      事情經(jīng)過(guò):

      一個(gè)晚上,酒店中餐客人絡(luò)繹不絕,餐廳咨客忙著迎來(lái)送去,滿頭大汗。這時(shí)6位香港客人在一位小姐的引導(dǎo)下來(lái)到了二樓中餐廳。咨客馬上迎了過(guò)去,滿面笑容地說(shuō)“歡迎光臨,請(qǐng)問(wèn)小姐貴姓?”這位小姐邊走邊說(shuō):“我姓王”,“王小姐,請(qǐng)問(wèn)您有沒(méi)有預(yù)訂?”“當(dāng)然了,我們上午就電話預(yù)訂好了‘牡丹廳’?!弊煽婉R上查看賓客預(yù)訂單,發(fā)現(xiàn)確實(shí)有一位王的小姐在上午預(yù)訂了“牡丹廳”,于是咨客就迅速把這批客人帶進(jìn)了“牡丹廳”。

      分析:

      分析:

      1、在發(fā)生類似顧客投訴時(shí),服務(wù)人員應(yīng)明確要多站在顧客的立場(chǎng)為其設(shè)想,樹(shù)立“顧客至上”的意識(shí),餐廳的服務(wù)使客人滿意才能有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的生意和對(duì)自己有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的幫助。所以在我方出錯(cuò)時(shí)應(yīng)首先誠(chéng)懇認(rèn)錯(cuò),然后承諾馬上給客人換成白灼基圍蝦,再報(bào)告上級(jí),承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤。

      1、服務(wù)人員要了解消費(fèi)者遵守的風(fēng)俗和習(xí)慣,在平時(shí)也應(yīng)多觀察學(xué)習(xí)各地客人的忌諱和偏愛(ài),在接待服務(wù)過(guò)程中注意避免說(shuō)錯(cuò)話,做錯(cuò)事,否則會(huì)使消費(fèi)者處于尷尬局面,或使其掃興,影響其對(duì)餐廳的印象。

      2、服務(wù)員在工作中應(yīng)該恰當(dāng)?shù)厥褂梅?wù)用語(yǔ)。這些服務(wù)用語(yǔ)是人們?cè)谔囟ǖ沫h(huán)境中總結(jié)歸
