二、期初集體備課互動生成 期初的集體備課活動在學(xué)校的組織下，采取新老教師“傳-幫-帶”結(jié)對子的方法，讓經(jīng)驗豐富的老師談自己上課中的所得所失，成與敗，給其他任教的老師寶貴的經(jīng)驗和借鑒。教師從自己的實際情況和客觀條件出發(fā)，深入研究教案，根據(jù)課程改革的目標，通過不斷“調(diào)適”個人的教學(xué)習(xí)慣、行為方式、角色地位、教學(xué)策略，使自己的教育教學(xué)行為，落實到每位學(xué)生的發(fā)展上。

三、周一本段即時式備課落到實處

即時式備課在本年級英語組應(yīng)用得廣泛而有效。上課前三三兩兩地討論一下，上課后再簡單地闡述自己上課過程中的得失供后人借鑒，這就是我們英語組的即時式備課文化。這學(xué)期，每到周一，大家都會聚集在辦公室討論上課心得，或討論隨堂聽課的感觸，或討論接下來的教學(xué)內(nèi)容。在活動中，我們的思維碰撞著，享受著集體討論帶來的智慧。

四、教學(xué)質(zhì)量反饋系統(tǒng)及時

按照期初制定的計劃，本年級備課組每教學(xué)完一個單元進行一次質(zhì)量反饋，這成了我們教研活動雷打不動的常規(guī)。由于本組成員都抓得較實，所以課外有許多試題的編寫任務(wù)就落到了每一位任課老師的肩上。所幸的是每位老師都能積極地承擔(dān)任務(wù)，不折不扣地完成試題的設(shè)計工作，使質(zhì)量反饋工作有條不紊地及時展開。本組各任課老師研討熱烈，尤其是同段的英語教師，各個教師教學(xué)認真，治學(xué)嚴謹，積極補差，所以13位任課教師的所任班級平均分都能控制在幾分內(nèi)。

五、隨堂課的研討簡單有效

課前課后的討論無所保留，課堂教學(xué)更是完全開放，組內(nèi)老師間都能主動地去聽隨堂課。我們組的老師能經(jīng)?？缒昙壜犝n，并且都能以一絲不茍的態(tài)度投入到自己的課堂教學(xué)中去。在隨堂聽課活動中，我們總能聽到其它老師的教學(xué)特色和教學(xué)創(chuàng)新。古語有云，“三人行，必有我?guī)煛保矣X得，“聽他人課，必有所得”。

六、課外英語活動生動有趣

英語讀、背、寫和英語講座等活動，在獲得知識的同時又提高了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。讓每一位同學(xué)都能參與到學(xué)英語當(dāng)中來，體驗成功學(xué)習(xí)英語的快樂。

七、課外輔導(dǎo)已成時尚

每個班都有相對英語學(xué)習(xí)較后進的同學(xué)，各任課教師能做到不輕易放棄，都能及時地給予他們課外輔導(dǎo)，在大家的共同的努力下，各班的落后面都有不同程度的縮小，為我們提高平均分和及格率奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

八、競賽前集中輔導(dǎo)、個別指導(dǎo)效果明顯

在本學(xué)期的全國中學(xué)生英語能力競賽中，我校初二年級通過初賽有16人以高分取得資格代表年級參加最后的決賽；在剛剛結(jié)束的片區(qū)全能競賽中，我校初二的英語總積分率位居全片區(qū)第一，更值得我們一提的是，一等獎人占了2/3。

九、聽說課基本模式已略見雛形

在新課標理念的引領(lǐng)下，我校初二級英語正在摸索具有本校特色的聽說課基本模式。在廖春玲老師的示范課當(dāng)中，我們?nèi)M成員再三觀看課堂錄像，從中診斷課堂，發(fā)現(xiàn)有特色、有價值的東西，從而形成一種固定的模式。

回首這一學(xué)期的工作留下一串足跡，忙碌中也留下反思，有得有失，需要改進的方面是：

1、補差工作的全面開展還有待進行；

2、設(shè)計有效練習(xí)還做得不夠。

希望在后期工作中能揚長避短，一如既往，把工作搞得更好。
