新課標的指導(dǎo)思想要求把任務(wù)型教學和交際教學法靈活地運用于英語課堂。這要求我們具有新的教學觀念、教學思路和教學方法。在課堂教學中,以學生為主體,按照語言學習的規(guī)律,創(chuàng)設(shè)各種情景,調(diào)動學生學習積極性,激活他們的思維,運用各種交際手段,培養(yǎng)他們的綜合能力。
2.以學生為主體,思索出適合學生的課堂活動和任務(wù),使課堂生動有趣,英語簡單易學。
本節(jié)課我設(shè)計的第一個活動是競猜游戲,目的是讓學生復(fù)習上節(jié)課的內(nèi)容,同時鍛煉學生的英語表達能力,增強他們的愛國情感。在授課過程中我利用幻燈片展示出美麗的、貼近本科內(nèi)容的圖片,增強了課堂的趣味性,能吸引學生的注意力。讓學生分組復(fù)述短文,一方面培養(yǎng)了學生合作的團隊精神,另一方面加強了他們對短文的理解和英語總結(jié)能力。句子接龍游戲不僅增強了英語學習的趣味性,而且復(fù)習了本單元的重點語法項目——用that 和which 引導(dǎo)的定語從句。
3.良好的學習習慣可以拓展到課外,尤其是自主學習與研究性學習不僅使學生在成長過程中受益,還有助于他們培養(yǎng)與保持持久地興趣。
本課中家庭作業(yè)是讓學生收集資料做明信片,體現(xiàn)了教學設(shè)計不僅僅指課內(nèi),還應(yīng)延伸到課堂之外,根據(jù)學生年齡特點和興趣愛好,積極開展各種任務(wù)型的課外活動,有助于學生增長知識,開闊視野,展現(xiàn)才能。

2015年英語中考已順利結(jié)束,回顧這學期的教學感觸頗多。四個月緊張而又忙綠的復(fù)習之后,有得有失,喜憂參半?,F(xiàn)將本學期的教學工作總結(jié)如下:
一、不恥下問,刻苦鉆研。本人教學經(jīng)驗欠缺,所以除了自己兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、刻苦鉆研外還經(jīng)常向有經(jīng)驗的同事“取經(jīng)”,上課之前,我主動和他們切磋一些疑惑的問題和教學方法,然后結(jié)合自己所帶班級的實際情況和自己的教學方法,取長補短,確保每一節(jié)課達到預(yù)期的效果,最好的效果;課后,我在書中“取經(jīng)”,梳理知識,打通“經(jīng)脈”,索取精華,為學生輸入最好的“營養(yǎng)”。
二、復(fù)習流程:在本學期2月份末完成了初三年級教材的最后兩單元,也就是說在3月份初開始進入全面系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習。我根據(jù)手中的復(fù)習資料,通過對知識的梳理,大致從以下三個步驟進行復(fù)習的。
1、基礎(chǔ)知識的復(fù)習。我要求學生充分利用晨讀時間過課本,從單詞、短語、句子、對話、課文這幾個方面全面、扎實的復(fù)習。在課堂上,我們共同總結(jié)歸納重點單詞、短語、句型,主要培養(yǎng)了學生自學和自我整理的能力。熟悉掌握書本上的重要句型和短文,有助于閱讀和寫作。在這一階段我特別注重基礎(chǔ)知識的運用能力的培養(yǎng)。有些學生單詞短語都能背下來,但到了具體的做題當中,就楞住了,這就說明學生不會運用語言,學以致用,但學的東西不會用,這是教學的失敗,與教學目標背道而馳。所以我在這一階段過得很慢但比較扎實,我確保學生學一點,會一點更要會用一點,落到實處。這一階段復(fù)習完后的練兵考試表明有所成效,在我們班里有幾個中等生原來考四五十分的基礎(chǔ)上能夠跨越及格線,真是可喜可賀啊。
2、語法專項復(fù)習。這一階段以學生復(fù)習為主,我“畫龍點睛”,對癥下藥。復(fù)習內(nèi)容包括冠詞、名詞、介詞、連詞、動詞、各類句式等。這些內(nèi)容已在第一階段穿插復(fù)習過,再不必繁瑣,學生復(fù)習完后,有什么問題解決什么問題,再針對運用時比較容易出錯的問題,我會重點講解強化訓(xùn)練,以防“舊病復(fù)發(fā)”。
3、題型專項訓(xùn)練。主要有單項選擇,完型填空、閱讀理解、口語交際、任務(wù)型閱讀、寫作。這一階段主要是展現(xiàn)學生綜合運用語言能力的水平。也是加強學生綜合運用語言的能力。主要進行試題訓(xùn)練,在訓(xùn)練中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題分析問題解決問題,除了強化知識性的的東西外,我特別注重教學生做題技巧方法,緊扣題型,教學生如何審題,答題的方法,對試題結(jié)構(gòu)加以認真研究。
三、我特別重視每一次的練兵考試。每次練兵考試結(jié)束,我要求學生針對每次的考試進行自我剖析,試卷分析,要求學生把自己錯了的或不會的題摘到一個本子上——糾錯本,到復(fù)習完后,讓學生拿出這個本子,重新回憶、做一遍。在講解試題時,我舉一反
三、由點到面,輻射相關(guān)的內(nèi)容。對于出錯的題,誰出錯誰解決,培養(yǎng)了學生自救自查自評的能力。這樣學生學到的知識方得以鞏固,拓展,避免舊病重發(fā)。
四、提高學生的寫作能力。寫作一直以來是教學中面對的疑難問題,也是學生頭疼的一道關(guān)。我采用了指導(dǎo)+訓(xùn)練的方法。每一星期至少寫一篇作文,按照復(fù)習順序,從初一到初三凡涉及到的話題作文,都要求寫。寫完后,我認真逐字逐句批改,對于共性問題,在課堂上集中解決,對于個性問題我個別談話交流。再者我還給學生布置一些社會性的,焦點性的議論性的寫作,不斷加強訓(xùn)練,學生的作文水平有了一定的提高,事實上,寫作是語言運用能力的體現(xiàn),是基礎(chǔ)知識掌握程度及靈活運用的驗證。總之,這學期的教學工作使我受益匪淺。從中,我得到了一些寶貴的經(jīng)驗,學到了很多。。對于存在的問題有待于今后努力的完善,解決。
