發(fā)言稿的審題要注意以下三點：

三、通知

通知的正文一般都是寫在“Notice”以詞之下，一般來說不必寫稱呼語和結(jié)束語。出通知的單位名稱可以寫在notice之上，也可以寫在正文的右下角。

正文一般采用文章式，有時為了醒目，也可采用廣告式。廣告式要力求簡明扼要，一個

么要求，可將要說的話寫成啟事，張貼在布告欄上或登在報刊上。啟事一般無固定格式，要

求簡明扼要即可。
