還很重要的是,要完善大學(xué)英語評價機制。淡化甄別功能,強化其對教與學(xué)的反撥功能,利用評價調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和提升學(xué)生對自己學(xué)習(xí)能力的自信心。對學(xué)生的評價將采用形成性評估和終結(jié)性評估兩種形式相結(jié)合的形式,尤其是對形成性評估給予應(yīng)有的重視。

近些年來,關(guān)于高考英語改革的呼聲此起彼伏,每年兩會關(guān)于英語教育改革的聲音亦是不絕于耳。體制內(nèi)學(xué)校教育中,英語學(xué)科是花時間最多而見效最少的學(xué)科,社會上對體制內(nèi)英語教學(xué)一向多有詬病。英語教育效率不高,多為啞巴英語、習(xí)題英語,使得英語喪失了它作為語言的基本功能——交流。不是所有學(xué)生都有意愿有興趣學(xué)習(xí)英語,耗費精力許多人認(rèn)為英語平時是用不著的,給學(xué)生增加難度,不契合實際等等。但是,毋庸諱言,英語在中國教育中占據(jù)著重要的地位,在很多情況下,英語更是具有一票否決的功能。高考英語成績差從某種程度上就意味著考生很難進(jìn)入名牌高校;大學(xué)教育更是將四級證書與畢業(yè)證掛鉤;工作對外語水平有硬性要求??這一切都倒逼著學(xué)生去重視并學(xué)好英語,甚至是違背自身的天性與興趣,不想學(xué)也得學(xué)。改革均拿英語開刀,分值降低,劃入等級,取消聽力,這些變動對英語學(xué)習(xí)及其本身的影響如何?有無必要?外語學(xué)院

我個人理解就是說現(xiàn)在中小學(xué)學(xué)生,學(xué)習(xí)的負(fù)擔(dān)是很重,那么很重的情況下它要減負(fù),減負(fù)的話中國的母語肯定不能隨便講,理工科的話數(shù)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)也不能減,因此,在減負(fù)的過程中,感覺能減的可能就是英語了,2.英語改革降低要求,而剛剛過去的四六級難度加大了,這樣的脫節(jié)現(xiàn)象對英語在教學(xué)體系中的影響?
英語的學(xué)習(xí)它是跟你時間的投入、精力的投入是成正比的中小學(xué)一下減負(fù)以后,我們現(xiàn)在的理解,以后我們大學(xué)里面英語教學(xué)、入學(xué)的英語水平降低了。首先要對學(xué)生入學(xué)的英語水平有一個很客觀的評估,分析一下學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)需求,然后再進(jìn)行設(shè)計,其實我們的教學(xué)任務(wù)是加大了,同時,同學(xué)們進(jìn)入大學(xué)以后的學(xué)習(xí)英語任務(wù)不會減輕,因為四六級的難度就在那邊。
3.英語高考地位較以前有所降低,有人說,我們根本沒必要學(xué)英語或者說對英語我們的要求根本沒有必要這么高,你怎么看?
雖然英語的高考中被削弱,但高考也只是英語學(xué)習(xí)的一小部分?,F(xiàn)在英語逐漸被推廣為一種社會資格考試,與學(xué)生以后的工作掛鉤,對職稱晉級和干部提升也很重要,英語不只是一種讀寫的語言工具,更可以幫助打開另外一個世界。因為在信息時代、全球化的時代,英語的重要性不言而喻。
這個世界非常不同,幾乎可以扭轉(zhuǎn)一個人的命運。英語經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域尤其在外貿(mào)方面有很大的作用,現(xiàn)在中國的進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)越來越頻繁,與世界的聯(lián)系通用語言是英語;英語在教育領(lǐng)域如對外學(xué)術(shù)交流方面也發(fā)揮很重要的作用,很多出國進(jìn)修,與國外的學(xué)術(shù)交流等都離不開英語;由此可見,英語的重要性不以高考為轉(zhuǎn)移。

Alright.Maybe it's time for me to make a comment for this policy change.I was really looking forward to seeing the change when I first read the news Call for reform of English language assessments in March this year.This piece of news pretty much left me the impression that policy-makers in China were already aware of the importance of oral English in the development of students' comprehensive language capabilities.I thought there could be some marks taken out specifically for oral English part in the College English Test.I even misread the news “China to downgrade English section of college admissions test” when I first saw the title because I thought the reduced marks would all be attributed to oral English assessment.However, when I looked at the details of the policy change, I would say I was startled, then upset, cause there was nothing to do with oral English at all, and the whole weight of English reduced!
There is an added 30 points for Chinese which quite a few people think students will benefit from.I personally do not agree with this view.Traditional Chinese culture and Chinese literature, of course, are very important and could be an important source for students to establish their philosophy of life.But is an added 30 points strong enough to make a difference? Some people might say yes, but I would say no.Both the public and education system operators see marks somewhat synonymous with emphasis and outcome.But people like me could only see a changed pattern of assessment, and for us the nature of assessment does not change at all.I expect that there would not be any discernible return of that marks.On the other hand, when you give much needed marks to oral English assessment, you can almost see an immediate return on your “investment”.Students begin to speak English and use English.Results improve and hope is created where once there were only complaints and criticism towards Chinese lingually-disabled students.The future benefits for the long term English assessment reform of the whole education system are incalculable.The demand for native speakers increase and thus more foreigners come to China for living, given the job loss rate is fairly high in foreign countries.China therefore functions as a balancing role and it not only benefits China.Having seen the new policy which I don't think is clever, or even fiscally responsible, I feel upset.I'd say it's a stupid policy for me.Hopefully China is at the height of reform under President Xi.I still see positive to the future of English assessment regulations.

