面的例子Fivelittleducks也是通過畫面讓孩子理解記憶的。在畫面的幫助下,孩子們用眼看,用耳聽,用腦記,運(yùn)用了多種感觀參與學(xué)習(xí)。結(jié)束后,孩子們曲調(diào)唱得很準(zhǔn),歌詞唱得也很準(zhǔn)。

      3。用動(dòng)作幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。

      機(jī)械制圖,是大多中職學(xué)校開設(shè)有的一門專業(yè)課程,對于機(jī)械制圖的教學(xué),我想,師生都有幾句話心里話想要說,在此門課程的教學(xué)習(xí)中,不管是學(xué)生對老師、還是老師對學(xué)生,總有那么一些期待的話語。為此,我們做了一次開放性的作業(yè),通過這次活動(dòng),我們對機(jī)械制圖的教學(xué)就多了一些認(rèn)識(shí),多了一些感悟。學(xué)完軸測圖、組合體以后,就要學(xué)習(xí)利用投影的知識(shí)來識(shí)讀零件圖和裝配圖,本章節(jié),對大多數(shù)職高生來說,就相當(dāng)普高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)理化,分析能力和想象能力稍差的同學(xué),在組合體三視圖的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)就心有余而力不足了,一時(shí)的困難沒有及時(shí)得到解決,久而久之他們就會(huì)喪失信心,心灰意冷,陷入學(xué)習(xí)的困境,最終只有敗下陣來,看圖似乎看不懂,作圖總覺做不來,隨著時(shí)光的流失,他們就慢慢被課堂邊緣化,最終成為旁觀者、局外人了。本章節(jié)的學(xué)習(xí)非常重要,大家必須共同努力,千方百計(jì)來度過這個(gè)難關(guān),在這承上啟下的關(guān)鍵深刻,怎樣經(jīng)過精心組織,順利完成好三視圖的識(shí)讀教學(xué),就至關(guān)重要了。為了檢驗(yàn)前期教學(xué)效果,同時(shí)為了激發(fā)同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,我們開展一次———“真知棒,我最棒”的 識(shí)圖活動(dòng)。

      1、活動(dòng)要求:

      給定三視圖,請你展示出讀圖結(jié)果。

      2、活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備:

      課堂討論你完成任務(wù)的方法和途徑,然后按“志同者”進(jìn)行分組。

      推出小組長,讓他來分配任務(wù),協(xié)商工作策略,并派人記錄此次活動(dòng)的過程,小結(jié)本次活動(dòng)的得失。

      3、活動(dòng)評價(jià):

      通過展示活動(dòng)結(jié)果、上交操作過程和心得材料,評比出等級獎(jiǎng),按等級分發(fā)不同數(shù)量的“真知棒”棒棒糖。經(jīng)過一周的忙碌,同學(xué)們都獻(xiàn)上了小組的厚禮,以不同的方式展示了讀圖的結(jié)果,用不同的方法完成了同樣的任務(wù)。其中尺規(guī)作圖組最為傳統(tǒng),他們從諸多的圖紙中挑選了兩份A3紙幅圖畫,采用的是正等測作圖畫法,卷面規(guī)范,線條分明,清晰工整,立體感強(qiáng),堪稱漂亮。模型組成員分工明確,大家采集泡沫板材,分析視圖線框,測量加工部件,檢測組裝成型,甚是精巧。媒體組分析多媒技術(shù),討論作圖思路,設(shè)計(jì)三維動(dòng)畫,編輯相關(guān)鏈接,打印演示結(jié)果,效果不錯(cuò)。三個(gè)組都撰寫了本組作品的說明文,其中介紹作圖的方法步驟,包括途中困惑與企望,不乏事后感想與寄語。經(jīng)過這次開放性作業(yè)的嘗試,我似乎感覺到大家的收獲頗多,學(xué)生在自主與合作,探究與創(chuàng)新,理論與實(shí)踐等方面都流露出了很多真實(shí)的感悟,很高興,這次活動(dòng)有這等不凡的價(jià)值。作為專業(yè)課程的機(jī)械制圖,怎樣才使學(xué)生永遠(yuǎn)保持那么一股始終如一的學(xué)習(xí)熱

