寫人的文章,最重要的就是要寫出人物的特點.什么叫特點,就是一個人和其他人不一樣或者不太一樣的地方.人物可能會有很多特點,一定要抓住其中一個最突出的特點來進行描寫,具體的方法是:(1).通過對人物語言,動作,心理的描寫來展現人物的性格和品質特征.(2)通過具體的一件或幾件事來體現人物的特點。有幾個地方需要引起注意：第一點，人物的外貌特點也叫特點，但是我們作文不是要你寫人物的外貌特點，而是要寫出人物的性格特點，比如勤快、愛幫助人、和藹、脾氣暴躁、頑皮、勤奮等等。第二點，一個人物很可能有多個特點，但是不要每個特點都去進行描寫，我們應該抓住他（她）最突出的一個特點來描寫，只有抓住了特點，寫好了特點，別人讀完以后才會有深刻的印象，特點多了記不住，特點不突出同樣讓人記不住。第三點，寫人記事是分不開的，要寫人物的特點，就必須要有具體的事件來展現人物的特點，不是隨便選一件事就可以，你所選的事件要能夠充分說明人物的特點。

具體的寫人文章可以按照三段式的寫法：第一段，人物出場，交代關系，具有職業(yè)特征的簡單外貌描寫；注意，外貌描寫最忌諱寫成臉譜式，不要一寫人物就是眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴、頭發(fā)怎么樣，只需要對人物五官中比較突出的一點進行簡單的描寫即可，因為人物的外貌跟性格沒有必然聯系。第二段，用一句話概括人物的性格特點；第三段，通過一個或幾個具體的事例來展現人物的這個特點（注意不要每個例子平均用墨，突出的一個例子要詳寫，其余略寫），在記事的過程中要用多種手法（語言、動作、心理、細節(jié)）來對人物進行刻畫。