目前大部分醫(yī)學(xué)院校強調(diào)大學(xué)英語應(yīng)用能力考試和四、六級考試,幾乎所有的教學(xué)活動都圍繞考試進(jìn)行,本是為專業(yè)英語打基礎(chǔ)的基礎(chǔ)英語并沒有發(fā)揮自身的作用。針對這一情況,我們采取分層教學(xué)的方法:實施基礎(chǔ)英語+醫(yī)學(xué)英語會話+專業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)英語的教學(xué)模式。醫(yī)學(xué)英語會話主要提高學(xué)生英語在實踐中的應(yīng)用能力,同時介紹一些常用的醫(yī)學(xué)詞匯和詞根。為了兼顧學(xué)生對考試的需要,同時配備聽力、閱讀等基礎(chǔ)英語教材。通過一年的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生對醫(yī)學(xué)英語有了一定的了解,掌握了一些專業(yè)的英語詞匯,在進(jìn)入專業(yè)英語學(xué)習(xí)后,不至于感到無所適從。提高了教師的醫(yī)學(xué)英語教學(xué)水平
我們外語教研室的教師改革前主要從事基礎(chǔ)英語的教學(xué),因此擔(dān)心在講解醫(yī)學(xué)英語過程中,由于專業(yè)知識的欠缺,可能會常常停留在強調(diào)單詞的應(yīng)用,句型的分析和文本大意的掌握上,在知識上達(dá)不到自由拓展,在教學(xué)過程中比較被動。提出教學(xué)改革后,全體教師開展了醫(yī)學(xué)英語大“補課”活動。從醫(yī)學(xué)詞匯、臨床會話到醫(yī)學(xué)英語的專業(yè)知識各個方面提升了自我。同時在教學(xué)實踐中也進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)自身的醫(yī)學(xué)英語素養(yǎng)。多種教學(xué)方法相結(jié)合在醫(yī)學(xué)英語教學(xué)中我們采用了多種教學(xué)方法相結(jié)合,多角度、多側(cè)面的訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫、譯的能力,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高學(xué)生的英語應(yīng)用能力。如教師可以利用直觀教學(xué)法,充分利用多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備,在課堂上綜合利用與授課文本有關(guān)的錄像,使學(xué)生的聽覺、視覺、動覺器官都參加活動,容易引起和保持學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
4編寫了難易適中的教材
經(jīng)過基礎(chǔ)英語階段的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生的詞匯量大約在4000-4500 左右。考慮學(xué)生的實際水平和接受能力,教研室編寫了醫(yī)學(xué)英語教材。這些教材在教學(xué)實踐中體現(xiàn)了很高的實用性。5 實施了合理多元化的測評方法
醫(yī)學(xué)英語應(yīng)注重學(xué)生實際應(yīng)用能力的測試,以促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)英語的學(xué)習(xí)。為了強調(diào)醫(yī)學(xué)英語的實用性,醫(yī)學(xué)英語測評分為兩個部分:一部分為平時成績,另一部分期末考試成績。平時成績通過多種方式來體現(xiàn),主要考察學(xué)生的實際應(yīng)用能力;期末考試成績主要考察學(xué)生對專業(yè)詞匯的掌握、構(gòu)詞法的應(yīng)用及常用句型的掌握。在學(xué)生開始學(xué)習(xí)醫(yī)學(xué)英語之前,我們就把測評方法告知了學(xué)生,讓他們認(rèn)識到英語實際應(yīng)用能力的重要性,從一開始就認(rèn)識到學(xué)習(xí)的目標(biāo)和意義,增強他們對醫(yī)學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。
由此不難看出,我校大學(xué)英語教學(xué)改革為醫(yī)學(xué)院校的大學(xué)英語教學(xué)理念和整個教學(xué)體系帶來了很大的變化,對提高學(xué)生英語綜合應(yīng)用能力起到了很好的促進(jìn)作用。也對進(jìn)一步深化我校教學(xué)改革具有較好的借鑒作用。教學(xué)改革不但有效地提高了學(xué)生的英語綜合應(yīng)用能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力,同時還促進(jìn)了教師教學(xué)管理及技術(shù)運用水平的改進(jìn),也促進(jìn)了教師研究能力的提高。以上就是我對我校大學(xué)英語教學(xué)改革的一點感受。

據(jù)北京市教委委員李奕介紹,北京2016年將實施新的高考方案,其要點是調(diào)整考試內(nèi)容、試卷結(jié)構(gòu)、考試科目分值。文史類、理工類總分仍為750分,其中,語文由150分增至180分,數(shù)學(xué)仍為150分,2016年起高考英語由150分減為100分。實行社會化考試,一年兩次考試,學(xué)生可多次參加,按最好成績計入高考總分,成績3年內(nèi)有效。文科綜合、理科綜合由現(xiàn)在的300分增至320分。中考方面,北京市調(diào)整中考學(xué)科設(shè)置、分值比重、命題內(nèi)容,突出考查學(xué)科基本思想和基本方法。其中,2016年起語文卷總分值由120120分減至100分,其中聽力50分;物理卷總分100;80分減至60分。2016天半縮短為兩天。
