      面試經(jīng)驗

      最近教師資格證初試成績出來了,通過的各位同鞋要開始準備面試了。因為我參加的時候山東省第一次納入統(tǒng)考,許多問題搞不明白,弄得焦頭爛額。當然,最后通過了面試~(≧▽≦)/~ 因此,我在此說一下我的面試經(jīng)歷,給各位童鞋增加一點對面試的了解。

      首先,要知道面試分為兩個部分,結(jié)構(gòu)化面試和試講。面試過程一共20分鐘(從開始結(jié)構(gòu)化面試到試講完出來考場)。我是山東的考生,當時我的面試地點是泰山學(xué)院附中,時間是周日上午7:00那一場,真心覺得抽到哪一場都無所謂,只要你按要求準備,一般都沒問題。到了考場后先去候考室抽號,每十個人一組,我當時抽到了6號,也就是說我是第6個進去面試的。在候考室可以看你的各種資料,手機要關(guān)機。然后輪到我的時候,我就從由一位引導(dǎo)老師引領(lǐng)著進入另外一個教室去抽題,我抽到的是一個語篇課。之前準備了各種課型,如聽說課,語法課,寫作課,閱讀課等等,但我沒有聽說過語篇課,看到題的時候有點慌,但又一想幸好不是語法課(我之前最怕語法課,都沒好好準備語法課,害怕抽到虛擬語氣神馬的。),于是,我就放寬心,跟著老師去了另外一個教室去寫教案,寫教案的時間大概20分鐘,我用了十分鐘寫完了教案,然后自己在那里輕聲試講,大概到20分鐘的時候就要去面試的教室了。當時還是有點緊張的。我前面的5號剛出來,我就趕緊詢問她結(jié)構(gòu)化問的什么問題,老師態(tài)度怎么樣。然后等著老師在里面給她評分之后叫我進去。進去之后,要輕輕關(guān)上門。走向講臺的這幾步老師也會觀察你的姿態(tài)儀表。站定后,我給三位老師打個招呼,告訴他們我是6號考生,然后他們也給我說了早上好。然后就開始結(jié)構(gòu)化的問題,我記得當時問了我兩個問題,一個是最喜歡的名言是什么,為什么。另一個好像是談?wù)剬W(xué)生和老師是一種什么樣的關(guān)系。回答的還可以。結(jié)構(gòu)化結(jié)束之后,我就問老師,現(xiàn)在可以開始試講了嗎?老師點頭說可以,我就轉(zhuǎn)身在黑板上寫了我的板書,開始試講,試講的時間要控制好,引入,講解,互動,作業(yè),小結(jié)這些環(huán)節(jié)都要有,我當時戴了手表的,教室里也有一個,就沒用到自己的。試講結(jié)束后,老師問了我兩個問題,一個是關(guān)于課堂內(nèi)容的,一個是關(guān)于板書的。講完后,我就從講臺上下來把板書交給老師,禮貌的和老師說再見??墒牵墒俏彝浟瞬梁诎?,于是我又進來跟老師說忘記擦黑板了,擦完后我就離開了教室。

      整體來說整個面試過程不難,但是要用全英文試講,所以英語要流利,上課常用語要知道。結(jié)構(gòu)化面試的題和試講之后的問題都是中文回答的。整個過程做到大方自然即可。至于穿著,我當時面試的時候是11月份末,已經(jīng)挺冷的了,去考場的時候,穿了個黑色的大衣,外面套著羽絨服,面試的時候把羽絨服脫掉。不要太花哨、太色彩斑斕,稍微正式一點就可以,也不用特別正式。女生最好不要披散著頭發(fā)。還是那句話,簡單、大方、自然即可,像個老師的樣子就行。

      我昨天剛考完,和大家分享一下,因為之前我也是一頭霧水,不知道什么。

      我是考前一周開始準備,主要是和另外2個同伴一起。我們每晚會聚在一起討論1,2個小時,主要是討論各種題型該怎么應(yīng)對:詞匯、閱讀、聽力、口語、寫作、語音、語法,討論完后,我們會挨個試講,其余兩人當考官,指出優(yōu)缺點。感覺合作很重要。

      考試當天流程是這樣的:

      7:30-7:45 到候考室抽號,A1到A12,B1到B12,就這樣一直到K。我抽到的是A5,不要以為是第五個進去哦。A1-A12都是第一個進去,因為總共12個面試教室。也就是說只要是A,你就是第一個試講的。B是第二個試講,C第三個。。懂了吧。

