完形教育志愿者手冊

（一）完形教育的使命：

為中國人的身、心、靈健康提供快捷、領(lǐng)先的全面解決方案和成長路徑，成為學(xué)員可信賴的成長伙伴，持續(xù)的支持和協(xié)助學(xué)員的成長。為合作伙伴創(chuàng)造公平、更富挑戰(zhàn)性和以績效為導(dǎo)向的工作環(huán)境，成為激發(fā)合作伙伴實(shí)現(xiàn)人生價(jià)值最大化的發(fā)展平臺(tái)。打造極富創(chuàng)造力、管理規(guī)范的現(xiàn)代化公司。

5.培訓(xùn)：志愿者在正式注冊后，機(jī)構(gòu)會(huì)安排培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)分不同階段

（1）個(gè)體培訓(xùn)：新志愿者在注冊后（大約40分鐘）

主要內(nèi)容：機(jī)構(gòu)會(huì)把服務(wù)的基本理念、工作態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀做簡單的講解，另外也會(huì)給于志愿者一些書面上的資料，讓志愿者自我學(xué)習(xí)，并要求在實(shí)踐中和工作人員多溝通和請教。

（2）整體培訓(xùn)：計(jì)劃在新志愿者報(bào)名滿20位后作一次總體的初級(jí)培訓(xùn)。

（3）團(tuán)體培訓(xùn)：對于集體報(bào)名的志愿者團(tuán)體，提供針對性的集中培訓(xùn)。

（4）特殊培訓(xùn)：根據(jù)志愿者群體（如大學(xué)生、教會(huì)和其他機(jī)構(gòu)等）的特征和需要，進(jìn)行針對性的 培訓(xùn)。

（5）提高培訓(xùn)：

A半年培訓(xùn)：計(jì)劃為老志愿者每半年作一次提高培訓(xùn)，人數(shù)視情況而定。

B合作培訓(xùn)：與其他機(jī)構(gòu)、人員合作的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目，挑選有需求、表現(xiàn)好的志愿者參加相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)，作為獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方式之一。

（四）志愿者守則：

1、了解機(jī)構(gòu)的基本實(shí)際情況、學(xué)員的概況、機(jī)構(gòu)的理念、價(jià)值觀和使命，并有義務(wù)在實(shí)際服務(wù)的過程中繼續(xù)加深了解；

2、認(rèn)同完形的理念、價(jià)值觀，愿意為智障人士融入社會(huì)盡一份力；

3、尊重學(xué)員，在相互平等的基礎(chǔ)上予以學(xué)員適當(dāng)?shù)膸椭Ｕ堃酝硇膶Υ龑W(xué)員，本著平等的原則設(shè)身處地地為學(xué)員著想，并在科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)下對學(xué)員的發(fā)展及社會(huì)化做有意義的幫助工作；

4、請志愿者積極配合機(jī)構(gòu)和活動(dòng)組工作員工的工作，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)志愿者組織的項(xiàng)目與機(jī)構(gòu)安排有沖突的狀況時(shí)，志愿者應(yīng)顧全大局，服從安排；

5、志愿者在機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)的時(shí)間及地點(diǎn)，要在協(xié)商的基礎(chǔ)上服從機(jī)構(gòu)社工部的安排。（具體時(shí)間要求請看須知）并且請盡量與登記表中填寫的保持一致；

6、在參與機(jī)構(gòu)活動(dòng)的過程中，一切行為要以確保學(xué)員安全為前提，協(xié)助員工全力保證學(xué)員人身安全；

7、工作時(shí)間內(nèi)請避免與其他工作人員或志愿者探討私人事件；

8、請避免在機(jī)構(gòu)不知情的情況下，擅用機(jī)構(gòu)的名義和財(cái)物；

9、機(jī)構(gòu)社工部有權(quán)監(jiān)督志愿者實(shí)際工作狀況，如若發(fā)現(xiàn)志愿者個(gè)人的行為對機(jī)構(gòu)的工作造成了不利的影響，社工部有權(quán)提出解決建議、警告以至終止雙方的合作；

10、如果在活動(dòng)過程中發(fā)生人身傷害或財(cái)物損失的情況，北京慧靈將會(huì)根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)實(shí)際情況分析來決定相關(guān)的責(zé)任承擔(dān)者，同時(shí)視情況決定是否采取補(bǔ)償措施及補(bǔ)償?shù)牧Χ取?/p>

（五）志愿者須知：

1、請志愿者在機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)期間穿著整潔，言行舉止大方，得體；

2、請志愿者避免對學(xué)員采取敵視、鄙視、包庇等任何不恰當(dāng)?shù)膽B(tài)度。學(xué)員之間出現(xiàn)矛盾時(shí)，請以溫和、公平的方式處理，遇到較困難的局面時(shí)，請盡快通知老師；

3、請不要以任何理由縱容學(xué)員的壞習(xí)慣。如學(xué)員提出禮物，親吻等要求時(shí)，請以委婉方式拒絕；

4、一旦在完形注冊為正式志愿者，請保證至少三個(gè)月的義務(wù)工作時(shí)間。根據(jù)實(shí)際情況的不同，可以協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)的時(shí)間和頻率。但請保證一定的義務(wù)服務(wù)時(shí)間及頻率；

5、如果有特殊需要（如服務(wù)證明）請?jiān)趨⑴c服務(wù)前明確提出，服務(wù)時(shí)間需累計(jì)到10小時(shí)以上，并有完整的參與服務(wù)記錄表；

11、志愿者需加強(qiáng)與相關(guān)工作人員的溝通，增強(qiáng)對學(xué)員狀況的了解，同時(shí)了解義務(wù)工作的良好方法；

12、非常歡迎志愿者將自己的感受和想法以口頭或書面形式與機(jī)構(gòu)坦誠交流，向機(jī)構(gòu)提出意見、建議，機(jī)構(gòu)將及時(shí)給予反饋；

13、志愿者撰寫有關(guān)完形的論文、調(diào)查報(bào)告或向媒體投稿，須先經(jīng)過機(jī)構(gòu)閱覽、允許并給機(jī)構(gòu)備份；

（五）評估和督導(dǎo)安排：

1.日評估：在日?；顒?dòng)中，活動(dòng)組負(fù)責(zé)人需要與志愿者保持交流，觀察其服務(wù)。

2.月評估：在每周的周例會(huì)上，活動(dòng)組負(fù)責(zé)人要將觀察志愿者的服務(wù)狀況紀(jì)錄后反映給社工部。

3.年評估：機(jī)構(gòu)對老志愿者每綜合評估一次，由各個(gè)服務(wù)點(diǎn)提供名單。志愿者本人做一個(gè)自我評估。

4.志愿者考核：志愿者進(jìn)入實(shí)際的服務(wù)后，須填寫志愿者參與服務(wù)記錄表。由社工部組織員工對志愿者進(jìn)行的評估需填寫志愿者評估表。志愿者評估、考核與表彰相掛鉤。
