先進(jìn)教師事跡材料

歲月如梭，光陰似箭，不知不覺，我已在教育戰(zhàn)線工作了31年，在教育這塊熱土上，我辛勤地耕耘著，用教師這個神圣的職業(yè)來使自己的生命更加有意義，在塑造別人的靈魂過程中，使自己的生命更有價值。

一、在學(xué)習(xí)中求成長，在教改中求創(chuàng)新

俗話說：“學(xué)高為師”，作為教師深知要給學(xué)生一杯水，自己應(yīng)該有源源不斷的長流水。因為我知道：做一位老師容易，但做一位好老師絕非易事，老師要知識淵博，要為人師表，要飽滿熱情，積極向上。我要以好老師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己，要努力上好課，站穩(wěn)腳跟，我認(rèn)為這是原有教學(xué)精神的延伸，也是工作責(zé)任心的具體表現(xiàn)。為取得更好的業(yè)績，我一直保持上進(jìn)的心態(tài)，注重錘煉自己的教學(xué)技藝，認(rèn)真研讀教本、教材，也常坐在教室后面，認(rèn)真聽有經(jīng)驗的老師講課，捧著教案向同事虛心求教，反復(fù)切磋，不斷總結(jié)自己的教學(xué)水平，教學(xué)業(yè)績才能提高，才無愧好老師的稱謂。長期的實踐總結(jié)、經(jīng)驗也啟迪我只有深鉆教材、了解學(xué)生，掌握技藝、抓好落實，在學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成中切入，充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，才能深化教育教學(xué)有序、高效，也逐漸使我明白，不僅要虛心向同事學(xué)習(xí)，還應(yīng)加強課本知識，教育報刊等學(xué)習(xí)研修，厚積薄發(fā)，才能適應(yīng)工作要求，適應(yīng)教學(xué)需要，學(xué)生需要。近年來，我比較注重學(xué)習(xí)積累，可以說學(xué)習(xí)伴我成長，助我成功。學(xué)校征訂的《人民教育》、《小學(xué)語文教學(xué)》《小學(xué)語文教師》等報刊雜志成了我的“寵物”，我記錄并寫了一疊厚厚的筆記、學(xué)習(xí)心得。

二、在奉獻(xiàn)中求發(fā)展，在愛心中求快樂

為師如喝茶，不喝茶者畏茶苦，不為師者畏師累。有人說選擇了教師就選擇了清貧，選擇了教師就選擇了艱辛，那么有哲理的話，真不愧語言大師，教師的諍友。一個班幾十號人，天真爛漫，童真童氣，是那么有朝氣，那么地張揚、灑脫，以至于恃無忌彈，極度放縱。古人云：“子不教，父之過，教不嚴(yán)，師之惰?！睂W(xué)生如玉，玉不琢，不成器，學(xué)生在未成器時自然要靠老師費心雕琢。這是在百姓普遍的心理，也可以說是社會賦予老師的一種責(zé)任?！罢`人子弟”可是當(dāng)老師的大忌??！帶著這種心情，我對學(xué)生不敢有半點怠意。如：2013年我接了一個新班（六（4）班，）班上有個黃浪同學(xué)貪玩成績差，而我從不歧視他，先找他談心，然后在班上成立了幫學(xué)小組，每天負(fù)責(zé)檢查督促他完成作業(yè)，只要沒有人看著他，就不寫作業(yè)了。于是我?guī)缀趺刻於家獙⑺粝聛?，單獨地給他把當(dāng)天的課在講一遍，有時候甚至幾遍。直到他聽懂為止。家長，曾經(jīng)知道了不止一次地想表達(dá)家長的謝意，都被我拒絕了。象這樣的例子還有很多。俗話說：“一把鑰匙開一把鎖”。我想：只要自己有心，有一顆關(guān)愛學(xué)

生的心，那么就會找到那把開啟心靈的鑰匙，感受到作為一個平凡教師的那份幸福，由此也會深深地體會到自己的人生價值。看著孩子們一撥一撥在涓涓細(xì)流的澆灌下健康成長，總會由衷感受到為人師表的幸福，感受到真誠無價的甜蜜。

