求職信主要由三部分組成:
第一段:何時(shí)何地從何媒體得知該招聘信息,表明個(gè)人對(duì)該職位的興趣,說明寫信目的。
第二段:主要介紹個(gè)人情況,包括教育背景,工作經(jīng)歷,個(gè)人愛好和性格等。
第三段:希望對(duì)方能考慮自己的申請(qǐng),給予面試機(jī)會(huì),留下聯(lián)系方式,感謝對(duì)方的考慮。Example:

求職材料的基本結(jié)構(gòu)是哪些呢?請(qǐng)看本文解析。
1、教育或教育管理機(jī)構(gòu)編制的推薦表。
這種類型的表格,由于是官方統(tǒng)一印制的,所以結(jié)構(gòu)都是固定、統(tǒng)一的,但國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)與各個(gè)院校自制的表格又有一定差別。我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的國(guó)家最高教育行政管理部門教育部編制的推薦表,其基本結(jié)構(gòu)包括題目、正文和附文三大部分。它的題目適用于全國(guó)各級(jí)各類高等院校的普遍要求,題目就叫《全國(guó)普通高等學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)協(xié)議書》,封面的題目下方分設(shè)畢業(yè)生、系別及專業(yè)、用人單位和學(xué)校名稱四欄,在下面就是制表單位和印發(fā)單位,最后是年月日。具體形式如下(見附表1),在題目的背面,還有一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單協(xié)議,由學(xué)校、用人單位和擇業(yè)學(xué)生共做當(dāng)事人,須各自履行自己的義務(wù)。
正文部分包括個(gè)人求職簡(jiǎn)歷、家庭主要成員、在校主要成績(jī)情況、在校期間獎(jiǎng)懲情況、學(xué)生自薦書和畢業(yè)生情況及意見六個(gè)部分。正文部分共三面多一點(diǎn),第一面包括四個(gè)欄目,結(jié)構(gòu)形式如下(見附表2),第二、三面都是“學(xué)生自薦書”,第四面上部分才是“畢業(yè)生情況及意見”,包括姓名、性別、年齡、專業(yè)、學(xué)歷等基本內(nèi)容,以及應(yīng)聘意見(指是否遵守協(xié)議)、照片等。
附文包括系部學(xué)校意見、用人單位情況及意見以及通訊地址,聯(lián)系人、聯(lián)系電話、郵政編碼等。
各個(gè)大中專院校自制的推薦表與國(guó)家統(tǒng)一編制的表格在結(jié)構(gòu)上大同小異,略有差別。其總體結(jié)構(gòu)也包括題目、正文和附文三個(gè)部分。題目部分也是直接命題,如《×××學(xué)校(學(xué)院)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)推薦表》或《×××學(xué)校(大學(xué))××年畢業(yè)生就業(yè)推薦表》,題目下面一般設(shè)姓名、班級(jí)、專業(yè)、填表日期四個(gè)欄目。
正文部分含學(xué)生基本情況、本人簡(jiǎn)歷、家庭主要成員及學(xué)生自薦書四個(gè)部分。
附文包括系班意見、學(xué)校意見和用人單位意見以及聯(lián)系人、聯(lián)系電話和郵政編碼等內(nèi)容,有的還附有簡(jiǎn)單說明。
這種自制的推薦表與國(guó)家教育部的表格不同之處主要在于協(xié)議部分和本人基本情況的結(jié)構(gòu)位置的區(qū)別。
2、學(xué)生自己編寫的自薦材料的基本結(jié)構(gòu)??偟恼f來,自己編寫的自薦材料,其基本結(jié)構(gòu)是靈活多樣的,但其中仍有基本的規(guī)律存在。一般說來,這種類型的自薦材料包括五個(gè)部分,即標(biāo)題、導(dǎo)語(yǔ)、正文、附文和附件。
(1)標(biāo)題。標(biāo)題在封面上占有顯著的位置,起著主導(dǎo)的作用,它和直接表明材料內(nèi)容和材料所屬情況的文字一起構(gòu)成統(tǒng)一的封面格式。如(見附表3),有的并不要主題式的標(biāo)題,而是直接標(biāo)題,格式略有變化,只要清晰美觀,也是可以的。如(見附表4)。
(2)導(dǎo)語(yǔ)。它是自薦材料正文之前的導(dǎo)引部分。
(3)正文。正文包括畢業(yè)生基本情況、學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)與知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、科研成果、社會(huì)工作與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、獲獎(jiǎng)情況、自薦信、求職信等項(xiàng)目。既可用表格形式來反映,也可用敘述形式來表現(xiàn)。一般自薦信可以使用敘述方式,其他項(xiàng)目用表格形式羅列。
(4)附文。附文包括班主任意見、系組織意見、院(校)組織意見,以及通訊地址、聯(lián)系電話、聯(lián)系人姓名、郵政編碼等等。
(5)附件。包括各種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)證書的原件或復(fù)印件、發(fā)表的各種論文、文章的剪報(bào)的原件或復(fù)印件,各種實(shí)物性圖片、影象資料等等。

