第二種：549 m 946 th 768 sqm 文表達(dá)數(shù)字時可以從右往左，三位一逗號，例如：10,859,783三位一逗號，逗號從右往左分別對應(yīng)的是：thousand, million, billion, etc。這也就是說，除了逗號，其余的最大不會超過三位數(shù)，因此，要想英文數(shù)字記得快而準(zhǔn)，三位數(shù)的聽寫要過關(guān)。但是這么寫后怎樣用中文表達(dá)出來呢？用中文表達(dá)出來時，可以用便于中國人表達(dá)的方式做一下記號，即從右往左、四位一豎。

例：我們從收音機(jī)中聽到三萬二千五百 這個數(shù)字相對較短、較簡單，不需要把中文中的“萬”劃成豎線也可以，所以：首先 寫下聽到的數(shù)字3│2500

同學(xué)非常熟悉中文里面的“個、百、千、萬、十萬、百萬、千萬、億、十億、百億….”。每一級的單位都有，非常齊全。而在英語中同學(xué)掰指數(shù)來： hundred, thousand, million, billion, trillion?？傆X得和中文配不起來，因此同學(xué)碰到“萬、十萬、千萬、億”要特別注意，要反復(fù)操練這幾個數(shù)字，這幾個數(shù)字在中譯英時尤為重要。

1萬= ten thousand

10萬= one hundred thousand

1000萬= ten million

1億= one hundred million 在這里要補充說明的是考生可能聽到的中文數(shù)字非常簡單，例如：十三億，這么短的數(shù)字，同學(xué)記錄的時候只需寫13億。在念的時候，由于英語中沒有 “億”這個單位，只有“十億”這個單位，同學(xué)只需從右邊往左小數(shù)點移一位即可，13變成1.3，在1.3后面的單位是billion。不妨看這幾個例子：945億 即94.5 billion36億 即3.6 billion 但是一旦碰到“5億”又該怎么辦呢？如果按照上述以小數(shù)點的辦法，不就成了0.5 billion嗎？英語中沒有“億”這個單位，我們只能退到下面的單位：million?！皟|”轉(zhuǎn)換成“million”之間需要多加兩個零。所以5億就表達(dá)成500 million。