三、在后進(jìn)生中求提高，在優(yōu)等生中找突破

我始終信奉的條理是：精誠所至，金石為開。三十一年的教學(xué)實踐中，我總結(jié)出后進(jìn)生和優(yōu)等生的心理狀況。經(jīng)常鼓勵后進(jìn)生，要他們從自信心中勇敢前進(jìn)；從自卑中解放出來，并從內(nèi)心熱愛他們，尊重他們的人格。在課堂上對后進(jìn)生嚴(yán)格要求并且多加指導(dǎo)，我總是給自己立下“軍令狀”，一定要熱血化春雨，甘露育枯苗。對優(yōu)生教育他們懂得“驕兵必敗”的道理，只有虛心學(xué)習(xí)，才能進(jìn)步，讓他們共同接觸新生事物，褒貶得當(dāng)。這樣才能與學(xué)生們產(chǎn)生共鳴，使學(xué)生充分信任老師。

俗話說:“千里馬常有，而伯樂不常有。”語文苗子需要我們?nèi)グl(fā)掘和挑選。每個班都有一些文科尖子生，他們在課堂上明顯“吃不飽”。為了使這些學(xué)生能夠得到更好的發(fā)展，我經(jīng)常給他們充電，同時也為語文競賽打下伏筆?！俺哂兴L，寸有所短?！泵總€學(xué)生都有自己的優(yōu)劣之勢，為使學(xué)生盡可能掌握全面的競賽知識，我把輔導(dǎo)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行歸類、總結(jié)，分為課外延伸內(nèi)容、課外拓展內(nèi)容和歷年的競賽內(nèi)容。給他們講名人的成就，更加激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)語文的興趣，讓

學(xué)生做練習(xí)題變“苦役”為“享受”，變“山重水復(fù)”的困惑為“柳暗花明”的喜悅，學(xué)習(xí)氛圍日漸濃厚。

后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化工作一直是教學(xué)工作中的重難點，也是每一名教師的教學(xué)工作重點。著重注意做好后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作，使許多后進(jìn)變先進(jìn)，如現(xiàn)在所教學(xué)生周科，人挺聰明，但是不認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，底子薄，上課還經(jīng)常東張西望，做一些小動作，不但自己不學(xué)習(xí)，而且還影響別的同學(xué)，了解后對癥下藥，給他調(diào)座位，重點監(jiān)護(hù)，經(jīng)常提問，不讓他思想溜號，經(jīng)多方努力由后進(jìn)變先進(jìn)，原來成績40多分，現(xiàn)在能考到80多分。雖然做后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化工作辛苦，但是每當(dāng)看到他們的進(jìn)步與成長我臉上都會露出滿意的笑容。有一次聽說班級有幾名后進(jìn)學(xué)生經(jīng)常去網(wǎng)吧，我就協(xié)助家長共同管理，死看死守，有一天深夜，十二點鐘何濤同學(xué)的家長打來電話說孩子不見了，我不顧感冒，心急如火同家長一起尋找孩子，最后在一家比較僻靜偏遠(yuǎn)的網(wǎng)吧找到了。事后我找該學(xué)生談心，給他講網(wǎng)吧對青少年的毒害。經(jīng)過深入細(xì)致地工作，終于感動了這名學(xué)生，使他從此告別網(wǎng)吧，學(xué)習(xí)非常用功，在班級里各方面表現(xiàn)都非常突出，功夫不負(fù)有心人，只要我們?nèi)ヅΓジ冻鼍鸵欢ㄓ惺斋@

