說課,高師大學(xué)生職業(yè)技能形成的突破口
—寫在高師大學(xué)生參加全國中學(xué)化學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)課說課觀摩評比之后
今年暑期,8月16日至20日中國教育學(xué)會化學(xué)教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會在內(nèi)蒙古包頭一機(jī)一中成功舉辦了“2010年全國中學(xué)化學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)課(華北區(qū))觀摩評比暨教學(xué)改革研討會”。這次會議是以華北五省市區(qū)為主,全國優(yōu)秀中學(xué)化學(xué)教師參加,由內(nèi)蒙古教育學(xué)會化學(xué)教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會承辦的一次集講課、說課觀摩評比以及教改研討為一體的大會。出席大會的有中國教育學(xué)會化學(xué)教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會、北京、天津、河北、山西和內(nèi)蒙古教育學(xué)會化學(xué)教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會、包頭市教育局、內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)院的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、專家以及各地中學(xué)化學(xué)教師三百余人。會上觀摩并展示了華北五省市(區(qū))選拔推薦出來的11節(jié)現(xiàn)場講課和26節(jié)說課。
其中,太原師范學(xué)院未來教師俱樂部選送的《愛護(hù)水資源》一節(jié)說課,構(gòu)思巧妙,創(chuàng)意新穎,選手臨場表現(xiàn)精彩,博得了與會專家和中學(xué)教師的一致好評,獲得一等獎。同時,也引發(fā)了大家對于高師大學(xué)生與中學(xué)教師同臺獻(xiàn)藝競技的舉措、高師大學(xué)生的專業(yè)化發(fā)展、高師院校強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生的職業(yè)技能以及大學(xué)生如何向職業(yè)人轉(zhuǎn)化等一系列問題的深度思考。
問題與思考
近年來,大學(xué)生就業(yè)難,是不爭的事實(shí),然而,大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)以及由此而引申的課程與教學(xué)改革卻未見實(shí)質(zhì)性的改觀。高師院校與基礎(chǔ)教育接軌,高師大學(xué)生了解中小學(xué)、熟悉中小學(xué)也是業(yè)內(nèi)人士的共識,但在具體的操作中,諸如改革現(xiàn)有的高師課程結(jié)構(gòu),調(diào)整教學(xué)計劃,強(qiáng)化師范類學(xué)生對基礎(chǔ)教育的認(rèn)知,等等,卻難得有所創(chuàng)舉。取而代之的,卻是轟轟烈烈的“考研熱”。
說到考研,當(dāng)然是一個不錯的選擇,也是大學(xué)生提升自己、發(fā)展自我的一條路徑。但是為什么考研?考研選什么研究方向?怎么去考?以及上了研究生之后如何發(fā)展自己?卻少有人繼續(xù)追究,一個所謂“充分的”理由就是為了將來好就業(yè)。這一現(xiàn)象更多地呈現(xiàn)在上世紀(jì)末以師專、師范學(xué)校為班底合并、升格、擴(kuò)建的學(xué)院或師范學(xué)院里,在這些院校的各院系里,你會發(fā)現(xiàn)這樣的榮譽(yù)牌——“考研先進(jìn)單位”,在他們的報欄和宣傳櫥里、大型展板上,都張貼著該院系近年來上研學(xué)生的照片及簡介。這些院系以學(xué)生上研為榮,入學(xué)教育即以“好好學(xué)習(xí),將來考研”為重要內(nèi)容。在他們的學(xué)生管理工作中,一項(xiàng)重要的內(nèi)容就是做好學(xué)生的考研準(zhǔn)備工作。系總支書記、團(tuán)系委書記、班主任、輔導(dǎo)員等與學(xué)生工作有關(guān)的老師無不經(jīng)常鼓動學(xué)生考研,做相關(guān)的引導(dǎo)。有的系甚至為學(xué)生提供專門的教室和場所準(zhǔn)備考研,在教學(xué)資源的分配上,有意無意地向考研有關(guān)的課程傾斜??傊淠康木褪且浴翱佳新省毖b飾自我,贏取所謂的“先進(jìn)”,年年輪回,周而復(fù)始。似乎對于學(xué)生以專業(yè)為基礎(chǔ),個性為基質(zhì),職業(yè)為方向的發(fā)展并不介意。更不去追究學(xué)生全面、系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。最后的結(jié)果,就是把高中階段的考風(fēng)延續(xù)到大學(xué),而把大學(xué)的理念與追求完全拋之于腦后。使學(xué)生被包圍在“浮躁虛華”的氛圍之中,其必然的結(jié)果就是“眼高手低”、“重知輕行”、“務(wù)虛不實(shí)”。
