重點(diǎn)記憶

1、開啟之年 開局之年 —— 這樣的詞匯不必拘泥四字格的形式，注重其義才是更好的處理方式。無論是開啟或是開局，終究還是一個“開始”的表現(xiàn)形式。譯文里靈活地使用了 beginning及start,表義清晰，與原文也有異曲同工之妙。另外，本段中的“關(guān)鍵時(shí)期”與“攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期”亦同理。

3、“始終不渝”是外交及改革的高頻詞匯，溫總理關(guān)于樓市的“三惟有”里其一便是“惟有始終不渝地維護(hù)社會公平正義”。舉一反三，“一如既往”實(shí)際上也是同義詞，譯法類似，以后文中遇到便可轉(zhuǎn)換使用。

例：一如既往地奉行獨(dú)立自主的和平外交政策

The year 2010 has been an important year for the overall world economy to emerge from the shadow of the financial crisis and embark on the track of recovery.Reform of the international

新年肇始，氣象更新。在這辭舊迎新的美好夜晚，很高興和新老朋友們歡聚暢談，共迎新年。我代表中華人民共和國外交部，并以我個人名義，向各位來賓致以最美好的節(jié)日祝福。2009年，一場百年罕見的國際金融危機(jī)牽動國際形勢發(fā)生深刻復(fù)雜的變化，全球性問題更加突出，國與國相互依存更加緊密，和平、發(fā)展、合作的時(shí)代潮流更加強(qiáng)勁，多邊主義和國際關(guān)系民主化深入人心，開放合作、互利共贏成為國際社會的廣泛共識。

2009年對中國來說是極不平凡的一年。我們迎來了新中國成立60周年和新中國外交60周年。60年來，特別是改革開放30多年來，中國的面貌發(fā)生了歷史性變化，中國同世界的前途命運(yùn)更加緊密相連。中國通過爭取國際和平環(huán)境發(fā)展自己，又通過自己的發(fā)展來促進(jìn)世界和平與發(fā)展。面對國際金融危機(jī)、氣候變化、糧食安全、能源資源安全、公共衛(wèi)生安全、恐怖主義等全球性挑戰(zhàn)，中國積極參與有關(guān)國際合作，發(fā)揮了重要建設(shè)性作用，我們與世界各國的友好關(guān)系也在共同應(yīng)對危機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn)的過程中得到鞏固和加強(qiáng)。
