難點: already, yet 在現(xiàn)在完成時中,already 用于肯定句,yet用于否定和疑問句中。

1)含義:表示動作過去發(fā)生,但與現(xiàn)在有聯(lián)系或影響,此時態(tài)常與以下時間詞連用,如already已經(jīng),yet已經(jīng),還,just剛剛,ever曾經(jīng),so far到目前為止,before從前,times次數(shù),for+時間段,since自從…以來,how long多久,never從不,in the past….在過去….2).結(jié)構(gòu):主語+have/has+動詞的過去分詞(have/has是助動詞,沒有―有‖的意義)
肯定句:She has finished her work.她完成了她的工作。一般疑問句:Has she finished her work?_Yes,she has./No,she,hasn’t.否定句: She hasn’t finished her work.3).動詞的過去分詞的構(gòu)成:規(guī)則動詞的過去式就是過去分詞,不規(guī)則動詞的過去分詞見不規(guī)則動詞表。
4).現(xiàn)在完成時態(tài)與一般過去時的區(qū)別:句子中如有yesterday,last,just now,in1999等過去時間詞出現(xiàn)就只用一般過去時。5).特別提醒:句子中如有when出現(xiàn),一定不能用完成時 例題:A:Jack has read the book,B:When did he read it?
A:Last weekend 2.Have you read Little Woman yet?你已讀過《小婦人》嗎? Yet(已經(jīng),還)的用法:在現(xiàn)在完成時中,already(已經(jīng))用于肯定句,yet用于一般疑問句或否定句,例句:肯定句:I have already eaten lunch.我已經(jīng)吃過午飯了。

否定句: I _____eaten lunch ____.3.What’s it like?它(這本書)怎么樣?What+be+sth like?表示―某物怎樣?

