恩,首先就是穿什么的都有,正裝,休閑裝,甚至牛仔褲涼鞋等等,然后也沒(méi)有具體要求必須著正裝,考場(chǎng)里老師也沒(méi)有提到,所以沒(méi)有說(shuō)規(guī)定一定正裝,但是個(gè)人感覺(jué)還是稍微正式點(diǎn)比較好,穿個(gè)襯衫配工裝裙或者黑色休閑褲也好過(guò)牛仔褲涼鞋。。畢竟老師還是比較嚴(yán)肅的職業(yè)。
記得帶支筆,因?yàn)閭淇际覍?xiě)教案會(huì)用到??济佬g(shù)的好像備考室有準(zhǔn)備的道具,彩紙,膠布,剪刀等等都有。不用你自己準(zhǔn)備了
進(jìn)去考場(chǎng)之后,同一樓層的考生全都在候場(chǎng)室,然后就是抽簽,本人抽到的是1號(hào),之后便是跟著老師去抽題室,抽提排隊(duì)的時(shí)候請(qǐng)盡量站在第一個(gè),因?yàn)樗械?號(hào)抽完之后才回去備考室,這樣你會(huì)比別人多幾分鐘的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間。我抽到的是詞匯題,給一個(gè)片段,六個(gè)單詞,要求是讀對(duì)話(huà),然后講單詞,其他的兩個(gè)英語(yǔ)試講是語(yǔ)法,我看了一眼是一般將來(lái)時(shí)的時(shí)態(tài),另一個(gè)是作文類(lèi)題目。之后去備考室,這里給你也就是15分鐘的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間,可以把自己的資料帶進(jìn)去,也可以手機(jī)百度,低調(diào)點(diǎn),別被老師看到都是可以的。不是很?chē)?yán)。
首先,進(jìn)入考場(chǎng),有三個(gè)老師,先問(wèn)兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)化的面試題目,問(wèn)到的有:1,家長(zhǎng)工作忙,認(rèn)為教育學(xué)生完全是學(xué)校的責(zé)任,你怎么看?2,你怎么看待“綠領(lǐng)巾”事件。3,請(qǐng)問(wèn)你對(duì)陶行知的“千教萬(wàn)教,教人求真;千學(xué)萬(wàn)學(xué),學(xué)做真人”怎么理解?4,同學(xué)上課一直開(kāi)小差做小動(dòng)作,你怎么辦?恩,我知道的就是這些了。然后就是英語(yǔ)試講,試講之后會(huì)問(wèn)你1-2個(gè)關(guān)于你試講的問(wèn)題,有的可能不問(wèn),之后就結(jié)束了。記得擦黑板。關(guān)于教案,我們這兒是不看教案的,你拿著教案講課,講完交給面試?yán)蠋熅托?,但是其?shí)你講完就已經(jīng)打完分了,一個(gè)同學(xué)說(shuō)她講完交教案的時(shí)候已經(jīng)偷瞄到自己的成績(jī)了,我教案寫(xiě)的很好,結(jié)果沒(méi)有計(jì)入分?jǐn)?shù),特別遺憾。

為了不遲到,我特地定了附近的酒店,第二天一早就等在浙江大學(xué)城市學(xué)院的1號(hào)教學(xué)樓。當(dāng)時(shí)人很多,大家都自覺(jué)排起隊(duì)。保安宣布能夠進(jìn)入教學(xué)樓時(shí),你的面試流程就開(kāi)始了。
1.排隊(duì)進(jìn)入侯考室。英語(yǔ)和語(yǔ)文被安排在同一侯考室,有專(zhuān)門(mén)的老師指導(dǎo)你簽報(bào)到登記表并且領(lǐng)一個(gè)信封袋把手機(jī)放到里面(手機(jī)全程都不能拿出來(lái),否則就算違紀(jì)),然后開(kāi)始抽簽。抽簽紙上的序號(hào)就是考試的批次(如:抽到1的考生第一批去抽題室,以此類(lèi)推),英語(yǔ)一批大概有10幾個(gè)人(語(yǔ)文一批只有4-5個(gè),因?yàn)樵谕粋€(gè)侯考室,所以當(dāng)時(shí)就覺(jué)得考英語(yǔ)壓力山大),到時(shí)間就會(huì)有專(zhuān)門(mén)的帶隊(duì)老師來(lái)一批批領(lǐng)走。我抽到的序號(hào)是6,也就是第6批,因此等到了10:25才離開(kāi)侯考室。侯考室有點(diǎn)冷,大家都希望早點(diǎn)考完早點(diǎn)結(jié)束,所以抽到前面的運(yùn)氣都不錯(cuò)。補(bǔ)充說(shuō)一下:強(qiáng)烈建議考生帶紙質(zhì)材料,不然等待的時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)你會(huì)非常非常無(wú)聊!
