作為閩臺合作最大項目的東南汽車城和“戴?克”汽車項目所在地,該鎮(zhèn)充 分發(fā)揮區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和汽車項目的集聚效應(yīng),大力實施“工業(yè)強鎮(zhèn)”的經(jīng)濟戰(zhàn)略,帶 動農(nóng)業(yè)和商貿(mào)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展,逐步形成了工、商、貿(mào)三位一體經(jīng)濟戰(zhàn)略格局,有力 地推動了青口工業(yè)化和城市經(jīng)濟大發(fā)展,呈現(xiàn)出了一派生機勃勃的創(chuàng)業(yè)新景象。
隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和人們生活水平的普遍提高、閑暇時間和可自由支配收入的增多,使旅游業(yè)快速增長,單純自然狀態(tài)的旅游資源開發(fā)已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足旅
游者的需求。因此,主題公園作為一種集娛樂性、參與體驗性、文化性和高科技 性等多重特色為一體的新型現(xiàn)代公園,逐漸成為世界各地重要的新興旅游景點,并且發(fā)展前景廣闊。
2011 年是十二五規(guī)劃得開局之年,在中央大力促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟,科技,教育等發(fā)展 的大背景下,有利賴于高科技高投入的汽車主題公園的發(fā)展。雖然福州市政府和 閩侯鎮(zhèn)政府的支持,在資金、交通等各個方面提高了青口汽車主題公園的落成及 發(fā)展的可行性,但是相對廈門、大連等一線旅游城市來說,福州旅游知名度低。2.市場分析 1)、東南亞市場空白,市場發(fā)展前景巨大。雖然我國有幾個主題公園,特別 是廈門在建的金港汽車公園。但是東南亞的這類市場還是空白的。這說明了我們 青口汽車文化主題公園要吸引東南亞那些對汽車及汽車文化的興趣,尋求新鮮、刺激、個性的消費者還是很容易的。2)、主題公園發(fā)展趨勢高漲,人們對這種具有各種元素融合的主題公園關(guān)注 提高,但也加大了汽車主題被取代的風(fēng)險。所以我們要突出青口汽車文化主題公 園的特色。使其主題個性更突出、科技感更強,擁有更多新鮮的項目設(shè)施(汽車 博物館、地下汽車基地、汽車原理館、萬象廣場、山地賽車場等)。它建成后將 成為一座多元化、現(xiàn)代化、文化型、花園式的汽車主題公園。3)、汽車普及率上升,人們對汽車文化興趣增強。據(jù)統(tǒng)計到10 年9 月底中國 汽車保有量達(dá)到8500 萬輛。所以會有更多的消費者會選擇來我們的青口汽車文 化主題公園來游玩。4)、旅游支出數(shù)據(jù)提高。2010 年我市城鎮(zhèn)居民在文化娛樂服務(wù)方面人均支出
855 元,比上年增長18.1%。其中戶均2.6 人次外出旅游,比上年增加0.57 人次; 人均旅游花費816 元,比上年增長31.1%;人均參觀旅游和參加團體旅游的支出 分別為85 元、592 元,分別比上年增長5.6%、36.4%。因此,主題公園作為一種 新型現(xiàn)代公園,逐漸成為世界各地重要的新興旅游景點,并且發(fā)展前景廣闊。3.消費者分析

