Summary about exchange life During my exchange period at Linnaeus University, I have plenty of new experiences and beautiful memory.I will from the follow three aspects to share my experiences: living in Vaxjo, studying at Linnaeus University and interesting activities.Living in Vaxjo

Vaxjo is the capital of Kronoberg Country in southeastern Sweden.Vaxjo is surrounded by a beautiful countryside.Forests, lakes and rivers make Smaland an attractive area for those who love outdoor activities.Vaxjo gives me the feel is quiet, beautiful, harmonious.I like everything here, especially the beautiful castle in the campus and the road along the lake when walk to the downtown.Safety is a top priority when it comes to life.Here no matter you by bus or on foot, I feel very safe, however in China, if in the bus you always need to particularly worried about your wallet and cell phone, due to a lot of thieves.I found a very interesting thing, in supermarkets and shops you can see candles everywhere and candles often placed in the window.It is obviously that the candle is essential in the Swedish daily life.I guess that Candle of cultural metaphor their understanding of the bright, no matter what is now, the future is always bright!The people here is very friendly, when I ask them questions, they always smiles and answer quickly.Willy:s is my favorite supermarket, inside there are many kinds of food.Something even more cheaper than China, the milk is really cheap I thank.The apartment at Campus is very comfortable.My apartment,22m2 , with toilet, shower, kitchen, freezer, fridge, stove, furniture and various kitchen utensils.This is big different from Chinese university dormitory, we don't have kitchen and we eat on the school cafeteria unless Overseas Education school.This semester, I not only learned how to make Chinese-style meals, but also learned to make western food.Most important is learned to live independently and live better.Life is not perfect;the way you live can make it perfectly wonderful.Studying at Linnaeus University This semester a total of selected four courses including: the elderly in the modern society, social work in an intercultural perspective, Perspective on contemporary illness, and welfare policy in Sweden.Through these four courses of study, I learned much, such as knowledge of the normal aging process, understanding of the contemporary illness, basic knowledge and a better understanding of welfare system, social policies and social problem from an intercultural perspective.From the last course, I have the basic knowledge of the Swedish welfare.All course include written and/or oral examinations.Through the way, on one hand, gaining the necessary skills to write and present a literature study, on the other hand, oral examination can improve my spoken English, more and more confidence.I am very grateful to these four courses the teachers!In addition to knowledge of the harvest, I am so happy to study together with students from many countries.Generally, normal class time is not too long, but we need to do homework often reading articles.From this way a large degree to develop my self-learing ability.I love the homework based on the team collaboration, not only improve our ability to communicate but also enhance our spirit of cooperation.There are no final exams covering the entire semester’s course work.There are two success marks awarded in the Swedish university system:”Pass”-“G” and “Pass with Distinction”_”VG’.Students are encouraged to ask questions, both in the classroom and outside.Classes often consist of discussions around chosen topics rather than teacher-provided lectures.Don’t hesitate to ask questions about things you don’t quite understand or comment on issues you disagree with.There is a big difference between Swedish education ways and Chinese education ways.There is no doubt that our educational system leaves something to be desired.For example, before end of each semester, Chinese students are particularly large pressure, they need to review all subjects what they have learned this semester.On no account can we ignore the value of knowledge.Learning make life more richer.So precious is time that we can’t afford to waste.The harder you work, the more progress you make.The exchange live time is fly!

Interesting activities

As the saying goes: work while you work, play while play.All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.When I do not have classes, I also take part in some fun activities.What impressed me is an invitation to accept visit a primary school，visit a lovely elementary school, Fagrab?ckskolan.During that week that school organizing a theme for their students, and the theme for this autumn is International Meetings.Their students will have the opportunity to learn about other cultures through seminars, workshops and other fun activities.And I need to share what it is like to grow up in my home countries.That day i participate, the teacher treat me to a school lunch in the school cafeteria.It is from that time I realized that the original Swedish students have free lunch.In China, primary students need to have lunch at home every

day.These days in Vaxjo, I celebrated Halloween, Lucia Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.And remember that Christina took us to Christmas market, where we find so many Swedish the local specialty products, like glasswork and so on, and also feel the Christmas spirit.We also specially went to the church on the Lucia Day, very lovely, very exciting show, and Lucia is so beautiful!The New Year's Day, my greatest wish is the social work developing more quickly in China!