2.進(jìn)入抽題室。進(jìn)入抽題室不用排隊(duì),把身份證和面試準(zhǔn)考證給在電腦前的一位老師,他就會(huì)打印出題目。(我前面一位女生運(yùn)氣不太好,抽到聽(tīng)力題。我一看她抽到聽(tīng)力題就馬上上去當(dāng)?shù)诙€(gè),因?yàn)閭€(gè)人覺(jué)得聽(tīng)力題已經(jīng)抽了,接下來(lái)一個(gè)肯定不是聽(tīng)力材料,最后我抽到的是對(duì)話(huà)題)。抽題結(jié)束時(shí)你就會(huì)被編號(hào)(如:A1、A2...B1、B2...),我抽到的是C1,所以我就跟C1-C6(好像是6個(gè)人)一隊(duì)去了備課室,會(huì)有一個(gè)老師帶隊(duì)。補(bǔ)充說(shuō)一下:坐下來(lái)和走路的時(shí)間你都可以用來(lái)看材料,想好如何寫(xiě)教案。
3.進(jìn)入備課室。進(jìn)來(lái)要先簽名,然后找位置坐下,每個(gè)人都是單人單桌,有專(zhuān)門(mén)的老師會(huì)給你備課紙,然后統(tǒng)一計(jì)時(shí)開(kāi)始寫(xiě)教案。時(shí)間應(yīng)該是有20分鐘的(不像一些人說(shuō)的可能只有十幾分鐘之類(lèi)的),我記得我寫(xiě)完教案還剩很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間。時(shí)間一到就會(huì)被領(lǐng)出去,到不同的教室試講。補(bǔ)充說(shuō)一下:教案盡量都用英文寫(xiě)!
4.試講。教室門(mén)口有編號(hào),C1進(jìn)第一個(gè)考室,C2進(jìn)第二個(gè)考室,以此類(lèi)推。進(jìn)入考室后把兩個(gè)證件都給考官,不用自我介紹(他們?cè)缇驮谄聊簧峡吹侥闼械男畔⒘耍?,考官有三個(gè),一般中間一個(gè)是主考官。然后你要站在講臺(tái)旁邊,手上可以拿考題和備課紙(這兩個(gè)剛開(kāi)始不需要給考官,結(jié)束后才交),開(kāi)始答題。第一步是回答兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)化問(wèn)題,一般是一個(gè)一個(gè)問(wèn),我被問(wèn)到的題目是:“一個(gè)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)不好產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)情緒,甚至擾亂課堂,作為老師,你應(yīng)該怎么做?”、“一個(gè)學(xué)生當(dāng)面指責(zé)你的過(guò)失,你會(huì)怎么做?”。答完問(wèn)題后就可以進(jìn)入第二步試講了,試講也要求全英文。我抽到的對(duì)話(huà)題是有關(guān)animals,全篇就幾句話(huà),大致意思是表達(dá)對(duì)動(dòng)物的喜歡以及如何描述動(dòng)物。我走上講臺(tái)假裝跟同學(xué)們問(wèn)好之后就開(kāi)始正式上課,導(dǎo)入時(shí)我用了幾個(gè)有關(guān)于動(dòng)物的謎語(yǔ),好像考官挺滿(mǎn)意的,接下來(lái)就是各種內(nèi)容陳述。我本身語(yǔ)速就很快,加上緊張語(yǔ)速好像更快了,互動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)也不是很多,結(jié)果剩下超多時(shí)間,考官都特別驚訝(哎,我現(xiàn)在都特別后悔,心里各種忐忑)。由于剩的時(shí)間很多,他們只好問(wèn)我一個(gè)問(wèn)題,我記得中間一個(gè)考官問(wèn)的大致是:“你上的是對(duì)話(huà)課,你如何呈現(xiàn)這節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)?”她是用中文問(wèn)的,所以我就用中文答了。我出來(lái)的時(shí)候有一個(gè)女生說(shuō)他們考官用英文問(wèn)的問(wèn)題,所以我覺(jué)得無(wú)論考官用中文還是英文,都建議考生用英文回答!事實(shí)上,答辯問(wèn)題不一定都有,有的考生就沒(méi)有被問(wèn)到,具體看考官心情。試講環(huán)節(jié)時(shí)間要把握好,最好一堂課能夠完整的上下來(lái)。還有,記得要適當(dāng)板書(shū),并且答題完以后別忘記檫黑板。最后,在出來(lái)之前必須把考題和備課紙都交給考官,她會(huì)還給你身份證和準(zhǔn)考證,也就是你出來(lái)時(shí)只能帶出這兩樣?xùn)|西。