四、在辛勤中收獲成果，在成果中再創(chuàng)輝煌

“一份付出，一份收獲”。回頭品嘗學(xué)校工作的苦澀與甘甜時，我覺得自己擁有更多的是鮮花、掌聲和幸福。2006

年至2009年，我連續(xù)四年擔(dān)任小學(xué)畢業(yè)班六年級的語文教學(xué)工作，教學(xué)成績在全縣組織的統(tǒng)考中年年超出縣·鎮(zhèn)平均分名列全鎮(zhèn)前茅，2007年還擔(dān)任了小學(xué)六年級的思品學(xué)科教學(xué)。在縣教育局組織的統(tǒng)考中獲成績優(yōu)秀獎，受到縣教育局表彰。2008年又兼任了三年級的思品學(xué)科教學(xué)也在縣教育局組織的統(tǒng)考中獲成績優(yōu)秀獎。同時受到教育局表彰。2010年擔(dān)任四年級語文和思品教學(xué)，2011年擔(dān)任五年級語文和思品教學(xué)。均在鎮(zhèn)中心校組織的統(tǒng)考中成績名列前茅。受到鎮(zhèn)黨委和鎮(zhèn)政府表彰。2010年還被評為優(yōu)秀班主任，受到縣政府的表彰。2012年擔(dān)任六年級語文和思品教學(xué)，在縣教育局組織的統(tǒng)考中兩科都取得了好成績，兩科人均分和及格率都是全鎮(zhèn)第一，受到了教育局局的表彰。2013年我擔(dān)任六年級（4）班的語文在統(tǒng)考中人均分和及格率也是全鎮(zhèn)第一。

同時，在輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加市、縣各項竟賽方面也取得不錯的成績。如：2008年，韓博東同學(xué)在遵義市第十五屆小學(xué)語文、數(shù)學(xué)聯(lián)賽中語文科榮獲市級二等獎，楊歡同學(xué)、鄧城佳同學(xué)縣級二等獎；2009年，劉雪琳同學(xué)在參加2009年遵義市第十六屆語文、數(shù)學(xué)聯(lián)賽中語文科榮獲市級二等獎，劉特同學(xué)榮獲 縣級一等獎。我均獲縣級指導(dǎo)教師獎。2011年我榮獲全國青少年五好小公民主題教育“光輝的旗幟”讀書征文活動指導(dǎo)優(yōu)秀獎。2013年指導(dǎo)王迪同學(xué)參加道真自治縣首

屆電力杯“安全用電·幸福全家”中小學(xué)生主題征文活動中獲小學(xué)組三等獎。

在工作之余，認(rèn)真總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，我撰寫的論文《試談新理念指導(dǎo)下的閱讀教學(xué)》獲教學(xué)科研論文三 等獎，并在《課堂內(nèi)外》上發(fā)表?！稖\談學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)》在《學(xué)友文摘》上發(fā)表，《以讀促思、以思促悟》在《學(xué)習(xí)方法報》上發(fā)表。

選擇了教育就是選擇了奉獻(xiàn)，“癡心一片終不悔，嘔心瀝血育教育”，在教育這個美麗的崗位上，我已無愧而充實的走過了31個陽光燦爛的春秋，在未來的人生征途上，我將繼續(xù)奮斗奮斗，嚴(yán)格按照優(yōu)秀教師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己，在忠信教育這片多彩的百花園里勤奮耕耘，積極探索，更加熱情的傾注我陽光般的愛心，奉獻(xiàn)我的光和熱，讓每一株幼苗都茁壯成長，讓每一朵鮮花都燦爛開放！

先進(jìn)教育工作者個人事跡

不知不覺中我從事教育事業(yè)也有十六個年頭了，從1996年畢業(yè)走上三尺講臺那天起，我就暗暗下定決心：要在自己所鐘愛的教育崗位上用心耕耘，無悔奉獻(xiàn)，來報答黨多年來對自己的培養(yǎng)，來回報生我養(yǎng)我的這塊土地。

畢業(yè)16年來，一直在鄭樓中學(xué)工作，勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，用心靈守護(hù)著這份平凡而又神圣的事業(yè)，以對黨和人民滿腔的熱忱積極工作，扎根于義務(wù)教育的這一方沃土，在自己平凡的崗位上恪盡職守，無私奉獻(xiàn)。