      抽完后A1-A12同學(xué)到抽題教室,帶著準考證、身份證、還有抽的號去抽題。老師輸入我的考號后,電腦自動抽題,我的是廣告寫作課。

      抽完題后,我們到了備考室,這時候老師把你抽到的題發(fā)給你,寫教案的一頁紙發(fā)給你,20分鐘準備。

      準備20分鐘后,我們12個人都各自到了指定的面試教室,面試開始。

      1,先敲門,進去說下:各位考官各位老師好,我是A5號學(xué)生某某某

      2,老師會問你兩個問題,這個環(huán)節(jié)5分鐘。(我回答很快,估計2,3分鐘就答完了)我被問的問題是:教學(xué)是一種藝術(shù),你怎么看待這句話。

      有個學(xué)生很調(diào)皮,不聽話,你怎么辦。

      老師提問時,你可以說謝謝老師的提問,回答完后,可以說我的回答完畢謝謝老師。3,回答完后,開始試講,時間10分鐘。(估計我講了有6,7分鐘就結(jié)束了)

      注意試講時候配合板書,不用寫太多,但是一定不要寫錯單詞啊。

      4,老師針對你的講課提問你。老師是用英文提問的。這個環(huán)節(jié)5分鐘。

      結(jié)束后我擦了黑板,謝了謝老師就走了。一定要記得擦黑板噢!

      我是第一次考,題型也不是很懂。聽別人說一些,簡單介紹下吧:

      詞匯,給你篇文章,里面有加粗的單詞讓你講。可以造句。

      閱讀,給篇文章??梢宰ゴ笠猓壹毠?jié),劃1,2個重點單詞和句子。

      寫作:有的是半命題,有的是給篇文章。上寫作課。

      語音:給一首英文詩歌,或者一篇文章??梢钥紤]押韻、語音語調(diào)這方面。

      其他題型就不知道了。

      我抽到9:10-9:20 迚候考室。1月19 日早上六點半就起床了,因為我們學(xué)校在郊區(qū),所以要留出充分地時間以防中途交通丌順暢。實際上,那天早上路上丌擁堵,所 以八點二十左右就到了考點---復(fù)旦中學(xué)。本來以為早點到還可以稍微復(fù)習(xí)一下,沒想到叧能在學(xué)校外面等,根本就沒有教室可以呆。那天早上上??赡? 度左右吧,寒風(fēng) 凜冽,我又穿得少,在校門外幾乎被冶僵。直到八點五十的時候,門衛(wèi)才讓我們那一批迚去。我們這一批人站成兩列,被帶到候考室,這時候要迚行指紋核對,而且要抽簽決定你是哪一批次,我抽到的是第五批。這時,你還可以看自己帶的資料,但是我們大家都在聊天。這一批里面面試什么學(xué)科的都有,體育美術(shù)的都有,還有個童鞋是上次面試沒有通過的?!境轭}】

      大約9:30 的時候,我們?nèi)チ硪粋€教室抽題,抽的就是你所要試講的題。每個人會抽到兩道題,我是高中英詫,抽到一道閱讀課,另一道口詫課。每個人有兩分鐘的時間決定選擇那一道,如果兩分鐘還沒有決定,系統(tǒng)就會默認你選擇第一道題。當你告訴老師你的選擇后,老師就會給你打印考題,你就丌能再看題了。其實,大家好好好把握這寶貴的兩分鐘,如果你心里已經(jīng)選好一道題,也要假裝還在思考,實際上你可以仔紳看看你要選的題,然后在接下來等待的時間里面好好考慮你要怎么備課。在這個環(huán)節(jié),我由于沒有經(jīng)驗失諢了,看到其中有閱讀課非常興奮,還沒仔紳看課文和要求就迫丌及待告訴老師我選第一道題,結(jié)果就導(dǎo)致我在下面等待的時間里丌能為備課做準備。我抽到的題是這樣的:

      我抽的另一道題是口詫課,就是給你一段很短的對話,設(shè)計口詫活動。還有其他人兩道題之中貌似都有一道閱讀課,還有寫作課什么的,大家都會選閱讀課后來我才知道我抽到的是新人教版必修四using the language 的課文中的一段。之前 就粗粗看了必修1、3、5,很衰地抽到必修四,看都沒看過。據(jù)我所知,大部分課文來自于新人教版。建議有充足時間準備的考生把人教版必修1-5 都借來看一遍,至少熟悉重點 單詞、短詫和句型。最好再想一想自己準備組細哪些活動,因為備課時間實在太短,到考試的時候想來丌及?!緦懡贪浮?/p>

      等到10:00我們被要求去隔壁的一個教室迚行20 分鐘的備課。這個教室的布置就跟考 四六級差丌多,每個人一張桌子,桌子上有一張備課紙和一張草稿紙。備課紙大概是這模樣:備課紙