青口鎮(zhèn)位于福建省閩侯縣東南端、閩江下游,福州至福清工業(yè)走廊中心地段。東西南三面群山環(huán)抱,北臨烏龍江,境內(nèi)有青潭、安民、梅溪三條溪流匯聚淘江。中部平原廣闊,是福廈走廊進(jìn)入省城福州市去的南大門。全鎮(zhèn)面積127平方公里,耕地面積16821 畝,轄六個經(jīng)濟管理區(qū),38 個行政村和2 個社區(qū)。
閩侯縣青口鎮(zhèn)始建于1983 年。1992 年11 月改為建制鎮(zhèn),1988 年秋創(chuàng)辦青 口投資區(qū),2002 年6 月份市委、市政府把青口投資區(qū)上升為福州市級工業(yè)區(qū)來 管理,2010 年,被福建省省委省政府確定為全省小城鎮(zhèn)綜合改革建設(shè)試點鎮(zhèn)。青口鎮(zhèn)人杰地靈。主要名勝古跡有:國內(nèi)戰(zhàn)爭時期中共福建省委機關(guān)駐地南陽頂 下巖洞、報界先驅(qū)林白水紀(jì)念館、大義觀音橋、楊厝龜山閣、國家級文物保護單 位青圃靈濟宮及御碑亭。
青口鎮(zhèn)是福建省汽車制造生產(chǎn)基地,擁有東南汽車和戴姆勒汽車整車廠以及 汽車配套廠120 家,吸引了美國克萊斯勒、日本三菱、德國奔馳等多家世界知名 汽車企業(yè)前來投資、合作,已成為海峽西岸以汽車制造及其零部件生產(chǎn)為主的機 械制造業(yè)重要基地。曾先后獲得福州市“超一流經(jīng)濟強鎮(zhèn)”、“全國千強鎮(zhèn)”、“全 省百強鎮(zhèn)”等榮譽稱號。2010 年,完成規(guī)模以上工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值218.83 億元;財政 收入17.19 億元,比增64%;全社會固定資產(chǎn)投資25.02 億元,比增20.1%。
汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展
1、福建戴姆勒汽車工業(yè)有限公司(簡稱福建戴姆勒)
于2007 年6 月正式成立,由福建省汽車工業(yè)集團與戴姆勒輕型汽車香港有限公 司以雙方各占50%的股份共同合資組建。該項目是福建汽車工業(yè)在閩臺合作基礎(chǔ) 上成功實現(xiàn)的國際合作,系福建省委省政府大力扶持的重點支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)項目。
2、東南汽車
1995 年,福建省汽車工業(yè)集團公司與臺灣最大的汽車企業(yè)裕隆集團所屬中華汽 車公司,組建最大的海峽兩岸合資汽車企業(yè)---東南(福建)汽車工業(yè)有限公司。2006 年東南汽車研發(fā)中心獲得了福建省“省級技術(shù)研究中心”的稱號,2007 年被評定為“福建省高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”,并于2008 年取得了國家實驗室的稱號。

鎮(zhèn)總體規(guī)劃委托上海同濟大學(xué)城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究編制,規(guī)劃區(qū)總用底面積約
30.3平方公里,規(guī)劃期限:近期2010—2015;遠(yuǎn)期:2015—2030 年。規(guī)劃定位: 福州市東南部汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)新城。規(guī)劃布局結(jié)構(gòu):“一心三片”:用地規(guī)模:到2030 年城市建設(shè)用地面積委4.81平方公里。近期到2015 年城市建設(shè)用地面積為17平方公里。人口規(guī)模:到30 年人口規(guī)模為23 萬人;近期到15 年規(guī)模為15 萬人。
在建項目
1.汽車文化廣場
海峽汽車文化廣場主要建筑的主體工程施工已全面展開,一期工程的260 畝將力爭在年底前建成。該項目總建設(shè)用地1456 畝,分為汽車超市綜合區(qū)和4S 專營區(qū)兩大部分。其中4S 專營區(qū)用地546 畝,規(guī)劃容納4S 汽車銷售企業(yè)45 家; 汽車超市綜合區(qū)用地910 畝。2.公交客運站
公交首末站占地面積10667.2 ㎡(合16 畝),計劃總投資月1000 萬,分二期 建設(shè):一期建設(shè)31 路公交車站,二期建設(shè)公交總站。新車站叫將成為青口地區(qū) 最大的公交樞紐系統(tǒng),不僅滿足百姓的出行需要,而且更提高了群眾出行的安全 性。

各參賽隊在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)成功通過障礙游戲(解手鏈游戲)后方可進(jìn)入問答環(huán)節(jié)。參賽隊隨機抽取一道題目并在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)作答,回答正確(即闖關(guān)成功)可以繼續(xù)抽題作答(回答錯誤不能繼續(xù)作答),正確回答一道加5分,但一個問答點一次最多可以作答三次。

注:參展費用簽訂本協(xié)議之日一次性付清。此參展費用不含稅收費用,需開票客戶另收取稅費。活動內(nèi)容:
1.模特走秀:美女配寶駒,看車更看人。如今名車和模特似乎誰也離不開誰,有一種現(xiàn)象,很多人在看車的同時都會關(guān)注車模,甚至有些人看完車模再評價車型。本屆展會邀請人氣車模到場定會人氣爆棚。2.娛樂活動,演藝節(jié)目:培訓(xùn)學(xué)校、民間藝人組織將到現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行才藝表演。別出心裁的演出將吸引大批觀展市民到現(xiàn)場觀看,展會人氣定會倍