后邊引出預(yù)期的時間、地點等,還常常構(gòu)成短語be due(to do something)或be due(for something)。

怎樣教物理,《國家物理課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》對物理的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,教學(xué)方式,教學(xué)評估教育價值觀等多方面都提出了許多新的要求。無疑作為物理教師要身置其中去迎接這種挑戰(zhàn),是我們每位教師必須重新思考的問題。因此我不斷的學(xué)習(xí)讓我有了鮮明的理念,全新的框架,明晰的目標(biāo),而有效的學(xué)習(xí)對新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本理念,設(shè)計思路,課程目標(biāo),內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及課程實施建議有更深的了解,本學(xué)期我在新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的指導(dǎo)下教育教學(xué)工作躍上了一個新的臺階。
二、精心備課,全面了解和把握新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
通過學(xué)習(xí)我體會到新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同與以往的教學(xué)大綱,課前認(rèn)真熟讀新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及新課程理念的相關(guān)資料,透徹理解并掌握新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在上每一節(jié)課前,仔細(xì)閱讀然后制定具體的教學(xué)方案,查閱大量的資料,根據(jù)學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)制定教學(xué)計劃、方案、教學(xué)設(shè)計等。精心準(zhǔn)備、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,充分了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,做到教學(xué)中有的放矢,不打無準(zhǔn)備之仗。從一學(xué)期的教學(xué)情況來看效果較好,學(xué)生的各項素質(zhì)有較大的提高。
三、加快課堂教學(xué)改革,探究式教學(xué)深入課堂
我深知做為教師應(yīng)是課堂教學(xué)的實踐者,為保證新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的落實,我把課堂教學(xué)做為有利于學(xué)生主動探索的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,把學(xué)生在獲得知識和技能的同時,在情感、態(tài)度價值觀等方面都能夠充分發(fā)展做為教學(xué)改革的基本指導(dǎo)思想,把物理教學(xué)看成是師生之間、學(xué)生之間交往互動,共同發(fā)展的過程,我們進(jìn)行了集體備課,緊扣新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),和探究式教學(xué)模式。最大限度的吃透教材,認(rèn)真撰寫教案。積極進(jìn)行了實驗探索問題的實踐。
四、狠抓學(xué)風(fēng),認(rèn)真落實教研常規(guī)
八年級學(xué)生兩極分化比較嚴(yán)重,部分學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)失去興趣,特別是難度較大的數(shù)理兩學(xué)科。大部分學(xué)生由于是獨生子女比較嬌慣,少數(shù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和紀(jì)律都很不好。對此,我狠抓學(xué)風(fēng),在班里提倡認(rèn)真、求實的學(xué)風(fēng),嚴(yán)厲批評抄襲作業(yè)的行為。與此同時,為了提高同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,開展了學(xué)習(xí)競賽活動,在學(xué)生中興起一種你追我趕的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣。我從各方面培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,對那些基礎(chǔ)太差后進(jìn)生,我主動找他們?nèi)チ私庠?,有些是不感興趣,我就跟他們講學(xué)習(xí)物理的重要性,跟他們講一些有趣的物理故事,提高他們的興趣;有些是沒有努力去學(xué),我提出批評以后再加以鼓勵,并為他們定下學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),時時督促他們,幫助他們;給他們進(jìn)行課外輔導(dǎo)。經(jīng)過一個學(xué)期努力,絕大部分的同學(xué)都有所進(jìn)步。布置作業(yè)有針對性,有層次性。為了做到這點,我常常上網(wǎng)搜集資料,對各種資料進(jìn)行篩選,力求每一次練習(xí)都起到最佳的效果。同時對學(xué)生的作業(yè)批改及時、認(rèn)真,分析并記錄學(xué)生的作業(yè)情況,將他們在作業(yè)過程出現(xiàn)的問題做出分類總結(jié),進(jìn)行透徹的評講,并針對有關(guān)情況及時改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法,做到有的放矢。做好課后輔導(dǎo)工作,注意分層教學(xué)。在課后,為不同層次的學(xué)生進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的輔導(dǎo),以滿足不同層次的學(xué)生的需求,避免了一刀切的弊端,同時加大了后進(jìn)生的輔導(dǎo)力度。對后進(jìn)生的輔導(dǎo),并不限于學(xué)習(xí)知識性的輔導(dǎo),更重要的是學(xué)習(xí)思想的輔導(dǎo),要提高后進(jìn)生的成績,首先要解決他們心里,讓他們意識到學(xué)習(xí)的重要性和必要性,使之對學(xué)習(xí)萌發(fā)興趣。要通過各種途徑激發(fā)他們的求知欲和上進(jìn)心,讓他們意識到學(xué)習(xí)并不是一項任務(wù),也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充滿樂趣的。從而自覺的把身心投放到學(xué)習(xí)中去。這樣,后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化,就由原來的簡單粗暴、強(qiáng)制學(xué)習(xí)轉(zhuǎn)化到自覺的求知上來。在此基礎(chǔ)上,再教給他們學(xué)習(xí)的方法,提高他們的技能。并認(rèn)真細(xì)致地做好查漏補(bǔ)缺工作。后進(jìn)生通常存在很多知識斷層,這些都是后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化過程中的絆腳石,在做好后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作時,要特別注意給他們補(bǔ)課,把他們以前學(xué)習(xí)的知識斷層補(bǔ)充完整,這樣,他們就會學(xué)得輕松,進(jìn)步也快,興趣和求知欲也會隨之增加。
五、創(chuàng)新評價,激勵促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。
怎樣提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績,我把評價做為全面考察學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,激勵學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的手段,也作為教師反思和改進(jìn)教學(xué)的有力手段,對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)評價,既關(guān)注學(xué)生知識與技能的理解和掌握,更關(guān)注他們情感與態(tài)度的形成和發(fā)展;既關(guān)注學(xué)生物理學(xué)習(xí)的結(jié)果,更關(guān)注他們在學(xué)習(xí)過程中的變化和發(fā)展。抓基礎(chǔ)知識的掌握,抓課堂作業(yè)的堂堂清,采用定性與定量相結(jié)合,定量采用等級制,多鼓勵肯定,少批評。堅持以教學(xué)為中心,強(qiáng)化對學(xué)生管理,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范教學(xué)行為,并力求常規(guī)與創(chuàng)新的有機(jī)結(jié)合,促進(jìn)教師嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、扎實、高效、科學(xué)的良好教風(fēng)及學(xué)生嚴(yán)肅、勤奮、求真、善問的良好學(xué)風(fēng)的形成。

