教師應(yīng)該學(xué)會“用教材”，而不只是 “教教材”。

教師應(yīng)學(xué)會“用教材”，而不只是簡單的“教教材”。葉老說過：“教師為了不教，教材無非是些例子而已”。以往的教學(xué)只是要求講知識點(diǎn)，而現(xiàn)在的《新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》強(qiáng)調(diào)要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會觀察，學(xué)會思考，學(xué)會如何學(xué)習(xí)，培養(yǎng)終身學(xué)習(xí)的能力。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)與新課程教學(xué)有很大區(qū)別，教師與學(xué)生的位置發(fā)生了變化，從“教師中心”發(fā)展為“學(xué)生中心”，教師成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)活動的組織者、引導(dǎo)者、參與者。教師要深入地理解學(xué)生是如何學(xué)習(xí)的，他們的智慧是如何構(gòu)建的。學(xué)生頭腦中的知識不應(yīng)該是“灌進(jìn)去”的，而是應(yīng)該通過活躍的探究學(xué)習(xí)過程建構(gòu)起來的，因此教師要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造性地用教材，要融入自己的科學(xué)精神和智慧，對教材知識進(jìn)行教學(xué)重組和整合，選取更好的內(nèi)容對教材深加工，設(shè)計(jì)出活生生的豐富多彩的課來，充分有效地將教材的知識激活，形成有教師教學(xué)個(gè)性的教材知識，既要有能力把問題簡明地闡釋清楚，同時(shí)也要有能力引導(dǎo)學(xué)生去探索，去自主學(xué)習(xí)。而如果我們依舊按傳統(tǒng)方法去“教教科書”，那我們教師只能是教材的機(jī)械“執(zhí)行者”，成了教材參考資料的簡單“照搬者”。那樣的做法是嚴(yán)重違背課改精神的。

教師應(yīng)該怎么辦

一、讀“合理合法地懲戒學(xué)生”。

教師真的越來越難當(dāng)了，特別是遇到一些差的學(xué)生，教師變得一點(diǎn)辦法都沒有了，打也不是罵也不是。打?qū)W生早已歸入一條罪狀——叫體罰，被明令禁止了；現(xiàn)在連批評也不敢了，批評重了孩子可能想不通，到頭來是教師吃不了兜著走；為了少惹麻煩，一些老師可能抱多一事不如少一事的心態(tài)，采取不作的消極態(tài)度?？墒?，誰都知道，對那些特別差的學(xué)生，教師如果沒有強(qiáng)而有力的懲戒手段，不能有效地控制這一小部分“害群之馬”的行為，那么最終受傷害的可能是大部分好學(xué)生。但教師卻越來越感覺到“黔驢技窮”了。那怎么辦，如何既有效地控制學(xué)生的不良行為，又保護(hù)教師自己呢？在過去，家長和教師一直是站在共同的立場上來管教孩子的。有兩個(gè)原因，一是因?yàn)檫^去，有文化的人不多，在缺少文化的家長看來，滿腹經(jīng)論的教師簡直像神一般，需要頂禮膜拜的，教師焉能有錯(cuò)？二是因?yàn)樵谶^去，人們將師生關(guān)系定為一種倫理關(guān)系，而且這種倫理關(guān)系是仿效倫理中的斧子關(guān)系來確定的，在家里，“老子”打兒子是再平常不過的事了，所以有的家長或許還會授意老師：這小子不聽話，任老師揍他！可現(xiàn)在，教師“為所欲為”的兩大條件都發(fā)生了變化，在家長眼中，教師可能沒什么了不起，你是“一流人物”還能只當(dāng)個(gè)教書匠？在整個(gè)國家民主化進(jìn)程中，教師與學(xué)生不再被認(rèn)為是一種仿效家庭倫理的血緣關(guān)系了，在很多家長看來，教師僅僅是幫助孩子成功的“工具”，這把工具不好使，就告你。于是，教師早已被請下了神壇，新的師生關(guān)系應(yīng)該被建立起來。這種新型的師生關(guān)系建立在國家法律制度的基礎(chǔ)之上，建立這種新的關(guān)系意味著教師不必再扮演“一日師終身父”的角色，而應(yīng)與學(xué)生建立平等的關(guān)系，這種關(guān)系首先不是以血緣，其次不是以感情來維系的。教師對學(xué)生也不必如其父母般“恨鐵不成鋼”，只要對每一名學(xué)生盡心盡職，就算是對這份職業(yè)有所交待了。當(dāng)然教師的不作為不應(yīng)被寬容，積極的態(tài)度應(yīng)該是在合理合法的前提下，有效地懲戒學(xué)生。教師懲戒學(xué)生應(yīng)具有教育性，尊重學(xué)生人格，懲戒應(yīng)合理并公正，要符合相關(guān)程序。

老師，走上三尺講臺，你就要有“我不入地獄誰入地獄”“舍身飼虎”的精神，無論學(xué)生怎樣做你都只能勸解、批評、指正、正面教育，因?yàn)槟惝吘共荒苷f“不承諾放棄使用武力?！边@樣的話，哪怕像文中的這個(gè)男生上課時(shí)正在侵犯騷擾另一位老師同樣必須挺身而出保護(hù)的女生，哪怕老師身上肩負(fù)著全班同學(xué)的未來，哪怕這孩子的錯(cuò)誤導(dǎo)致全班同學(xué)未上好一節(jié)課，每個(gè)人的損失加起來就是30或40節(jié)課

比如浙江教育出版社翻譯出版了一套《科學(xué)探索者》共15冊，該套教材是美國中學(xué)普遍選用的綜合理科教材，被20余個(gè)國家選用，與生物學(xué)有關(guān)的共有5冊，它是新課標(biāo)、新課程、新學(xué)法的最佳參考用書。它還有一本配套的《理科探究性實(shí)驗(yàn)80例》是開展研究性學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)秀參考資料。

4教育理論書籍

華東師大鐘啟泉教授作為新課改的專家，他的《為了中華民族的復(fù)興，為了每位學(xué)生的發(fā)展》一書在教育界可謂耳熟能詳，從這里可以找到新課改的理論支撐。華東師大已故施良方教授的三步曲——《學(xué)習(xí)論》、《課程原理》、《教學(xué)理論》是經(jīng)典之作。北師大費(fèi)娣娜教授的《教育研究方法導(dǎo)論》(安徽教育出版社，1995年)在同類書籍中寫得比較平實(shí)易懂，深受中小學(xué)教師歡迎，立志搞科研的老師最好讀一下，以了解教育科研的規(guī)范方法。邵瑞珍、皮連生先生的《學(xué)與教的心理學(xué)》(華東師大出版社)多次再版，是一本不可多得的教育心理學(xué)入門書。朱永新教授的《我的教育理想》(南京師大出版社)能激發(fā)每一個(gè)教師的教育熱情，肖川教授的教育隨筆《教育的視界》《教育的理想與信念》《教育的智慧與真情》(都由岳麓書社出版)則引導(dǎo)我們進(jìn)行理性思辨，思考什么是真正的教育，教育的真諦是什么?！督o教師的建議》，《多元智能》班主任要多讀書，但應(yīng)該讀什么書呢？