從高師院校的課程設(shè)置來看,《教育學(xué)》、《心理學(xué)》、《學(xué)科教學(xué)論》、《微格教學(xué)》以及教育實(shí)習(xí)等課程應(yīng)該是師范院校的特色課程了,然而,在現(xiàn)實(shí)的教學(xué)過程中大都與“思政”類課程待遇相同。由于機(jī)制、氛圍、導(dǎo)向等多方面的制約,使得這類課程陷入了走程序和走過場的境地,學(xué)生應(yīng)付應(yīng)付,考個及格,拿到學(xué)分了事。至于高師四年唯一的一次教育實(shí)習(xí),許多院校安排在大四年級進(jìn)行,且多以自主的形式讓學(xué)生自己聯(lián)系一所學(xué)校去實(shí)習(xí),結(jié)果大部分學(xué)生并沒有實(shí)實(shí)在在地實(shí)習(xí),而是在最后填一張表,讓所聯(lián)系學(xué)校寫幾句“好話”(評語)了事。究其原因,主要是大四這一年,第一學(xué)期為考研而忙碌,第二學(xué)期為就業(yè)而奔波,根本就沒有心思靜下心來好好實(shí)習(xí),真正訓(xùn)練自己的從教技能。這樣,師范類大學(xué)生四年本科對于教育教學(xué)的理解,仍然停留在感性的經(jīng)驗(yàn)認(rèn)識階段,與綜合大學(xué)的學(xué)生相比,根本看不出其特別之處。有些學(xué)校的畢業(yè)生甚至連一節(jié)像樣的教案都寫不出來,更談不上有的放矢的設(shè)計教學(xué)了。
值得欣慰的是,太原師范學(xué)院未來教師俱樂部的探索和嘗試取得了令人可喜的成績,該俱樂部近年來主動尋求高師大學(xué)生與中小學(xué)聯(lián)系的路徑,積極參與省市中小學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)課講課、說課以及優(yōu)秀教學(xué)設(shè)計和教學(xué)論文的評比活動,收到了明顯的效果。
探索與嘗試
太原師范學(xué)院未來教師俱樂部選送說課作品,參加全國大賽,已經(jīng)不是第一次了。2008年11月,在北京二中召開的“全國高中化學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)課(華北區(qū))觀摩評比暨教學(xué)改革研討會”上,由該院課程與教學(xué)論研究室張鎮(zhèn)老師策劃、設(shè)計、指導(dǎo),化學(xué)系學(xué)生陳瑞寧和郭晉梟共同參與并完成的說課《金屬的腐蝕和防護(hù)》即獲得了一等獎。當(dāng)時,這一作品是經(jīng)山西省教育學(xué)會化學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會選拔推薦而參賽的,省化學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會的專家給予了悉心指導(dǎo)。作品結(jié)合實(shí)際,大膽創(chuàng)新,以二人組合的形式進(jìn)行說課,一經(jīng)呈現(xiàn),就讓大家眼前一亮。加之,作品構(gòu)思嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),過程設(shè)計完整,課件制作精良并富有創(chuàng)意,更引起與會代表的強(qiáng)烈反響,受到大家一致好評。今年,該校07級學(xué)生呂書靜和楊生瑋在包頭會議上展示的說課《愛護(hù)水資源》,也是在張鎮(zhèn)老師的策劃、設(shè)計、指導(dǎo)下師生共同完成的。作品圍繞“愛護(hù)水資源”這一主題,以“水之旅”為主線,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過“水之貌、水之恙、水之聲、水之法和水之愛”的調(diào)研活動展開研究性學(xué)習(xí),最后以小組匯報展示的形式結(jié)束課程。既體現(xiàn)了新課改的主旨,又巧妙地激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,使學(xué)生動起來,在做中學(xué),在活動中學(xué)。說課中,翔實(shí)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,精彩的現(xiàn)場演講,輔之以精美的ppt動畫和視頻,贏得與會代表的一致認(rèn)肯,再次獲得了該項(xiàng)目的最高獎。
獲獎是令人高興的,然而獲獎的過程卻讓人值得體味。2006年初,張鎮(zhèn)老師在太原師范學(xué)院和學(xué)生一起組建“未來教師俱樂部”,同年后半年籌備“說課研究小組”。其實(shí),這都是當(dāng)時師生之間自行興起的一些學(xué)習(xí)研究小組。既沒有固定的場所,也沒有專門的人員,大家都是以自己的興趣和愛好自覺地走到一起的。2007年1月,03級學(xué)生盧永存在張老師的指導(dǎo)下,參加了在哈爾濱舉行的“全國中學(xué)化學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)課(華北、東北區(qū))觀摩評比暨教學(xué)改革研討會”的教學(xué)設(shè)計評比,結(jié)果獲得一等獎。這件事,大大激發(fā)了同學(xué)們參與中學(xué)教學(xué)研究的積極性。同年年底,在山西省教育學(xué)會化學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會第六屆第五次年會上,即有21位同學(xué)在張老師的指導(dǎo)下參加了全省中學(xué)化學(xué)優(yōu)秀教研論文及優(yōu)秀教學(xué)設(shè)計評比并獲獎。之后,在08年、09年山西省教育學(xué)會化學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會的年會上,均有數(shù)十位同學(xué)參與優(yōu)秀教學(xué)論文和教學(xué)設(shè)計的評比并獲獎。所有這些參評的教學(xué)設(shè)計以及教研論文,都是經(jīng)過張老師悉心指導(dǎo)而完成的。今年包頭會議上,除上述說課獲獎之外,仍有十幾位同學(xué)參加優(yōu)秀論文和教學(xué)設(shè)計的評審并獲獎。
