中專成績(jī)考核、評(píng)定和補(bǔ)考的規(guī)定

1、學(xué)生必須參加教學(xué)計(jì)劃所開設(shè)課程的考核?？己顺煽?jī)采用百分制，以期末總評(píng)成績(jī)記入學(xué)生成績(jī)表，存入本人檔案。

2、考核分考試、考查兩種，多數(shù)科目采用兩種以上考核形式?？荚嚪绞?筆試、口試、實(shí)際操作，筆試可采用閉卷、開卷、開閉卷結(jié)合，筆試以二小時(shí)為宜，有條件的盡可能統(tǒng)一命題、統(tǒng)一考試和統(tǒng)一評(píng)卷?？疾橹饕菍?duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況的綜合評(píng)價(jià)，由任課教師根據(jù)專業(yè)及課程的性質(zhì)、特點(diǎn)，確定具體考查方式。

3、專業(yè)課期評(píng)成績(jī)由平時(shí)考核（占10％）、實(shí)踐考核（占30%）、期末考試（占50%）和社會(huì)考評(píng)成績(jī)（占10%）構(gòu)成；其他課程期評(píng)成績(jī)由平時(shí)成績(jī)（占40％）、期末考試成績(jī)（占60%）構(gòu)成。平時(shí)考核可采取作業(yè)、讀書報(bào)告、測(cè)驗(yàn)、課堂提問等方式。

4、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)或畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)的成績(jī)，按百分制記入學(xué)生成績(jī)表，優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)必須通過公開答辯，由學(xué)科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)議組確定。

5、考核不及格，必須補(bǔ)考。補(bǔ)考費(fèi)每門20元。補(bǔ)考不及格的，可申請(qǐng)第二次補(bǔ)考，第二次補(bǔ)考仍不合格的，允許畢業(yè)前補(bǔ)考一次。

6、因特殊情況不能參加考試，經(jīng)教務(wù)科批準(zhǔn)，可緩考。擅自缺考、考試違紀(jì)作弊，該門課程成績(jī)?yōu)榱惴?，不再給予正常補(bǔ)考。確有悔改表現(xiàn)，經(jīng)本人申請(qǐng)、教務(wù)科批準(zhǔn)，畢業(yè)前給予一次補(bǔ)考機(jī)會(huì)。

1、成績(jī)考核本著全面、公正、公開、合理、經(jīng)常的原則。

2、成績(jī)考核形式一般有考試、考察、評(píng)語(yǔ)等形式。

3、考試一般包括期中、期末考試和平時(shí)考試相結(jié)合，學(xué)校要認(rèn)真組織好期中、期末的統(tǒng)抽考，教師要堅(jiān)持單元過關(guān)考試，要定期考試與不定期考相結(jié)合，以便及時(shí)反饋教學(xué)信息，提高教學(xué)效率。

4、考試、考核內(nèi)容要符合課標(biāo)規(guī)定，突出“雙基”和能力培養(yǎng)，做到難易適中，題型科學(xué)，有一定梯度。

5、考察一般有提問、答題、實(shí)驗(yàn)、制作、操作形式進(jìn)行。

6、成績(jī)考核要紀(jì)律嚴(yán)明、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一、答案多樣、評(píng)價(jià)公正、客觀、合理，各種考核要及時(shí)反饋講評(píng)。

7、學(xué)期末要對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，認(rèn)真填好《學(xué)生素質(zhì)發(fā)展報(bào)告冊(cè)》，以第三人稱的寫法，用激勵(lì)性語(yǔ)氣寫好評(píng)語(yǔ)。

8、要積極探索、考試、考核的方法改革和實(shí)驗(yàn)，充分發(fā)揮考核督導(dǎo)和反饋?zhàn)饔谩?/p>

第三篇：金工實(shí)習(xí)的成績(jī)的考核和評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

金工實(shí)習(xí)的成績(jī)的考核和評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

（一）金工實(shí)習(xí)總成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)方式：

學(xué)生金工實(shí)習(xí)總成績(jī)分為優(yōu)秀（90分以上）、良好（80-90）、中等（70-80）、及格（60-70）和不及格（60分以下）五個(gè)等級(jí)。

（二）金工實(shí)習(xí)總成績(jī)構(gòu)成：

金工實(shí)習(xí)總成績(jī)按“工作態(tài)度”、“車工實(shí)訓(xùn)”、“鉗工實(shí)訓(xùn)”和“實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告”四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評(píng)定，各項(xiàng)占得比重為“工作態(tài)度”10分、“車工實(shí)訓(xùn)”40分、“鉗工實(shí)訓(xùn)”30分、“實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告”20分，總分100分。

1、工作態(tài)度（10分）

工作態(tài)度指學(xué)生遵守《金工實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生守則》的情況，主要包括安全意識(shí)，組織紀(jì)律性，公益勞動(dòng)態(tài)度，是否服從治理等方面內(nèi)容。其綜合評(píng)定分五個(gè)檔次： 1）10：能模范遵守《金工實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生守則》中的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，有高度的安全意識(shí)和組織紀(jì)律性，積極參加公益勞動(dòng)，并能協(xié)助指導(dǎo)教師進(jìn)行治理。