一、熱愛崗位，傾心工作

我愛我所選擇的教育事業(yè)，更愿為這份平凡的選擇傾注一生。所以，不管做班主任工作、任課教師工作，還是目前的政教工作，我都是盡職盡責(zé)，想方設(shè)法地去做好，始終以積極的心態(tài)，飽滿的熱情投入其中，從不言悔，要求自己無愧于“人類靈魂工程師”的稱號。

2008年，由于工作需要，我從任職多年的班主任崗位上調(diào)任到教務(wù)處工作，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校功課安排、學(xué)分管理、校本博客、學(xué)生考試安排等事務(wù)。置身教務(wù)處，我看到的是學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們緊張、忙碌的身影，也體驗到了教務(wù)處工作的艱辛：從這條戰(zhàn)線上來看，工作的負(fù)荷遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出班主任工作量。而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子竟能十分投入、忙而不亂，有條不紊地開展工作。他們追求的是敬業(yè)與奉獻(xiàn)，是對事業(yè)的不懈追求與執(zhí)著。榜樣的力量是無窮的，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們這種精神感染著我，激勵著我，在工作上也更加嚴(yán)格要求自己。每天早半個小時到校，晚半個小時離校，甚至更長時間。工作性質(zhì)的變化常常要求我們臨時加班加點，平時干不完就利用雙休日。工作中我始終以大局為重，個人服從組織。政教工作的性質(zhì)使我認(rèn)識到，即使會分身法，也得拿出百倍的干勁來，才能不辜負(fù)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任，才能讓老師信服。

二、從零開始，邊學(xué)邊干

工作伊始，全新而陌生的政教處工作使我感到從未有過的壓力。

經(jīng)過思考，我把分管的工作分了類：協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作我心里有底，校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)抓業(yè)務(wù)個個都是行家里手，跟他們學(xué)，只要肯出力，虛心學(xué)習(xí)，一定不成問題。可搞班級考核、整理檔案和校園文化建設(shè)工作我是一點底也沒有，只有從零開始，邊學(xué)邊干。

“只要思想不滑坡，辦法總比困難多”，這是校長掛在嘴邊的話，我覺得很有道理，也常以此鼓勵自己。為了搞好檔案管理、班級考核、報表等工作，我認(rèn)真查閱了每一本檔案資料，通過研究一些原始數(shù)據(jù)，很快掌握了整理、統(tǒng)計等方法。兩年來工作從未出過任何問題。我們的工作成果經(jīng)受住了一次又一次，一項又一項的檢查與考評，為學(xué)校爭得了一個又一個的榮譽。

三、服從安排，盡職盡責(zé)

聽從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指揮，哪里需要就出現(xiàn)在哪里，并且盡職盡責(zé)，不講條件和代價。我是這樣說的，也是這樣做的。班級量化考核，學(xué)生養(yǎng)成教育，學(xué)生德育活動，上級安排的各種競賽，迎接相關(guān)教育工作檢查等，我隨叫隨到，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真。近年來，上級部門復(fù)查驗收、德育示范校檢查、省級依法治校達(dá)標(biāo)校驗收、安全工作檢查等任務(wù)接踵而至，分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因病不在，我就主動和政教處同事按規(guī)程把相關(guān)的檔案整理好，又利用晚上時間充實各項檢查資料。最終學(xué)校順利通過以上各項驗收。

