一．說(shuō)教材

1．教材的地位與作用：Unit10 I’m going to be a basketball player.這單元通過(guò)復(fù)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)一些關(guān)于職業(yè)的詞匯，用be going to談?wù)撻L(zhǎng)大以后打算做什么以及打算怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)，與七年級(jí)（下）Unit 4 I want to be an actor.學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)于職業(yè)的詞匯以及用want to bedo談?wù)搶?lái)，和八年級(jí)(上)Unit 3 What are you doing for vacation? 用be doing談?wù)搶?lái)的打算有著密切的聯(lián)系。本課是這單元的第一課和重點(diǎn)課，學(xué)好本課將為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)一般將來(lái)時(shí)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

2．教學(xué)目標(biāo)：

(1).知識(shí)目標(biāo):掌握本課重點(diǎn)詞匯computer programmer, computer science, engineer, pilot, professional ?.本課主要句型：What are you going to be when you grow up? I’m going to be an engineer.How are you going to do that? I’m going to study math hard.語(yǔ)法：用be going to表示一般將來(lái)時(shí)。

(2).能力目標(biāo)：培養(yǎng)學(xué)生應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)談?wù)搶?lái)計(jì)劃，提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)等能力。

(4).教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)：重點(diǎn)是掌握本課 computer programmer, computer science,engineer, pilot, professional等重點(diǎn)詞匯，What are you going to be when you grow up? I’m going to be an engineer.How are you going to do that? I’m going to study math hard.等重點(diǎn)句型和語(yǔ)法：用be going to表示一般將來(lái)時(shí)。

難點(diǎn)是一般將來(lái)時(shí)be going to 中be 的具體形式和后面接動(dòng)詞原形的用法, 而學(xué)生根據(jù)自己喜歡的職業(yè)，運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)談?wù)撟约捍蛩阍鯓幼鰜?lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)則既是難點(diǎn)，又是能力訓(xùn)練點(diǎn)。

二.說(shuō)教法

1．“Teach English in English”: 即新課標(biāo)倡導(dǎo)的“用英語(yǔ)教英語(yǔ)”，盡量用英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，創(chuàng)造英語(yǔ)課堂良好的聽(tīng)的環(huán)境，讓學(xué)生充分感知，積極體驗(yàn)，大膽實(shí)踐，把握用英語(yǔ)交際的機(jī)會(huì)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。

2．突出重點(diǎn)，突破難點(diǎn)：通過(guò)聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練、做調(diào)查、小組競(jìng)賽等多種形式反復(fù)操練重點(diǎn)句型，鞏固所學(xué)知識(shí)，提高靈活運(yùn)用能力，通過(guò)操練中人稱的變化和幻燈片展示幫助學(xué)生更好地領(lǐng)會(huì)語(yǔ)法。