On January 3, I went to travel, to the Swedish capital Stockholm, to Munich, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest and France.This is the first time in my life the true meaning of travel!

After I get there, I also have make a lot of friends there.Some are Japanese, some are Germany and most of them are Swedish.They are really nice and helpful.We often have some party, and they had taught me a lot of things.A Japanese girl, which named Ayaka, and Chinese name is 絢香, is my roommate there.We eat, cooking, and traveling with each other, now when I am back to China, we still contact with each other.We are good friends and I know that true friendship never care about which country you are come from, and a piece of good friendship will give you a heavy harvest which will remain forever!So I am really grateful to have so many friends there!

訪學(xué)心得

去年九月帶著期待又忐忑不安的心情，離開了對我來說還沒有完全熟悉的**，剛剛熟悉的**，可以說是在還沒有完全扎根的情況下又來到了一個陌生的環(huán)境——******開始另外我的大二的學(xué)習(xí)生活。

說實話，來之前心里既興奮又彷徨。興奮的是我的人生閱歷更加豐富了，我成為了一名交流生；彷徨的是，心里覺得畢竟在這里我在一些人心中很可代表的不是我個人，而是我的學(xué)校，是整個**的學(xué)子。如今的感受是，愉快的做好自己，愉快的學(xué)習(xí)生活。

從**到青島坐汽車大約花了五六個小時，我們坐的是**往這邊送交流生回去的便車這讓我們方便了許多，到達**時已經(jīng)晚上了。整個身體感到很疲憊。我們?nèi)齻€**的和三個**的被分到了一個宿舍，這讓我感到分外高興，心情萬分激動，畢竟**和**要合并成一校嗎，有種人離故鄉(xiāng)別樣親的感覺。

學(xué)習(xí)：更加嚴謹?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)氛圍

******是一所以工為主，礦業(yè)見長的省屬重點大學(xué)，也許是理科生多的緣故吧，一進**讓人感到那種嚴謹?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)氛圍迎面撲來。和在**的感覺相比，缺少了一種散漫和浪漫的氣息。更讓人意想不到的是，在**早上要交早檢卡，學(xué)生會的人去宿舍檢查早起情況，就像公司早上簽到一樣，實行一種公司企業(yè)化管理，結(jié)果，我們這些外來的第一個早上就讓人家給阻在宿舍里啦，非常尷尬，千說萬說才讓人家弄明白咋回事放了我們一馬，這讓我們所有外來人驚訝道：這還是大學(xué)生活嗎！但是恰恰是這種方法讓**的學(xué)生更加勤奮刻苦，沒有白白的虛度大學(xué)的美好時光，一個鮮明的現(xiàn)象是早上你可以看到很多的學(xué)生在校園里晨讀，這是我在**明水所看不到的。

來**學(xué)習(xí)一個最大的好處就是你可以在你所在的全院進行選課，無論大三還是大二，不論你的專業(yè)還是其他專業(yè)，選你感興趣的選你喜歡的就行，這恰恰彌補了在**只能學(xué)你的專業(yè)課那種單一而又枯燥的學(xué)習(xí)情況，但是任意的選課也存在著致命的缺點，那就是有的兩門課重著上讓我們難以選擇，只好分兩批人上不同的課最后大家交流一下；還有一個是最后考試時兩門課重著考讓我們應(yīng)接不暇，我們只有用兩個小時答兩門課一個小時答一門，碰到那種和藹的老師懇請他給我們延遲一些時間就這樣闖過來了。說實話在**還是很充實的，有的時候要上一整天的課，從早上八點一直到晚上九點下課，身體很累單晶升上很充實!也許是理工類院校的原因，讓我覺得對于數(shù)學(xué)這個專業(yè)他們那邊的師資設(shè)施真的比我們這所財經(jīng)類院校要強。這讓我對**有一個疑問：為什么數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)不配備最資深的數(shù)學(xué)老師！

還有一個讓我震撼的事情就是《復(fù)變函數(shù)》這門課程，**采用的是全英文教材這讓我們這些外來戶感到很稀奇大沒有感到很害怕，幸好英文單詞不是很難，還是可以弄懂得。