一,學(xué)生情況
本學(xué)期我繼續(xù)擔(dān)任八年級(3,4)的英語教學(xué)工作,本班共有學(xué)生115人,其中絕大部分學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)比較好,而且進(jìn)取心強(qiáng)。通過一年多的英語學(xué)習(xí),由于基礎(chǔ)不平衡,少部分男學(xué)生自覺性不高,認(rèn)真程度也不及女學(xué)生,所以兩極分化已漸出現(xiàn)。為了更好地搞好本班的英語教學(xué),提高學(xué)生的英語水平,在制定本計劃和設(shè)計教案的時候,必須做到以學(xué)生的興趣為中心,寓教于樂,激發(fā)學(xué)生的靈感,促使學(xué)生積極思維并自覺地吸收和創(chuàng)造性地使用所學(xué)語言知識、展現(xiàn)自己的個性,切實完成本班英語教學(xué)工作,達(dá)到學(xué)校制定的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1.扎實基礎(chǔ)教學(xué) 鞏固語言基礎(chǔ)知識注重過程性評價,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫能力。
2.縮小兩極分化 做好不同層次學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)工作,尤其要關(guān)心后進(jìn)生,厚愛特困生,積極投入到愛心幫扶活動中去。要重興趣、重方法、求穩(wěn)定、求實效,避免出現(xiàn)大批掉隊和過早分化現(xiàn)象。
3.優(yōu)化教學(xué)方法 認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)《英語新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,教學(xué)從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、生活經(jīng)驗和認(rèn)知水平出發(fā),倡導(dǎo)體驗、實踐、參與、合作與交流的學(xué)習(xí)方式和任務(wù)型的教學(xué)途徑,發(fā)展學(xué)生綜合語言運(yùn)用能力,使語言學(xué)習(xí)的過程成為學(xué)生形成積極的情感態(tài)度、主動思維和大膽實踐、提高跨文化意識和形成自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的過程。
三、教學(xué)要求及措施
1、要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、培養(yǎng)新的課程意識并逐步將新課程理念內(nèi)化為自己日常的教學(xué)行為。
2、要把語音教學(xué)作為起始階段英語教學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容之一。語音教學(xué)主要應(yīng)通過模仿來進(jìn)行,教師應(yīng)提供大量聽音、模仿、實踐的機(jī)會,幫助學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的發(fā)音習(xí)慣。在注意單音的準(zhǔn)確性的同時,還要注重語義與語境、語調(diào)與語流相結(jié)合,要為今后有效的口語交際打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
3、根據(jù)《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中語言技能三、四級的目標(biāo)要求,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)穆牎⒄f、讀、寫專項訓(xùn)練,并開展適當(dāng)?shù)木C合性語言實踐活動,逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力。
4、在注重交際、培養(yǎng)能力的同時,不可忽視語言知識的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)。確保學(xué)生在達(dá)到《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中語言知識的三級目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)習(xí)、掌握新的詞匯和語法項目,拓展、補(bǔ)充相關(guān)的話題和功能項目。
5、在教學(xué)過程中不可盲目地加快教學(xué)進(jìn)度。教學(xué)一定要切合實際,做到重興趣、重方法、求穩(wěn)定、求實效,避免出現(xiàn)大批掉隊和過早分化現(xiàn)象。對英語學(xué)習(xí)水平不同的學(xué)生,做好“提優(yōu)補(bǔ)差”。
6、積極參加集體備課,保證集體備課的質(zhì)量。集體備課不僅僅是要統(tǒng)一教學(xué)進(jìn)度和教案格式,更主要的是要備教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法,通過集體備課研究每單元的教學(xué)策略,特別注重對不同課型教學(xué)的研究。
7、課堂教學(xué)活動的設(shè)計要依據(jù)課程的總體目標(biāo)(三級、四級)、體現(xiàn)“任務(wù)型”語言教學(xué)的特點,即讓學(xué)生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等參與方式,學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語。在教學(xué)中還要有意識地加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)策略的指導(dǎo),幫助學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用英語的過程中逐步學(xué)會如何學(xué)習(xí),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中進(jìn)行自我評價并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和學(xué)習(xí)策略。
8、充分利用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù),開發(fā)英語教學(xué)資源,改進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式,提高教學(xué)效果。盡可能利用音像、英語報刊、圖書館和網(wǎng)絡(luò)等多種資源,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造自主學(xué)習(xí)的條件。
9、積極組織開展內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣的英語課外活動,如朗誦、唱歌、講故事、演講、表演、英語角、英語墻報等,幫助學(xué)生增加知識、開闊視野、發(fā)展個性、展現(xiàn)才能。
10、課后做好不同層次學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)工作。對英語學(xué)習(xí)水平不同的學(xué)生,要做好“培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差”。