四、關(guān)愛學(xué)生，呵護(hù)心靈

我們政教處經(jīng)常要跟學(xué)生打交道，處理一些矛盾糾紛，有時候難免偏聽偏信，處理問題有失偏頗，造成學(xué)生的心理問題，影響政教辦公室的形象，為此，我在處理一些學(xué)生的問題的時候，更注重對他們心理上進(jìn)行溝通和疏導(dǎo)，教學(xué)生學(xué)會換位思考，最終使問題得到圓滿解決，學(xué)生心悅誠服，家長而歸。因此有的學(xué)生喜歡和我多接觸，有時候也把心里話講給我聽，我一方面感動于學(xué)生對我的信任，一方面放平姿態(tài)，和他們站到相同的位置，如同輩一樣來交流看法，今年秋天我在臨時擔(dān)任中三語文的教學(xué)工作時，語文課代表的異常表現(xiàn)引起了我的關(guān)注，我及時向班主任反映了問題，班主任要我協(xié)作他解決班里類似的情況，我知道，初中生正處在感情朦朧的年齡階段，這樣上課時神情恍惚，多半都是因為早戀引起的。我在與這樣的學(xué)生接觸的時候，經(jīng)常會語帶雙關(guān)的教育學(xué)生，冰雪聰明的課代表領(lǐng)會到了我的用心，給我寫了好幾封信訴說內(nèi)心苦悶，我及時回復(fù)，耐心分心，打消她內(nèi)心的焦慮與壓力，鼓勵她輕裝上陣，幾番交流后，她的精神狀態(tài)有了很大改變，盡管學(xué)業(yè)落下不少，可她還是鼓起勇氣戰(zhàn)勝了自我，努力為明年的中招改變著自我，她的同班學(xué)生有好幾個上課情況也發(fā)生了明顯改變。想到我的努力有了收獲，我更加覺得我的工作是那么重要，又那么光榮！

五、顧全大局，寧舍小家

幾年來，為了沉甸甸的責(zé)任，為了xx十中教育的輝煌明天，為了政教工作，我做到了顧全大局，寧舍小家。近年來學(xué)校曾兩次組織義務(wù)獻(xiàn)血，我兩次都報名參加。家人知道后打電話說我傻，體質(zhì)本來就不好，怎么能吃得消!當(dāng)我終于通過檢查時，我內(nèi)心十分快樂、自豪，我認(rèn)為我不但為學(xué)校爭了光，也為社會做了貢獻(xiàn)。

有付出才有回報，有工作才有快樂。因為在工作中我得到了一次又一次的鍛煉；在工作中我戰(zhàn)勝了一個又一個困難；在工作中，我感到從未有過的充實和喜悅；在工作中，我實現(xiàn)著自我的人生價值。

我常常借用雷鋒同志的一句話：一滴水只有融入大海才不會干涸；一個人只有融入集體中才能發(fā)出自身的光和熱。我將一如繼往地從事所鐘愛的政教工作，辛勤耕耘下去，為黨的教育事業(yè)無悔奉獻(xiàn)，直到永遠(yuǎn)。

第三篇：先進(jìn)教育工作者個人事跡

一、為學(xué)?，F(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)作出很大的努力

我剛從學(xué)校畢業(yè)，來到三墩中學(xué)工作的時候，我就擔(dān)當(dāng)起多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的工作。那時，學(xué)校的每個辦公室和每個教室，線是布好的，但是只有部分辦公室和教室網(wǎng)絡(luò)是通的，也就是說交換機下的連線數(shù)字是沒連好的，當(dāng)時留下的是一份網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖紙，圖中表明每個辦公室連通的數(shù)字，可是我們按照數(shù)字上來連，結(jié)果是有部分是通的，有部分是不通的，不通的怎么辦?連線一個一個連過去進(jìn)行測試，這項工作花了我們一個多月的時間來完成，終于我們學(xué)校所有的教室和辦公室都能上網(wǎng)了，為以后的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)工作帶來了很大的方便。因為這是一些工作的前提，很多工作沒了網(wǎng)絡(luò)，什么都做不成。

多媒體教室就兩個，教師想用多媒體課件的時候，就到兩個多媒體教室進(jìn)行上課，后來學(xué)校里購買了背投電視機，購買了計算機和實物投影儀，于是全校的每一個普通教室都有多媒體了。

由于學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)不全連通，學(xué)校的ftp服務(wù)沒有，教室通過優(yōu)盤進(jìn)行文件傳輸，同時沒有資源共享。所以后來購買了ftp服務(wù)器，每一位教師都有自己的空間存放自己的資料，同時劃分公共區(qū)，進(jìn)行資源共享，教師無論在校內(nèi)還是校外，文件傳輸都用ftp服務(wù)，大大方便了教師，而且使用更加廣泛，現(xiàn)在學(xué)校里的教師已經(jīng)離不開ftp了。