英語這門課也挺有意思，上學(xué)期準備的四級，下學(xué)期改成了選修課的形式，有《英語影視欣賞》《英美文化欣賞》《大學(xué)英語四級》《大學(xué)英語六級》??，這大大調(diào)動了我們的積極性，豐富了我們的學(xué)習(xí)生活。

校外旅游：游覽海濱城市，享受碧海藍天

來到膠東半島，紅瓦綠樹、碧海藍天中鑲嵌著的美麗城市——青島，當然要領(lǐng)略她的旅游文化。**位于黃島，其實很偏，和明水校區(qū)有一拼，但我們還是去了這里最有名的景點——天下第一灘——金沙灘。青島金沙灘旅游度假區(qū)位于山東省青島市經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)，是我國沙質(zhì)最細、面積最大、風(fēng)景最美的海水浴場之一，被稱為“亞洲第一灘”。對于金沙灘，人們最津津樂道的就是它的“金沙”。這里還有一個美麗的傳說：古時候有一只金鳳凰飛赴天庭參加百鳥盛會，當飛抵碧波萬頃、漁歌蕩漾的膠州灣時，心曠神怡，樂不思歸，振翅落入膠州灣畔，化身為今天的鳳凰島，她華美的翅膀掠過的地方，就成了沙質(zhì)細膩、色澤如金的金沙灘。海面有一石蛙，頭東尾西，隨潮起潮落若隱若現(xiàn)，稱為“隱身石蛙”。清代詩云：“島嶼婉蜓傍海隈，滄茫萬傾水天開，潮聲如吼搖山岳，疑是將軍擁眾來?！?因此這里有一個金色的雕像——鳳凰呈祥

現(xiàn)代學(xué)者詩文：“金沙灘頭平，遙望天水涌，海闊納萬物，山遠斷九穹，危礁傲飛浪，嬌燕喜罡風(fēng)，滄海無盡時，揚帆日邊行?！边@便是神奇美麗的金沙灘,迎接海內(nèi)外賓客的到來。對于第一次見到海的我更是興奮地不得了，站在那里感覺自己的胸懷也忽然之間寬廣了，也終于體會到了相對于天地的博大人類是如此的渺小，也終于體會到了滄海一粟的真正含義。面朝大海心潮澎湃，海那種容納百川的氣勢讓人心生敬畏。

后來我又去了極地海洋世界、棧橋等景點。每當看到云霧繚繞的高山，看到澎湃的大海，心中就有一種超凡脫俗之感。面對如此的大自然，我感覺自己是如此的渺小，當我爬上峰頂時我感覺：塵世間的一切困難和煩惱在大自然面前都顯得是那么微不足道.....也感悟到，人生就是一次尋找快樂的旅程,無論怎樣的旅行都是心在探尋的過程,或者快樂或者憂傷,我們不厭其煩我們頭破血流,只為心能有一片安身之所,不被碰觸享受寧靜即使孤獨....校外旅游仿佛忽然間是自己視野開闊，心胸開闊，氣質(zhì)得到練達。校園文化：理工類院校與財經(jīng)類院校的文化交流

有時上課時其他同學(xué)見進來了陌生人問我們當我們說是經(jīng)濟學(xué)院的交流生時，他們會感興趣的說：“你們是財經(jīng)院校的學(xué)生呀！”于是他們會和我們交流一些當今財經(jīng)類的新聞的看法以及我們學(xué)校對于學(xué)生的一些教育教學(xué)方法方式。就是以這種交流的方式，不知不覺間我感到兩校的文化得到了相互的交流和交融！在**，我們始終秉承**“克明峻德 格物致知”的校訓(xùn)，同時有領(lǐng)悟**“團結(jié)、勤奮、求是、創(chuàng)新”的校訓(xùn)來要求自己，鍛煉自己！

物質(zhì)生活：和**物價相比差別不大

來青島之前，導(dǎo)員就和我們說這邊物價會高些，但是我的體會就是物價相差不大！由于兩地相距不是很遠，對于現(xiàn)在發(fā)達的交通運輸設(shè)施和先進的通訊設(shè)施造成兩地的物價相差不是很大。生活費，住宿費和**這邊差不多，因此我覺得來放學(xué)不用過多的考慮物價方面的問題。

離別：經(jīng)歷值得回憶