2）8：能嚴(yán)格遵守《金工實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生守則》中的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，有較高的安全意識(shí)和組織紀(jì)律性，積極參加公益勞動(dòng)，服從指導(dǎo)教師的治理。

3）6：能基本遵守《金工實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生守則》中的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，有一定的安全意識(shí)和組織紀(jì)律性，參加公益勞動(dòng)，服從指導(dǎo)教師的治理。

4）4：能基本遵守《金工實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生守則》中的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，安全意識(shí)和組織紀(jì)律性較差，不能主動(dòng)參加公益勞動(dòng)，不能嚴(yán)格服從指導(dǎo)教師的治理，缺勤較多（遲到、早退、脫崗等現(xiàn)象超過三次；無故曠工超過一天；包括病、事假在內(nèi)的缺勤天數(shù)未超過實(shí)習(xí)總時(shí)間三分之一）。

5）2：不認(rèn)真遵守《金工實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生守則》中的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，安全意識(shí)和組織紀(jì)律性較差，不能主動(dòng)參加公益勞動(dòng)，不能嚴(yán)格服從指導(dǎo)教師的治理，缺勤較多（遲到、早退、脫崗等現(xiàn)象超過三次；無故曠工超過一天；包括病、事假在內(nèi)的缺勤天數(shù)未超過實(shí)習(xí)總時(shí)間三分之一）?；虺霈F(xiàn)過人為較輕的安全事故；

6）0：有嚴(yán)重違反《金工實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生守則》的表現(xiàn)，安全意識(shí)和組織紀(jì)律性淡薄，不參加公益勞動(dòng)，不服從指導(dǎo)教師的治理，缺勤現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重（遲到、早退、脫崗等現(xiàn)象超過五次；無故曠工超過二天；包括病、事假在內(nèi)的缺勤天數(shù)超過實(shí)習(xí)總時(shí)間三分之一）。或出現(xiàn)過人為較嚴(yán)重的安全事故。視實(shí)訓(xùn)的具體情況酌情給分。

2、鉗工實(shí)訓(xùn)（30分）

鉗工實(shí)訓(xùn)包括能夠根據(jù)圖紙要求進(jìn)行劃線、鋸削加工、銼削加工、打孔及手工加工螺紋、熟練使用各種量具等，其中以鉗工試件為重點(diǎn)考核部分。

（1）基本尺寸（10分）

能獨(dú)立熟練完成考核工件的加工，并熟練進(jìn)行丈量，考核工件尺寸公差完全符合圖紙要求的為15分；主要尺寸每超差0.1mm扣2分；超差嚴(yán)重的，或者出現(xiàn)料事故的此項(xiàng)不得分。

（2）形位誤差（10分）

形位誤差包括各個(gè)表面的平面度、互相平行的側(cè)面間的平行度、上下表面與中心孔軸線的垂直度等，各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)都滿足要求的為10分；形位誤差每超差一個(gè)，扣1分；如形位誤差超差嚴(yán)重的此項(xiàng)不得分。

（3）表面粗糙度（5分）

符合圖面要求的為5分，具體情況視工件的實(shí)際加工情況酌情給分，如果有嚴(yán)重缺損、碰傷等缺陷此項(xiàng)不得分。

（4）螺紋加工（5分）

螺紋無碰傷、毛刺、生銹，擰合應(yīng)順暢，螺紋有效長(zhǎng)度符合圖面要 求的為5分，具體情況視工件的實(shí)際加工情況酌情給分，超標(biāo)嚴(yán)重的此項(xiàng)不得分。

3、車工實(shí)訓(xùn)（40分）

車工實(shí)訓(xùn)包括車床操作的熟練程度、能夠根據(jù)圖紙要求制定工件的加工工藝路線、熟練使用各種量具等，其中以車工試件為重點(diǎn)考核部分。

（1）基本尺寸（20分）

能獨(dú)立熟練完成考核工件的加工，并熟練進(jìn)行丈量，考核工件尺寸公差完全符合圖紙要求的為20分；主要尺寸每超差0.1mm扣2分；超差嚴(yán)重的，或者出現(xiàn)打刀、損料事故的此項(xiàng)不得分。

（2）形位誤差（10分）

4、實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告(20分)實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告包括實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介、實(shí)習(xí)的內(nèi)容及其具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)步驟、心得體會(huì)及其對(duì)課程結(jié)構(gòu)的意見及建議。要求實(shí)習(xí)目的明確，態(tài)度端正，內(nèi)容翔實(shí)，格式規(guī)范，總結(jié)全面。條理清楚、邏輯性強(qiáng)；著重寫出對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容的總結(jié)、體會(huì)和感受，特別是自己所學(xué)的專業(yè)理論與實(shí)踐的差距和今后應(yīng)努力的方向。

根據(jù)《研究生學(xué)籍管理實(shí)施細(xì)則》，制定以下補(bǔ)考規(guī)定：

1、需要補(bǔ)考的類型：緩考、期末考試不及格（不合格）、曠考、違規(guī)或作弊等；