目前,介紹并組織在校大學(xué)生參加省以及全國有關(guān)中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)研究活動已成為“未來教師俱樂部”的一項(xiàng)重要工作。更為重要的是,這樣的引導(dǎo)使高師大學(xué)生獲得了中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)改革的信息,掌握了基礎(chǔ)教育改革和發(fā)展的動態(tài),明晰自己所學(xué)與將來所用的關(guān)系,拉近了高校與社會之間的距離?,F(xiàn)今,“未來教師俱樂部”正準(zhǔn)備將這方面的工作進(jìn)一步引申,為學(xué)生提供更好的平臺,推進(jìn)高師大學(xué)生與社會、與基礎(chǔ)教育的聯(lián)系。而“說課研究小組”亦正在開發(fā)更多更優(yōu)秀的說課作品,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生研究中小學(xué)教材,熟悉各學(xué)科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計課堂教學(xué),最大限度地挖掘高師大學(xué)生的潛能,提升他們的從教能力,從而發(fā)揮大學(xué)的研究優(yōu)勢,與中小學(xué)教師并肩為新課程改革建言獻(xiàn)力。
突破與建構(gòu)
說課,作為我國基礎(chǔ)教育教研實(shí)踐中產(chǎn)生的一種形式,已經(jīng)走過了二十多年的發(fā)展歷程。二十年來,說課始終與我國中小學(xué)教學(xué)實(shí)踐緊密聯(lián)系,廣泛地運(yùn)用于各式各樣的教研活動當(dāng)中,發(fā)揮著特有的功能,體現(xiàn)出明顯的績效和價值。隨著我國基礎(chǔ)教育改革的不斷深化,說課的形式和內(nèi)涵也有了質(zhì)的提升和飛躍,逐步從起初經(jīng)驗(yàn)式的運(yùn)作發(fā)展到了教育教學(xué)理論范疇的研究,并在教學(xué)研究的實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)及時得到檢驗(yàn)、充實(shí)、優(yōu)化和完善。既開拓了教研活動的形式和內(nèi)涵,也有效地推進(jìn)了教師教學(xué)智慧的生成及其發(fā)展。更為重要的是,說課內(nèi)涵及其形式的不斷開發(fā)和衍進(jìn),也為當(dāng)代教育學(xué)教學(xué)論的發(fā)展開辟了新的視野。目前,說課這一獨(dú)具“中國特色”的教研活動形式,正伴隨著我國基礎(chǔ)教育改革的浪潮以更加豐富多彩的形式呈現(xiàn)在各級各類各學(xué)科的教研活動之中。
大學(xué)生說課,從現(xiàn)實(shí)的教育機(jī)制和社會狀況分析,很明顯是彌補(bǔ)當(dāng)前高師院校課程設(shè)置的缺陷和不足,特別是補(bǔ)充高師院校高年級學(xué)生進(jìn)行教育見習(xí)和教育實(shí)習(xí)不到位的一種確實(shí)可行的措施。開設(shè)說課類課程,至少可以使學(xué)生在熟悉教材、解讀課標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計教學(xué)過程,研究教學(xué)的各個環(huán)節(jié),從理性的角度真正認(rèn)知中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)。鑒于在校大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn),組織形式多樣的說課,諸如雙人說課、多人說課、小組說課、師生共同說課、研究性說課以及說課比賽,既可以提升高師大學(xué)生的從教認(rèn)知水平和設(shè)計能力,也營造了良好的高師教育教學(xué)氛圍,同時,對于改革高師課程體系,建構(gòu)切合我國基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的新的高師課程模式具有積極地現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
2007年以來,太原師范學(xué)院未來教師俱樂部開發(fā)出一系列切合中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)的公共選修課,如《說課概論》、《中學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)課觀摩鑒賞及聽課評課指導(dǎo)》、《教學(xué)的技術(shù)》等業(yè)已在全校開出。這些課程與教育系開出的《現(xiàn)代教育思想》、《班主任工作》以及之前由該?;A(chǔ)部開出的《微格教學(xué)》、《三筆字》、《新課標(biāo)解讀》等課程,共同構(gòu)成了太原師范學(xué)院體現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)教育教學(xué)特征的選修課程體系的雛形。目前該校正在建構(gòu)更為系統(tǒng)、全面的,聯(lián)系中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)改革的課程群。通過一系列課程的改革,真正為學(xué)生的發(fā)展,為基礎(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展闖出一條路徑。除此之外,未來教師俱樂部還積極運(yùn)作,廣泛參與省市以及全國中小學(xué)各學(xué)科的教研活動,力求突破條條塊塊分割,加大高師與中小學(xué)的聯(lián)系,探索“高師——中小學(xué)——教研室(教科所)”三位一體共同服務(wù)于基礎(chǔ)教育的良性互動格局,使大學(xué)的研究優(yōu)勢與中小學(xué)的實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)相結(jié)合,把高師大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)與成長納入基礎(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展之中,從根本上推動基礎(chǔ)教育的改革與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