2.自我推銷
在這一部分,要直奔主題。這一部分的目標(biāo)就是或用段落或提示號(hào)的方式把為何你的讀者要雇傭你的理由陳列出來,最好先把你的資歷來個(gè)總括,然后再具體的說,加以實(shí)例。一個(gè)典型的開頭可以這樣寫:“我的專業(yè)是政治科學(xué),在美國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)實(shí)習(xí)過,我獲得過以下的成就,具有以下的技能等等。
3.客套話
在這部分里,你要對(duì)此企業(yè)贊賞一番,讓他們知道你很愿意在此服務(wù),你可以提一提企業(yè)的名聲、銷售成績(jī)、公司文化、管理宗旨或任何其他他們感到驕傲的東西。雇主們通常想知道為什么此企業(yè)是你的目標(biāo),而不是你一下發(fā)了許多求職信中的公司中的普通一個(gè)。對(duì)每一個(gè)企業(yè),你要用不同的客套話,以表達(dá)你對(duì)他們的公司有所了解。
4.進(jìn)一步行動(dòng)的要求
一些人認(rèn)為此部分是求職信的結(jié)尾部分,其實(shí)不然。結(jié)尾部分不僅僅只是對(duì)你的雇主花時(shí)間讀你的信表示感謝,這里是開啟另一扇門的地方,這里你可以建議如何進(jìn)一步聯(lián)絡(luò),或打電話或發(fā)email。最重要的事是你以積極肯定的語(yǔ)氣結(jié)束,并主動(dòng)采取行動(dòng)。完整的求職信格式應(yīng)該包括標(biāo)題、稱呼、正文、附件、落款五部分。
1、標(biāo)題
標(biāo)題是求職自薦信標(biāo)志和稱謂,要求醒目、簡(jiǎn)潔、莊雅。要用較大字體在用紙上方標(biāo)注“自薦信”三個(gè)字,顯得大方、美觀。
2、稱呼
這是對(duì)主送單位或收件人的呼語(yǔ)。如用人單位明確,可直接寫上單位名稱,前用“尊敬的”加以修飾,后以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)或統(tǒng)稱“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”落筆,如單位不明確,則用統(tǒng)稱“尊敬的貴單位(公司或?qū)W校)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”領(lǐng)起,最好不要直接冠以最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù),這樣容易引起第一讀者的反感,反而難達(dá)目的。
3、正文
正文是自薦信的核心,開語(yǔ)應(yīng)表示向?qū)Ψ降膯柡蛑乱?。主體部分一般包括簡(jiǎn)介、自薦目的、條件展示、愿望決心和結(jié)語(yǔ)五項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。
簡(jiǎn)介是自我概要的說明,包括自薦人姓名、性別、民族、年齡、籍貫、政治面貌、文化程度、校系專業(yè)、家庭住址、任職情況等要素,要針對(duì)自薦目的作簡(jiǎn)單說明,無須冗長(zhǎng)繁瑣。條件展示是求職自薦信的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,主要應(yīng)寫清自己的才能和特長(zhǎng)。要針對(duì)所求工作的應(yīng)知應(yīng)會(huì)去寫,充分展示求職的條件,從基本條件和特殊條件兩個(gè)方面解決憑什么求的問題?;緱l件應(yīng)寫清政治表現(xiàn)和學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)兩方面內(nèi)容。

結(jié)語(yǔ)一般在正文之后按書信格式寫上祝語(yǔ)或“此致,敬禮”“恭候佳音”之類語(yǔ)名。
4、附件
求職自薦信附件主要包括個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷,證書及文章復(fù)制件、需要附錄說明的材料,也可作為附件一一列出,一些公司招聘時(shí)忌諱用附件,在讀招聘信息中要留意這一點(diǎn)。
5、落款
落款處要寫上”自薦人 的字樣,并標(biāo)注規(guī)范體公元紀(jì)年和月日。隨文處要說明回函的聯(lián)系方式、郵政編碼、地址、信箱號(hào)、電話號(hào)碼及呼機(jī)號(hào)等。署名處如打印復(fù)制件則要留下空白,由求職人親自簽名,以示鄭重和敬意。
自薦信寫作雖有一定的自由度,但務(wù)必要注意文明禮貌,誠(chéng)樸雅致,特別要注意突出才藝與專長(zhǎng)的個(gè)體特征,注意展現(xiàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、業(yè)績(jī)和成果,精心設(shè)計(jì)裝幀,講求格式美觀雅致、追求莊重秀美,使其象一只報(bào)春的輕燕,飛進(jìn)千家萬(wàn)戶,為你帶來佳音。
