      2、完成院級(jí)《中技數(shù)學(xué)》、《高中英語》精品課程的建設(shè);完善和完成本學(xué)年省級(jí)課題的《高技能人才培養(yǎng)下的教材建設(shè)》、《以多元智能理論為依據(jù),構(gòu)建特色技師學(xué)院的英語教學(xué)體系》初稿編寫工作;完成新生雙高班的數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)習(xí)題冊(cè)和數(shù)學(xué)輔導(dǎo)校本課教材的建設(shè)工作;完成新生第三冊(cè)數(shù)學(xué)模擬試卷編寫工作;完成了校本課程英語必修1、2、3、4冊(cè)練習(xí)題的編寫工作。

      3、積極參加省、市、學(xué)校組織的各項(xiàng)教研和論文評(píng)選活動(dòng),迎接省技工院校英語教師技能比賽,并組織學(xué)生《數(shù)學(xué)應(yīng)用能力》、《英語單詞》競賽和英語朗誦比賽和英文歌曲比賽,以活動(dòng)和比賽促學(xué)風(fēng)、長能力。

      4、開設(shè)公開課,使新教師早日成才,成為學(xué)校教學(xué)和教學(xué)管理的棟梁。

      三、工作成效

      1、堅(jiān)持思想政治學(xué)習(xí)制度,提高個(gè)人政治素養(yǎng)

      一年來,教研室積極參與學(xué)校年初師德師風(fēng)系列活動(dòng),蔣相忠主席精彩的講座和周校長鼓舞人心的動(dòng)員報(bào)告使大家感到工作更有奔頭,為扎扎實(shí)實(shí)、保質(zhì)保量地做好本各項(xiàng)工作作好思想準(zhǔn)備,教研室每月組織政治學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng),提高了教師政治思想覺悟。我室組織學(xué)習(xí)了國家中職改革發(fā)展示范學(xué)校有關(guān)資料,學(xué)習(xí)溫家寶總理在慶祝中華人民共和國成立六十二周年招待會(huì)上的講話 ,學(xué)習(xí)中國共產(chǎn)黨第十七屆中央委員會(huì)第六次全體會(huì)議公報(bào),并聽取李鐵華專家《精益生產(chǎn)實(shí)戰(zhàn)》講座,學(xué)習(xí)貫徹胡錦濤同志全國文代會(huì)作代會(huì)上重要講話,學(xué)習(xí)十七屆六中全會(huì)精神 堅(jiān)持文化發(fā)展中國路等有關(guān)文章,堅(jiān)持以基礎(chǔ)(2)博客網(wǎng)為學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái),相互交流學(xué)習(xí)心得,將理論知識(shí)落實(shí)到自己的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中去,愛崗敬業(yè),關(guān)愛學(xué)生,忠誠于技校的教育事業(yè),刻苦鉆研、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)篤學(xué),不斷提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和教書本領(lǐng),一年來博客文章達(dá)上百篇,遠(yuǎn)超學(xué)校規(guī)定要求篇數(shù)。

      2.堅(jiān)持以研促教、為教興研

      (1)本學(xué)年我教研室繼續(xù)以精品課程研究、開發(fā)校本教材為切入口,張力民等老師和章素貞老師按期完成《雙高班數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)冊(cè)》上、下冊(cè)校本教材和<成考數(shù)學(xué)輔導(dǎo)>教材,并在半下年投入使用受到了學(xué)生好評(píng).由張力民老師主編完成了中技加強(qiáng)班數(shù)學(xué)授課教材的初稿;由張力民、田曉軍、徐國茹、章素貞四位老師完成了“中技數(shù)學(xué)”精品課程的開發(fā)、結(jié)題工作。

      英語組完成了校本課程英語必修1、2、3、4冊(cè)練習(xí)題的編寫,基本完成了《高中英語》精品課程建設(shè)。

      英語組由張惠琴負(fù)責(zé)申報(bào),曹蘇芬、蔣曉青、吳巧丹、顧淑英、柏立清等老師參加的課題項(xiàng)目《以多元智能理論為依據(jù),構(gòu)建特色技師學(xué)院的英語教學(xué)體系》已被確立為省技工院校教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研課題。

      數(shù)學(xué)組由張力民、田曉軍、章素貞、徐國茹老師參加的被列為省級(jí)職業(yè)技能教學(xué)研究所2011重點(diǎn)課題《高技能人才開發(fā)的教材建設(shè)》已著手調(diào)研。

      (2)組織本教研室教師撰寫論文和業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)

      數(shù)學(xué)組有章素貞老師11月在雜志《中國科教創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)刊》發(fā)表論文“高等數(shù)學(xué)精品課程建設(shè)探討”一文。張力民老師12月份在雜志〈職業(yè)〉發(fā)表論文“高技能人才培養(yǎng)與教材建設(shè)”。英語組張惠琴老師《構(gòu)建特色技工院校大專英語教學(xué)體系》,柏立清老師《淺談?dòng)⒄Z課原版影視資源的合理運(yùn)用》、《影視資源在英語課上應(yīng)用的幾點(diǎn)優(yōu)勢(shì)》及《影視資源在英語課上合理應(yīng)用的