說課,作為一種簡便易行的教研形式,作為教學(xué)論現(xiàn)代性發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容,正發(fā)揮著積極而有效的作用。大學(xué)生說課,既可以緩解現(xiàn)今高師大學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)難、實(shí)習(xí)不到位的尷尬局面,也可以對當(dāng)前中學(xué)教研活動的深入開展起到補(bǔ)充和促動作用。從某種意義上說,大學(xué)生與中學(xué)教師同臺說課,是將大學(xué)的研究優(yōu)勢與中學(xué)的實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)相聯(lián)系的良好嘗試。高師大學(xué)生說課,是提升其職業(yè)技能的有效措施,是高師課程改革的重要突破口。

1.The topic of this unit is “a land of diversity”——USA,the multicultural country.So the reading material chooses “California”, the most multicultural state, as a typical case to embody the special characteristic “diversification”.2.The reading material is closely related to the knowledge of geography and history which the students have learnt during their senior period.So with the assist of what they have known, I believe they will have a better understanding about the material.B Teaching aims:

Step1.Warming up
Divide the students into three or four parts and then start a competition by racing to answer my questions about American which relevant to the background information of the content.The purpose is to create a relaxing and active atmosphere and recall the students’ memory about the knowledge they have learnt before, making better preparation for the next part——reading。
Step2.Pre-reading Before reading, I will let my students make a guesstimate and point out students sharing their guess with class: “combine the title of this unit with the headline, subtitle and the picture of the passage, could you make a guess what the text want to talk about? Why? ”
We can always get some important information by reading the title of the article, quick and convenient.So it is a good approach for students to start reading.Step3.Fast reading

Ⅰ(The first part is)Teaching material analysis It is the last unit in primary school.So it plays an important role in this term.I take the lesson as a review class.This lesson shows deeply human approach.As I see, we should learn the lesson by review and design.Ⅱ(The second part is)Teaching aims
I have three objects.There knowledge objects ability object , and moral object.Knowledge objects:
Review the grammar we have learned and teach the students to learn more expressions.Ability object:
