shipping mark:即嘜頭,通常印在商品外包裝上,以便于在裝卸、運(yùn)輸、存儲過程中識別、點(diǎn)數(shù),防止錯發(fā)錯運(yùn)。通常與收、發(fā)貨人代號(有的伴有幾何圖形)、目的港(或目的地)和批件號等組成。

嘜頭按印刷位置不同，又可分為正嘜和側(cè)嘜。

一般原產(chǎn)地證CO：是證明貨物原產(chǎn)于某一特定國家或地區(qū)，享受進(jìn)口國正常關(guān)稅(最惠國)待遇的證明文件。它的適用范圍是：征收關(guān)稅、貿(mào)易統(tǒng)計、保障措施、歧視性數(shù)量限制、反傾銷和反補(bǔ)貼、原產(chǎn)地標(biāo)記、政府采購等方面。

普惠制原產(chǎn)地證FORM A：是具有法律效力的我國出口產(chǎn)品在給惠國享受在最惠國稅率基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步減免進(jìn)口關(guān)稅的官方憑證。

目前給予我國普惠制待遇的國家共38個：歐盟27國（比利時、丹麥、英國、德國、法國、愛爾蘭、意大利、盧森堡、荷蘭、希臘、葡萄牙、西班牙、奧地利、芬蘭、瑞典、波蘭、捷克、斯洛伐克、拉脫維亞、愛沙尼亞、立陶宛、匈牙利、馬耳他、塞浦路斯、斯洛文尼亞、保加利亞、羅馬尼亞）、挪威、瑞士、土耳其、俄羅斯、白俄羅斯、烏克蘭、哈薩克斯坦、日本、加拿大和澳大利亞。

《亞太貿(mào)易協(xié)定》原產(chǎn)地證明FORM B：2006年9月1日起簽發(fā)《亞太貿(mào)易協(xié)定》原產(chǎn)地證書?？梢院灠l(fā)《亞太貿(mào)易協(xié)定》原產(chǎn)地證書的國家有：韓國、斯里蘭卡、印度、孟加拉等4個國家。降稅幅度從5%到100%不等。

中國—智利自由貿(mào)易區(qū)原產(chǎn)地證FORM F：自2006年10月1日起，各地出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)開始簽發(fā)《中國-智利自由貿(mào)易區(qū)優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證明書》（FORM F），該日起對原產(chǎn)于我國的5891個6位稅目產(chǎn)品關(guān)稅降為零。

中國-秘魯自貿(mào)區(qū)使用的優(yōu)惠性原產(chǎn)地證FORM R：2010年3月1日，《中國-秘魯自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定》正式生效，這標(biāo)志著中國-秘魯自貿(mào)區(qū)貨物貿(mào)易降稅進(jìn)程正式啟動，為雙邊貿(mào)易發(fā)展提供了新的機(jī)遇和更廣闊空間。按照國家質(zhì)檢總局要求，各地出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局于3月1日起正式簽發(fā)―中國-秘魯自貿(mào)區(qū)優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書‖。產(chǎn)品涉及機(jī)電、化工、醫(yī)藥、輪胎和輕工等多個行業(yè)，企業(yè)憑證書可獲得3%至100%不等幅度的關(guān)稅優(yōu)惠。

中國新西蘭自貿(mào)區(qū)原產(chǎn)地證FORM N：2008年4月7日，《中華人民共和國政府和新西蘭政府自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定》在兩國總理見證下正式簽署。并于2008年10月1日起生效。協(xié)定實(shí)施后，在貨物貿(mào)易方面，新方承諾將在2016年1月1日前取消全部自華進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品關(guān)稅，其中63.6%的產(chǎn)品從《協(xié)定》生效時起即實(shí)現(xiàn)―零關(guān)稅‖；中方承諾將在2019年1月1日前取消97.2%自新西蘭進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品關(guān)稅，其中24.3%的產(chǎn)品從《協(xié)定》生效時起即實(shí)現(xiàn)―零關(guān)稅‖。對于沒有立即實(shí)現(xiàn)―零關(guān)稅‖的產(chǎn)品，將在承諾的時間內(nèi)逐步降低關(guān)稅，直至降為―零關(guān)稅‖。

《中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)》優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證明FORM E：自2004年1月1日起，凡出口到東盟的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品（HS第一章到第八章）憑借檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)簽發(fā)的《中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)》（FORM E）優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書可以享受關(guān)稅優(yōu)惠待遇。２００５年７月20日起，７０００多種正常產(chǎn)品開始全面降稅。中國和東盟六個老成員國（即文萊、印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡和泰國）至２００５年７月４０％稅目的關(guān)稅降到０－５％；２００７年１月６０％稅目的關(guān)稅要降到０－５％。2010年1月1日將關(guān)稅最終削減為零。老撾、緬甸至２００９年１月、柬埔寨至２０１２年１月５０％的稅目的關(guān)稅降到０－５％；２０１３年４０％稅目的關(guān)稅降到零。越南２０１０年５０％稅目的關(guān)稅降到０－５％。2015年其它四國（老撾、緬甸、柬埔寨、越南）將關(guān)稅降為零。

可以簽發(fā)《中國——東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)》優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書的國家有：文萊、柬埔寨、印尼、老撾、馬來西亞、緬甸、菲律賓、新加坡、泰國、越南等10個國家。

ECFA優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證：2011年1月1日起，企業(yè)持《海峽兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架協(xié)議》（簡稱ECFA）

項下的優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書，出口到臺灣的貨物將獲得關(guān)稅減免的優(yōu)惠。

《海峽兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架協(xié)議》（ECFA）是臺灣與大陸自2009年年中開始，經(jīng)過多次商談達(dá)成的一項重要協(xié)議，已于2010年9月12日生效，其中早期收獲清單將于明年1月1日起付諸實(shí)施，屆時列入清單的約800項產(chǎn)品將逐步降關(guān)稅，三年內(nèi)全部降為零，包括大陸對臺灣開放的產(chǎn)品500多項，臺灣批準(zhǔn)大陸的產(chǎn)品5大類267項，含石化類、機(jī)械類、紡織類、運(yùn)輸類產(chǎn)品?！吨袊c巴基斯坦自由貿(mào)易區(qū)》原產(chǎn)地證明FORM P：對巴基斯坦可以簽發(fā)《〈中國與巴基斯坦自由貿(mào)易區(qū)〉優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證明書》，2006年1月1日起雙方先期實(shí)施降稅的3000多個稅目產(chǎn)品，分別實(shí)施零關(guān)稅和優(yōu)惠關(guān)稅.原產(chǎn)于中國的486個8位零關(guān)稅稅目產(chǎn)品的關(guān)稅將在2年內(nèi)分3次逐步下降,2008年1月1日全部降為`零,原產(chǎn)于中國的486個8位零關(guān)稅稅目產(chǎn)品實(shí)施優(yōu)惠關(guān)稅,平均優(yōu)惠幅度為22%.給予關(guān)稅優(yōu)惠的商品其關(guān)稅優(yōu)惠幅度從1%到10%不等。

《中國-哥斯達(dá)黎加自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定》的優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證FORM CR：2011年8月1日《中哥自貿(mào)協(xié)定》將正式實(shí)施，貿(mào)促委同時將開始簽發(fā)于《中國-哥斯達(dá)黎加自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定》下的優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地證書。哥斯達(dá)黎加的進(jìn)口商憑借該證書可享受相應(yīng)的關(guān)稅減免待遇。

目前，可簽發(fā)的優(yōu)惠證書包括以下國家及地區(qū)：韓國、印度、秘魯、孟加拉、斯里蘭卡、新西蘭、新加坡、中國臺灣和哥斯達(dá)黎加。為進(jìn)一步普及優(yōu)惠產(chǎn)地證的使用，引導(dǎo)企業(yè)利用優(yōu)惠產(chǎn)地證實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)口關(guān)稅減免、降低交易成本的目的，建議廣大進(jìn)出口企業(yè)主動、及時了解各種自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定及優(yōu)惠政策。

一、如果你想知道哪些B2B適合自己的產(chǎn)品，那么就使用GOOGLE，在GOOGLLE搜索欄鍵入，比如我的產(chǎn)品：CARPET, 那么我鍵入 CARPET, CARPER IMPORTER, CARPET SELLER, CARPET

SUPPLIER, CARPET RETAILER, CARPET DISTRIBUTOR 等，你的產(chǎn)品所有的關(guān)鍵詞。你所得到的結(jié)果，1、在前10頁左右，基本上是本產(chǎn)品最活躍的B2B，整理下來，自己留著挨個注冊。

2、在前20 頁左右，你還可以得到：本行業(yè)最大的生產(chǎn)商（包括國內(nèi)和國外）,既競爭者，這尤為重要，對于了解自己產(chǎn)品的國際行情很重要，后面會單獨(dú)說。

3、基本上，第一次整理完之后，我會從第20頁之后開始整理，這樣你會得到很多買家資料，或許在某個B2B上面發(fā)布過詢盤，或許是經(jīng)營者種產(chǎn)品的國際買家，挨個整理下來，留用。

還有，利用google找到本行業(yè)所有的展會和一些行業(yè)協(xié)會。

一、票據(jù) 1.票據(jù)行為(1)出票(2)背書

背書是受款人在票據(jù)的背面簽字或作出一定的批注，表示對票據(jù)作出轉(zhuǎn)讓的行為。轉(zhuǎn)讓人稱為背書人，被轉(zhuǎn)讓人稱為被背書人。被轉(zhuǎn)讓人可以再加背書，再轉(zhuǎn)讓出去，如此，一張票據(jù)可以多次轉(zhuǎn)讓。背書的種類有：

1)空白背書：背書人只簽名，不加注。

2)記名背書：背書人簽名后并加注該票轉(zhuǎn)讓給指定的人。3)限制背書：背書人簽名后并加注該票的限制性條件。(3)提示

票據(jù)在付款或遠(yuǎn)期的請求簽見或承兌時，應(yīng)由持票人將票據(jù)向付款人提示。(4)簽見

持票人必須先向付款人要求簽見，付款人見到票據(jù)后，除即期的即予付款外，遠(yuǎn)期的須在票據(jù)上簽注簽見字樣，下簽簽名、日期及一些注解如“自見票之日起計算3０天后付款”等。(5)承兌

遠(yuǎn)期票據(jù)規(guī)定承兌的，在付款前，必須由持票人向付款人要求承兌，即付款人在票據(jù)前面批注承兌字樣，后加簽名、日期及一些注解等。(6)參加承兌

當(dāng)票據(jù)提示給付款人被拒絕承兌時，在持票人同意下，參加承兌人作為參加承兌行為，由他在票據(jù)上批注“參加承兌”字樣和簽名、日期。參加承兌人不像承兌人一樣成為票據(jù)的主債務(wù)人，他只在付款人拒絕付款時，始負(fù)付款的義務(wù)。(7)保證 票據(jù)的保證是保證人對票據(jù)的特定債務(wù)人支付票款的擔(dān)保。(8)付款 即期是經(jīng)提示即予付款，遠(yuǎn)期是到期付款。

(9)拒絕承兌和拒付 持票人以票據(jù)提示，被承兌人拒絕承兌；或到期被付款人拒付，都應(yīng)作成拒絕證書。拒絕證書是由持票人在法定期限內(nèi)要求付款地法定公 1 證人或其他有權(quán)出具證書的機(jī)構(gòu)簽發(fā)的證明付款人拒絕承兌或拒付的法律文件。持票人在取得拒絕證書后不須再作付款提示，即可向前手背書人行使追索權(quán)。(10)追索 日內(nèi)瓦票據(jù)法規(guī)定，票據(jù)因時效消滅而喪失追索權(quán)。例如匯票承兌人的權(quán)利自到期日起有效期為3年，持票人對前手追索權(quán)自作成拒絕證書日起或到期日起1年；匯票背書人因被追索而清償票款并向前手轉(zhuǎn)行追索，自清償日起６個月內(nèi)有效。2.票據(jù)的種類

(1)匯票 匯票是由出票人簽發(fā)并由付款人按約定的付款期限（即期或遠(yuǎn)期）對指定的受款人無條件支付一定金額的指令。匯票種類有：

A)available by drafts at sight憑即期匯票付款

B)draft(s)to be drawn at 30 days sight開立30天的期票 C)sight drafs 即期匯票 D)time drafts 原期匯票

(2)本票 本票的付款人是出票人本人。(3)支票 支票的付款人是銀行。

(4)在即期付款不出具匯票的情況下，賣方即憑發(fā)票向買方收款。2.發(fā)票內(nèi)容

⑴應(yīng)載明“商業(yè)發(fā)票”或“發(fā)票”的字樣。⑵應(yīng)署有出口單位的全稱和詳細(xì)地址。⑶應(yīng)寫明進(jìn)口商的名稱、地址。⑷載明發(fā)票號碼和合同號碼。⑸載明起運(yùn)地和目的地。⑹載明商品的描述。⑺嘜頭及件號。⑻必要的聲明。⑼進(jìn)口證號碼。⑽出口商簽章。⑾貿(mào)促會認(rèn)證。⑿領(lǐng)事簽證。