      一、自主學(xué)習(xí)的倡導(dǎo)。機(jī)械制圖是一門手腦并用、理實(shí)結(jié)合的課程,需要一定的空間想象和轉(zhuǎn)換能力,如果學(xué)生只是一味的聽講或者簡單地觀摩,那么他們很難在知識(shí)的掌握中大有收獲。所以,學(xué)生能否在課堂中自主探索,能否在小組交流中動(dòng)口與動(dòng)手,都取決于學(xué)生的自主意識(shí)和老師的理念革新。在這次活動(dòng)中,我們同學(xué)之所以能釋放自我,主動(dòng)參與溝通討論,積極表現(xiàn)動(dòng)手動(dòng)腦,完全可以感受到這種開放性學(xué)習(xí)帶給他們的自由與激情,他們在小組的舞臺(tái)上展示個(gè)性,發(fā)揮特長,在活動(dòng)中自信,在成功后愉悅。在今后的教學(xué)中,我們是否可以大膽一些,多給他們一些展示自我的機(jī)會(huì),多給他們設(shè)計(jì)一些溝通交流的場景,多給他們布置一些動(dòng)手操作的任務(wù),相信他們,放手他們,鍛煉他們,培養(yǎng)他們。

      二、直觀教學(xué)的價(jià)值。

      掛圖、實(shí)物、模型這些輔助工具,它不但可以使我們的課堂形式不再單一,而且使我們的教學(xué)簡單明了,使空間和平面的轉(zhuǎn)換更為直觀,這些“看得見摸得著”的東西,將機(jī)件的輪廓清楚的呈現(xiàn)在你面前,不用你去琢磨位置的前后、線條的虛實(shí)、切口的模樣。這些僅憑想象難以獲得的東西,借助直觀就可迎刃而解。所以,無論是教師還是學(xué)生,我們都可以以模型為教具,也可以以模型的制作來作為作業(yè)的表現(xiàn)形式,手腦并用,在做中學(xué)。真正擁有一套系統(tǒng)而豐富的教學(xué)模型,對于大多數(shù)學(xué)校來說,不夠現(xiàn)實(shí),再說擁有了也不是萬能的,使用過程中還是具有局限性的,如果我們想要有所擴(kuò)展和發(fā)揮,那么就得靠自己動(dòng)手“中國造”,這樣才能滿足應(yīng)時(shí)之需,所以,我經(jīng)常動(dòng)員學(xué)生收集塑料泡沫、粘泥和紙板,課堂前后或課堂內(nèi)外試做模型,以此豐富課堂教學(xué)的內(nèi)容和形式。讓更多的用話說不清的東西,我們用一個(gè)模型就可以清楚交代。

      三、電腦科技的魅力。

      放下圓規(guī)三角板和粉筆,我們可以發(fā)揮多媒課件的優(yōu)勢,以喜聞樂見的形式展示教學(xué)內(nèi)容,以“看得見摸得著”的畫面突破教學(xué)難點(diǎn)。運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),我們的學(xué)生可以用移動(dòng)的鼠標(biāo)代替手中的紙筆,在探究機(jī)械制圖的過程中鉆研3DMAX,AUTOCAD技術(shù),激發(fā)利用軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)作圖的興趣,享受電腦科技的無窮魅力。作為通用的基礎(chǔ)課程,計(jì)算機(jī)可以為專業(yè)課程的學(xué)習(xí)提供支持和服務(wù),從目前的教學(xué)來看,我們希望計(jì)算機(jī)這門課程還可以深入扎實(shí)一些,希望大膽涉及CAD、動(dòng)畫和3D技術(shù),讓孩子們視野開闊,思維開放,這些都為機(jī)械制圖的學(xué)習(xí)提供方便,促進(jìn)了公共課和專業(yè)課有的機(jī)結(jié)合,體現(xiàn)了公共課為專業(yè)課的服務(wù)職責(zé)。這一點(diǎn),在同學(xué)們在總結(jié)中也同樣有反饋。希望我們的公共課老師多為專業(yè)課提供這樣的服務(wù),希望我們的學(xué)生多掌握一些畫圖的技能,在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中大展自己的才能,大秀自己的圖藝。