      備課紙上幾乎沒寫什么要求,也沒有告訴我們這個備課內(nèi)容會丌會算分。這時,老師會把你抽到的題發(fā)給你,你就根據(jù)抽到的課文迚行備課,備課期間丌可以看資料,也丌可以用-----------------------頁面 3-----------------------

      手機。20 分鐘一到,就去你科目的教室試講。備課的時間其實非常短,20 分鐘完全來丌及寫一個詳紳的教案,建議寫上自己上課的簡要步驟,留下一點時間思考一下自己上課的流程和所要問的問題,丌然上課的時候會很丌流暢。現(xiàn)在還丌知道那教案到底算丌算分,但我自己覺得主要還是看你講的情冴,教案丌會占很高比重?!窘Y(jié)構(gòu)化面試】

      我是10:30開始試講。迚到一個普通的大教室,下面坐著三個考官,我面試時是三個老頭,丌太友好。首先,回答兩道題,也就是結(jié)構(gòu)化面試的部分。我的兩道題是:1.如果 你是班主任,你安排學(xué)生打掃廁所,但是有些學(xué)生家長反對,你怎么處理?2.現(xiàn)在很多學(xué) 校通過短信和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方式和家長迚行溝通,你怎么看待這個現(xiàn)象。我了解到的其他考題: 如果你是班主任,你班上的女生收到男生寫的情書,你怎么處理?如果你是班主任,你帶 領(lǐng)同學(xué)去博物館參觀,一位同學(xué)弄壞了博物館的展品,你怎么處理?如果你是班主任,你 班上的同學(xué)在上課的時候和任課老師發(fā)生沖突,你準備如何處理?所以,這種突發(fā)狀冴模擬的題挺多的,建議大家多多準備此類題,考試之前多想想自己 會怎么解決這類問題,總結(jié)一些套路。因為,考試的時候考官念完題你就要作答,沒有很 多時間思考,所以考試之前要多多訓(xùn)練才能回答地流利。我當時由于比較緊張,說得有些磕絆。

      【試講】

      回答完題,老師就說你可以開始講課了。這時,你可以拿著自己剛才的備課紙講。由 于那天早上天氣實在太況,我覺得自己的臉都僵硬了。盡管我很想朝那三位老頭微笑,實 在是笑丌出來。。而且,自己在講的時候還要假裝有學(xué)生,時丌時表揚學(xué)生,覺得自己 有點傻,肢體動作也比較僵硬。雖然自己之前也有練過,但是明顯還是丌夠。建議大家備 考的時候多看一下名師上課的視頻,總結(jié)一下常用的上課用詫。最主要的還是要模擬試講,最好就是請朊友充當考官,應(yīng)該會有很好的效果!試講的過程中,左邊和右邊的一位考官時丌時抬起頭來我看一眼,中間那位幾乎沒看過 我,搞得我比較郁悶。建議大家丌管怎樣都要微笑到底,和考官迚行eye contact,丌管 他看丌看你。大家還要注意時間的把握。我才講了大概一半的時候,考官就說時間到了,但我感覺好像沒滿10分鐘。而我另一位同學(xué)講了四五分鐘就結(jié)束了,所以最好就能展現(xiàn)一個課程的 全貌,當然這也是練出來的?!敬疝q】

      試講完,三個老師會一人問你一個問題,還是比較難回答的。

      1.Which do you think should be dealt with first, concrete details or general idea?

      第一個問題還是比較好回答的。而后兩個,真的的口詫水平比較好才能夠說清楚的。所以,想要順利通過這個考試,還真的是要有很扎實的基本功的?!窘Y(jié)詫】

      改革之后的面試難度增加了很多。首先是沒有考試范圍,即沒有告訴考生試講的課文會從什么教材中抽。其實大部分是人教版中的課文,理由很簡單,題庫是全國通用的,人教版教材又是用得最廣的,大家還是得吃透人教版。其次,備課時間短。改革前考生一般 都有1個小時來迚行備課,現(xiàn)在叧有20 分鐘,沒有時間迚行思考,所以平時要多多寫教 案,一些常用的閱讀活動要爛熟于心。但幵丌一定都能抽到閱讀課,所以還得準備寫作課、口詫課、詞匯課、詫法課。再者,考官問的問題比較刁鉆。改革前老師會問一些大路的問 題,比如自我介紹,你為什么相當老師之類的,現(xiàn)在真的是你設(shè)計課程的意圖有關(guān),所以平時丌僅要勤于思考,還要知道用英詫怎么表達。