學(xué)校網(wǎng)站是有的，只是靜態(tài)網(wǎng)站，花點錢掛在外面的靜態(tài)頁面，內(nèi)容從來不更換，幾個頁面，同時學(xué)校沒有域名，而且學(xué)校上網(wǎng)是通過西湖區(qū)代理上的，這樣也就是說我們連自己的空間也沒有了。通過代理上網(wǎng)，沒有自己的主動權(quán)，后來提出整改方案，引進(jìn)中國聯(lián)通10m光纖上網(wǎng)，這樣我們就有自己的外網(wǎng)ip地址了，可以有多個應(yīng)用，而且空間也有了，同時也購買了域名，也能通過自己上外網(wǎng)了，這是一大進(jìn)步。至于網(wǎng)站，我到網(wǎng)上下載了網(wǎng)奇cms進(jìn)行免費建站，使得學(xué)校有自己的網(wǎng)站了，至少網(wǎng)站的新聞系統(tǒng)是能用的。如今學(xué)校決定投入一筆資金來建設(shè)自己的網(wǎng)站了，所以我決定首先做好需求分析，如何能讓網(wǎng)站更好的為我們的學(xué)生，為我們的教育教學(xué)服務(wù)，可以更好的宣傳我們的學(xué)校。

學(xué)校的廣播系統(tǒng)可能是因為線路比較舊了，開家長會的時候，廣播聲音比較輕，效果也不好，所以由于學(xué)校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)到位，考慮用電子教室控制軟件的視頻直播功能進(jìn)行家長會，這樣雖然聲音又延遲，但是效果卻不錯的。同時我們也將音頻傳播的功能用到英語聽力的播放，而不用一個一個教室進(jìn)行播放，但這有個缺陷，在于依賴性，非常依賴學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定性，否則中間也會出亂的。

二、曾經(jīng)修改過區(qū)信息技術(shù)考試系統(tǒng)，增加部分統(tǒng)計功能，并且設(shè)計過區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報系統(tǒng)，為暑假的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報進(jìn)行服務(wù)。

三、設(shè)計成績統(tǒng)計分析軟件，為西湖區(qū)新生素質(zhì)測試提供成績統(tǒng)計分析。

每次學(xué)期末，學(xué)校教導(dǎo)處進(jìn)行成績統(tǒng)計分析方面總要花非常多的時間，這樣也會延遲學(xué)校的后期工作，于是在進(jìn)行需求分析的情況下，利用excel的vba實現(xiàn)了學(xué)校的成績統(tǒng)計分析軟件，目前用到現(xiàn)在都是比較方便的。后來西湖區(qū)需要進(jìn)行對小學(xué)升初中的學(xué)生進(jìn)行新生素質(zhì)考試，考試完后要對每個學(xué)校進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析，于是我花了很長的時間，在原有學(xué)校的成績分析統(tǒng)計軟件的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行修改，使得適用于新生素質(zhì)測試成績分析。

四、在第xx屆中國兒童青少年威盛中國芯計算機表演賽中，所帶的四位學(xué)生中，其中獲浙江省二等獎一個，浙江省三等獎的三個。

五、獲杭州市信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)雁工程培訓(xùn)班優(yōu)秀班干部稱號。

他叫杜月明，現(xiàn)任嘉峪關(guān)市峪泉鎮(zhèn)教委業(yè)務(wù)輔導(dǎo)員兼黨支部書記，并兼任學(xué)校少先大隊總輔導(dǎo)員。他是一個有著在農(nóng)村任教 30 年教齡的優(yōu)秀教育工作者。從參加工作那一天，他秉承真抓實干的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)，堅持踏踏實實的做人態(tài)度，保持勤勞質(zhì)樸的本色。他像一頭默默耕耘的老黃牛，在他所摯愛的教育熱土上，播撒汗水和希望，換來滿園春色。他就是社會、家長、師生心目中的“實干家”——杜月明。