      四、教學(xué)生產(chǎn)的結(jié)合。

      職業(yè)教育要實(shí)現(xiàn)五個(gè)對接,其中就是實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)過程與生產(chǎn)過程的對接。我們的學(xué)生在本次練習(xí)過程中,就有一組學(xué)生在車間向師傅討教,直接要實(shí)現(xiàn)圖樣與實(shí)

      物的轉(zhuǎn)化,希望在機(jī)床上通過車、割、洗、磨等工序的操作,完成圖物的轉(zhuǎn)換。他們先討論線框的對應(yīng),尺寸的長短,先后的順序,操作的規(guī)程,在觀摩中操作,在操作中咨詢與探討,并且在討論中還有記錄,在記錄中還有整理和反思。產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)出來后,大家都有一種說不出的喜悅,成功的體驗(yàn)非他們莫屬。通過共同協(xié)作,他們詮釋了集體的力量,展示了團(tuán)隊(duì)的風(fēng)貌,體現(xiàn)了團(tuán)隊(duì)的精神,解到理論與實(shí)踐的相互關(guān)系,領(lǐng)會(huì)到課堂論理的指導(dǎo)作用,運(yùn)用中領(lǐng)悟到制圖與讀圖相互轉(zhuǎn)化的方法。他們還真切體會(huì)到,自己進(jìn)入車間,就有身為工人的感覺,師傅的規(guī)范性操作,安全性要求,質(zhì)量性意識(shí),使他們的神經(jīng)時(shí)刻緊繃,絲毫不敢懈怠。如果我們有意識(shí)、有目的的在教學(xué)過程中,適時(shí)計(jì)劃和穿插一些與生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的練習(xí)機(jī)會(huì),自然就會(huì)拉近教學(xué)與生產(chǎn),教室與車間,學(xué)生與工人,教學(xué)與生產(chǎn)的距離。所以,我們的課堂教學(xué)就可以考慮與實(shí)訓(xùn)車間緊密結(jié)合,與生產(chǎn)工廠相靠近,在觀摩、實(shí)訓(xùn)中了解課堂與車間的聯(lián)系,理論與實(shí)踐的差距,達(dá)到以實(shí)踐促教學(xué)的效果。

      五、教師能力的提高。

      教師能力的提高,不是一句空話,更不是一時(shí)的口號,它是教師繼續(xù)教育、終身學(xué)習(xí)的要求。教師已有的基本功毋庸置疑,但隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步和科技的發(fā)展,我們必須在教學(xué)思想教學(xué)方法上與時(shí)俱進(jìn),放棄一勞永逸的幻想,小心坐吃山空尷尬,“一碗水”的時(shí)代已經(jīng)成為歷史,面對當(dāng)今的教育對象,我們必須牢記水漲才能船高。時(shí)下教師對多媒體技術(shù)的掌握,專業(yè)教師對現(xiàn)代化新技術(shù)、新工藝的學(xué)習(xí),除此之外,還有理實(shí)一體化教學(xué)、項(xiàng)目驅(qū)動(dòng)教學(xué)、情景教學(xué)、案例教學(xué)、仿真模擬教學(xué),這一系列新的方法和模式,都值得我們從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探究和嘗試,把它作為我們新興知識(shí)的增長點(diǎn),讓它也成為學(xué)生受益、自身成長的立足點(diǎn)。為了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代教育,我們必須去努力實(shí)踐與追求,我們必須要求自己迅速成長。隨著教學(xué)改革的逐步深入,以求課堂效率和求學(xué)生發(fā)展的先進(jìn)教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)方法,已被提倡和采用,以自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作探究學(xué)習(xí)、為終身發(fā)展而學(xué)習(xí)為特點(diǎn)的教學(xué)理念也慢慢深入人心,我們必須思考怎樣才能把時(shí)間和空間開放給學(xué)生,采用哪種方法才有利于學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí),采用哪種模式才有利于學(xué)生合作探究,只有這樣,才能真正把傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)從偏離的軌道上拉了過來,才能真正的把教與學(xué)的本位恢復(fù)回來,才能把老師從傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)的藩籬中解放出來。以學(xué)生為主體、以學(xué)生發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的現(xiàn)代教學(xué)思想才會(huì)真正確立起來。所以,理念革新與能力提高是教師的當(dāng)務(wù)之急!
